Excellent location and very nice hotel! Breakfast superbly prepared for each guest, instead of a buffet. Amazing rooftop views and you even see snow capped mountains nearby. Only drawback is parking and scented hallways and carpets. Yet, valet parking was free. Heated pool and sauna are a luxurious touch. Staff is very accommodating, cheerful and always happy to help! Will stay there again!!! Kudos to a wonderful staff, efcharisto Manolis!!!

This hotel is beautiful. The staff are the nicest people and so friendly. The breakfast is over and above anywhere I have been.
If you are lucky enough to come to Chania this is definitely the hotel to stay at.

This property has ruined it for all the other hotels! Best service, the staff is beyond friendly and helpful!! You feel completely spoiled! The room was beautiful! They thought of everything to make your stay elevated!! We can’t say enough good things about this hotel and the people who work there. We will never stay anywhere else when we go to Chania. Every hotel we stay at from now on will be compared to the Flair!!

Lovely boutique hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. Room was really modern and comfortable beach facilities were good as long as you booked and arrived early. The staff at this hotel are all absolutely lovely! Very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect - very close to good restaurants and a short walk to the old town. The included breakfast was great too.
The pool is not very impressive. But you are close to the beach, so it was not a problem.

This hotel was okay, biggest draw is the location. The ladies at the front desk were very nice but the hotel felt like a four star, not a 5 star hotel. Also the weirdly rationed these were old towels which was strange, and not normal for a 5 star hotel.

There are not enough superlatives to describe this hotel.
From the welcoming glass of fizz to the attentive beach staff. Everything is geared to making your vacation memorable.
We stayed for two weeks late April, our room had the promised half sea view ( not a distant glimpse) it was spacious, spotless and comfortable the housekeeping staff working hard to keep it that way.
Particular mention must be made of the breakfast team, they supplied an amazing array, all made to order and brought to your table ( no buffet bun fights here) with a cheery smile and conversation, setting us up for the day.
The hotel has the added advantage of being close to old town. But sufficiently distant to leave you in the company of true local Cretans with plentiful taverna providing fresh fish meals.

The professionalism and service from the staff at Hilton Flair hotel has been top notch from start to finish. Very generous too, from the sweets in the room at arrival, the Easter breads and eggs and when we checked out they even gave us a complimentary local olive oil. We love the dual showers in the room too, could see the sea from the shower area.

Mia from Reception was great, she entertained my queries from the beginning and was very responsive on email. She also entertained my various requests for massage and reservation.

Seriously great stay at Hilton Flair and I would definitely return to this hotel in a heart beat. Thank you to all the service staff for making our Chania stay so memorable. You guys are the best.

Our stay at Chania Flair was simply lovely! The hotel is immaculate and decorated and laid-out to a very high standard!

The only things that could be improved would be if the hotel had a pool (the large hot-tub at the top of the hotel is lovely, but too small to swim in).

But the hotel is in a nice location - 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. Which is perfect, as you get to access everything, but is much quieter being that little bit from the town.

The thing that HAS to be said about Chania Flair is how WONDERFUL the staff are! Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were so friendly, kind, and went out of their way to make our stay as fantastic as possible. The way we were treated meant that we didn't want to leave!

The wonderful Flair boutique hotel

We stayed in Chania for our wedding anniversary at the Flair boutique in October. I can’t say enough about this hotel, staff, amenities and location. It is literally about a 3 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants and cafes. It’s about a 15 minute walk along the ocean to old town. The breakfast is amazing and the pool is heated with floor to ceiling windows of the ocean and unrestricted view of sunsets. All in all we would stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel.

A superb place

The staff were amazing. The hotel restaurant is fabulous. Much much better than the restaurants outside. An exceptional restaurant made all the better by the attention of the maître de Hereklis (hope I am spelling it correctly - apologies if I am not). The rooms are lovely and it close to the old town. Highly recommend the hotel!!

The TEAM is dedicated and CARING ... they go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience whether it is in organizing transports, giving tour advice, accommodating variety of needs ... absolutely incredible!
All staff SMILING and welcoming.
A SPECIAL MENTION to GEORGIA ... this is a person with passion and expertise in hospitality. My wife and I were always greeted with such genuine warmth and caring.
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ... at the intersection of the Old and New City and everything in walking distance, with incredible BEACH to cool off anytime of day with reserved comfortable beach chairs ... WOW!!!!
Last, the included BREAKFAST a-la-carte, which we did not expect, was AMAZING as well. In particular, the STAFF were SO SO SO NICE.
Minibar in room also with water (flat and sparkling) and pop ... love that this is simply included and can stay hydrated without worrying or feeling like open wallet ;)
INCREDIBLE SUNSETS viewed from rooms as well ... WOW!!!!
The only mild inconveniences to be balanced as review is that located in the heart of seaside restaurants and thus air on balcony MAY have seafood/fish scent, particularly when busy in evenings albeit RARE that would be on balcony when so much life in this city ((NB, NONE of the smell gets into room)).
LOVE THIS PLACE AMD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We have just got back from a fabulous stay at the Chania Flair Hotel. From the day we arrived to the day we left, the service here has been the utmost professional. We were welcomed with welcome drinks and a fruit platter on our arrival. The rooms are spacious and so clean. We would like to give a special shout-out to Georgia and Anastasia for being so helpful on the front desk with recommendations of things to do, and places to eat. The gentlemen who also parked our car and brought it to the front of the hotel were also very helpful. It was lovely coming down each day to see smiley faces on the front desk. We would also like to say a massive thank you to Aspasia, she greeted us each morning at breakfast with amazing coffee and it was lovely to see her around. The hotel has a fantastic rooftop whirlpool and gym facilities which were amazing. The location of the hotel is also perfect - not too far from the old town but has the nearby Nea Chora beach alongside if you wish to stay local. Overall our stay was fantastic and would definitely stay here again. If I had to pick an improvement, I would simply state that it would have been nicer to have a few more vegan options on the breakfast menu, nevertheless there were still other things for us to eat and pick from. Looking forward to our next stay at the Chania Flair hotel.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in with the best service. Everyone was so welcoming, kind and helpful. Parking was easy as they have valet parking. Room is spacious, modern and clean. The beach and dining strip is only a short walk away. Central location to Old Town Chania, as well. Very pretty beach, and free sunbeds and umbrellas make it even better. The hot tub is amazing as well! Breakfast was very tasty and the dining staff were all very kind. The hotel restaurant was also very good and had a great view. I would stay here over and over again and recommend to anyone visiting Chania!

An Excellent Experience

An attractive modern hotel which is trying very hard to get everything right. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location with a selection of restaurants just around the corner. The old town is a 10-15 minute walk away. Our car was parked for us without any hassle or cost. No great views from the room which may also be too hi tech for some. Great breakfast but the staff were so keen to help that the second course arrived too quickly.

We stayed here for one night to break our journey.

Staff were very welcoming upon arrival. Exactly what one expects from a boutique hotel. Georgia checked us in swiftly after a welcome drink and arranged for our bags to be in our room. This followed with a welcome letter from management.
The room was simply fantastic and pretty much an automated room. The shower was superb and the bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast was brilliant..and not the typical buffet style.
The staff were very helpful arranging transport / car hire for our onward journey.
To summarise I would say and superb hotel with even better hospitality.
I certainly would stay here again if visiting!

Luxuriously appointed large room, double deluxe room more open and spacious than the more expensive Junior suite that has a Jacuzzi in it.

Sit down, a-la- carte breakfast service that is tasty and hygienic. Staff is courteous.

Will come back if visiting Chania again.

This is an exceptional hotel. The facilities are typical for an up market boutique hotel: stylish, modern without needing to be ostentatious. The location is good: 50metres from the beach and 10 mins walk to the old town. For us the key differentiator was the staff attitude and level of customer service. Without exception the team were friendly, helpful and demonstrated a level of thoughtfulness we have rarely experienced even in much pricier hotels. Restaurant bookings, travel tips, organising a last minute hire car (delivered to the hotel in under an hour), small gifts etc all made for a special experience. Sincere thanks in particular to Georgia and Mia at reception and Manolis, Aspera and Georgia in the restaurant. Your thoughtfulness and professionalism made for a wonderful stay.

We would have preferred a breakfast buffet to their sit-down process, but the breakfast staff were extremely attentive and quick. No problem with having a car at this hotel.

Amazing stay!

Absolutely phenomenal stay. Georgia at the front desk was the best. Breakfast was out of this world. Rooms are stunning and fully automatic everything. Only negative is that the “whirlpool” was gross - had some flies and hair floating in it - and it was cold, not even lukewarm. We asked and were told the temperature couldn’t be adjusted.
