Always a pleasant experience. Easy access from the motorway comfortable bed and good shower. Friendly staff and a varied menu. A sheltered outside heated drinking/eating area has been added which enhances facilities. Used by local Spanish people the bar is reasonably priced as is the restaurant.

Ok hotel in a great location near the motorway

Stopped here on our drive from the eurotunnel to Spain. Very convenient only 5 minutes off the motorway with ample free parking. Hotel cafe was very busy with children running everywhere and dogs barking but it was clean and we found a quiet table so we didn’t mind. No restaurant (I guess due to COVID) so we walked up the road and found a pleasant steak & chips.
No tea coffee in the room despite being advertised but think this was due to COVID again. Shower gels etc were free at reception, not in the room. TV was rubbish, not one English speaking channel so that needs to be improved. Bed was not the best, horrible duvet and a mattress with springs that boinged with every move. Please upgrade these!
Paid £55 for a balcony room so overall good value and would stay again.
Oh and right next door to a Chinese Bazaar shop so you can pop there for anything you’ve forgotten!!

Disappointing, never again

Very disappointed. Pretends to be a certain distance from the centre of San Sebastian - is actually this distance from local town, so miles out of San Sebastian.
Not even a kettle provided in the room, despite the fact you have to pay extra for breakfast at a ridiculous price.
Very expensive for the location, also does not use 100% cotton sheets, so sweaty.
I would not recommend this hotel nor stay here again.

The hotel is not very old so it’s facilities and design up to date and not in any way dated. It’s very much a “minimalist” design though which isn’t really to our taste.
However, it’s perfect for visiting SAN Sebastian and the surrounding areas, coastal villages being sited a short distance from the A15.

We checked in very late after a long drive from Portugal, so the efficient check in was appreciated. The room was well aired, and spacious, with a comfortable desk, chairs, and easy access for a laptop. Bathroom was full sized, clean and crisp. Unfortunately, the complimentary coffee machine refused to work, and the door to the terrace with mountain view (for which we paid extra) was stuck.
On check out, having pointed out these wee probs, the receptionist said we should have notified the night receptionist, and they would have given us a different room. As we'd already dragged our luggage up, and partially unpacked, before these faults were identified, this was not a realistic solution at 11pm. One would expect a four star hotel to check such things regularly...
Upside was extremely comfortable beds, excellent soundproofing, and an evidently popular restaurant.
Shall certainly consider if passing through Urnieta again.

Good option for visiting san sebastian with a car

We got this hotel because it was a close 12 minute drive into old town san sebastian and the hotel was highly rated. It did not disappoint. The hotel was good value. It has large rooms with a balcony and price was good.

Only issue was that the hotel was in a warehouse area and noise from trucks were a little loud in the morning.

Great, modern, clean, hotel on side of highway. Great rest stop spot if you are driving to France from Barcelona or vice versa & don't want to stay in San Sebastián, free parking lot. San Sebastián is 10 minutes from hotel. We checked in at around 2am & someone was at desk to assist & was very welcoming. Table with maps & info of region in English. Room was quite, clean, modern, and well maintained. Water pressure great and beds firm. Our room had a balcony; although beside an industrial area you can look out on to a hill on back of hotel. Feedback: pillows were flat, wifi was super slow and sometimes non existent in the morning and although room is quite at night, you can hear doors slam in the morning. Also our GPS had trouble finding address but if you put in \"industrial\" it will take you to exit and you can see hotel from roundabout.

The hotel was a great price and not too far from the center of town. It was right off the Autovia/Freeway which made it really easy to get into town. The hotel is very modern and has both wireless and wired options for internet. The shower design is a little different in that the floor does get wet and make it slippery if you do not make sure your towel is positioned to catch the water.

Very nice place. Not that close to the city center, but safe neighborhood with great view out the back.

I think it was hotels.com that screwed up my reservation and only booked it for 2 people instead of the 5 that I had, so I was charged extra. The hotel also tried to charge me 30 Euro to leave a key in a lock box for me since I was arriving late.

They property itself was outstanding though.

Excellent Hotel for Visiting San Sebastian

My wife and I are on a 5 week trip around central, eastern and northern Spain. When visiting bigger..or pricier...cities we like to stay a bit out of town in a 4 star place which is inexpensive and yet has great accessibility to its main city. The Hotel K10 in rural Urnieta is perfect: only 12 mins by train from San Sebastian (and a 10 min, delightful walk through nice country and a bit of the town to get to the station), plus regular and cheap train service. Highly recommended.

A fantastic stay, set us up to cycle in to san Seb for the Classico bike comp which was awesome! Staff were brilliant and tried hardest to speak good English. Very friendly and accommodating. Had a meal on last night which was superb and cheap. Wished we'd made more use of it. Possible to cycle into SSeb avoiding major roads via bike paths, but buy a detailed road map as signing is a little suspect! Next to business park but this meant access was easy, and soundproofing meant no disruption from any late night wagons.

High Quality Hotel at Good Value

Very slick and modern looking hotel with a business feel but not overly so. The welcome was warm and friendly and staff were all equally helpful and polite.Only very small gripes are:1. although the rooms are luxurious, there are no tea/coffee making facilities and 2. although the location is generally rural and pretty, you are surrounded by industrial estate buildings. However overall we felt privileged to have experienced such warm professionalism and great value. Thank you!

Brand new hotel 15 min drive from San Sebastian

Very clean and well appointed room. Beautiful and very modern hotel nicely decorated. Excellent water pressure, very nice staff nice terrace outside. A bit far from everything but in quiet area. 15 min drive from San Sebastian. Difficult to find with my GPS since the hotel in on a 3 yr old road (the hotel is not even 2 yrs old).

Only negative are the room doors which you can hear being slammed at night. You hear everything that is going on in the corridors.

Modern (almost minimalistic) and apparently new hotel. Felt new and clean and an ideal place for us to stay overnight as it was close to the motorways - my sort of hotel.. Surrounding area is functional rather than touristy, but a very good overnight stay and probably a good base to explore the area. I would stay there again, either a stopover or business not sure about staying for a holiday - but to be fair I didn't explore the local area as we arrived later and left early.

The room was OK as it would be in a Holliday Inn. But the staff were very rude we checked in at 3 AM so we got up late like 11 AM so we were in a hurry to leve lets say at 12:15...but the lady in the front desk call to our room at 12:01 asking us to leave!!! or stay or be charged for another day...the Hotel was empty and no one for a check inn
maybe thats why they wanted us to pay for another day 1 minute after 12:00. So we checked out at 12:20. We went to the restaurant that was completely empty and we sat in any table but order just coffe and juice, the waiter ask us to move to the to the next table 3 feet away because that table was for full service not for just coffe..,but the tables were all the same with the same clothing etc and the restaurant with lets say 30 tables was completely empty with not a single soul in there...we leave imediatelly and will never be back in thet stupid hotel.

We needed somewhere close to the Motorway for a stop off from Alicante to North West France - the Hotel is just off the Motorway and easy to find. The rooms are large, clean, exceptionally comfortable beds with quality linen and the facilities are great. It's a bit of a two horse town so not a lot happening but the restaurant and bar at the hotel are great - would definitely recommend

Good price for lodging near San Saabestian.

Nice Hotel in Urnieta. The rooms were larger than most of the European Hotel rooms that we have stayed in. Price was relatively reasonable compared to San Sabestian Hotel prices. Also, the cafeteria prices were also reasonable relative to San Sebastian restuarants. Good local bus services to San Sebastian, taking about 20 - 25 minutes to get to town center. Taxi prices ran around 25 Euros, and took about 10 minutes.

The only down side of this hotel is that it is so far from San Sebastian but we knew this when we booked it. This hotel opened in August 2012 so everything was new. Our room and bathroom were excellent, clean and comfortable. We tried their cafeteria and that was very good and staff were very helpful. Parking was free. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Hôtel parfait ! Nous avons pris des chambres supérieures et elles étaient très grandes, le lit immense, la salle de bains (douche, baignoire et doubles vasques) . Vraiment très confortable. Parking disponible gratuitement autour de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet était classique mais il y avait de tout ! Et de bonne qualité ! Nous avons mangés au restaurant le soir. Les plats étaient bons.

Accueil sympathique !Hotel très design et très propre ,petit déjeuner parfait!
On accède vite au centre de Saint Sébastien!
La chambre supérieure est vaste, mais son aménagement est \"bizarre\"!!!Mais cela ne nous a pas empèchés d'apprécier son confort!!

Trevligt hotell med bra läge!

Trevligt hotell, fräscht och rymligt.
God frukost med bra utbud.
Låg nära en mindre stad med bra utbud av restauranger och butiker.
Hade gärna testat hotellets grillrestaurang men det fanns inga platser lediga på uteserveringen så vi valde att åka till staden istället.
Så ett tips är att boka bord på uteserveringen vid ankomst om ni önskar äta på hotellets restaurang.
