This hotel has very good pricing when you take into account the location, the convenience of taxis, as well as just bars, restaurants, and amenities. On site there is a decent pool. The included breakfast is sufficient, and it is kept as clean as possible. This is my second stay here and I will definitely stay back here again when I return to Ibiza.

Knew what I was getting as stayed here before. Served my purpose and had a good stay.. security staff abit rude and over bearing.Room was adequate and met what was required for my trip. Slight ant problem in my bathroom which also had a sewage smell. But overall a decent stay close to everything in west end and I would stay again for the type of bender weekend I was on.

Pleasant stay, would recommend

Hotel was lovely, clean and modern.
Had 3 single beds in one spacious room with a good size balcony side view overlooking the pool. Staff were helpful as we wanted late checkout (6pm we were allowed) Room also opposite Eden nightclub and other than a few beats couldn’t hear much music and other guests was just typical noise, nothing too loud or annoying. Only negative I have is that breakfast was cold but we used microwave to heat ours up.

Stayed mon-fri this week, great hotel and great location. staff were okay, breakfast was good. The room above our rooms bathroom was leaking so our bathroom was constantly flooded, only got cleaned once on the third day in and was flooded again within an hour.

My stay was extremely comfortable. Always clean and smells fresh. I took some days to work and Wi-Fi didn’t let me down! Many thanks for the swimming pool view! Adorable morning and evening out of the French window. The pool and the bar are fun with great music. Location!!! My god location is posh!!! Bars and clubs are just around the corner. Bus station is from another corner. The heart of San Antonio!!!

Everything was good but 2 things have let this hotel down:

1. The breakfast was poor, the food was not kept hot, i am confident it would fail food standards. They serve between 8am til 11am, and i only went twice for breakfast for my 9 night stay, once at 9am and once at 10.30am, and both times the breakfast was poor.

2. This is advertised as an adults only hotel, my last 3 days, there were children stayingbat the hotel, this is not what I wanted to encounter when I specifically went for an adults only hotel.
A formal complaint has been submitted.

Other than the 2 points above, the staff, the hotel and the atmosphere was enjoyable.

Reception staff were very nice and helpful.

when we got to our room it was not ready yet they let us go in and there was a massive puddle on the floor the sink was dirty and when we asked the cleaner if we could have an extra towel to clean the floor she said no there’s towels in the bathroom so she expected us to clean the floor with the towels we would dry ourselves in!! Once I explained again she gave us a towel.

Bar staff at the pool were rude! We paid for the accommodation and we brought some cans from the shop to sit by the pool and drink only they came over and said no we have to buy from their bar which is stupid prices!! we aren’t all made of money we already paid for the accommodation we should atleast be able to buy drink from the shop and drink them!

Overall I wouldn’t stay there again you don’t get value for money they say there’s a DJ around the poolside when there wasn’t they just played the radio. Not impressed.

A NICE HOTEL VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.VERY GOOD LOCATION CLOSE TO BARS AND RESTAURANTS.DIdn't have a drink at hotel very expensive charging €2.50 for small bottle of water.the breakfast was very good especially the brown bread straight out the oven.there is a lidl five minutes away if you are walking. For cheap drinks etc.

I had a very lovely stay at Marco Polo I Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the safe on arrival and immediately they sent the technician to fix it. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The location is great and very close to all amenities and the beach and bus station. Very nice vibe at the pool. I will definitely go back to this hotel. Good job guys!

We stayed here for one week, and found the hotel to be a great 3 star hotel.

Staff are very accommodating, rooms are exceptionally clean, as are all the public areas.
Rooms recently refurbished, wifi good.

Breakfast continental/hot was tasty and fresh, you can sit in or outdoors, we chose out, lovely 1st thing in the morning..

Nice pool area with a younger crowd, we are in our 40's Only used once. We hired a car and discovered the many beautiful beaches of Ibiza. DJ at pool.

This is a hostel, not a hotel

The reception ladies appear to hate their job. They were somewhat rude and couldn't even manage a \"hello\" back at the best of times. The pool is quite nice but plays pretty loud music all day long so be aware if you have kids that need to sleep. The rooms are super basic. Ours was actually missing a fridge which wasn't brought in until two days later. The bed was tiny but for two people it was ridiculous and super uncomfortable. This place is a hostel not a hotel. Unless you're in your early 20s or younger and only in Ibiza to party on the western side (very expensive if you want to go to the super clubs or Ibiza town or anywhere nice in Ibiza) then don't stay here.

Pleasant enough except everything bangs. Doors and cupboard doors and echoes throughout the hotel. Breakfast is not worth paying for. Staff are friendly and room kept clean although at busy times reception couldn't cope. Dated decor but everything works fine. There is no shade or parasols if you want to lay by the pool and beds were quickly taken, so not enough for all guests

First time for us in Ibiza. We are the type of people who don't care too much for the hotel we stay at and are very easy going - If you are ok with a room that has what you need for the little sleep your going to get, then this is a great hotel for you. Great location, staff is friendly, and hotel is at a good price. Walking distance to shops/bars/bus stop.

reasonable budget hotel

My room was clean, housekeeping did a good job every day (although they didn't always replace the toiletries) and the mattress was comfortable, even if the pillows were awful and badly need replacing. I never felt too hot or too cold and my room had a nice balcony that I could sit on. There's satellite tv, but the channels are mostly in German and there is only one English channel (BBC World News). The reception staff were helpful and polite but despite what the Expedia site says, you have to pay for Wi-Fi (5 hours from the time of payment, not for 5 hours use). The pool looked nice although I didn't use it.

Serious problem with shower - fluctuating very hot & cold water. Problem was not rectified during our 6 + 1 days stay despite repeated complaints. The same applied to at least 2 other rooms on the 4th floor.

Went for a long weekend with my girlfriends, was just what we were after, brilliant location convenient for clubs, bars, beach, bus and shops. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Pool was very nice, plenty of sunbeds and reasonable prices at the bar.

This hotel is perfectly situated in San Antonio right around the corner from Es Paradis and a 5min walk to Ocean Beach. The staff were helpful and rooms were clean enough with A/C. Perfect for our 4 day break! Pool is good & bus station is a couple of minutes away. Bargain too at £185 for 2 ppl for 3 nights!

Fantastic stay room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bed linen was changed half way through my 7 night stay, which was fine with me..Excellent location near beach and bars. Deposit of 10 euros required for A/c remote, which worked perfectly.. Pool was well maintained, but I spent majority of my time on beach, just my preference.. Defo going back!!!

Great Hotel and Worth the Money

It was a nice hotel and worth the money. It was clean and the main advantage of this hotel is that it is very near to the Sea Beach as well as to the Bus Station. Hardly took 5 mins to reach the hotel from the Bus Station. Just opposite the hotel there is a car and bike renting agent as well.

Buena relación calidad precio.Clientela mayoritariamente británica. Solo adultos.El personal es super amable y ayudan en todo El hotel esta muy cerca de la Estación de Autobús,que hace los desplazamientos muy sencillo,también a las calas.Cuando lo remodelen completamente quedará genial,mientras se disfruta de la comodidad de los colchones y su inmejorable piscina con camas y hamacas gratuitas.

Het is een heel net hotel, met wat feestende jongeren. Beaker was heel streng op geluidsoverlast.
Hotel is heel mooi en pas geleden gerenoveerd.
Locatie is top!! net niet aan de drukke straat, maar wel enorm centraal gelegen.

Hotel in ottima posizione. Bella la piscina, ben organizzata e piuttosto ricca la colazione. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Struttura abbastanza gradevole se se ne fa poco uso, giusto per riposarsi e fare una doccia. Lascia a desiderare la pulizia, il bagno era pulito ma non impeccabile, è rimasta della sabbia che il servizio di pulizia non ha mai rimosso, ed è bastato rientrare giusto il tempo di una doccia per l’ora di pranzo da sentir dire al personale “una in meno”. Risultato: camera sporca. Tutto sommato rimane un buon hotel da consigliare tenendo ovviamente presente che non si tratta di un resort con spa!

Super hôtel chambre impeccable nettoyer tous les jours draps et serviettes de bain changer tous les jours aussi. Piscine super-agréable avec music à partir de 11h snack et bed disponible. Hotel tutto sommato buono, unica pecca le pulizie: le signore spesso rifacevano i letti e ci lasciavano senza il lenzuolo sopra e abbiamo avuto tutta la settimana tracce di brillantini lasciate dai precedenti ospiti quindi non hanno pulito bene.
L’hotel è a pochi passi dalla fermata del bus quindi comodissimo per gli spostamenti. Buffet colazione ottimo ed abbondante.

La camera era spaziosa e i letti comodi, come punto debole direi qualche macchia su lenzuola e asciugamani, che però si vedeva fossero stati lavati e puliti.
Camera un po’ rumorosa, probabilmente per la location, molto vicina al centro e alla stazione degli autobus (3 minuti a piedi).
Colazione ottima e abbondante, consiglio vivamente di prenderla.
Nel complesso un buon hotel.

Fijn hotel, ligt in het centrum. Schoon en personeel heel vriendelijk. In de zomer zou ik er niet willen zijn, veel jonge lui en luidruchtig dan. Bij zwembad voor de liefhebber harde muziek tot 21.00 uur.

Schoon hotel, uitstekend ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel. Dicht bij het centrum, helaas nog niet veel open (10 april) maar kan me voorstellen gezellig wanneer seizoen drukker is. Jonge dame liep elke dag door ontbijtzaal om te vragen of ze iets voor ons kon betekenen! Top! Wel wat gehorig, zelfs deze periode, maar (nog) niet als vervelend ervaren.
