Large property in a quiet corner of town, except for flights overhead. You can only hear them if you stay in the even numbered buildings. No casino, no smoking. Just clean and peaceful stay. Beds are very comfortable but super high which could be dangerous for seniors. The rooms are big and clean and newly renovated. Free wifi isn't enough for zoom meetings but there's an option to pay $7.99 to upgrade it to 5Mbps, which was sufficient for a 4 participant zoom meeting. Staff are super helpful and friendly, allowing me to check out 1 hour late to finish my teleconference. The business center is not private, just 2 desks in the lobby. Overall a great facility. We'll come back next time for the pools and fitness center.

I had a good stay overall at this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and everything met my expectations. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant throughout my visit.

The only issue was an unexpected wake-up call when someone pulled the fire alarm, even though there was no actual fire. It was a bit disruptive, but thankfully it was resolved quickly.

Aside from that incident, my stay was enjoyable, and I would consider staying here again.

Hotel itself was nice - especially for the price. Room huge. Large fridge and microwave. The check in process was terrible. They said their credit card machines were down so they wanted cash upon arrival. Couldn’t print a receipt. Pushed for using their ATM to pull money. Just seemed scammy. Rest of stay was smooth, room cleaned day, etc.

First red flag—upon arrival, they tried to downgrade our prepaid reservation to a significantly smaller room than what we originally booked. Not exactly the welcome you expect.

The room itself was unacceptable. It had a strong, dingy smell, ants throughout the space, and windows that didn’t open. The air conditioning and heating didn’t work properly, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. We were so grossed out that we ended up leaving before our scheduled checkout date.

To make matters worse, the environment outside the rooms felt chaotic. There was constant marijuana use in the parking lot and around the property. Guests were clearly trying to smoke inside as well—twice triggering the fire alarm and forcing full building evacuations.

Between the condition of the room and the overall atmosphere, this was not a place we felt comfortable staying—especially with kids involved. Would not recommend.

Don't come here unless you are willing to pay double what the app says. Then they will blame you and say you didn't read the fine print. So if you are staying here for 7 days, be prepared to pay an extra $700 and get treated like a peasant for not having it in your account.

Biggest issues: Parking lot is incredibly narrow and difficult to navigate if full. The mattresses for the beds are very basic and on the thin side. The mattress for the pullout is horrible as it's incredibly thin to the point that you can literally feel the springs. The blankets for the beds are very thin. Requested additional blankets and despite telling us they would bring them to us, they never actually did. No desk in the room despite one being shown in the pictures and description of room. It has potential to be very nice but new mattresses would definitely be needed and the wasted space would need to be addressed. Also, putting some arrows on the parking lot and making it so that traffic only flows one way would solve the parking lot issue.

We traveled as a family of four,we have a 6 month old baby.She did not use the provided crib (technically more of a pack and play style).Our teenager slept in the living room using the pullout couch.It was quiet at night which made sleeping really good.Cleaners changed the towels,emptied out the trash bins proactively.The microwave is a good part of the room instead of just the add on or just by request.Room was roomy for the four of us.Bathtub is a good size.The pool had some leaves from the trees around and it was a bit cold but it’s only spring so understandable.It was a good stay,we will definitely be back in the future.Parking though was kind of challenging Sunday night.

The room was nice but a few things need to be addressed. I had a hard time checking in because the booking had Bob on it and my license says Robert. Why, What is the difference when I had my booking paper? Also, the bed is almost impossible to get into it because it is so HIGH. It needs a small set of stairs. If you have a bad back, good luck getting in it. I mentioned it at the front desk but they cared less. Also, the TV wasn't working in the bedroom. Did you call us? No, I was in bed at 11 and didn't want to get dressed to get it worked on. It seems a lot of hotels do not want to take the blame and say we are sorry. It's always the customers that are at fault. Sleep was fine but I felt the front desk was really rude and condescending.

I stayed for 3 days with my sister and get boyfriend i was unaware that breakfast was not included the room was spacious but the bed was not comfortable the mattress sinked in when i sat on it i thought i was on the bare bed frame so i slept on the coach for the rest of my stay front desk was not helpful asked one of the female if she knew where i can catch the bus she said she don't know other than that cabs came on site and there are fast food places around the way would i stay here again maybe not.

This is a great place to stay right off The Strip with ample parking. You are across the street from Virgin Hotels. About 800 feet from The Mint (open 24 hours). If you book between events here, the price is very reasonable.

Probably the quietest place in Vegas yet still close to the happenings. Big property with many buildings and easy parking. The room was clean and newly renovated with everything we needed, including a microwave, a small fridge w freezer and a sofa bed. The staff was friendly and helpful, keeping the environment safe.

Would stay there again for sure. Room was a whole apartment. Spacious and lots of room. A little outdated but it’s ok! We loved the kitchen and used it so save money! About 1.3 mile walk to the strip. Otherwise you have to uber, taxi or drive. Close to airport too. Shower had ok pressure and it made a funny noise but it’s ok. Also, we appreciate the lobby staff as we had to complain about loud noises and partying next door at 1 am. 3 fun pools, not heated just fyi. No hot tub. But overall fun.

Parking was horrible. Im handicap and they ended up having a dance competition there so there was no parking for the people who were staying there. When brought to the manager my concern, he said there was nothing he could do and had me walk from nearby parking lot to my room.

The microwave wouldn’t go longer than 15 secs. Kept powering off completely & would have to reset it sooo many times. Called the front desk but they didnt seem to care. Never got fixed. Bed were uncomfortable and our bathroom was dirty.. Also, the couches are disgusting! please clean them so they are sitable.

Check in took a miserable 45 minutes. Why management did not provide more staff for check in I do not know. Parking is tight. Room is okay in terms of overall condition. Airplane noise was minimal. We appreciated the proximity to the airport. Overall we felt the pictures exaggerated the condition of the property. Probably would stay elsewhere next time.

I read a lot of positive reviews so I was looking forward to a nice little staycation. Unfortunately my experience wasn’t so nice. I saw online you could check in early if they had availability. The day before check in, I called and was informed to call the day of check in at 0800 to see if it was possible. I did as instructed and was told my room was ready so I could arrive anytime but if before 12, I would have to pay 28$. No problem! Checked in at 100PM and was given keys to a dirty room that still had occupants in it. We go back to the front desk and the staff member did not apologize or seem to care. The next room we were given had dirty sheets and smelled like cigarettes.

I was so delighted to discover that, not only did the property allow my dogs, they welcomed them, greeted them, asked if they could give them treats, and consistently offered the best hospitality to me, my dogs, and my partner (who recently relocated to Las Vegas and stayed with me for two of the three nights I was there).

It is true that this is a pet-friendly hotel, but my stay was not very pleasant because my room had issues with the air conditioning; over the course of my three days and two nights, I called for assistance approximately four times. Furthermore, the swimming pool was closed, and they failed to mention this on their website. I hope to be able to enjoy all the amenities during my next visit, as the location is perfect.

The main pool was closed, so that was a let down. The other two pools were crowded. The property is huge and you have to walk far for everything. The motel room itself smelled like smoke and the room was average. It is close to the strip, but about a 30 min walk to everything. Overall, the place was okay for the price.

Everything was great super family friendly. The WiFi was a really slow, I know we can pay to upgrade it but I didn’t want to charge additional costs per device. Also the smart tv wasn’t hooked up to the WiFi so didn’t offer much use as a smart tv/screen mirroring. For the price it’s worth it for my family and I and the property was nice the room comfortable and clean just the amenities a little outdated in terms of technology

Staff was professional. Location is good. Property is ok could use some updating. The unit I was in had a strong smell of smoke. The couch and chair were really cheap and worn out. No coffee table so you had to hold your drink. Shower head was broke had to remove it to take a shower and the water was not hot at all maybe warm but not a good shower. The pool area was nice and clean. A price list on was attached to the door for sheets, towels, wash cloths, pillows, etc I found this to be tacky and low class. The property needs some updating but the location is good and the staff is nice. I would rate this hotel probably 3 out of 5 stars

I got the room super last minute, and was able to check in pretty fast. The fridge in the room went out on us, and technicians came within a few minutes to get it running again. It was pretty chill, even though I didn’t use all the amenities; I’d definitely come back.

I wanted so much to give this place a good review. Things that we liked: Frig, coffee maker and microwave in room. No parties and it was relatively quiet if you can get past the noise from the planes taking off from the airport. It was walking distance to what we needed and there was plenty of free parking, I could even get past the uncomfortable bed for me, because bed comfort is subjective, but what was totally unacceptable was the total lack of hot water at 6 am when we were getting ready to leave for the airport. There was no time for the resort to remedy the situation for us. We had to take cold sponge baths and had greasy hair for our all day flight.

Check in was a nightmare between Expedia and the hotel front desk, the manager was rude and wasn’t listening. After finally getting a room they got another $17 out of me. Bed was terrible and no hot water. No recommendations from me awful!

the place was great and located near fast food places. Rooms are huge and have comfortable beds. The only thing is they didn't have an elevator and we had a room upstairs. I struggled to get up to our room due to a bad knee condition.But will definitely stay here again. Will have to request a room downstairs next time.

Resort was good. It is older and does need a bit of updating in the rooms especially with some stain on some things; however, we had no other issues. We were a bit bummed the larger pool was closed! Place is clean. My biggest issue was that the pool was actually not as pictured, they had two of the three pools open and they had basically no seating, very little towels and no shade. There was a pool that was closed that was full to the brim with seating and the open pools each at 4 loungers max..odd. It’s a bit far to walk to the strip, take an uber but nothing crazy far. It was a decent place for the price otherwise

This is not a hotel. It’s an inn. They baited with a pool, however is under construction. Asked for plasticware, since DoorDash driver didn’t bring any and was told that they only have silverware in the suites and that I couldn’t use any. Horrible staff.
