The Zante Pantheon cannot be praised enough. The hotel is well presented with excellent staff who have obviously been well trained and supported by the brilliant family owners. Although it is a 12 minute walk to town snd the journey back is quite steep it therefore benefits from being in a lovely quite location. The whole area around the hotel and pool are spotless and nothing is too mu h trouble for the friendly staff. The food at breakfast and also for snacks and dining in the evenings is excellent. Thank you Dimitris, Yanos and the family for an excellent holiday.

Had 6 night's here on our first trip to Zante. We arrived by ferry, and got a taxi to hotel which was €15 for around 15min journey. Hotel was reasonable for a 3*. Fairly clean and tidy. Pool was nice. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold. Staff were friendly. A few cats and dogs around but they didn't interfere.
The hotel is up quite a steep hill, around 10-12 minute walk from the main high street area where there are loads of shops/bars/restaurants and around 15min walk to the beach.
Only 1 small bin in the bathroom and none in the main area, so all our litter empty bottles each day we just had to pile up.
Air-conditioning was a definite plus although we only needed it the last couple of days.

Fantastic stay at the hotel. From start to finish, everything was great. The staff couldn’t do more to help you and were extremely welcoming. The food was great and the service was really good. The hotel rooms were lovely and quiet and really clean. The location was close enough to walk to the main part but far enough away not to be noisy and busy. We will defiantly be returning.

We had an excellent experience at the Zante Pantheon Hotel. Our room was sparkling clean and well appointed with all amenities needed. The bed was comfortable and we had a very nice verandah with a sea view. The best part of our stay was meeting the wonderful family that owns and manages the property. Dimitris and his parents could not have been more accommodating! They treated us like family and were such a pleasure to have met. The pool was beautiful and sparkling clean. Beach towels are provided on request if you decide to go to one of the many fantastic beaches on the island. I highly recommend this hotel for your holiday vacation!

This tucked away gem from the hustle of the front is perfect for delving into the town and yet has more than enough to keep you at the hotel. This family run hotel has delightful and friendly staff that are always ready to help. One of the major highlights of the hotel is the food - amazing home cooked dishes that are done with love. I think the best Tzatziki on the island. A Hotel to return too.

Nice and clean room with friendly people. The lunch/dinner which you can order was delicious. Dimitris organized a boat trip for us which was really nice and as well the airport shuttle.

Negative: You need to walk around 500 meter a dangerous major street to the beach and to the city. The Pool is nice but the sun-bets are really close to each other and to the pool (small area).
The room was ok and clean but the bathroom really small.

This was our third trip to stay at Zante Pantheon Hotel. The hotel is located at the edge of the resort up a slight hill, being in that location its idea to relax and chill ideal for anyone looking for a peaceful setting, although only a short stroll into Tsilivi, with a supermarket at the bottom of the hill.
I have previously stayed in different Greek resorts and this hotel has been the best. Family run, where nothing is too much trouble, beautiful clean rooms (cleaned daily) with lovely views. Included in the stay is a continental breaksfast (bread/cheese/tomatoes/greek yogurt peaches/fruit and cereals) plus fried eggs/omlettes/bacon and mini sausages, food is plentiful. Drinks are fresh juice/orange/apple mixed fruit or water, then tea/coffee. Small well stocked bar area, cocktails are a must. Food at the hotel is reasonably priced and very good if you dont want to venture out , I believe there are 75 restaurants in Tsilivi, varying from cheap and cheerful to upmarket.
Large swimming pool and a shallow babies pool again clean in a lovely setting surrounded by trees/plants and flowers, lots of sunbeds and parasols available.

We came to Zante for a family wedding. The hotel was lovely, it's family run and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and very clean. We asked for an extra pillow which was in our room within 2 minutes. The breakfast was nice, a good selection with lots of yummy Greek yogurt. We stayed half board and the food was amazing and LOTS of it so we were never hungry. All in all they made us feel very welcome and we had a great time. A special thanks to Dimitris who looked after our Niece and helped to make her wedding special.

Lovely hotel, in a quiet location above Tslivi.

Return visit and the place just gets better. Tranquil setting, clean and tidy. Staff are very attentive, helpful and friendly.

The hotel is a short walk from the main centre of Tslivi and this is a real advantage if you are looking for a peaceful hotel with amenities close by.

Recommend highly.

Really great hotel. Can not fault the service and facilities at all. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the pool was great. However, it is slightly out of the way. Not massively, by it’s a 10 minute walk to the beach. Other than that, perfect hotel.

Lovely relaxing hotel in Tsilivi

Excellent hotel, couldn't fault it. Spotlessly clean, modern, powerful shower, comfy 4 poster bed, lovely food (recommend the gyros), very helpful staff (especially Dimitris who sorted out our trips and airport taxis), excellent pool with plenty of sunbed space. Rooms cleaned every day, in room 301 with direct access to the pool.

Only two things to be wary of, the hotel is set back about 200m from the main road up a hill, if you are less mobile this could be a challenge and also, aircraft fly over very low all day and night so can create some noise, but this is not the fault of the hotel, it's just where Tsilivi is located.

Overall an excellent hotel which I would 100% recommend and stay in again.

Perfect stay in tsivili.

Had a 2 week stay here and throughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is immaculate in all areas. A well loved family business. The pool is a peaceful relaxing area with plenty of loungers. Short walk down to the main street - beach but would get a taxi back late at night for 6 euros.
I wouldn't hesitate in booking here again for a stay in Zante.

Quiet hotel, away from the noise of the nightlife.

A family run hotel where their main concern is providing you with a good stay. The rooms were clean, fitted with air conditioning, fresh towels each day and a safe (at no extra cost), The pool was a good size and well equiped with sun beds. The beach and night life of the town was a short walk away, which I liked as it gave you a bit of exercise and a quiet nights sleep away from the pumping sounds of the bars which stay open beyond 2am. The biggest thing in its favour was the staff who were friendly and went out of their way to provide you with a quality experience.

Very nice hotel

Stayed here for two weeks. Ideal just out the way of all the noise and walking distance to the beach and tsilivi.

Didnt like that the fridge turned off when you go out of the room but apart from that very good. All of the staff are very very hard working.

Nice Hotel In Wrong Location

Excellent spotless clean and friendly hotel but is situated near to water park and about 300 metres up a steep hill. Stayed B&B which was excellent. Barbecue on Friday was very good. No need for alarm clock as hotel is situated in a rural setting and there are 3 cockerels roaming around all day so take your ear plugs, otherwise an excellent 3 star hotel.

Ten minute walk out of town. Quite location. Presentation is excellent, nice poool and children's pool, a la carte meals as good as the fare down the street. Excellent service, included breakfast was ok. Only negative was a lack of hot water if you got up late in the morning for a shower.

Nothing cheesy or chavvy here. Just lovely hotel run by people who care about their guests. Rooms are basic but cannot fault the cleanliness and fresh towels every day!
Little bit of a hill to get to and from town but nothing anyone who likes being out of the town should be scared of.

The only two points of improvement are:

Enjoyed our stay. Clean hotel , ok with every details , not very close to the beach though, would say 15-20 min walk or 5 minutes by car but enjoyed a daily walk . They also serve a really good and fresh food for lunch and dinner . Would recommend

Great location in Tsvili

Friendly, super nice and welcoming, accommodating. I messed up on my dates and although they didn't need to do so they totally accommodated me when I decided to extend by an extra day in lieu of the day which was my mistake. The room was spacious, comfortable, had a good view, and was relaxing and quiet. It was a short walk to restaurants, beach etc. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

Relaxing spot out of town

We had a lovely few days and found the hotel perfect for our needs (family wedding). The hotel is peacefully out of town but at the same time close enough to walk, the Taxi's are approx €6 and should be used when walking back late as the road is not ideal, but the hotel was friendly, clean and as described.

Stayed 26th August 2015 for a week with my wife. Rooms where spotless and the staff great. Only downside is the location which is also a plus the hotel is set in an olive grove and is so peaceful during the day some day we where the only one's at the pool. It's a ten minute walk to the town but on the way back at night you have walk up the road which has no footpath and is poorly lit we used the lights on are phones to made us more visible or you always get a taxi overall would I recommend this hotel or stay here again myself definitely

This hotel is located to a walkable distance from the busy and touristic typical high st. This fact make of this hotel an enjoyable retreat within your holiday experience. Really lovely family attending this hotel care after you on each detail. Surrounded by a wood of olives and well maintened gardens. We had a great time in this hotel and of course in magical island of Zante.

We stayed for a week at the Pantheon Hotel and loved it. The staff were fantastic and really helpful. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the main shops and bars of the resort so it is quiet and relaxing but close enough, to wonder into town. We ate at the hotel a few times and the food was fresh and reasonably priced. Would definitely come back!!

Lovely hotel a short walk from Tsilivi centre

We stayed here for 3 nights in June. The family were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was extremely clean. We didn't spend much time at the hotel but the room was comfortable and had a nice balcony area. The bathroom was a bit small but still functional. Breakfast was decent and you can get a selection of food throughout the day if you stay by the pool - which is, as you would expect, very clean.

WiFi was decent but as we were in the second building we couldn't usually get it in the bedroom and had to pick it up in the bar or reception area. The Air Conditioning in the room was excellent too.

The location means it is a bit of a walk to the centre of Tsilivi (approx 10 mins), but this also means the hotel is quiet and relaxing. There is also a great beach (Gaidaros) a bit further up the coast from the main beach, so actually makes the Pantheon quite a convenient spot - thanks Dimitris for the recommendation!

I visited this hotel with my mum on the end of May for eight nights. We liked everything there. The staff is very helpful, polite and nice. The hotel is very clean and the swimming pool is awesome. We were very happy with the stay, because the hotel is not on the main street and is surrounded by olives and lemon trees. Very quiet area, perfect for relaxing holiday. You can go and explore the town or you can stay and enjoy the sun next to the swimming pool with a drink and snack. We rented a car, so we could explore the island and enjoy the wild beaches...

A week's break at The Pantheon, very restful overall a great trip, staff are charming and helpful at all times. The room was clean and changed every day. The shower was hot and adjustable. The breakfast was good and enjoyed this. It was slightly out of town, this being perfect as it was very quiet indeed. But close enough to beaches, restaurants and car hire.

A lovely relaxing week

This was an \"extra\" holiday and what a bonus it turned out to be. The hotel is on the edge of Tsilivi and is a quiet (it was the end of their season), family run hotel. Our room was immaculate and the entire hotel was spotlessly clean and bright. The staff were very efficient and helpful and all in all it was a very relaxing week with lovely sunshine - even the weather cooperated - the only storm was at night. We would certainly recommend the Pantheon.

modern rooms with inclusive air conditioning and safe plus fridge included in the room tariff. I would advise hiring a car as it is a 10 minute walk to the resort centre or beach.

Very relaxing early sunshine break

Very clean room which was nicely decorated. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was set in quiet surroundings and we had a very relaxing stay. It was a little walk away from the bars and restaurants and it was up hill walking back - we were happy with this as it helped us walk off all the delicious meals from the local restaurants. In our view this is the nicest resort on the island particularly as it was a quiet time of year - we experienced a warm welcome all round.

Clean, new, proximity to roads, friendly, good value for money.

A new hotel (its first year is 2010) just outside Tsilivi (but 10 minutes walking distance). Ideal if you are not in the resort style holidays (of staying in one place) as you would have rented a car or scooter and will have access to the rest of the island. Rooms are very comfortable, all furniture new, very clean. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Air conditioned, balcony, a nice pool to chill out if you are not in the mood to travel in a given day. Reasonable prices. Definitely a recommendation.
