The ad photos of the rooms were not accurate. Three fist punches and a broken door knob in my room 105. The attendant would not let me operate the washer and dryer and charged me $6 on cash ap for the quarters and limited me to 40 minutes even though I said I wanted 60 minutes. My laundry was still wet. I was the last tenant at that place that required supervision. Won't use Super 8 again.

The room was not clean, pillows were yellow with stains. Beading had coverage burns in them. Roaches were crawling in the floor. Door would not shut all the way. No phone to call front desk. I needed to check out at 8, for which the sign said they would be there, no one showed up till 9. Staff was not friendly at all. This has been my worst stay. I needed a room for four nights but decided after these conversations I was going somewhere else.

We actually ended up not staying here. There were noticeable people around the property and staying there that there were no doubt about it. High on drugs and alcohol in the property itself was unbelievably disgusting. I’m currently fighting to get my money back because this place was the most unsanitized place I’ve ever seen.

There are roaches in our room. The Tv only has 2 channels that work , the bathroom is dirty there are poop stains on the towels, the bedspread is all ripped up, beds are hard as a rock and there’s stains on the bedsheets. If we had the money we would leave and go somewhere else but we used all of our money to stay here. I have never felt more gross after taking a shower. This place is not good. We were told it had breakfast, no breakfast, not even coffee! Charged $20 deposit, which we were not aware of and have NEVER been charged at any motel we have ever stayed in. This hotel was horrible. Cockroaches in the room, paint peeling, bed was disgusting, fridge and microwave dod not qork, room smelled like pot, no batteries in remote ao n way to watch tv. We had to go buy our own pillows and blankets because we could not sleep on the sheets. It was supposed to be a 2 night stay but after the first night we went and found a new hotel and just took the loss on the money. Do not waste your time and money at this place!

The room was not as advertised and smelled musty. As I was checking the mattresses for bed bugs (which they didn’t have) a roach crawled out of the sheets. I notified staff and they not only seemed unfazed and unbothered but actually accepting of what I told them. They were quick to process the cancellation and refund although I was told it would take 7-10 days for the refund.

Booked this location as a last minute situation, the location and pictures provided online made it seem convenient and pleasant. Checked in upon our arrival evening. Provided with a room entered room smelled like moth balls, nothing a bit of body spray can’t fix. Went to bed, loud noise on adjacent room back wall, woke up in the morning shower water was extremely low pressure and toilet water not filling as normal, small cockroaches visible in restroom. Went to check out extremely early 8am informed clerk and response was she wasn’t sure why we were provided with a room that has been out of service for 3days due to previous tenant long stay. Asked for my deposit and room pay and was told I should have informed last night when I clearly informed her we booked room late evening and arrived from out of town late with tired kids we went straight to bed and noticed all this morning as we are attempting to get ready for the day. Refused room refund only thing getting back is scheduled deposit find. It was extremely disappointing the lack of knowledge of night shift staff to provide a room not in service and in part day shift not providing refund clearing acknowledging their mishap and even giving me detail of previous tenant long overstay and moving him to different room. Disappointing Service.

The worst place to stay at. the rooms are run down and smell of cigarette smoke although I had booked a non-smoking room. the sheets were dirty, the smoke detector is the room was rip out, the air condition was broken. This place should never be listed on Hotel.com and should not be under the Wyndham brand, this place has been falsely advertised!! I was asked to leave the premises at 8:00pm as I asked for clean sheets, I left and checked into Motel-6 across the street and was amazed at the cleanness and customer service friendly agent at the front desk.

Most disgusting super 8 I’ve ever seen!!

We didn’t even stay! We pulled in and had to check the address, I went in and checked in got our key and made our way to the room. I don’t know where they got the pictures from for their hotel but it definitely was not their hotel!!! It was dirty dingy and smelled as you walked the hallway. Our door was loose and barely latched, the door across the hall looked as if it had been kicked in. Opened our door and was hit by a strong pungent smell of cigarette smoke and weed smoke even though it was a no smoking room. The floors were dirty and gross looking and the bedding was covered in stains. I turned my husband and 3 kids around and told them we will find something else or sleep in our car!

It doesn’t look anything like the pictures!!! Me, my daughter and niece were scared to sleep out of fear of bed bugs!! It was poorly cleaned, no smoke detectors, bathroom was filthy and unsanitary. The check-in took forever. I needed to add a day and when I called, they pushed for me to do it online even when I told them they it told me i had to call the location itself. Office only had one person working. The towels were so ruff that you could scratch yourself with them. They did not have a cleaning crew and so if you needed amenities you had to go find someone.

You get what paid for.

To start off with I'll admit you get what you paid for, 47.00 a night before taxes. There was questionable people staying there. I felt like I had to watch my belongings at all times. Big gap under the entrance doorway. You can light coming thru at night. The shower was barely adequate, the shower knob didn't fully work to divert water to shower head, so water pressure was awful. Mattress had stains all over it, possible blood stains and stains I don't really want too guess what they were. Front desk was helpful at least.

I made the desk clerk show me three different rooms to see if I could find one that was livable, not a single room looked like the pictures and they all smelled. The location looks sketchy, there was what appeared to be a homeless person hanging out in the lobby. I did not stay a single night but was still charged for all 3!!

I got bit by bed bugs or some kind of bug I was covered in bites by the morning. I kept hearing people right outside my door yelling and keeping me up and I was a couple minutes late on check out and they kept my security deposit only after I called 5timed asking about it. I do not recommend!!

Please don't waste your money

When you get to the motel, you learn that there is a 20.00 deposit. I couldn't get my shower to work, the tub would back up, the fridge was nasty, black mold in my room under the sink, and bedbugs. Would not go there again. I am actually homeless and stayed in my car still in the middle of a storm.

At check in the attendant took a phone call leaving me on hold instead of the phone. When we entered our room, it was occupied by another guest. When entering the new room, it was very dirty. The floor was unswept with grass, dirt and roach wings. The counter was not clean. The toilet had hair on it. The restroom wall under the toilet paper had poop on it. The restroom door jam was extremely dirty. I didn’t even try to pull the covers back on the bed. I stopped looking and we cautiously got ready for our event and checked out so I could get my $20 deposit back, at which time the attendant went and checked the room for damages. He never asked why we were checking out after 30 minutes of checking in. I understand that I paid a very low price for my room. But a cheap motel does not have to be dirty.

Won't stay here again. Pictures on website are not accurate. Chain lock was broken. Furniture was very old and worn out. Beds were hard and pillows were flat. The smoke detector was laying on a shelf and wires were hanging from the ceiling. Trim was coming off the walls. Killed 2 roaches. A $20 deposit was required that you could get back after they inspected the room. Which was laughable considering the condition of the room to begin with. Oh, and the pool was filled in. We were not planning on using it because it is February, but want to make sure others know it doesn't exist. Don't stay here.

1st, Dont let the photo in the ad fool you. It looked nothing like the picture. Completely opposite! Lyckily, i was only there to sleep. The AC was a window unit & since the knob was missing, you could not adjust the temperature. 2nd, the TV was a hassle, wgen i finally got it on, i was scared to change the channel in fear it might turn off. So i had to deal with what was on. The toilet was a rocking chair. Then finally, LMAO!! The shower did not work!! The knob was on for appearance. It came right off when i touched it. Theres no front desk, They dont show up til 8am. So if you want to check out before that, you're out of luck in getting your deposit back. Im not sure what time front desk leaves. There's no breakfast like its stated in the ad. The whole experience is a Negative Star.

BEWARE! THIS IS NOT WINDHAM PROPERTY! IHC now manages/owns and it has filthy grease stains on headboards, putrid smell in carpet/sheets. People outside were casing my car and 2 giggling young girls were trying the doorknob (which wasn't secure). We didn't stay. Left after 20 minutes....quickly!

The pictures lie. This is a flop-house. The photos are of just some of the cleanliness problems, which included crude graffiti. The housekeeping was non-existent during our whole stay, not once were the towels changed, beds made, trash emptied, or room even checked. Highly recommend against.

The bed had stains from what looked like small blood stains on the white sheet, hair on the bed, multiple cigarette burns on the comforter and pillows with stains. Furniture was beat up. Walls were dirty and tile was missing. Never given any toiletries. Got locked out of my hotel room at 2am in the cold since no staff was available until 6am on the weekend and ended up having to sleep in the check in area that was still cold and had a couple of interesting people come in and out. Felt unsafe when trying to fall asleep. The only good thing was the hot water in the shower on the day I left. Pictures online are definitely not what the place looks like for it’s rooms.

Second night there and roaches started crawling around. My husband must have killed at least 10. Sheets and blankets had stains, no garbage cans, no towels in the room and they had to get some from other rooms, no blow dryer only the holder, no coffee maker, fridge, no free breakfast, hallways were dirty, strong smell of marijuana in the halls, screw holes through the room, knobs missing from ac unit, we had to get the room key reset everyday because it would stop working, no phone in room, bad stay, and the front desk seemed annoyed.
