We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the area. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of fresh and tasty options. Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Pros: Clean room, helpful staff, decent breakfast. Cons: Our room's bed is squeaky, you should make a before reservation (nobody told us so) for the hotel's carpark, which is very inconvenient. Else you park at the regular place and pay the regular price which is higer than the hotel's

This was a great hotel, just a few minutes outside the tourist area, so it meant it was nice and quiet but still all the sites were accessible by walking. The room itself was very spacious, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very large. There was some wear and tear on the walls (paint chips etc), overall it was very clean.

Great hotel, really friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast with lots of choice - amazing value for money! Only thing was the Aircon didn't work very well. 30 degrees outside but the lowest you could set the Aircon was 21 and it took a whole day to get it down to that - was around 23 for along time. Spoke to reception and that is the lowest setting. We got used to it but seemed strange!

This is a complete bait and switch. I did not get the room I reserved. Instead, I was put in a handicap-accessible (felt more like a hospital than a 4 start hotel) \"interior room\" with zero natural light. I've only heard of interior rooms on a cruise ship, not a hotel.

When I checked in, the woman at the front desk apologized and told me that they had no other rooms that night, but I could move to the correct room the following night. The next day I was told that I could not move.

Both the property and hotels.com acknowledged that it was not the room I booked, but neither did anything to help me. From the hotel, \"We know this isn't the room you reserved, but we are fully booked and it's all we. have.\" From Hotels.com, \"We cannot get a hold of the property. There's nothing we can do but offer you small coupon for next time.\"

I checked to see if they were actually fully booked and they were still selling the room I purchased on Hotels.com. It's clear that they are using hotels.com to sell the absolute worst rooms to hotels.com customers - the ones that they cannot sell to their direct customers.

And then, they refuse to answer the phone when hotels.com tries to speak with them.

*for context, the photo of the room was taken at 11am, not in the middle of the night like it appears.

Super luxurious room, nice hotel, perfect location… to include breakfast would have been too expensive so I skipped it. A little no frills when it comes to amenities. The gym was basically unusable with very little equipment, no pool… but if you just need a room in a perfect location that stands out in terms of quality and a bit on the luxury side, with towel warmers and lots of other features, this place is a winner. Excellent in every way.

Fantastic location—only a 10–15 minute walk to the old city, with easy access to the metro and plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Private parking with direct elevator access to the hotel was a huge convenience. Highly recommended!

The hotel was awesome, located away from the city center, so it was quieter and less crowded. The overall condition of the property was superb except for one major issue: the front desk never answered the phone. During check-out, I even saw a staff member mute the incoming calls and ignore them.

I had no idea about the parking situation before arriving and tried several times to confirm my reservation in advance, but, as I mentioned, no one ever picked up the phone. It was quite frustrating, especially as a first-time visitor to Seville, Spain. A 4–5 star hotel like this should always have someone available to assist newcomers and guests.

But this was not replaced. It is on bottle per reservation. As I was there for 6 nights that was poor service. Hotel in a nice quite residential area.

Lovely hotel, within walking distance of the historic centre. Parking is accessed off Calle Arco, you need to press the button at the bottom to connect to the hotel and they raise the barrier for you. There is then direct access from the car park to the hotel. We had an internal room on the 6th floor with a window to an internal sky well and it was very quiet. There is no restaurant for evening meals but we thoroughly recommend Gino’s just next door.

I recently stayed at Eurostar Guadalquivir and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. Our stay in Sevilla coincided with Holy Week, a very busy time in the city. Despite our early arrival due to an early flight, the staff managed to prepare our room ahead of the usual check-in time. We truly appreciated their efforts to make our stay unforgettable.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities we could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the variety of pillow options ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. I also appreciated the hotel's commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
Overall, I highly recommend Eurostar Guadalquivir to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Sevilla.

We liked this hotel a lot because it was not in downtown Seville. It is conveniently located across the river and is an easy walk to everything you want to see in Seville. The room was nice and well maintained. The breakfast is worth the 15 euros per day. Parking is pretty easy and not onerously expensive. Walking distance to many small restaurants which are excellent.

We visited in March and found the area very clean and inviting. The check-in staff was wonderful, and the concierge was helpful in planning our stay. Though we didn’t have time to try the breakfast, we appreciated the complimentary coffee. We also got really delicious treats left at turn down.

Our balcony room was a great choice, despite the rainy weather. The hotel is across the river which is not in the city center which requires a bit of a walk, but the route offers charming shops and opportunities to see some new places.

They have me a handicapped room with a strong cigarette smell. I complained to the front desk representative and he said that there were no more rooms available.

No special treatment for being a Gold guest. I was expecting a bottle of sparkling wine as I was told during reservation and I’m still waiting. 😐😞

I would not recommend this hotel.

Situated just outside and across the river from the city center, this was a nice option. We elected this because it has parking and the parking was perfect. It's kind of a long walk to the city sights but when it wasn't raining, wasn't an issue. Lots of restaurants nearby too and nice to be a little out of the way of all the tourists.

EXCELLENT Hotel - great front desk service, clean updated comfortable rooms with great air conditioning, location is perfect in the Triana neighborhood JUST across the river from Cathedral. Places to eat, shop and grocery on same street just outside hotel. Easy walk to Triana Market and the tourist attractions in the Cathedral and Las Setas area - or an €8-10 taxi ride if you don’t want to walk. QUIET rooms (even though it is located on a main, busy road) with a great shower with rain shower head. Room had safe, mini refrigerator, shampoo/conditioner/lotion/hairdryer. Coffee/tea and water with apples and candy in lobby all day. Great buffet breakfast for only €15. Airport is only €25-30 by taxi. Front desk had two ladies who were super nice and accommodating - I watched them handle checking in a huge tour group of people in minutes, all while smiling and being patient. Only thing I wished is if the towels were a little nicer (towels were thin and scratchy) and that they had feather pillows instead of just polyester filled. We did not use the parking or the gym.

Requested a nice room hopefully with balcony as our 33rd anniversary, however was given room with no view apart from looking over next door wall .
Bathroom extractor was reported on the first day being unserviceable and it caused condensation while having a shower. Never addressed by the hotel .
Most the staff were excellent and friendly and did everything to help out , a great job .
I guess the establishment probably keep a tight rope around them.
Only dissatisfaction was the room view for us as a double room booked .
Furthermore , can recommend a change in morning breakfast items as were same menu for our stay of 6 nights .

Immaculate hotel in the Triana Area of Seville. The room was well maintained, comfortable and very quiet. Staff were friendly, attentive and polite. Only slight drawback is it's not in the center but it's very walkable and there is plenty of public transport options near by. Didn't appear to be much of a bar/restaurant but there are options nearby plus room service. Would definitely stay there again.
