The hotel is huge and offers excellent food at its breakfast and dinner buffets. However, the staff (especially reception) are not especially friendly and the thermal facilities are fairly small for the size of the hotel (one of the thermal pools is not even filled). The biggets disappointment is that the eco-awareness in the hotel is zero. We brought refillable metal water bottles with us, but we were told we could not refill them at breakfast as we must buy plastic bottles every time we wanted to get water. This is shocking, and for a hotel in this day and age to only be using plastic water bottles is disappointing and enough to put us off returning. Even on the tables in the dining room, water is served in disposable plastic cartons - not jugs with glasses to drink from - and so the management really need to take a close look at the apalling eco-credentials of this hotel.

The Colossae was a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. It is very close to Hierapolis/Pamukkale, which is a must see. The hot springs on the property are excellent, very natural, and how they've been set up for use is well done. However, they are very hot! We were lucky to visit during winter time, which meant temps in the 50s and 60s which made the outdoor hot springs more tolerable to enjoy. In the summertime, I don't think these could be enjoyed at all. The hotel also had other things to do, such as a game center, and a large property to walk around. It's a pet friendly hotel, so this worked out well for us to be able to travel with our dog. The indoor pool and saunas were also nice. We also tried a massage at the spa and it was excellent. Staff was also very good, helpful and friendly.

Please don’t stay here

Very old hotel, extremely low quality food for bfast and dinner. Caters to tour groups. Check in front desk was more interested in selling a euro 120 tour than telling us about the hotel and amenities. This tour could bought for 89 euro on the usual tour websites.

Why waste your time houstling with tour group check ins and tour group breakfasts when there are so many other hotels there. I deeply regretted my choice.

NOT 5 stars! LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS! Old and dated, feels like 1980s and the bathrooms are made for senior citizens with handicap rails and banged up. Front desk dbl charged us and thankfully we caught it and they corrected. They have tons of bus loads of people staying there and it’s long lines for food and you eat in a massive banquet hall. The pool area smalls and is not clean.

Food in restaurant was not good. Numerous types, but almost all low quality bad food just made with bad ingredients. Instead they could just present couple of types of proper food for the same amount of cost to the institution. Kitchen apparently not well managed.

Property needs update all over.

We really liked the amenities, the hotel has a nice indoor/outdoor pool and Turkish bath and nice hot spring (with separate indoor /outdoor pool). It really exceeded my expectation. The hotel included the breakfast and dinner, which basically will cover the whole day if you are OK having only 2 meals a day.
Overall we enjoyed staying there, Thanks to all staff and management...

It has thermal pools which makes it interesting. They have a red pool which is a hot pool with red clay, indoor pool, outdoor pool, Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi. Accommodation is basic but clean. Breakfast and dinner is included and they have a lot of options specially for dinner! Really a unique and fun hotel!

We stayed only one night and most of the next day since we had a late flight out and got late check out for 3 pm. The staff were great. The breakfast and dinner were included and were good but not at the level of other hotels we stayed at in Turkey. There are multiple pools including a 25 meter square outdoor pool, an outdoor kiddie pool. A large indoor hot pool and kiddie pool and whirlpool. Finally there is the red pool. This I think may be natural mineral water but is was brown, had leaves and things floating in it and there was a wasp infestation near there. The other pools were great.

There’s a large variety of food options to choose from. The room wasn’t as spectacular to be called “five-star”, but the room was clean and the shower was great. The room was ok. Property doesn’t have working internet in lobby or room. It’s far from Pamukkale and cab/taxi charges 100 liras for one way there. The plus points were the swimming pools indoor and outdoors / other water activities. My son wanted to play games on the premises in the game room and everything was chargeable. The lunch selection wasn’t good either. We checked out and didn’t wait for dinner and headed back to IST - didn’t wait to experience dinner.

The trip was amazing, as we had a memorable time seeing the Travertines and exploring the town of Pamukkale. The hotel is a world in its own with the hot pool standing out in terms of amenities. The staff was also super cooperative as we had arrived from Cappadocia via an overnight bus, and yet they had our rooms ready by 9 AM. One word of advice for those traveling with toddlers: come to the hotel with your supplies stocked up. Unlike some other hotels in Turkey, here you would be charged for even a bottle of milk and that too at 5 times the market price. Overall, a great recommendation.

If you are travelling as group tour from China, this hotel may be good choice. If not, may not be good. This hotel is focused on making money from big group tour. Myself and my partner drove to palamuke from bitez, it was my boyfriends birthday and I booked what I thought was a 5star hotel as a treat . On arrival they could not find our booking and left us sitting there for about 15mins after me showing them the booking ref . The make receptionist was very blunt and rude . I had booked a deluxe room with a view but what I got was far from that . I went and complained and was told well we don’t know what you booked as we cannot find your booking yet they gave me a room . They offered to view a 2nd room which had a massive tree outside . The standards in the room were poor too . A very disappointing stay I would never go again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is a large modern, well equipped, reasonably priced, and well located facility. The main drawback is that it is overrun with large tour groups, which makes enjoying the plentiful buffet dinner and breakfast next to impossible. With that caveat I would say it is a good place to spend the night while exploring Pamukkale and Hierapolis, which, to be honest, are somewhat overrated as sights.

Kahvaltı kalabalık görünse de içerik standarttı. Farklı bir şey beklemeyin. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü yardım severler vardı ama halinden memnun olmayanlarda vardı. 4 kişiydik ama odada sadece üç el havlusu vardı normal havlu istedik getiriyoruz dediler getirmediler. Tekrar sorduk odalarda yok zaten aşağıdaki bornozları kullanacaksınız dediler. Yani fikir birliği yoktu bizde anlamadık. Bir gece kaldığımız içinde çok üstelemedik ama havlu olmaması ilginç gerçekten 🤷‍♀️☺️. Kapalı normal havuzu küçük bu arada kalabalık saatlerde yüzmek değil girecek yer kalmıyor. Biz akşam yemek saatinde ve ertesi gün sabah erkenden girdik o zaman tenha oluyor bilginiz olsun.

Çalışanlar son derece nazik, ilgili ve yardımcıydılar, odamızı teniz bulduk, restaurant çeşit ve lezzet olarak yeterliydi ancak otelin kesinlikle yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var , eski ve yıpranmış yerler gördük 5 yıldızlı otel beklentisi içinde kendilerinin yenilemeleri gerektiğini düşünüyorum . Tatile annem ile geldim, yaşlılar için termal havuza giriş kısmı çok kolay değil. Bu arada Spa hizmeti çok iyiyidi.

Tek yaşanan sıkıntı ,aşırı yoğunluk durumunda birimler arasında bir senkron olamama durumu oluştu fakat hızlıca çözüldü.

Restoran çalışanları son derece profesyonel ve samimiydiler 🎉 ayrıca housekeeping hizmetleri gayet iyiydi, spada kese yapan bali’li çalışanlar çok iyi hizmet verdiler. Resepsiyon yogunluk sebebiyle maalesef yetersizdi !

otel personeli ilgili, ama otel 5 yıldızlı gibi değil, odalar yenilenmiş yine de binalar, iç ve dış mekanlar, ortam eski yüzlü, duş yapınca banyoyu su basıyor, kahvaltı, yemek çeşidi bol ama eşim akşam yemeğinden zehirlendi maalesef, hemşire var otelde, ilaç verdi bize, termal kısmı küçük bir de kalabalık oluyor…

Pamukkale gezisi için kendi araçlarıyla gelenler için mükemmel bir konumda. çok büyük bir otel. Biz küçük butik otellerden daha çok hoşlandığımız halde bu büyüklükteki bir otel için gayet hızlı servis yapıyorlar hiçbir şeyi beklemiyorsunuz sonuçta etrafı gezmek tarihi yerleri görmek istiyorsanız Otel sizin için kalabilecek iyi bir otel.

Saubere Anlage, sehr freundliches Team, leckerer Wein, tolles Essen. Thermalbad ist sehr heiss und entspannend. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch für einen Besuch bei den weißen Kaskaden von Pamukkale( Hierapolis).

Tavsiye ederim

Pamukkale seyahati düşünen aileler için güzel bir tercih. Çevre düzenlemesi oldukça güzel. Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeklerinde çeşit çoktu ve geneli lezzetliydi. Tekrar konaklamak isteyebileceğim bir otel.
