Ok for a night

I was not told about the extra parking charges when booking, so found that disappointing and what is worse I found two hair in the bathtub. The issue had been resolved and cleaned but still in the current situation I would expect everything to be sparkling clean. My daughter s towel had dirty marks on it so we decided not to use it. Only stayed there as close to Termy. Breakfast was very good though.

The hotel standard room looked tiried. Stayed in many Novotel hotels in the past round Europe. This one bit dissapointing. Standard room bed matterace squicky when moved or sit on, child's bed not really comfortable either. Would not say we had a great night sleep. Reception welcoming and breakfast was good, glad that the scrambled eggs are made properly not powdered egg. Very good location if you go to Maltanskie Lake Therma and hotel offers a 20 % discount voucher at reception if asked. Booked for the ease to Therma and as stop over when touring Europe. Quite a distance from the Old town though you will need a taxi approx 7 -10min. Old town is beautiful and plenty of restaurants.

Good if you don’t want to sleep.

The rooms have walls made of paper. Can hear snoring, talking, tv of neighbours etc.
Not recommended for business use, or for people who enjoy to sleep. In one night I changed rooms twice at 1am in order to get some peace and quiet.

Such a shame, because the food is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are very dated.

A quality place to stay

I booked the hotel as it was available at a reasonable price and was close to the airport. My evening meal in the restaurant was excellent. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the airport which is an added bonus. I would most definitely stay there again.

The hotel is located just beside the swimming complex Termy Maltańskie. It is also close to the lake, park. The standard was basic, built perhaps 20 years ago.

We liked the outdoor swimming pool, as the weather was just made for it.

Unfortunately, there is no air-conditioning in rooms. Therefore, we had to keep our window open and were bitten by mosquitoes.

Nice staff - nice hotel

Was to get to and from the city tram. Nice hotel - nice staff. Breakfast comparatively pricey as not close to other options although fridge in room meant we could buy food in the city and have own in-room breakfast. Nice grounds although should be noted that season for swimming pool is only June to August. However, close to excellent Aquapark which includes several sauna's - take a big towell! Also close to lake / artificial ski slope.

Nice Hotel close to lake.

We stayed at the Hotel for three nights. The hotel is very clean with friendly staff, it is close to lake Malta and thermal baths which is excellent and well worth a visit. I would stay at this hotel again.

Dad and son road trip across Poland

We stayed here for 2 nights. The location is ok, quite close to Poznan centre about 10 minutes on the tram. Its very close to Lake Malta. From the hotel there is a small unkept path out the back across some wasteground. This leads to the new swimming baths Termy which are amazing, could have spent hours in there! There are many pools and slides inside/outside. It's worth remembering all men in Poland wear tight fitting swimshorts not baggy board shorts, they might let you in but you look different to everyone else. From the pool there is a short walk to the lake edge which is long and used for canoe racing. It's a 20 minute walk to the opposite side where there is an \"alpine coaster\" like a one man bobsleigh run down the hillside, and also a \"go-ape\" style forest treetop adventure course. There are playgrounds for kids, and café, it is ok to spend a day here in the sun. The hotel itself is standard, with a small pool out the back. The rooms are standard too, clean but nothing very exciting - a fairly cheap place to stay in a great location.

Hotel is okay; restaurant serves good food and breakfast. Overall the hotel is nice and clean; bad thing however; none of the rooms have airco! I was here only one week ago and had a room at the sunny side of the hotel. The temperature in my room was simply unacceptable. I requested a room at the other side of the hotel that was at least half the temperature as the first one. Beter be warned; this is not a hotel for hot summer stays!

FIne at the price:

Good quality hotel in a good location, close to Lake Malta at a very good price. Room was nice and spacious. Pool was a good size (if a bit cold). Hotel was very clean. Service was average but typical of Polish service levels in general. Food was nice and well priced.

Recommended. Don't be scared by distance

The hotel looks awesome inside!! It might seem average from outside, but the designer did a great job in the rooms and common areas. Very modern and comfortable, super clean. Very pleasant stay.
The location is not quote central, but it's really well connected to the city center thanks to the efficient tram and bus system. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the main square. Taxis are also pretty cheap.
Lake Malta offers many attractions too.

Great Stay for Families

A good decent stay typical of what you would expect of a Novotel, except this one has a great location being next to what is claimed to be the largest water park in Poland. A great place for families with so much to do all around lake Malta - from biking to old fashion train ride to the new water park. The foodcourt at the Mall near by has superb views of the lake. So all and all, a very nice stay if you are looking for some place to have fun with your family.

There was a lot of building work going on in surrounding aerie so, the neighbourhood wasn’t that nice.
Very friendly staff, good facilities, swimming pool, free WIFI, room service... all this could make our stay very pleasant, but the room was to hot even if the temperature outside was just above 20c.

Comfortable hotel in Poznan

This was our first visit to Poland in 15 years, and our first time in Poznan. This is a clean, modern hotel with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. It is unobtrusively located in Malta Park, close to a large boating lake. As a consequence it is very quiet. If you chose to walk into the old town the journey takes around 40 minutes. We found the standard of food in the restaurant, and in the bar to be good. Our only criticism would be that the room was uncomfortably warm - even with the window open. That aside we felt that this hotel offered excellent value for money, and we would definitely use it again.

Poznan levert i år også.. 5 sommaren vi e her på Novotel Malta. Skal èin pirke på noke, så e det basseng området som e så fint skjema. Det er rett å slett grodd igjen. Etter kl 14 er det lite sol plasser på grunn av trær som har blitt for høye..

Bedre hotell enn forventet. Stort moderne nyoppusset rom som ble skikkelig rengjort hver dag. Klimaanlegg, kjøleskap og komfortable senger. God frokost og en restaurant vi benyttet til lunsj og middag flere ganger. God mat og rimelige priser. Basseng med badevakt. Hygiene i bassenget ble passet på flere ganger om dagen. Rent og ryddig uteområde.

Wybraliśmy ten hotel ze względu na niedaleką odległość do Term maltanskich. Hotel ma już swoje lata, słychać sąsiadów zza ściany, ale pokoje czyste, łóżka duże i wygodne, obsługa bardzo miła. Niestety zaskoczeniem była wysoka cena parkingu dla gości hotelowych w tej części miasta.

Etwa in die Jahren gekommen und einfach verlattet.

Das Hotel bietet eigentlich gute Standards ist aber schon in die Jahren gekommen. Die Einrichtung ist wahrscheinlich noch \"Original\", d.h. von Anfang an und mach nicht den besten Eindruck wenn man bedenkt, es handelt sich um ein Novotel.
Das Hotel liegt weit außer des Zentrums und ist sehr ruhig gelegen.
Ich finde in dieser Gegend gibt es nicht viel, deswegen ist Parkplatzgebühr absolut überfließig.

Hotel już ma swoje lata. Niestety wygląda na brudny (wykładziny). Obsługa recepcji i restauracji pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Nie czułam się komfortowo. W pokojach tylko wanny, co nie jest zbyt praktyczne. Poduszki duże, niewygodne. Generalnie tak sobie. Parking płatny 30 zł za dobe.

Selv om hotellet er røykfritt, lukter det røyk på rommet - som for mange hotell i Øst-Europa. Tepperens?
I tillegg til dette, luktet det kloakk fra vasken på rommet - som ble påpekt. Basert på stanken var det høyst uvisst om vannet fra krana kunne drikkes. Ble brukt til tannpuss da. Kanskje rørsystemet, som hotellet, er fra 1975 og ikke er helt trygt? Bare stusset...
Aircondition på rommet var ei gulvvifte, noe som er et minus sammenlignet med termostatstyrt. Et pluss var kjøleskap på rommet.
Frokosten var midt på treet; de som vil ha laks må nøye seg med røkt makrell. Litt for tynt utvalg, etter min smak. For polsk?Servicen var sånn passe, tilbud til barn så ut til å være bra, med bl.a. basseng, og rabatt på nærliggende Termy Maltanskie (anbefales) var hyggelig nok.
Beliggenheten er helt grei, da det er kort vei til kollektivtransporten. Ikke veldig langt til Stary Rynek.
Vil definere hotellet som greit, ikke noe mer enn det - med grei valuta for pengene.
Kommer kanskje tilbake dit, hvis det å tilbringe tid på Termy Maltanskie er målet.

Hotel lata swojej świetności ma za sobą ale cena adekwatna do oferowanego standardu.
Przyjemny ogród, mały basenik zewnętrzny (co sie chwali bo to rzadkość u nas) i jedynym mankamentem zbyt mała ilość leżaków...ponieważ dużo rodzin z dziećmi:)

Udany urlop w spokojnym, czystym hotelu.

Wrażenia z pobytu w hotelu bardzo pozytywne. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Sprzątanie w dobie pandemii na życzenie, woda mineralna, kawa, herbata uzupełniane codziennie (na życzenie). Obsluga śniadania mimo pandemii szybka i spełniająca wszelkie życzenia. Jedyny minus to brak w pokoju szafy, pułek, szuflad na ubrania. Przy pobycie dwóch osób 10-dniowym jedna półka to stanowczo za mało!!! Ogolnie hotel godny polecenia. To dobra baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie Wielkopolski.

Hotel jest stary, co widać po wnętrzu pokoi. 20 lat temu mógł być nowoczesny - brak klimatyzacji, stare, poplamione dywany. Z drugiej strony, pościel i ręczniki bez zarzutu. Śniadanie smaczne, nie licząc dostępnej kawy z ekspresu (niepijalna). Jedzenie w hotelowej restauracji zdecydowanie na plus. Dobre miejsce na wypad do term maltańskich, ale na dłuższą metę byłby męczący.

Novotel Poznan Malta är ett jättemysigt och bra hotell med trevlig, hjälpsam personal och bra service. Rummet var bra tilltaget för oss tre, två vuxna och en ungdom på 13 år. Minibar med kylskåp var bra då det var mycket varmt när vi var i Poznan. Frukosten var bra utan att vara överdådig. Det fanns bröd med olika pålägg, scrambled egg, korvar och goda ostar så det finns något som passar alla. Utomhuspoolen var riktigt skön att bada i då det var över 30 grader varmt när vi var där. Den var välstädad och det satt hela tiden en badvakt och höll koll. Restaurangens mat var också bra. Vi åt både pasta och hamburgare som smakade bra. Hotellet ligger cirka 3 km från gamla stan så det är en bit att gå men det är också enkelt att åka spårvagn in till centrum. Kostade cirka 32 kronor för oss tre att åka, enkelbiljetter. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera det här hotellet då det var lugnt och skönt att vistas där.

Tolles Hotel mit kleinem Pool

Es hat zwar vom Personal bis auf eine Person kein Deutsch gesprochen, so wie es eigentlich angegeben war, aber da ich mich auf englisch gut verständigen kann, war dies kein Problem. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück vollkommen in Ordnung. Zimmer bis auf den Teppich sehr ordentlich. Pool von 9-20 Uhr nutzbar und sogar beaufsichtigt. Nicht gerade riesig, aber dennoch für die gewünschte Abkühlung ausreichend, um eine kleine Bahn zu schwimmen. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes und günstiges Hotel, das sich in sehr guter Lage befindet zum schönen Maltasee, dem Aquapark, der wunderschönen Altstadt und den Einkaufscentern. Würden wir wieder buchen.

Miły pobyt ale na wypad biznesowy...Hotel na pewno czasy świetności ma już za soba. Pokój jak na 2+1 uważam za zbyt mały. łazienka bardzo malutka. Atutem osobno WC. Śniadania ok, ale bez rewelacji, co dziennie takie samo menu. Plus za usytuowanie cisza i spokój. bardzo mila i zetelna obsluga bardzo pomocna do tego cisza i spokuj blisko termy maltańskie park itp. jedynie to brak informacji co do osob niepełnosprawnych czy sa dla nich pokoje dostosowane pozaty same superlatywy.

Ordinary Novotel standards, but pricey parking.

A hotel with the usual Novotel standard and at a fair price. Very expensive parking and a complicated parking system - the parking electronics didn´t work properly either. Slow wi-fi. I will not return unless they change their parking system and fees.

Perfect location for families

Perfect location for visiting the thermal bath and the New Zoo. Easy to get into town by tram or taxi.
Very friendly and helpful staff in the lobby. Not so professional in the restaurant, but OK food though.
