Nice small hotel in a quiet part of the city, and less than 5 mins walk to the beach. The rooms were spacious, clean and had good water pressure and air conditioning. Buffet breakfast selection was generous and includes hot food cooked to order. (The coffee machine sometimes didn't work.) The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Great location for both the beach and old town and only 10 minutes walk from the bus station (for Bilbao Airport). The hotel was modern and clean and the room was pleasant. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and lovely thick towels. Main issue which really did affect our sleep both nights was the lack of air conditioning. The corridors and lobby were lovely and cool but the room was so stuffy.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff were friendly and approachable despite my lack of availability to speak much Spanish or Catalan. The beds were comfortable. There were only a couple of issues with the room. Main issue was there was no way to turn down the heat (thermostat was locked at 22 degrees, it felt much warmer). We could open the door, but the street was quite noisy. The shower is in need of repair, I was worried the pole attaching the shower head to the wall was going to fall off!

This is not a 2 star hotel - more like a 3.5 star. This is in a great location - 2 blocks from the beach easy to get to everywhere. Only downside is the noise from the street outside. All the staff were amazing including the housekeeping! 100% i will be back!

Staff were nice, our room as requested wasn't a double so were moved to a new slightly bigger room with a double bed. Rooms were clean and decent but basic, ours could have done with a new coat of paint, other than that were pretty comfortable and pleasant to be in for a siesta.
Old town is only a 10 min walk and the beach only 5 min. Would have been good to have a kettle and maybe some utensils etc. Also the clothes washing service was very pricey.

Hotel Villa Victoria had everything I needed - a comfortable bed, great amenities, central location and an easy check-in/check-out. I wasn't there long enough or late enough to try breakfast; it was a quick, one-night stay, but a very comfortable and convenient one.

The hotel rooms are very very small. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, so if it is hot, you need to open your windows, but then you will hear all the construction that is going on outside

A truly beautiful hotel that is perfectly situated just outside the hussle and bussle of old town or the beach. Not too much available food wise but it means you have to search for yourself.

The hotel is in a great location, as its just a few minutes walk from the beach. The old town is a little further, but it's a lovely walk across the front to get there. The bed is comfy and the room is clean. The bathroom is nice, and the shower is really good. The only downside is the rooms are quite small, so you don't have much space to unpack and put your things. In addition there isn't an iron available, you have to pay for their laundry or service which is quite stingy, especially if you're wanting to visit one of the many fancier restaurants in the area. The staff however were really friendly and helped us out, especially if you need a taxi booking or recommendations.

I was happy to have such a reliably clean hotel in close proximity to the Old Town and beach. I feel, however, that these were really the only two things this hotel had to offer. I sent laundry out with them, and they charged 8 euros to wash a tee shirt. I felt robbed.
