Bar and Staff were very nice and helpful but the food was not great, Ordered Queso with meat and chips and it took half an hour to even get it and then it wasn't worth eating and sent it back and got salsa instead and it wasn't any good either, we just gave up on eating anything from the restaurant and finished out drinks and went somewhere else to eat....they seriously need to think about getting a new cook because he/she needs better cooking lessons and come to find out after talking to others in town, that restaurant used to be the place to go and now no one likes it after new owners took over

The first room we was given, the bed had not been finished being made. The staff handled that in a professional and quick manner and moved us to another room. After we had dinner and returned to our room, the ac/ heater was out so again, we had to be moved to another room. I've never have had this happen in all the years that I've traveled. I am very thankful for the way the staff handled the situation. I would return and recommend staying here.

Bad experience due to poor wall insulation and the poor behavior of the guest next to us. Our room was next to \"the workers\" (guest) who kept the alarm on and it went off the whole night and didn't turn it off even after the front desk asked them to. Front desk mentioned there always been the issue with \"the workers\" not turning the alarm off. With poor wall insulation, we could hear everything next door. Constant alarm sound ruined our sleep the whole night.

The check in staff was lovely. Very sweet. Everything started going slowly down hill from there.
Half of the lights in the hotel were either unscrewed or not working. Very dim lighting in the halls, the lobby and seating areas, and lobby bathrooms. Informed only 2 working ice machines in the building. Every floor had one, 3/5 were broken. All the walls had obvious cheaply done patched. The floors had overwhelming amounts of fabuloso used. Very distinctive smell. The room was pretty gross. It had not been vacuumed for a very long time. Candy and Cheetos on the floor. The corners had cobwebs, there was a hole in the wall under the ac unit. The bathroom had hair on the floor and the sink. The tiny conditioner and shampoo bottles were either refilled or left over from previous guest. Less than halfway full. All the walls and doors were scratched, dented or discolored. The breakfast was pretty gross. Milk in a not chilled vessel, costco bagels and bread, squishy apples and waffles. No juice, no other fruit, no yogurt.
This looks to be a once lovely hotel that was bought out by penny pinchers. It has the feel of trying to squeeze every last dollar out of everything and deciding not to fix things to save money and doing everything as cheaply as possible.

Crappy hotel with crappy desk clerk who wouldn’t let my daughter and new son-in-law stay on their wedding night without a $200 cash deposit because they were local. Ruined their night and refused to give me a refund even though they never stayed at the hotel. This is the worst hotel in San Angelo.

My room was really clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again. My only complaint is that the rest of the building was a little dirty, for example every breakfast table had food on it and there was food on the floor in the reception area. I've seen this sort of thing at other hotels, it wasn't so horrible I wouldn't come back.

We booked this hotel because we had an event at the convention center next door so we only needed it to get ready, we didn't even stay the night there. The hotel does not tell you on the 3rd party booking app that if you are a local you have to put a significant cash deposit per room so I was out several hundred JUST for being local.

The rooms could be updated. Alot of patch work has been done. The ceiling above bathtub looked like it had a leak at some point. You could tell it was just patches up and paint was peeling off in several spots. None of the ice machines had ice. Tried my floor and ground flood. Had to ask

The room was dirty. Actually the whole place was greatly lacking in cleanliness. The tables at the breakfast area still had beer cans and a leftover plate of partly eaten wings the next morning. Our room seemed very dark.There was a decaying dear in the parking lot to welcome you. The staff said they had called the city about it but it was still there when we left and had been there some time. The restaurant has good food but service was very slow. Took about an hour to get our food. The staff was all very nice and helpful and the bed was comfortable and it did seem clean,or i would of just left. For the price especially ,I would have expected much better.

The overall condition of the hotel was poor. It was run down, the hallways were filthy, the bathroom in the room was dirty and the carpet stained. Also, the fitness center was terrible--the equipment appeared to be straight out of the 80s and filthy. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Room was ok, beds were great. They did not have plugs for my husbands CPAP or phone charger between beds, so we had to move the bed out behind the center table and bed , filthy. It looked like someone may have had a problem between and behind the bed?? Also, they obviously did not clean under the counter in the bathroom, there were small piles of??
Bar was terrible, they catered to locals and it was noticeable . It was also not very clean .
Breakfast was ok, they had the basics, but it was clean.

We reserved a room for one night, using the hotel's heated indoor pool and hot tub and on-site restaurant to celebrate an event. Room appeared clean, though we didn't stay overnight. Staff was friendly and professional, clear about amenities and guidelines for pool use. However, noted missing cushions from lounge chairs in the pool area, floor mats hanging on railing outside the hotel restaurant for multiple days, and dried spills in the elevator and on the sidewalk. Generally a nice but aging property.

It was ok for a night. The bed was lumpy and the pillows were flat, the breakfast was just scrambled eggs and waffles not a buffet. My key card stopped working while I had my hands full and I asked housekeeping if they could open my door for me so I could at least set my stuff down but I had to carry it back down to the unstaffed front desk, juggling it while waiting for nearly 15 minutes for someone to show up again. It seemed like a lack of customer service from my perspective. Overall if I had to stay another night there I would have cancelled my reservation and stayed elsewhere. It would be my last choice to stay there again and I hate being like this

The hotel and room were clean. Some of the staff were lazy and laughed off when we informed them that there wasn't food in the kitchen. The waffle maker was clogged, and my adult daughter had to unclog it because no one was coming to fix it. The biscuits were hard like hockey pucks with no gravy. No bacon, hardly any eggs, and none of them cared. The bed comforters had stains and not cleaned or changed, we had to ask for new bedding. I would NEVER stay again due to the laziness of the staff, lack of food advertised.

The Roommate need more vacuuming, there we’re stillfood sacras near the beis and tables. The mattresess in our roombwere very worth and need replacinge.There was no breakfast , and even through we went early afterwaking up, they didn ‘t out any more for out. We didnt have breakfast at all, meaning they dont actually offer breakfast there. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Room wqlas great. It was clean and beds were comfy. Had one tiny little shampoo, conditioner and body wash for a double room with 3 guests. Also only included one tiny bar of soap. At breakfast they ran out of bacon before 8 am and didnt replace it. Also ran out of butter, milk and coffee creamers and staff said they were out. Pool was great so was the hot tub. Disliked the fact that i had to use an atm on the property to put a 200 dollar CASH deposit and leave a card on file as well.....

The room was spotless and the staff was very courteous Miss Linda and Monica at the front desk or sweetheart. There was another young lady there, but I can’t remember her name. I loved the hot tub and the pool. The only downside to the hot tub is that the bubbles aren’t working. Also, I would’ve loved some bacon on their breakfast.
