The staff! Absolutely lovely and kind. The cleaners were so helpful, the staff at desk great! Had a beautiful view from our room. Not far from San Sebastián , train station up the road , a few places to eat locally. Usurbil is a lovely small town full of kind people, very Basque, very beautiful. Would stay again. :)

Perfect for our one night stay
We stayed here whilst on a road trip down to the Costa del Sol. The staff were polite and informative. There did not appear to be any atmosphere to the hotel, we presume because it is predominantly a business hotel with transient clients. Overall, though,very comfortable and a good nights sleep before the next leg of our journey.

felt like a mushroom whilst having breakfast , sitting on a stool in the semi - darkness. was very tired by the time restaurant opened for dinner. was disturbed most of the night by traffic, people walking past our room and the sound of water running, where other people had flushed the loo. if I had somewhere else to, I wouldn't have stayed.

Good transport links to San Sebastián
The hotel was easy to find. It was easy to park and only a couple of minutes walk to Ursibil railway station, where you could get trains to San Sebastián or Bilbao. The building was a renovated Basque palace over 300 years old and it was near a small industrial area on the river. The mountainous scenery was beautiful with lots if walkers and cyclists. we were able to egg a good meal for the night in the restaurant next door and drinks in the cafe. The breakfast was excellent for 5 Euros. We would stay here again. Excellent value overall.

Hotel is a bit out of town but very close to a regular cheap rail service, 10 mins ride. Evening meal possible in hotel but after 8.30pm so be prepared.! I think there are a few restaurants about 5 minutes away but again the locals seem to eat later than in Britain. Free parking outside hotel. Basic continental breakfast.

A comfortable hotel
It's not in the best location, on the edge of a industrial estate, but it was not noisy. They was more noise from inside the other rooms as the walls and ceilings must be paper thin. The train station is 300m away for San Sebastion. The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

We are a family of 4 so we so we had to take two rooms. We only stayed one night. The rooms were clean and had AC. The wifi was free and fast. It was about a 20 minute drive from San Sabastian. We didn't spend any time in the surround town. The hotel staff was very helpful.

El hotel es encantador, bien ubicado, la habitación amplia, camas cómodas, baño reformado y todo muy limpio. No hemos cogido desayuno pero tienen una cafeteria con buenos desayunos, por cierto los bocadillos espectaculares. El trato ha sido exquisito. Sin duda volveremos.

Llevo quedándome hace ya varios años en este hotel cada vez que voy a Donosti por trabajo, no busquéis lujos pero si queréis una buena relación calidad/precio aquí la encontraréis. Tranquilo, limpio, con acceso directo desde el hotel al restaurante de al lado, parking gratis en el exterior, buen colchón y almohadas y 2 chicas encantadoras en recepción.

Das Hotel liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße,Klimaanlage oder Ventilator sind nicht vorhanden.Die Zimmer sind so hellhörig,daß man die leisesten Gespräche mithören kann und dem zu Folge auch sehr schlecht schlafen oder einschlafen kann.

Hotel muy bonito y limpio,habitacion perfecta y desayuno muy bueno....Lástima que el bar cierre a las 21 horas y el restaurante fuimos a comer una noche y llegamos a las 21,30 y le supo fatal a la señora del mismo ya que cierran a las 22 horas el mismo....Una lastima que el bar no de cenas tambien porque la comida que hicimos el promer dia de Menu estaba riquisima y el precio super razonable....Tendrian que ponerse de acuerdo el hotel y el restaurante para dar un mejor servicio a los clientes ya que tienes que salir obligado practicamente a cenar por el pueblo....

Pequeño y bonito GRAN hotel, muy cerca de Donostia (apenas 15 min en Tren) y de cantidad de bellos enclaves turisticos. Comodisima, limpia y amplia habitacion, muy acojedora con todo lo necesario, muy tranquilo. El desayuno buffet completo, a buen precio y mas que suficiente. Pero sobre todo destacar el trato cercano y familiar de Eva y Jose; hicieron de la estancia como si estuviesemos en familia. Sin duda lo recomendaré a quien vaya a la zona.
