Hotel is at an amazing prime location and the building is impressive!
Our room was massive and super clean with friendly staff helping us with booking tours, information and anything we needed like extra pillows.
Sunday breakfast although appeared small was actually very reach with 3 types of eggs over 7 types of cheese including an amazing feta salad Greek style,fluffy pastries and fruits.
Problem was Monday breakfast which was a lot smaller in selection and quality. Huge gap between the 2 breakfasts!due to the lower amount of people starting over it seemed they didn't put the same effort and that is the only reason it's not 5 stars review. Bottom line you can't be disappointed with the location staff or food.
Also you have 2 restaurants and a cafe place right at the ground floor so you don't need to wonder too far for a great meal.

Wonderful stay in Poznań. Staf very kind and helpful, location of the hotel is perfect! Walking distance everywhere we wanted to visit. Pub cross the road made bit of noice between 3 and 6am but thats not a hotel fault, next time I just go to party there myself.

Perfect hotel if location is what your after , we had the delux room it was spacious & clean, had a fridge & complimentary water. The only little downside was the lightning (so dark ) difficulty to see the clothes in the wardrobe & use the mirror for makeup was a struggle, so two of us had to share the bathroom one .
The attached cafe served a good breakfast. Im gluten free & they provided gf bread on request.
There was lots of meats , cheese & eggs & fresh fruit which was more than adequate.
Overall a great hotel

Good location. Close to shops. I forgot my extra winter coat in the hotel room when we checked out. When I realized it, we were already on our way to catch a train and did not have time to go back and get it. We emailed them and they shipped it to my sons in Vienna, Austria. I was very happy to get my coat back. :)

Rooms were comfortable though one room could have been a little warmer. The hotel is situated in an ideal position for exploring Poznan's many sites. We would love to revisit !

Overall our stay was very nice! The location is great and the team was super helpful! I will say that the bars around them make it loudish at night so if you are light sleep may want to ask to have a room away from the street. Overall my husband and I had a great and would stay here again.

The breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the bar. It was a in a great location but was very noisy at night and we was on the top floor. The duvet cover didn’t quite fit the bed, it was short on both sides.

Lovely hotel and very helpful staff.
Hotel was in a nice area with good access to the market square.
Our room was a bit noisy at night as near bars and nightclubs.
My only comment for area of improvement would be to have sheets that fit the bed and better pillows. All in all though a great place to stay. Thank you.

Clean and quiet room. Good size. Lovely architecture in the building. There was a heating/air-con unit in the room as well as external shutters outside the windows which made the room incredibly dark, perfect for sleeping. Fantastic location close to many sjops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

A really nice hotel and amazing value for the price we paid. The location was perfect for us, close to the nightlife and just two minutes walk from the town square and basilica. Those who want a quiet night might wish to request a room away from the main street which can be a little noisy late at night. However, this didn't bother us and the blackout blinds were great at blocking out light. Poznan was a great city and if i were to visit again i would not hesitate to stay here.

The hotel is lovely with a very beautiful feel to it. Sadly my room (107) was on the street where there was a lot of night time noise. I was woken up about 1am by thia and it continued for a few hours. At that time of the morning im not going to request quiet room...although i wish i did as i did not sleep much after that. The breakfast sadly is very limited with hardly no hot options...whilst tasty it wasnt what i would expect.
Shame as when i checked in i loved the hotel the reception was kind and helpful and the room was comfortable and clean.

The room was excellent, a good size, v clean, comfortable beds and electronically operated black out blinds were a real bonus. Staff were always polite, helpful and friendly, the breakfast was tasty and good value and the general upkeep of the hotel was great. V central location to the town sq too. Highly recommend.

Very nice. Staff really helpful. Beautiful location However it is very near Poznan's nightlife and there was a lot of noise during the night - people shouting in the street and persistent racket from the club on the street playing bass-heavy music.

I would certainly stay again, but would bring earplugs and pray for double (or triple) glazing!

Beautiful old building with character, very good value fur money. Cellar restaurant and bar - amazing. Lovely cafe. We chose breakfast there each day as got 15% off- delicious. Very central to old square. Would highly recommend. Only minor problem was night noise from nearby clubs but with the aircon on, windows and shutters closed, earplugs ( privided), it was fine.

Nice Hotel - Wrong Location

The hotel itself is absolutely fine. It has a boutique feel about it. Nice breakfast. The room itself was fine but had no air-conditioning - only a fan. My friend's rooms had air-con. The biggest issue for me was the noise from outside. I had a rock club directly outside my window and being near the top of the street it was right by a large group of really loud bars. I effectively had a rock concert outside my room until 04:30. I noted earplugs were supplied in the room - i can't wear them. My friend's rooms all pointed inwards in the building and they had no noise issue. If you can guarantee an inward facing room then that's fine. If not I'd advise looking elsewhere - unless you are VERY hard of hearing.

Location is good, but the room (ironically Room 101) was incredibly noisy: the fridge, the air conditioning unit and some other clicking pipes in the ceiling. I mentioned it on leaving and the receptionist agreed that that room can be noisy. If this is known, then perhaps something should be done to rectify the issues.

The room was lovely, and what little damage already existed to the woodwork and furniture is hardly the fault of the hotel, though I would advise handling the sharp edge on the desk corner. There were 2 plug sockets, not in the best places. The staff were polite and friendly as well as very helpful. A bit too close to the nightlife for me, but close to the old square and walking distance to the station. Would stay again

Lovely 5 night stay, had a room on my own which was spacious and comfortable. My friends and I all had issues with the shower head as it was a poor design but otherwise, the location and staff were great.

This location is perfection. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The BED is superb! The best and most comfortable bed in Poland! I was elated to be able to sleep comfortably. The hotel is immaculate with stunning design and architecture. I will stay here again. My dogs were welcomes for a fee. It connects to a hidden restaurant in the celllar.

The hotel is well appointed, clean, safe, and has character. The staff were more than friendly and helpful, they were also professional. I appreciated that I could drop my bags off before check-in due to my early arrival. The location is perfect, right near the Old Town Square and a short walk to transit. There are many restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. I was there for a weekend and it was a bit loud at night but I wear earplugs so I slept well. The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the water and the mini-fridge. My only suggestion would be to have some facial tissue/Kleenex in the room. I’d definitely stay here again.

There was some noise from the street outside in the evening but not enough to keep us awake. We wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

Just come back from a lovely time in Poznan, the hotel was very clean and tidy and has beautiful character. There is a busy nightlife and the hotel is situated in the centre of it so can be noisy in the evenings at the weekend but there are shutters installed on the windows to help with this. However it didn't effect our weekend and managed to sleep well, bed was very comfy and hotel staff were happy to help and give us extra bedding when asked.

Excellent location for exploring the historic centre of Poznan on foot - with nearby access to the extensive tram network. A stylish, fully renovated, historic building in a quiet side street with a delightful little coffee shop opposite and a convenient, small, late-opening supermarket around the corner. Helpful staff (who also speak English).

A lot of noise and hard to sleep

The hotel was quite nice inside and in a great location for exploring poznan. However there was so much noise from the clubs and bars which are all night clubs so we couldn’t sleep much. On top of that we asked to move to a quieter room which didn’t help as we then had street noise plus the walls were so thin we could hear everything from our neighbouring room. Shame as staff were really lovely and helpful.

We received a warm welcome, early check-in and complimentary upgrades. Bedrooms were a reasonable size with extremely comfortable beds and free bottled water, replenished daily. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, although a larger breakfast room is needed. The Restaurant was lovely with melt in the mouth steaks. Special thanks to Matthew and Jacob. Fab location for sightseeing.

Modern, stylish room right in the old town

Couldn't be happier with the hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff at the reception, the hotel and the room were all looking stylish but newly refurbished and clean. It's literally in the old town, you walk 1 minute and you are on the market square. So much so that you cannot drive to or park at the hotel. If you drive the recommended underground parking costs 60Zł daily (around £12/€14).
We had a very pleasant stay, we will happily return if visiting Poznan again.
