Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. But food in the evenings is limited choice with only sandwiches, burgers and salads on offer. and pretty poor quality too. I ordered a chicken salad and was served a plate piled high with dry and tasteless lettuce only with no sign of chicken whatsoever. I sent it back, they never offered to change it and I refused to pay. They accepted that it was not good. They clearly ran out of chicken but why not say so when I ordered.

I loved the outside space beautiful! The pool was lovely as well just a bit cold but the weather was very unpredictable! Loved the ease of getting into San Sebastián by a number 16 bus that comes every 30 minutes. Take a shortcut through the hotel down the hill and the bus stop is there. Loved the friendly bar staff. The breakfast was really good the evening menu was a bit limited but okay. Nowhere to walk to for food in the evening but the view outside was amazing and made up for it!

Nice couple of days in San Sebastián. The hotel is on top of the hill overlooking the ocean and the bay. It’s quiet and has free parking but only takes 5 min to the beach below.

We stayed at this hotel on our visit to San Sebastián.The reception staff are very friendly and helpful and cannot do enough to make you welcome.The rooms are large and comfortable with beautiful views.There is no restaurant but a very substantial cafe with friendly staff. The food is very good and reasonably priced.We decided not to take our car into San Sebastián which is only a 10 min drive as there is a good bus service which runs every 20 mins and is only a 10 min walk from the hotel.We would definitely stay at this fabulous place again.

Booked this as dog friendly and stayed one night on the way down to Marbella. Upon arrival given list of 'rules' for the dog stay and complimentary dog poop bags. Room was lovely and perfectly adequate - very very clean - worried about the rules until I read them - dogs welcome in the cafeteria and on the terrace and in public areas as long as on lead - only rule was not to be left in the room alone - all suited me fine! To be able to take my dog onto the terrace for something to eat and drink was great for us! So had a lovely welcoming stay, reception staff lovely - bar staff - little overworked I think at first, but when met with a smile and a thank you soon warmed up and were very helpful and efficient - all in all very lovely hotel and we shall book again when we return from our Spanish siesta as its perfectly placed for a half way stay. Only thing I would say it would be lovely for tea / coffee facilities in the room.....and cafeteria food is adequate for a snack / fill up - but not if you want a fine dining experience, it is what is it - but great little hotel and well furnished

Be aware, this hotel is a long way out of the resort (San Sebastian) and very high, but a convenient bus is available. Excellent views all round. Lovely grounds. Hotel a little tired. Quiet. Plenty of free parking. A little awkward to find. Good breakfast. Dinner menu very restrictive. A bit expensive for what you get - not really a 4 star, but we had a good 4 nights stay, most enjoyable.

La llegada fue traumática. El recepcionista del turno noche no está en condiciones de hacer ese trabajo. No solo no tiene el mínimo de modales apropiados (no responde saludos etc etc) sino que nos advirtió que el “proceso de checkin llevaría mucho tiempo”. A pesar de que pude observar que alguien le dejó ya todo preparado. Era entregar la llave y con calma luego hacer la registration de cada documento. Tan ineficiente que nos tundimos que cambiar en el incómodo baño Del lobby para intentar llegar a la cena que por supuesto perdimos . Nunca me pidió un crédito para consumos al momento del pago total anticipado de las 12 noches (3 habitaciones por 4 días cada una). Cada vez que tomábamos un café en el bar nos exigían pago en el momento . Muy incómodo e poco practico. Mi habitación tenía humedad por todos lados ( ver foto). Lo cual no sería un problema para un hotel de 60/70/80

Après une longue route, nous sommes arrivés vers 17 heures à l’hôtel. Nous avons dû payer la chambre immédiatement, sans possibilité de repas😡à part des snacks, et le lendemain matin, pas de petit déjeuner avant 8 heures. Nous avions encore 1100 km à faire et désirions partir à cette heure là. Décevant !
