This is a very comfortable base for visiting Donastia-San Sebastian. Check in was well organised. They emailed a code for a letterbox where our key was. You then register at reception the next day.
The room was spacious and comfortable with a decent sized bed and large shower room. House keeping was spotless.
The hotel is in the little town of Astigarraga about 10 minutes by bus from the centre of Donostia-San Sebastian. There is plenty of street parking. Its very convenient and a fraction of the cost of staying in the city centre.

There is no one working at reception after 3 pm. They leave key for you in a locked box. Be sure to check your phone and email for messages from hotel. Buy your own breakfast somewhere… the bar/cafe next door is terrible value for the money if you prebook it, and only available after 9:30 am.

Great option if you have a car
The place was immaculate, is outside city center in a commercial area about 6 km distance from San Sebastian but a good area to use as a base with a car and explore San Sebastian, St Jean de Luz and Bayonne France. The property has a restaurant next door ideal for breakfast and dinner if you are too tired to go somewhere else plus parking is free. Service was great and overall pleased with price and quality.

Overnight stop here twice within 3 weeks before and after getting the Eurotunnel. Perfect for what we required. Had a spacious comfortable apartment with kitchen including hob and microwave. Excellent price. Good sized supermarket located within walking distance.

Staff at check-in was nice, room condition inside is nice, property from outside is a different story, it is a hotel inside an industrial building/shop, with a liquor store/bar by the front entrance; at first I drove around it a couple of times as it doesn’t look inviting or like a place where I’d want to stay, was thinking my nav app sent me to the wrong place, but unfortunately it didn’t.

Had a very hard time to find the hotel. It is in a very industrial area. We had to ask a man working in the area. Our gps did not take us to hotel, but very close behind the building it was located in. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. Our room was very small but our beds were so very comfortable! If you don’t need to stay in the hotel very much, but need a comfortable place to sleep, this is a good choice.

Please don't judge the hotel from its appearance and its neighbours. The hotel is on the edge of a small industrial estate next to the Honda dealership. The hotel is immaculate and very modern inside a rather shabby building. There's a bus stop just outside the hotel and busses into San Sebastian are frequent (every 15-20 minutes) and inexpensive. The A1 service takes longer than the A2 service from outside the hotel.

It’s very cozy hotel/pension with a very nicely decorated rooms. Extremely new and modern design. I can’t say that I fancy their electronic street door system but the rest is quite okay. On top super clean rooms and very friendly staff.

Entrance door was locked and nobody answered the door Bell for 10mins when we arrived at 7pm. Then the staff of the restaurant next door opened the door for us.
Neighborhood is not good. There was a strong bad smell everywhere.

Inside, the hotel is attractively renovated, with simple and modern looks. The rooms are small by American standards but average in Europe. The price makes it affordable for a week stay to explore the Basque region of Spain. Get tips from the friendly staff for local as well as in neighboring San Sebastián restaurants. Parking in the gritty warehouse neighborhood can be difficult at times.

Bed was comfortable, shower was good, room was clean. It had current features. Staff were mostly helpful. The room was stark, however, with little room to place one's things. For example, the bath towels were placed on the bed; no place to hang them. The sink was small with no location to place toiletries. The hotel is an odd place of town and adjacent to industrial buildings. The \"restuarant\" associated with the hotel is a neighborhood bar.
