The room was small, not very clean and the overall experience was not so great. Our AC did not work two nights of the five nights we stayed. And although, they had come to fix it both time the next day, we had to spend the night in heat. The bathroom shower randomly stopped working for a while and the internet connection was terrible. We lost internet for a whole night and was only fixed after 24 hours. The apartment was also shared with other guests. We had our own private room and washroom though. Would not recommend.

Nice place to stay, quiet and safe location, just a 10-minute walk to the Vatican and 5 minutes to the subway. The staff were very helpful in addressing guests' needs. The interior is a bit plain; I would recommend hanging a couple of pictures to enhance the ambiance.

Poorly maintained & sanitary issues

This is a HOSTEL and not a hotel. You get a room in an apartment with other people. The room is overpriced for that.

There was no hot water in the shower when we arrived. We had to ask to get it fixed.

When I unfolded my bedsheets I found several hairs in them.

The towels were more like sheets and not proper towels. We asked for new towels and were given hand towels.

For the shared kitchen space the water was yellow when we tried to boil for tea.

The property manager was very nice and receptive when we reached out to him with issues.

The room advertised in the photo was not the room we were given. Ours did not have a balcony or view.

We were also woken up by other guests who came in at 1 am and were drunk.

With taxes and fees we spent $200 PER NIGHT for a room three people shared and not a good value even for Rome.

Location was in a less crowded area of Rome which was nice.

Overall would not recommend.

Good location. 5 minutes walk from Metro. You will get your own room with bathroom and share kitchen with two other rooms. You will have your own shelf in the refrigerator with drinks and in a pantry with packaged breakfast. Good room for the money.
Con.: bed sheets and wall color outdated, Sparkling vine wasn't provided as it said in our room details.

They never explained that there was gonna be more people sharing the apartment but that was not the issue the issue was when i got in contact with the owner to let him jniw about that and Paolo was yelling and acting like he dint care about our situation and wouldn't let me speak and was trying to make me feel bad plus it said that we were gonna receive a bottle of champagne and we dint get nothing

Just stay away from this B&B

I stayed in this B&B for 3 days, communication and check-in was good. However, the air condition is a portable unit, it will not make the room cool. The worst is the bath room, it is dirty and hot water run out in 10 seconds every day. Complaint the hot water issue to Pablo who manage the property, he pretent suprise and promised to come and fix it, but never come back again. Just stay away from this B&B

We really liked access to kitchen area, where we could make our own food and coffee and where we had access to full size fridge with assigned shelves. Owner and staff were extremely helpful and responsive. The rooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms could be more updated, but they were functional and clean. Aircondition and Wifi worked well. The place was very conveniently located to all attractions, public transport, restaurants and grocery stores.

We were there in July. Rome in July is very, very hot. We asked for a fan in our room in addition to the \"air-conditioning.\" You would have thought I was asking them to solve Einstein's field equations; they did not have a fan. So, we roasted at night and did the best we could. The elevator in the building is teeny-tiny and should probably be in a museum in the \"Ancient Relics\" exhibit. Also, if you book online, you will be charged for the daily rate, but when you get there you have to pay an extra 3.50 Euros per person per night for the hotel tax, which they claim you have to pay in cash. They only give you one key to the room and it is one of those keys where it activates the lights and the A/C. So, if one person leaves to get something, they have to get buzzed in by an offsite clerk.

The location is good and the guy that helped us was very responsive whenever we called him. The price seemed reasonable also. They had fresh croissants every morning that were excellent.

Would I stay there again? Probably not, but if you simply want a no-frills place at a reasonable price, then it is alright.

Arches is in a quiet street off the main road. Building is a mix of offices and residential. Building has a porter who was very helpful to us when pre booked taxi company let us down. Ease Two good restaurants within two minutes.
Staff are friendly, not in residence but are only a phone call or e-mail away. Room was clean, comfortable kitchen area with help yourself continental breakfast. Fabio who was our point of contact friendly very helpful. Staff in here rail cannot do enough for you. I foolishly left my phone and they are arranging for it to be posted home to me

Great location, within a 10 min walk of the vatican. Unfortunately we could hear people talking on the street below until about 1am each night.
It was nice to have access to a kitchen. The \"breakfast\" that was included was basically some orange juice boxes and some packaged pastries. Not as much food as a English or American breakfast, but I suppose it was nice to have something.
We had two of the three bedrooms that are rented out. Unfortunatley the other couple would smoke each morning, and we don't like the smell of smoke (especially not with our small kids). I would suggest that the owners post that smoking is not permitted in the rooms or on balconies.

Nice hotel north of the Vatican

Situated in an area where Romans rather than tourists frequent, it is inside an old stately building with classic Otis elevator (rather small!) . The room and private bathroom was great (corner with two windows) and the common kitchen was always fully stocked for breakfast foods, fruits etc. The Espresso machine worked perfect... Very close to the Metro which connects to Termini/rail and further to Fuimicino....Great place for people on a budget (relative to full hotels anyways!)

Great area, close to the Vatican

Overall a great experience. There was a little hiccup during our check-in since we had to do a late check-in. The \"hotel\" is more of a 3-bedroom apartment, each with their own private baths and a shared kitchen. Since we had a late check-in, we had a bit of trouble getting into the apartment complex, but once we called them, it was resolved pretty quickly. We stayed in the room with a double bed and 2 twins, and it was lovely. The place was clean, and had a large bathroom. The beds were relatively comfortable. Breakfast was also provided, mostly tea, coffee, bread, yogurt and fruits, so that was nice too. Paolo was also very friendly and provided a lot of recommendations on what to do nearby. This place seems to be more of a residential district, but there are a lot of nice restaurants and cafes nearby, and again, it is very close to the Vatican, and also within walking distance to the metro. All in all, it was the best place we've stayed in Europe so far, and I'll definitely recommend it to others.

We were moved from the one booked though probably to a better location close to a small supermarket and the metro. the shower was cold most of the time but fixed promptly when we pointed this out. Helpful in letting us leave luggage there before being picked up for the airport. Could have been better at replacing loo rolls and cereals. A good base for exploring Rome with my wife and daughter.

We had 2 days in Rome and wanted something not too expensive but a reasonable walking distance to the Vatican and access to tour busses, restaurants, etc.

The place is in an apartment building. It is an apartment that was converted to 3 private suites (bedroom, full European bathroom) and a common area with kitchen and food storage areas. We were surprised at this format. Serendipitiously, we met a lovely Italian family on holiday who could speak English.

Thanks to a great grocery store nearby, we were able to supplement the rather meagre selection of breakfast items, and enjoy a bottle of wine and some beer in our suite.

Not much in the way of English TV channels but we were usually too tired after walking all day to care much.

Our host, Paolo, spoke fluent English and was very helpful and gracious. Very trustworthy.

Our suite was very clean and quiet, and boasted a nice balcony with table and chairs overlooking the interior courtyard shared by our building and two others. Very pleasant for breakfast and evening.

Great family vacation in Rome at Arches

Fabio and Paulo arranged for a driver to pick us (2 adults, 2 kids 11 and 12 from the US) up at the airport and took us directly to the B&B (about 40 minute drive) . It's in a large apartment building and we were very early, so we left our bags with the building porter and wandered around the neighborhood. Do stop in at the little bar on the corner, drinks, snacks, light meals, a fabulous salad with tuna and nice staff who have some English - and a toilet. Do print a map of the area because it can be confusing and it's north of the tourist maps- and data and wifi are not reliable. We got into our room- it was the green room with a small balcony, 1 double and 2 twin beds. It isn't super fancy, but clean and very nice bathroom. Rooms have cable TV, (we could get BBC news) AC units, shutters and curtains. No dresser, but an open hanging unit. We got a tour of the place, there is a shared kitchen, in which you get one shelf in the fridge and one in a cupboard, which they supplied with milk, bread, yogurt, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee pods and pastries. There is a toaster and microwave. There is a computer in the common room and free wifi in your own room (but it can be very slow.) The few problems we encountered (a stuck window, running toilet) were attended to right away. We stayed for 9 days as a home base. Ottaviano Metro is 4 blocks away, all night bakery on Viale Angelico just N of metro, & Lemongrass Gelato. Last night big meal at Hosteria on the corner,

Hands down, great! Paolo and his team were awesome! They communicated quickly and clearly, even when we messed up our trim schedule, there was still someone to greet us. Very clean, hip, modern, and super comfortable. It felt like one big home. Kitchen was perfectly organized for the 3 units and stocked with delicious breakfast foods and coffee, tea, etc... Perfectly located next to Vatican and metro, yet far enough away from touristy areas. Paulo offered delicious local restaurants to eat at and the common computer and room were an A plus. We were very happy with our stay.

Paulo was an excellent host, who stayed in close contact by phone when not on site. Rooms, toilet/shower facilities and shared kitchen are modern, clean and in excellent condition. Breakfast was great and always topped up. Location is conveniently located for tourists- not far from the Metro and Vatican. The only improvement I can mention is for better wifi performance in the room. Otherwise, we couldn't have stayed in a better place.

Not really a B&B

To call this a B&B is a bit of a misnomer. You get a bed and food for breakfast but it is really a shared apartment with 3 guest rooms and a common kitchen area. The rooms were clean and the location was convenient but, if you are expecting a traditional B&B like in Ireland or elsewhere with a host to cater to your needs, this isn't the place. We had a nice welcome and then didn't see anyone for our 3 nights. This was only really a problem when other guests were smoking I'm the common area, as there was nobody there to discourage it. All in all, it was good for the price but it wasn't what we had expected based upon prior reviews, which all had raved about Paolo.

Quaint and stylish B&B

Very cute B&B on the second floor of an historic building. Use a skeleton key to get into your room. Very quaint. Kitchen is great with everything you need and a large common area with three small tables and a couch. Keyara explains everything for you and goes over a large map hanging on the wall. She was very helpful. The only negative is the recycling containers right outside your window and they collect a different item each night. Was about 2 or 3 in the morning. Very loud clanging glass bottles being dumped into a truck bed, but that would not stop me from staying there again. We also had a family in the third room with two small children that were bouncing off the walls and loud (we occupied two of the three rooms). This is probably a rare situation, as I don't know too many people that would want to be confined in one room with two small kids. Overall, a great B&B and I would recommend it.

I would recommend staying at The Arches

We stayed in the new Arches Inn B&B which is located a short walk from the Cipro metro station. When we arrived I was apprehensive. It was not what I expected. The B&B is a converted apartment in a residential building. I think this is quite common in Italy. The building that it is located in is well kept but older. Paolo who welcomed us was very sweet, friendly and helpful. He showed us around the apartment and gave us some great tips about getting into town, what to do nearby etc. Back to the apartment - it is an apartment that has been converted to 3 en suite bedrooms. There is a kitchen and then an area with a couple of small tables where you can sit and eat. To their credit, the breakfast options offered were excellent! There was a big basket of fresh fruit. Fruit juice, butter, milk in the fridge. Each room had a cupboard which included criossants, coffee pods (for the coffee machine), bread, fruit tarts. There was also cereal and tea and instant coffee too. It was great to be able to get up and make breakfast whatever time we wanted and also to have a fridge where we could keep groceries. There is a 24/7 Carrefour next door which was very handy for us. Every morning Kiara comes in to refill the kitchen, restock toilet rolls etc. Overall, our stay was positive. It was great value, in a great location.

Authentic, charming near the Vatican

Gianni met us at the airport and drove us directly to the hotel. We met Chiara at the hotel, who showed us around and checked us in. The room is charming and authentically Roman, including the cute kitchen and elevator. We appreciated the good fruit, pastries, milk and orange juice provided and ate breakfast there each morning. The kitchen window overlooks a garden. We only briefly saw the other families staying there. The neighborhood is quiet with a variety of good restaurants and bakeries and a grocery store. The Vatican City is a convenient walk. Chiara, Gianni and Paolo are nice and helpful. We would gladly stay there again.

We booked a room with balcony, free breakfast, dinning area, garden view etc. We communicated with the hotel staff a couble of times on our confirmed arrival time and 3 nights stay that was booked in hotel.com. Upon arrival at about midnight, we were instructed the room we booked was not available. And the staff placed us to another nearby hotel with a much less comfortable room without balcony, free breakfast, dinning area, garden view etc but with the same price. We were totally spoiled by this hotel. We are going to talk to hotel.com to find out what was the meaning by the \"confirmed\" booking.

The most friendly and wonderful B&B host

We were absolutely blown away by this B&B. The host, Paulo, was very frendly and went way beyond and above what one would expect. On arrival he gave us a very detailed overview how to best use our time in Rome, places to go and tourist traps to avoid. The B&B itself is wonderful, with air conditioning, great bathroom and shower, and a fully stocked kitchen for breakfast. Paulo re stocks every day, there is nothing to worry about. Coffee, milk, Juice, cereal, yoghurt and more are available for breakfast which we could prepare any time of the day, no set schedule.

I highly recommend this B&B. Although it is only about a mile away from the Vatican it is in a very quiet residential area only a few steps away from the Cipro metro station. We definitely will come back to this B&B on our next stay in Rome.

The Perfect B&B- STAY HERE!!! :)

This was the PERFECT Rome getaway spot. We originally booked an apartment through another agency and it was disastrous. We found this online in the last minute and could not have been more pleased at their fast care. (We booked it and were there in about an hour.) Our room was thoroughly cleaned, the AC was great, the beds were comfy and clean, the bathroom quite large, and the breakfast LOVELY and constantly replenished, even on our last morning. The location is ideal (you can see the Vatican and St. Peter's from the street, it's maybe a ten minute walk, or one Metro stop) and the neighborhood is safe and comfortable (not too touristy, good food and a nearby metro). The shower wasn't always hot but it wasn't super unpleasant unless you want to shower in the middle of the day, then it was pretty cold (though it was rather hot out and I didn't mind). The room also has very dark shades for the windows and is great for getting some good sleep. I would honestly recommend this B&B to any of my friends or family who were traveling to Rome. They made our vacation blissful. Thanks, Arches B&B!!

Best Place to stay in Rome

It's a great place to stay. Very good location: close to Vatican (a 5 minute walk), easy access to a subway station.
The rooms are very nice and clean, remodeled bathrooms are very nice as well, we loved the balconies. A fridge was full of food that was free of charge: juice, milk, yogurts, butter. Also bread, snacks, coffee, fruit. We could make our own meals every day, the kitchen is fully equipped for that.
The staff is very nice. We absolutely loved the place.

Perfect for a weekend get away

The Arches was lovely- everything we needed as a base for the weekend. They provided breakfast in the kitchen so that you could take it as you needed it which is perfect if you're trying to jam a whole load into your trip. Very easy location and very near a whole host of delicious restaurants and ice cream shops.

A hidden gem

We arrived at Arches to find a warm welcome from the very polite Paulo,our room was spotless as was our ensuite couldn't fault it.The breakfast was continental fresh bread and fruit every day.We had a wonderful stay here,clean towels every day and even a choice of pillows,a ten minute walk to metro station and about a twenty minute walk to St Peters Square,plenty of eating places around every corner,thank you Paulo for all your information we had a lovely stay with you.

What a great stay. Arches is only a few minutes walk from the Vatican and it is just a 7-10 minute walk from the metro. Paolo was awesome! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! We stayed in the Green Room. It was extremely clean, and the bathroom was large and modern. Our room had a pleasant balcony where we could enjoy the provided breakfast and relax with an espresso before a full day of site seeing. I would highly recommend this to my friends and family if they are looking for an oasis form the busy touristy sectors of Rome. Paolo is a wealth of knowledge and he will bend over backwards to make sure you have a great stay. Thanks for positively adding to our experience!

Great host and great place to stay in Rome

Paolo and his team were great and very responsive hosts. They arranged for airport pickup which took us straight to Arches. There was breakfast everyday (pastries, fruits, yoghurt, milk, coffee) which came in handy if we were not having breakfast outside. Other nice touches included daily housekeeping services, a safe in the room, a computer and printer if we needed to print anything, guidebooks and maps on Rome and Italy. Paolo also gave us recommendations on restaurants, gelato places and bakeries that were near the B&B and he also fixed up the wifi promptly when it wasn't working on the first day. The B&B is about 5-10 minutes walk from the Ottaviano metro and also walking distance to the Vatican City. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Arches and would recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Pay for the Location

We booked the Arches B&B the same-day for a 3-day, 2-night stay. The management was nice and accommodating, and Chiara gave us a good recommendations for things to see and how to get there. However, the room itself was not what we expected given the price. We were a family of 4 adults and stayed in the Yellow Room, which was the cheapest room. It was a single, small room with 1 double bed and 2 rollaway single beds. The private bathroom is NOT like the ones shown in the pictures, I am guessing those are the bathrooms for the other, more expensive rooms. Although the bathroom was big with lots of space, the shower and sink had mildew. The A/C was also not very good, and the Wi-Fi never worked in spite of being right next to the router on the other side of the wall. Breakfast was bare bones with pre-packaged pastries although there was also yogurt and orange juice provided. The only good thing we liked was the location, there was a gelato place right across the street and it was the best gelato we had during our entire 2-week trip. We also tried several of the small eateries close by that were also good and priced well. It is a 10 min or less walk from the Ottavanio Metro station if you walk slow. To get to St. Peter's Square is about 20-25 min walking slow as well. We woke up late but luckily made our 7:30 AM tour reservation in the Square since we were a reasonable walking distance.

We loved staying here. The staff was terrific and the room was great. We stayed in the blue room. We loved having breakfast on our terrace each morning. Close to the Vatican but far enough away to escape the tourists. You can catch the Metro just a couple of blocks away. Best gelato across the street. Denesi Cafe next door was the best!

My wife and I stayed at the Arches Inn, which is a companion to the Arches B&B, for two nights at the start of 10 days in Italy. The Inn is apartment-style, with three bedrooms, each with private bathroom, off a common kitchen/dining area. We stayed in the Green Room, which sleeps two (queen bed) and has a balcony and a shower (no tub). Accommodations were very nice, especially for the price, with one exception: The shower water temperature was very hard to control. Boiler kept turning off mid-shower! Finally tricked it by leaving hot water running in the sink, but even so the temperature controller was very touchy to set right. Also, the shower head, while functional, has seen better days. Some maintenance is needed, and is the reason for the \"3\" rating on facilities/condition.

That said, rooms are private and of good size. Having a kitchen is really nice, it is well-equipped (including espresso machine), and the rate includes endless espresso, pastries, juice, milk, bread, yogurt, etc. for a do-it-yourself breakfast. The staff were great in person, and super-responsive by email. They arranged transport from the airport and would have accommodated any reasonable request for other help. The location is excellent. It is right by the Vatican Metro stop, so you are walking distance to the Vatican and an easy Metro ride away from other spectacular sites. We would stay again, and in fact will do so for a night on our way out of Italy. With luck, they'll have fixed the shower!

Excellent Stay In Rome - Thank You

Arches B&B is an excellent place to stay in Rome. The rooms are clean, large, and have excellent bathroom facilities. Yet, it gets even better. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They provide a ton of breakfast food in the fridge and nook. Also, they were helpful on tourist information, and they provide you a computer and printer to download and print tickets, book reservations at the Vatican, Colosseum, etc. The location was excellent. It is right near a natural grocery store for those who have allergies or just like to eat healthy, as well as, with in walking distance of two vegetarian and vegan italian bistros that can provide for allergy issues. There are also tons of places to eat for those who enjoy meat, cheese and good food. It is very close to the metro and walking distance to the Sistine Chapel and Vatican City. It was a little odd to find when you first get there, remember to call the owners when you arrive so they can meet you there. Otherwise, you will not regret staying at this B&B. It felt like a home. My only complaint is the bed which was not as firm as I would like, but also not a problem as with some hotels. I will definitely recommend Arches B & B as a place to stay in Rome to enhance your stay in Italy because it makes you feel at home.

A perfectly charming Inn

We stayed at the Arches Inn B&B in June, 2013 in the quattro yellow room. We found it to be clean, cool, quiet, and perfect for a family of four. The Inn staff were so friendly and helpful! They pointed out the best local places to eat, and were available to assist us whenever needed throughout our stay. The Inn is a two-minute walk from the Cipro metro station, and a ten to fifteen minute walk from the Vatican city gate. Travelling to the tourist attractions was quick & easy with a Roma pass to ride unlimited metro. The Roma pass also gives you entrance to the attractions without waiting in line. The tourist sites were unbelievably hot and crowded in June and the Roma pass was worth every penny to avoid standing in line in the sun. We took a bus tour of Rome, saw the Coliseum, Roman forum, Spanish Steps, Trevi fountain, St. Peter's Basilica, & the Vatican museum in three days. The Vatican museum is so large and overwhelming that we just walked through most of it on the fast track to see the Sistine Chapel at the end of the tour. There is so much to see in Rome that we had to pace ourselves to see what we could in only three days. The highlights for me were St. Peter's Basilica, the Sistine Chapel, and Fatamorgana - The staff at Arches Inn told us it was the best gelato in Rome, and we were not disappointed. Most gelato in the city is now the fluffy stuff made from a mix, but this gelato has unbelievably intense flavor, and it is a short walk from the Inn.

Arches B&B is in a beautiful building that has a porter on duty- nice added security benefit. The room we had for 4 was very spacious with a huge king sized bed and two twin rollaway beds, a safe & fast wifi internet. A computer with printer available to purchase and print our advance purchased tickets to sightseeing venues. Paolo and Fabio were fantastic! Fabio sent us a follow up welcoming email almost immediately after we booked our reservation to coordinate logistics of meeting us when we arrive. He even offered to arrange a reasonable private van for transportation. Fabio met us upon arrival and was very helpful. He gave us smart tips for our visit in Rome and local restaurant/gelaterria recommendations which were fabulous and cheap! They provide continental breakfast items such as fresh whole milk, orange juice, bread and butter along with packaged sweetbreads. There's a full kitchen and essential utensils available for cooking. The HUGE private bathroom we had comes with a blowdryer. There are extra towels available. Bath soap and shampoo are not provided. If you forget to pack something, there are several convenient markets within a few minutes walk away. The Metro stop is also only a 10-15 minute walk. Overall, we had a lovely time and experience staying at Arches B&B. Would highly recommend!

Great stay at the arches, very close to the Vatican, easy connection via the subway to the other must see sites, Paolo was very helpful and friendly, the room was comfortable and had its own shower room with a comunal kitchen for you to use as and when, I went on my own, but there is so much to see you don't feel lonely in the crowds which by the way were light due to the time of year, got into the Vatican with no effort, the museums are outstanding and Rome is a beautiful City.

Arches is the BEST place to stay in Rome!

Throughout our visit in Rome we stayed in many different hotels/B&Bs, and Arches was BY FAR the best, most comfortable place to stay. Paulo greeted us with a BIG smile and gave us a lot of great suggestions and recommendations for the city. The location is perfect (5 minute walk from the Metro) and is in a very quiet and relaxing area. The supermarket is next door and was very convenient to buy snacks and drinks and keep them in the fridge. The room was big and very clean, and the bathroom and shower were huge! We stayed for 3 nights, and on our way back through Rome we will stay there again. For any future trips to Rome we will definitely, 100% stay at Arches. Thank you Paulo - you helped make a perfect vacation!

Arches of Rome, #1 for us!!

Our family of four totally enjoyed our stay at the Arches B & B and would recommend them to everyone!! Paolo from Arches treated us like family from day one. Even with our very late flight arrival into Rome, he arranged for direct transportation from the airport and personally greeted us to Arches and Rome. We had a large room with one double bed and two singles, a large private bathroom and a small balcony off our main room. The shared common area with the separate kitchen was comfortable and very nice.

El hotel es el peor en el que he estado de hoteles.com. Nos quedamos en verano y la única ventana que hay en la habitación no abre, o sea no hay ventilación. Tienen un aire acondicionado portátil que hace demasiado ruido y no funciona muy bien, arreglado con cinta y expide aire caliente. Hay un ventilador de techo que amenaza con caerse en cualquier momento y hace muy poco viento. Teníamos una cama doble y una sencilla, la cama sencilla tiene un colchón muy malo,incómoda. como de un recluta. La ducha tiene moho y el inodoro está manchado. La cocina tiene una dotación básica, pero la cafetera no funcionaba y los platos y los vasos estaban rajados. Cada día entraba alguien a la habitación, pero no sabíamos qué hacía porque la habitación no la limpiaban. Es un hostal que se hace pasar por hotel, Espartano, franciscano. Muy lejos de la Roma histórica, pero conveniente para quien quiera ir al vaticano. Demasiado costosa para lo que encontramos porque no permite descanso.

Muito boa estadia no Arches. O atendimento é excelente e eles estão sempre disponíveis para qualquer pedido. A localização é espetacular. Muito próximo do Vaticano e a 5 minutos do metrô. A região é ótima para comer e sempre com preços bons. Diversas opções e tudo muito próximo. O b&b é até barato demais se levar isso em consideração, mas talvez o motivo pra isso venha agora.

O lugar é limpo, não tive problema com isso, mas as toalhas e a roupa de cama não são trocadas todos os dias. Se quiser novas, precisa pedir. O que pra mim não é um problema, mas só fiquei sabendo depois. A cama não é tão confortável e o grande ponto fraco é o chuveiro. Não é propriamente um chuveiro. Você mesmo tem que posicionar ele, é estranho.

Se você procura um lugar prático, razoavelmente barato e com posicionamento estratégico para curtir as melhores coisas de Roma, esse é o melhor lugar. Se estiver procurando um pouco mais de luxo, talvez seja melhor procurar outro lugar.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Rome

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Rome. Le logement était idéalement placé. 10 minutes à pied du Vatican, à deux pas du métro pour visiter tout les autres quartiers de Rome. Le logement était propre bien équipé, nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Petit bémol, le quartier est vivant donc c'est parfois bruyant la nuit! Cependant cela nous a pas géné plus que ça! Merci pour ce séjour!

地點好，交通便利，走路到地鐵約5分鐘，到梵蒂岡大約要10分鐘，有個小陽台很方便，床鋪睡起來很舒適，有冰箱和微波爐，也附有餐具，可以做簡單的加熱料理，還有提供WIFI及免費的咖啡，非常貼心，只是夏天氣溫高，冷氣有點不夠力，要開很久才會慢慢地不熱，接待人員很客氣，抵達之前一定要先和他取得連繫，不然拿不到鑰匙進門，如果不方便打電話，也可以用WHAT’S APP連線，有機會再來羅馬的話，我會再選擇住在這裡。

We enjoyed our stay at Arches. The location was great, just a short walk to the Metro or bus stop. Beds linen very clean, bathroom also very clean. Kitchen area ok. Stayed two adults and two teenagers in four-bed room, plenty of space. Paolo and Natalia (?) were very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend Arches!

J’ai apprécié le calme et le quartier, le lit était peu confortable, il a fallu réclamer pour avoir une lampe de chevet et une multiprise, par contre tout ce que nous avons demandé, nous l’avons eu tout de suite, le tuyau de douche tenait avec un scotch et pour le petit déjeuner il n’y avait qu’un café par personne
Nous n’avons pas pu ranger nos vêtements dans le placard parce que la clé avait été perdue
