Food was poor, not much entertainment for children. Room wouldn’t lock ( asked reception 3 times). Ate outside hotel on most occasions loads of restaurants. Drinks quality very poor soft drinks are way too sweet.Alcoholic drinks are of an average standard

The hotel needs a renovation and the insulation of the walls, if someone slams the door at one end of the corridor it is heard at the other end.Also trucks were coming very often in the front of the hotel and making noise.Some of the staff was not friendly,there was only one elevator and the room attendant had the priority, the guest was waiting for elevator because of the staff,room attendance entered the room without knocking on the doors, the food was not wow either, every day the same food, snack time was the food left over from the day before. The hotel was not worth the money it was much more advantageous if we didn't take all inclusive and went to the restaurants and taverns.

Hard to work with

Location was good, very clean. But when i had a computer booking error the hotel and hotels.com refused to work with me to reschedule the dates so i had to pay for a night when i couldnt be there. Breakfast was good, dinner was not. Booked a pickup with hotel and they forgot to put it through and i almost missed my ferry

From the photos, we expected a beautiful hotel on the beach. Tsilivi Beach Hotel was old and smelt like mold throughout. When we arrived,, our bedding was dirty, and the air conditioning unit made a loud noise whenever it was turned on. We let the front desk know asap and requested a new room. However, they were very dismissive and denied our request, saying it was normal. The tap water is not safe to wash your face or brush your teeth as it smells like sewage. We checked out a day early and did not receive any compensation.

Overall hotel very good through out, location petfect right next to the beach. Shame they dont offer sun lounges on the beach. Rooms ok and offer everything you need for your stay. Food was all inclusive, plenty choice for everyone, no issues. Pool is lovely sun loungers and beds are a bit of a problem as if you dont get up early yea knackered. We seem to have to follow suit as most beds gone by 8am. Which is a shame. Bar area is ok but very basic, cups for drinks are small even on a night for a beer. So i would recommended them getting pint glasses just for the beer. Everything else ok. Entertainment area is poor, one bar and sitting area for this. Poor. Entertainment is also average. Other than that hotel is good and definitely stop again

Mixed feelings about this review.
One hand I have the staff members that they do the maximum that they can with resources that they have.
In the other hand issues with noise, hot water, ( both addressed by the management as soon as they could) room hygiene, restaurant food hygiene and limited variety ( staff members sticking their hands on food - although using gloves), sun beds are outsourced so you’ll need to pay for it, and each day is a different price, be aware.
If you suffer from food allergies this country isn’t for you.
The potential and location of the hotel is huge but due to the lack of investment they are set to fail, at this stage no way is a 4* hotel.

We loved being so close to the beach, while also easily being able to walk into \"town.\" Over-all we had a lovely vacation!

The food was good considering it was all-inclusive. For those with food allergies- you can let the staff know upon check-in and they give you a paper to show the dining staff. Unfortunately there was not allergy labelling, so I had to ask every meal what I could and could not eat.

Our constructive criticism:
-the bar/cocktail options- most drinks contained very fake-tasting syrups and lower quality liquor. We would have appreciated a \"premium\" cocktail menu, even if we had to pay extra.
-we appreciated that there is a gym in the hotel, but several pieces of the equipment were broken (the rower, the treadmill, the bench). The gym was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, so maybe having more regular maintenance would be good!
-there was very little animation- we would have appreciated more options, especially on the few days were the weather was not as nice

Our stay at Tsilivi Beach Hotel was not just disappointing, but deeply disturbing and disgraceful. The issues began at check-in, which was delayed until 6:30 PM, causing us significant inconvenience. When we requested to cancel due to the delay, the hotel staff unjustly blamed Expedia, despite it being clear they have the authority to cancel.

The cleanliness of the hotel and its surroundings was another major concern. The beach was in a deplorable state, littered with trash, and the resort itself was no better. This lack of hygiene extended to our room as well.

Our privacy was grossly violated when we caught a maid sneaking around our room while we were asleep. To make matters worse, a necklace was missing from our belongings after this incident. This is a serious breach of trust and security.

When we brought these issues to the attention of the manager, he not only failed to honor his promise of a refund but also reacted with hostility. When we expressed our rightful anger, he threatened to call the police and asked us to leave the resort.

The management's lack of responsibility, disregard for customer service, and hostile behavior is alarming. I strongly advise potential visitors to be cautious when considering a stay at Tsilivi Beach Hotel. It's a place where promises are made but not kept, and where cleanliness, privacy, and the security of personal belongings are not prioritized. Be very

The pools were beautiful and the beach was breathtaking.

I was disappointed with the lack of air conditioning in the public areas (including dining room and gym). It was so hot, it was difficult to enjoy your meal.

The food was average, enough to choose from, but not much variety from day to day.

Super lækkert hotel

Rigtig lækkert hotel. God beliggenhed hvor det er nemt at gå til butikker, restauranter, busser mm. Utrolig venlig personale både i reception, restaurant, barer og rengøring.
Stort udvalg af mad i all inclusive restaurant uanset om du ankommer tidligt eller sent.
God rengøring og nye håndklæder dagligt.
Stranden er super lækker med fin sandbund. Dog skal man lidt langt ud førend man er helt under vand, men med sådan en fin strand er det vist et meget lille problem. Kan klart give mine bedste anbefalinger til dette hotel hvis man skal til Zakynthos.

Terrible experience from the rude staff that discouraged us from exploring the island or the front desk lady that was pushy.
Our room was outdated and moldy smelling. By the end of our stay we both were exhausted congested and our clean clothes stunk. The rooms look nothing like the photos.
The buffet was disgusting. If you didn’t get to the buffet right when it opened you would miss getting things like fresh fruit.
The town was walking distance from the hotel and were we able to get food, shop and coordinate all excursions. We will not recommend or return to this hotel. No stars.

We had a really nice stay at this Hotel. We were delighted with our upgrade to a sea view room, which was lovely with all you needed. Good bathroom, comfortable beds, modern furnishings and a smart TV.

The hotel itself was modern, with two nice pools and good comfortable sun beds. With the pool deck bar, it was easy to spend a day in the sun. We were there early in the season and had a quiet relaxed holiday.

The food could have been better and warmer, but there was always something nice to eat and a great selection of salads. The food could have been labelled to help selection. Sweets and cakes were very good.

The staff were helpful and couldn't do enough to help with any questions, particularly the guest relations manager. (We left behind a jacket on leaving and it was easily located and retrieved.)

The room was regularly cleaned and we were well looked after during our stay.

The hotel is located on the beach slightly away (10 minute walk), from the main road restaurants, bars and shops

Location was great, hotel was pretty. We had a sea view right at the front of the hotel which was perfect for watching sun rises from our balcony. I will say there weren’t lots of options for vegetarians (many of the salads and slaws even had meat in!) and it was pretty tedious having to ask what the meals were all the time because they were almost never labelled!

Das Essen war super lecker und abwechslungsreich, einzig die Getränke waren nicht lecker. Das Personal war zu jederzeit herzlich und freundlich! Der Pool ist sehr schön!

Die Zimmer entsprachen KEINEM 4* Hotel. Keinen Föhn, Schimmel im Badezimmer, ein unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Kleiderschrank, rostende Lampen, unterschiedlich hohe Betten. Dreckige und muffige Klimaanlage. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten oder Haken zum anhängen. WLAN grundsätzlich vorhanden, Geschwindigkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Da wir uns eher seltener im Zimmer aufgehalten haben war es dennoch ein schöner Urlaub.

Room was spacious. We were at the garden side (best as quieter) with partial side sea view.
We got twin beds. There is no room with a double bed in the hotel, only twins are possible.
Air conditioning OK. This is an absolute must.
The bathroom was spacious with a large Italian shower. However very slippery. This is not for couples over 65. The risk to fall over in the shower is very big. Moreover, there is no soap dispenser and no place to put your soap or the provided bottles of shower gel. You have to leave them on the ground and bend over to take them up.
I can hardly see elderly people doing that.
Definitely not for elderly couples.
The ventilation in the bathroom was not working. As there is no window you have to keep the door open. However, after spending the day out when coming back to the room the bathroom was stinking.
I notified the reception twice that the ventilation was not working. Fist, 2 days after arrival and then one week after. They did not do anything! But boy, they took note of it!!
One restaurant. Great choice and large variety of Greek food. This was just great.
At the bar all drinks are served in plastic cups!! Even \"coctails\". The coffee frappé (cold coffee) is not included in the all-inclusive deal!! Sunbed not included you have to pay extra fees.
Dessert-CAUTION!! I got dessert with mould!! I have pictures
Internet connection sucks! 2 Networks (Indoors and outdoors). For the indoor, Wifi’s speed was in average 30kbps. Outdoors 3kbps.

Espreguiçadeiras lotadas

Quarto confortável, com uma bela vista do mar. Resort grande com espaço insuficiente de espreguiçadeiras em volta da piscina. Com isto muitos hóspedes colocam toalhas e pertences para reservá-las e só com muita sorte você consegue um lugar se resolver usar a piscina só mais tarde. Tinha também muitas crianças e adolescentes brincando na piscina, tornando o ambiente pouco tranquilo.
O Buffet pode não ser uma delícia, mas tinha uma grande variedade, sendo uma boa opção para experimentar comidas diferentes e você acaba achando alguma comida que goste. Tinha várias sobremesas muito boas.
A área de areia em frente do hotel tinha muita sujeira de copos e plásticos. A praia estava bem lotada também.

A szobák között óriási minőségbeli külömbség van az ár viszont ugyanaz,3 család ugyanaz a szoba foglalás és volt aki tágas és tiszta szobát kapott de volt aki nagyon kicsi és penészes ,dohos szagú szobát kapott ugyanazért az árért. Némi panasz után orvosolták a problémát. Gondot jelentett az is hogy a szállodához tartozó tengerparti napágyért fizetni kellett egy allinclusive szàllodában!!!

Az egyik szállodai szoba, dohos , büdös, a három személy helyet alig 2 személyes volt, ott tartózkodásra alkalmatlan . A másik szobában a Klima meleget fújt, innen is költözni kellett. Wi-fi nagyon gyenge, a mini bár üres még vízzel sem töltik fel, víz csak napközben automatából van , ételek íztelen, egyhangú. Gyenge minőségű szálloda.
