Mi estancia en este hotel fue agradable. La habitación era cómoda, limpia y con espacio suficiente para moverse con facilidad. El baño estaba en excelentes condiciones, con buena ventilación y artículos de aseo disponibles. Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia. La ubicación también es muy conveniente, cerca de transporte público, restaurantes y puntos de interés. En general, una excelente relación calidad precio.

The room had two bedrooms and four beds for two of us. Super spacious (more space than we expected) and comfortable. The bathroom had a newly renovated, modern look and felt pleasant. We had a good night sleep and quite pleased with our stay.

A perfect location just blocks from the beach. A friendly and easy check in but a rather confusing check out for a group of 8. The breakfast was delightful and accommodating for gluten and dairy free. Wish we had more time here.

Pay less or pay more but this hotel is not worth its stay.Bed was so uncomfy, reminded me of being a child sleeoing in my grandmothers feather bed, lumpy. Bathroom was clean and ok but really dated. Staff not pleasant at all. Looking round to see if it had a bar to have a drink, walked towards restaurant to look in and young girl abrubtly appeared said it's closed and shut door on us. No questions asked. We asked for copy of our bill at end of trip and told impossible. They do not give them, as we booked through a web site. This has never happened before

I ate in the restaurant and a few hours later was violently I'll. I was unable to stand and couldn't eat or leave the room for several days. The room was very basic but clean. The bed was hard! The location was good.

Loved this hotel,and loved this beautiful town.Ate incredible seafood in the next town of Getaria.We walked there via beautiful coastal walk.Unforgetable memories. Also you can tour fantastic wineries that produce local sparkling wine, Txakoli!!!!

Easy to find, good parking, We were made very welcome, especially as we have two dogs (collies) and no extra charges for them. A very tidy town and an easy walk to the attractive sea front. Hotel had a bus tour of middle age + folk and the catering was as expected for that group. We feel that it was good value for dinner, bed & breakfast. Get a room at the rear if you can, less traffic noise!

Hotel close to sea and food

This hotel was a great stay if you don't want the crowds. Close to yhe beach and boardwalk with many restaurants. There is a great walk to the next town along the footpath with toilets and watet available. Forms part of the Camino walk. Very clean and tidy town.

We enjoyed this hotel. The location was close to the beach and allowed us to visit both Bilbao & San Sebastien. Friendly, helpful staff. No air con & parking not always available at the hotel. Overall would recommend. Spotless.

Very reasonable stay near the beach

Most things about our stay was wonderful,
especially the two staff members who checked us in. Location was excellent, a short block or two to the beach.
The only things I would have liked differently
are to have a hot breakfast option and better soaps/ bathroom supplies.
Overall a great value for our family.

All and only 2 minutes to beach

Stay included both dinner and breakfast,unluckily as my waiter was unable to explain the menu to me I think missed items that may have appealed to me better for dinner but overall a basic menu but when you look at overall cost things were pretty good ,breakfast had a good buffet with continual replenishment.
Staff on checkin were really friendly and couldn't be any faster as with checkout and all other things were very helpful.
Room was ok and was probably one of there lesser room as I was on a cheap last minute rate but overall I would definitely stay again.

This hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk to the lovely beachfront, or down town to the tapas bars and main square. The hotel is slightly older, but the rooms and bathroom were spacious, spotless and very comfortable. Great wifi and free parking too. This hotel is excellent value for money for a top location.

We stayed here whilst walking the Camino del Norte. The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were very helpful.Zarautz is a lovely town with a great beach. Only drawback was hotel is situated on the main road into Zarautz so there is some traffic noise.

I was looking for an inexpensive stay near San Sebastian. The hotel was what I would expect for an inexpensive hotel in a tourist area. It was a pleasant surprise to find that the hotel room, while small, was more than adequate for a single person or a couple. The room was very clean and bright. It was a bit unadorned, perhaps a couple of framed prints would liven it up a little bit. One thing to note is that I did not see any cooling in the room other than the window. While this is not a huge deal in itself, there was a fair amount of noise coming from the street below. One has to decide whether they want quiet or cool for sleeping.

The breakfast was adequate; your typical hotel breakfast, although the selections were somewhat limited.

All in all, I am not dissatisfied given the price I paid. I would definitely consider another stay if I was in need of a room in that area

No Air Con or Drink Making Facilities

On arrival I was disappointed to find the car park tiny - and full! They don't have any disabled spaces either so I had to park nearby...which turned out to be not very nearby at all! When I got to the room i couldn't believe it. The room was fully facing the sun and the curtains were wide open and the room literally like an oven. And No air conditioning!! I rang down and asked if he had a room with aircon and he said no. The bed was OK but just one of those long sausage pillows but no kettle and no mini bar - although there was a small fridge and to my cost I realised that the grid on top was hot enough to burn someone - me in this case! The small bathroom did the trick and came replete with the tiniest wafer thin piece of soap and the tiniest pieces of toilet roll I've ever seen. This 2 star hotel charges 3 star prices and must be a lovely little earner for the owner. Dinner was reasonably priced and the waitress really charming which made my stay better but the food was poor, the vegetarian starter was boiling in the middle and frozen on the outside. The fish sauce on it complete with bones did not go at all and I wonder if it was thrown on as an afterthought! The \"Chops\" were something I'm not sure about but basically some bits of dead things with bits of bone in it, on a plate with some soggy French fries. Breakfast was rubbish as well. Cold frankfurters and cold fried eggs being the highlight so it was a cup of tea (at last) and toast for me.

Well located in an upmarket surfing resort. The hotel had a slightly old fashioned feel to it, but was clearly popular even out of season. We ate out in the town centre (five minutes walk away) rather than the hotel restaurant which was offering a competitively priced two course menu. Good car park facilities, but first come, first served. Free wi-fi, but the link to our room kept dropping out

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel which speaks for itself. The rooms are very nice, and very clean, my only complaint is regarding the beds.... the first couple of times I stayed we got a very small double bed, too small really, this time we got twin beds pushed together - my Husband fell down between them in the night. As he suffers with arthritis this was NOT good...Otherwise, we are very satisfied, the staff are very friendly and gave us some good help with translating menus.

Hotel location was excellent. It was just one block walk from the beach. The restaurant was clean and the breakfast selection was extensive. The downside was that the room, although it was a decent size it felt small as it was dark and a bit narrow. Bed was firm and comfortable and the bathroom was a fair size. The front desk staff were friendly, courteous and helpful and we had no problems communicating in english.

There were no reviews for this hotel, so I was not sure what to expect! It is well located, has good free parking, food is good and staff helpful. Beach nearby and lovely to walk along. Windows open but no air conditioning in my bedroom. As it was cool, no problem, but might be different in August. Really pleasant stop on long drive Malaga to UK. Wished I could have stayed longer.

Era un viaje de trabajo y no tenía wifi en la habitación, pedí cambio de habitación y me dijeron que estaba completo, pero comprobé en la webb y había habitaciones disponibles.
El parking que había antes ya no está y me costó aparcar.
Por lo demás, el hotel esta bien y muy bien ubicado.

Hôtel très sonore au confort correct pour son prix si ce n’est la qualité de la literie aux ressorts saillants dans un des deux lits.

Estuve una noche, está muy tranquilo el lugar y seguro. El unico problema es que el hotel no tiene estacionamiento y se tiene que buscar sobre la calle donde dejar el auto.
El hotel es sencillo y antiguo pero muy cómodo si solo lo usas para descansar.

Secondo soggiorno in questo hotel in 12 mesi.
Situato al margine della zona centro e molto comodo come posizione sia alla spiaggia che al centro che ai parcheggi gratuiti nel periodo non estivo.
Ottimo il servizio hotel, pulito, camere spaziose e discreto.
Unico punto a sfavore, la camera dove ho alloggiato era poco isolata e si sentivano Rinaldi dalla camera a fianco.

Bodde här en natt när vi var på genomresa genom Baskien. Det var i Juli och 40 grader varmt ute. Hotellet har ingen luftkonditionering och heller inga fläktar så det var väldigt varmt på rummet. Ingen parkering på hotellet utan man får stå på gatan utanför och det var väldigt fullt så tog en stund att hitta. Rummet var rent men skicket något bedagat. Av de två handdukar vi hade på rummet var den ena fläckig och den andra hade hål i sig.
