Great accommodations. Very clean and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t that great, it seemed like processed food and drinks. A bit uninspiring

The Staff were so sweet , polite and helpful. The rooms and the entire hotel was so very clean. Highly recommend!

I love the location, good for fireworks display. Closer to the NYE countdown party, our room with the best view of fireworks. Room is clean. The staff and the security guards are all nice and very helpful. The negative is the free breakfast. They serve so little and few choices of food only too, you can go back to ask for more but still there is only like 2-3 food choices and they are the one who is serving and they served so little. But otherwise the place is great for our NYE celebration especially the fireworks.

To be honest, Court Meridian was not our first choice of hotel as we always go to the same one every time we go back to the Philippines but I think it was truly a blessing in disguise that our first choice hotel was fully booked for our trip this May so I had to find another one that has the same amenities we usually look for and did Court Meridian deliver! I'm truly glad we took a chance and booked here. I can't say enough good things about this place but to name a few, if you are looking for a place with a great and spacious room (and bathroom), with an amazing connected bistro as well as fantastic staff, look no further as Court Meridian will definitely deliver! My family definitely has a new first choice hotel for our next trip :)

I have stayed a lot of times around subic in the past years, but I can say that none can rival the service/cleanliness here at Court Meridian.

Staff at the cafeteria were unprofessional, I called the waiter to point out that the water has a small floating dead bug and I asked him to replace it. I waited nearly 30 minutes until he started bussing our table and then looked at me very sharply without saying a word. I think he needs some kind of training, respect the customer, do not secure the plate when customer are still on their table, ask politely. We were just there for an hour including the extra 30 minutes waiting for water that never arrive. The pool was secured for maintenance when we are getting ready to enjoy the water. Other than, hotel is great.

Court Meridian was centrally located in Subic that we were able to walk to convenient stores, gym, a selection of restaurants, a park, church and bars. It is a lively area with people making the trip to available night life and it felt safe walking back to the hotel. There is no problem catching local transportation. The bay was just across the street and was nice to take a stroll during the early morning or evening. The rooms and facility were clean. The staff were very friendly and always ready to assist you. We felt welcomed and safe during our stay. They took good care of us.
SARAH
We didn’t like the free breakfast. They can do better than what they’re serving.

Staff were very helpful. Arranged a one day car rental to be delivered to the hotel. And arranged a car and driver back to Manila. Hotel is one block from the historic church and across the street from a good beach /bayside bar-restaurant.
Reasonable priced accommodation
OK WI-FI for uploading my photos. Good A/C
But really a motel bc there is no bar, food or other usual hotel facilities. Breakfast is a voucher for a cafe good for a bare minimum. My wife skipped it.
That aside we would stay here again

The reviews about the excellent service were spot on. All staff is quick to open the door for you and didn't miss. I like that they stored my bags so I could get lunch after check-out. Check in and check out were very smooth. The bed was very comfortable with pillows not being too big.

Value for money
Nice Hotel with friendly staff. The first room however was above maintenance works and we were disturbed by loud hammering. The outside scaffolding was on our balcony which made it unusable. They moved us to the back of the Hotel which was better but i think the room should not have been given to a guest. The mattresses seem to be plastic and the duvets are very thick which makes you feel very hot in the night.
Nice pool in the middle of the courtyard.
Hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant but breakfast is offered opposite at gerrys grill or next to the hotel barangay breakfast buffet and a la carte.
All in all a nice Hotel and value for the price.

Stayed here for a week. The complimentary breakfast was great and had good options. The satff were very helpful and attentive. Getting in and out of the area is difficult though since there is no public transit in the vicinity. Overall, great experience

They asked us to sign a form that has a list of items inside the room without going thru the list first, such as how many glasses, cups & saucers; trash can; remote control; hangers; etc. When I refused to sign before checking, I got a serious look. They did the same with my brother. They asked him to sign before entering the room. It was hours later before he realized that some items on the list were not even inside his room! I find this practice unusual. I've stayed with other hotels more expensive than this but they never asked me to sign a list of items inside the room.
Our breakfast was included with our reservation. They serve buffet for others. But, people like us who got it thru this booking were given a set meal. The serving size of this meal is quite small, fit only for kids (even for Filipino standard). 1 small egg, 3 thin slices of spam (or some other dish that they serve in their buffet) but also very small serving, a small cup of rice, coffee & juice. Heard several people had to pay extra just to have a decent size meal. Maybe they should put a note when making a reservation what type of breakfast they would serve so people will not expect much.
Room size, it was spacious. But, saw some dirt on the bedsheets (we have 2 queen size beds, both look dirty). We requested to have it cleaned the following day.
Over all, in my opinion, the price I paid for this stay wasn't worth it. Will definitely avoid this place in the future.

Wife and I were very pleased with Court Meridian. The staff were very friendly and helpful - the room was very clean, and in good repair.
Breakfast is off-site but very much within walking distance.
The hotel is on Waterfront Road, but at the end where the noise level is not at all high.
All in all, wife and I enjoyed our stay.

Last leg in a 3-week vacation
This hotel has become our favorite in Subic. Good variety of rooms, nice pool for the kids, close to waterfront and to restaurants, easy on-site parking. The cleanliness is great. And above all, the staff is always very friendly and accommodating.
Robert W
Good, with some minor hiccups
We stay often in this hotel. As always, we received good service all around. The AC was insufficient, did not go down further than 17 C on the remote control, and it still felt 23 C. The hotel also appears to unplug fridges to aggressively save on power, but then forgets to plug then back in as guests arrive.

Overall 5 star
A honeymoon gift. According to the couple the staff the service all good overall rate 5star

I still love this hotel
Court Meridian is my favorite hotel in Subic and we've been staying here since 2012. The ambiance and aura of the hotel always gives me this homey and inviting feeling every time we stay. Our recent trip was ok, just ok. There were fewer staff, understandably due to the effects of the pandemic to businesses. There are some amenities that changed too, like the Aresi restaurant is no longer operational. Overall, I felt a shift in the ambiance, a \"trying-to-survive\" vibe which makes me sad. I still love this hotel and in fact have booked our next family stay in Dec 2021.
Looking forward to it! hang in there!

The property is very conducive to weekend relaxation.

Good place but needs improvement.
The hotel was nice but they are cutting corners like not running the pump and filter on the pool and having a difficult time to get them to clean the room. Also the on site restaurant has gone our of business. Overall good place especially after surviving coronavirus shut downs etc. would give a second chance to see if they have improved. Trying to run a business id difficult in these trying times.
Jack
Service was great, staff friendly and helpful. The only negative was the breakfast. We noticed other hotels in the area that their restaurant we’re serving meals, but this hotel was serving cold boxed breakfast.

Please re-train front office staff
Not so good experience upon check-in. We were not allowed for early check-in but there was a group that walked-in but was allowed. Front desk staff should be more courteous and helpful. They promised to give us a call once room is ready but they never did.
Location is good. Security Personnel who assisted us in parking is also nice.

The heart of Subic
The hotel has some age, but the staff has energy and good intentions.
The parking is a bit tight.
The road in front of the hotel is interesting as many people use it for walking and jogging.

Good location. The place is nice enough for its price. Clean and comfortable room and bed. (And I'm a sucker for cleanliness at that.) May start replacing room pillows as it feels worn out already.(Still tolerable though) Bathroom is comfy to use because the walls and flooring are not stained with dirt. Superb water supply and heater is working well.
Breakfast needs to be improved. Buffet offered by the restaurant isn't inviting at all. We experienced 2 breakfasts and neither satisfied our taste buds.
Generally, the stay was a good experience and will book again next time.
