Our family of five had a great stay at the hotel! The hotel itself was lovely, and the staff were very accommodating, which made a real difference.

The interconnecting room setup was perfect for our family, providing the space and convenience we needed.

However, we did find the rooms rather small. At over £400 per night, we felt the size didn't quite match the price point, and a slightly larger room would have been appreciated.

The pool area, while fun, can get very busy very quickly. We also noticed that there seemed to be a shortage of sunbeds to accommodate all the guests.

Despite the minor issues with room size and pool capacity, we still had a wonderful and memorable family stay.

Perfect size for a relaxing, fairly quiet pool-side day with very attentive staff and convenient amenities, such a spa and gym. Our room was very stylish and spacious. The one and only criticism we have is that the shower temperature and pressure was a bit inconsistent. But overall, you cannot fault this hotel. Very much recommended.

This was a great resort experience if you enjoy being pampered and presented with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation, like we did given it was our first time on Zakynthos island and didn’t know much about it. Amazing staff, beautiful rooms, great service. Pool and pool bar/restaurant was excellent. Concierge was very helpful. Nice short walk to the beach/beach bars. Now that we know more about the island we would opt for a more local/Greek experience next time, but this is a personal preference.

Cute small hotel with a nice pool and maybe some of the best food in the area.

However, it's rather a four star hotel at the price of a 5 star which clearly doesn't do it justice. Also quite picky about adding all possible charges - even ones for the mini bar not used, do check your invoice.

However, we enjoyed our stay at the pool and the beautiful rooms, most of the interactions with the staff as well as the food, after adjusting our expectations.

It's a nicely maintained small hotel with beautifully renovated rooms and cozy beds. Very few have a sea view.
The pool is nice, but looks bigger in the pictures. If you travel during peak season, be prepared that all sun beds will be reserved by 10 am.

Service was nice in general, with one lady at the front desk which hasn't mastered a customer friendly mindset yet, sadly we had too much to deal with her.

Overall we enjoyed our stay as well as the food, but it is quite overpriced for the level and quality of the facility and the food. Also check your invoice - we had some extra charges on the bill.

You can expect a nice, clean four star hotel with a cute pool which is a little but not scenic walk away from the beach.

The staff at this property is exceptional! I have never stayed at a property with a more kind and attentive staff. The pool is wonderful with the food and staff being the best highlights! My daughter was surprised with an engagement on this trip…and the concierge at Lesante gets TOP reviews! Alexandra went out of her way to help plan the PERFECT proposal. There was not one detail overlooked. I cannot thank this staff enough for creating the perfect holiday. i would recommend the Lesante group to anyone.

The Le Sante Classic is a good hotel. It is expensive for what it is and I would not rate it higher than good because of a few issues.

Firstly, there were a few things that weren’t quite right with the room. These were (mostly) resolved quickly, but we ran out of patience with the others (safe locked shut, sofa collapsed, toiletries not replaced).

Secondly, the facilities are a little limited for a top class hotel. The gym is basic, not all the spa functions of the pools worked, no ATM, poor wifi etc.

In terms of service breakfast tended to be overcrowded at peak times resulting in a need to wait to be seated on a couple of occasions. The concierge service seeks to be helpful, but, despite being specifically asked to check re food intolerances when booking a restaurant, did not do so, resulting in the need for us to find a different venue after sitting at the one booked by the hotel.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is good, but for the prices charged for accommodation and food needs to upgrade its facilities. It’s good, not great.

The hotel was very welcoming, clean and very well decorated. It was situated just out of the town of Tsilivi, but close enough to walk to the many restaurants in the town and only a short walk from the beach.
The hotel grounds were always will looked after and the 2 pools were sparklingly clean. Nice that one of the 2 pools was for adults only.
The room we had was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the air conditioning was much needed and worked well and quietly in the background.
The only issue we had was our keycard to our door stopped working, but that was fixed straightaway.
This leads me to the best part about this hotel, the staff, always willing to help and very courteous. Special thanks to Dimitri, who makes an excellent cocktail and Anastacia, who looked after us at the pool bar!
Would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area.

Nicely appointed rooms with a beautiful view of the ocean in the distance. Our room had an issue with ants that was never fully resolved but the staff was responsive to the issue. The property is situated on a steep hill so entry and exit was a challenge and parking was limited. Would return for another visit in the future.

Overall our stay was good! The hotel is nice, very clean (rooms, restaurants, pool area), the staff is very friendly and helpful. Many thanks to the staff from cleaning, there are doing an excellent job. The food was good and diverse, however a small remark is that for a 5 stars hotel I would have expected to have sea food dishes as well, at least for one-two evenings. The prices for the drinks and snacks were ok, not expensive for a 5 stars. The hotel is kids friendly, has a playground and a playroom, however the pool area is very slippery when is wet, my daughter had to wear shoes after coming out from the pool. I think the sunbeds should move closer to the plants area so that the people can walk on the wooden patio and not the other way around (that was not slippery, it’s safer).
Tsilivi village is very nice but it’s not pushchairs friendly (no pedestrians cross, difficult to cross the streets and it’s lot of traffic), it was difficult for us to use it when we went out. The Tsilivi beach nearby was not as expected, it was quite untidy and messy, but the sea was nice and clean.
Hotel is offering chargeable private taxi which is nice, from airport to the hotel the taxi driver was very kind and respectful, however on the way to the airport we had a different driver and we were very disappointed, he stopped the car in the middle of the road to argue with another driver, yelled to him in front of us and he was very grumpy all the way to the airport, that was a very rude attitud

I cannot say enough positive things about Lasante - from the staff to the amenities, it was all superb! We arrived at 8am and the sweet reception ladies got us checked in 3 hours early, let us have a free breakfast and gave us towels to enjoy the pool while we waited for our room. The property is exceptionally clean and neat. The AC and shower are wonderful (if you’ve been traveling in Europe a while these things are a plus). It is very close to the beach and town of Tsilivi. The staff are all very friendly and help with anything and everything. I would give this place 100 stars if I could!

Fabulous resort....The resort is quite small but excellent for a quiet break away. The staff were magnificent and the food, although just one main buffet style restaurant, was excellent. The pool area was spotless, as were the rooms..we stayed in a suite with a jacuzzi bath on the balcony...well worth the price if you can afford the little bit extra! Fabulous week away, and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a break away.

I stayed here with 2 other friends we had a corner room which was very suitable for the three of us. Upon arrival which was very early in the morning 8am we had a very warm welcome from the staff and told us to enjoy the pool or spa while waiting for check-in which was at 3pm. We decided to walk to the beach and look for a restaurant instead. The beach was less than 5 minutes walking distance as well as Tsivili center which was only 15 minutes walking distance. We liked the breakfast buffet, there was enough options for everyone. We just had a problem with the taxi service the hotel provided. We booked a taxi with the hotel to go to city centre (Zakynthos city) which was a 15min drive, upon arrival the taxi driver who was very rude charged us a lot more then told beforehand. After discussing this matter with the hotel when arranging a taxi again to the airport they dealt with it properly. If we would visit Zakynthos again we would definitely stay at Lesante Classic again!

The hotel is really nice, very friendly and helpful staff. The pool was very nice, though open until 7 pm only. The location is very close to the seaside. The only minus, was the bathroom door, which was made of glass and was not airtight, combined with a missing window or ventilator to refresh the air in the bathrooom, it was a bit unpleasant.

Amazing staff, lovely hotel. The hotel was full and there were challenges with wi-fi connection. I felt the personnel genuinely tried to resolve my issue by arranging a cable connection, but due to the specs of my laptop it didn’t work. All excellent, but if you need reliable and stable internet for work, generally Zakynthos seems a bit of a struggle.

We had a fabulous stay at the Lesante Hotel & Spa. The team treated us to a suite upgrade so we had a wonderful suite to stay in with own personal sunbeds and a jacuzzi on the terrace. Everybody was so friendly, from Mariela at the Concierge to Maria and Cristos in the restaurant when we came for breakfast or dinner. We had dinner a couple of nights and the buffet was excellent, with fresh food and great variety (same goes for breakfast). Thanks again to everyone for making it a wonderful holiday!

WHAT we did not like is that around the swimming pool the paths are narrow and very slippery due to the stone flooring. Lots of falls around the pool Dr. Singh accompanied us fell and broke his Right knee. There should be non slip mat all around the pool. This is urgently needed. Lots of complaints from most visitors

I cannot say enough great things about The Lesante. The staff was incredible. They were probably the nicest staff I have ever encountered. They made us feel welcome from the moment we pulled up. They even left hand written notes under our door about changes to our tours. The property and the rooms were beautiful. It was within walking distance to a great little town with lots of food and shops. I will be recommenced them to anyone that wants to visit Zakynthos.

Staff were all very friendly, helpful and extremely professional and this was a feature widely discussed by fellow guests. All seemed very happy with their holidays. The pool area with its comfortable seating and relaxed atmosphere is particularly enjoyable. Although we weren’t holidaying with small children there were many there and the hotel seemed to be extremely accommodating to this age group. Lovely luxurious family friendly hotel.

Very nice hotel.

The setting is beautiful and what really makes this so lovely are the staff who are very attentive and friendly.
Would expect to have free water in the room but after saying that, you do have tea and coffee.
Would have been nice to have a free night at the al a carte restaurant just to break up the buffet dining but the food was very good.
The dress code is smart casual but there are people that do not respect this and are allowed to get away with it.
All in all I would rate very good.

We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet is generous and well presented. The pool and grounds are well kept, and very nice. The beach is only a short walk from the hotel. It's a nice sandy beach, and there is a beach taverna (not related to the hotel) that is also excellent and reasonably priced. We will definitely return!

The lasante is definitely the best hotel in tisivili there is a real class feeling in this place as well as all the facilities.

Was worried about will it be suitable for my 21/18/13 and 4 year olds well trust me I aint worried know because it was fantastic.

The is a real good hospitality from all the staff not just the ordinary \"hi can I help you so I can get some tips later\" ALL of the staff are 100% GENUINE.

Excellent reception - special room requests met on arrival. Pool bar lovely - all staff really friendly and helpful (special thanks to Jason, Alex & Veli, all helped improve my Greek!) Very good menu during day.
Although the hotel was fully occupied the pool areas never felt crowded and there were always sun loungers to be found.
Stayed on B&B basis - buffet breakfast great choice and kitchen happily supplied poached eggs. Many thanks to Christos, Alessandra & team for lovely service.
Easy walk (10 mins) into Tsivili to wide choice of shops and restaurants.
Only small non positive point would be the failure to provide free of charge small bottles of water in room, which we gather had previously been provided but have now been stopped.

Hotel was conveniently located near Tsilivi town, which is beautiful and close to pick up spot for tours and some beachfront restaurants. Service was great. Pool area is beautiful with entertainment every night. Buffet at the restaurant was excellent and great value. The hotel organised an excellent private Range Rover tour with the itinerary at our disposal and we ended up at the Fish Taverna Antonis at the beautiful Dafni beach where we met a team of most gracious hosts.
Highly recommend the whole experience!

The hotel is very impressive on first impressions but the staff really make the hotel. So friendly, polite and helpful. The pool area outdoors is lovely and the rooms spacious and very clean. The only area which was the slight exception was the spa indoor pool and jacuzzi which needs a clean. Overall fantastic hotel and stay.

Great hotel 2nd visit. Hotel staff are fantastic, special shout out to Dennis front desk and Alex pool bar attendant. Both excellent customer service. Good location all shops, bars beach walkable within 5 minutes. Beach is a lovely walk in the evening along to village but not great by day bit scruffy for my liking. Restaurants in village very well priced and all service amazing great food.

Highly disappointing experience

Decent hotel, but definitively not comparable with other 5 star hotels in Greece or other countries. Location is disappointing: desolated area in the countryside, about 100 meters from a dirty and disappointing beach (see pictures below), which can be reached through a street filled with trash. Breakfast disappointing for a 5 star hotel: limited choice, mostly industrially prepared products. Very poor customer service: spent 20 percent of the time of our stay discussing with reservation department to get written confirmation of late arrival due to strike; explicitly encouraged to leave breakfast room at 10.20 am, because the hotel employees had to prepare the tables for dinner (!). While we originally were planning to stay an additional night, we ended up cutting our stay short and staying at some other place.

The hotel was very clean. It was basic and average in all ways that was good for budget traveling at a standard resort. The shared services with the new Lesante Blu, go there for the day if you want exceptional service, food spa and a great pool and beach area!

Cons
Could not get really good service from the staff. The bare minimum was offered but was not extended. The gentleman in charge of breakfast was especially strict with us and many others, operating almost rude with rules versus service. The shower did not work. The wifi was not great. The beach area is not a part of the hotel and not very nice.

Superb hotel, lovely staff

Me and my wife stayed for 12 days b&b in August. The room was nice and staff couldn't do enough. The pool bar and restaurants are expensive and after 5 days we spent the rest of our holiday at the beach which is a 3 minutes walk. There we continually used the same beach bar which had sun beds, waiter service and music and food and drinks at half the price. The hotel is quiet but it's what we expected. We probably weren't expecting such high prices for the pool bar and restaurant which you naturally use for lunchtime if you are sitting around the pool. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. The reason we chose b&b is that we like eating out in the evening at different restaurants.

Luxury winner 2016- no way

Bad- The Layout of the furniture in the room was bad the bed took up all the space so didn't have much to walk properly. The breakfast was basic bacon & eggs & cereal & fruits not much variety. There was a huge fly inside the ham. I asked for my room to be changed no one responded to me. There was hairs on my cocktail glass at the pool bar. The spa never had enough staff to carryout my massages & treatments.
Good-The ambiance was nice, it was close to the beach, the staff was friendly & carried out my requests before I landed. The pool was nice.

A great hotel. A real gem

This fab hotel is great in many ways. Spotless. Very nice decor. Lovely room. Very good service. The nearby beach is very average and the local town didn't suit us but I would definitely go back to this hotel again without question. Our air con in the room was the only thing that could have been better.

Good location, this is not a luxury hotel anymore

Worst wifi! Come on it's 2017, it's time to provide adequate internet for guests. Breakfast is very average and they make you wait as they don't have enough tables for everyone. The rooms are old, wallpaper is coming off in corridors etc. it's dated and needs a upgrade.

I was there with my kids and we fell so in love with this hotel so clean and so friendly. And they surprised my twins for their 18th birthday. So happy with this beautiful hotel and staff !

Unfortunately does not live up to its 5-star claim

Positives:
- nice pool area
- clean room
- decent breakfast
- front desk manager was trying to be helpful and accommodate us when there was an issue with our room

Shortcomings:
- room was connected with the room next door with double doors and walls were thin so we could hear everything our neighbors were saying and doing.
- when asked to switch, they could not accommodate due to full capacity.
-when asked for late checkout, same thing
- concierge was not present between 2 and 6pm. We wanted to organize a day trip for next day and at 6 when concierge arrived she was bombarded with people who had been waiting like us. Took 45 minutes of waiting to talk to her.
- had to wait several minutes to get towels for the pool as there was only one employee running multiple facilities.

Overall, average stay. When you book a 5-star hotel you expect a quiet room and a certain ease and convenience. Lesante needs to hire more people to improve their customer service. Unfortunately I don't think they can improve their rooms to be more sound proof.

Fantastic Hotel - close to beach and restaurants

We stayed at the Lesante Hotel for 3 nights in July and had a wonderful experience. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The hotel room and facilities were immaculate. Breakfast included. 2 min walk to beach and beach bars. 10 min walk (max) to loads of Tsilivi restaurants and bars. Easy to get in taxi to Zakynthos town (11 euro each way). Easy to get to and from Airport (20 euro each way in taxi). Would recommend to anyone!

5 star hotel that is really 4 Star

Really enjoyed our stay. However, This is a good 4 star hotel and not a 5 star. I say this because the gym was very small and I had a massage which was pretty mediocre. I would recommend people to stay but only if they are happy to be going 4 star. The title of 'luxury' I think is misleading.

Grand suite stay at Lesante

The grand suite was amazing. Only complaint was that the jacuzzi (one of the main reasons I booked such an expensive room) water was cold and the temperature adjustment would not work. On the first day, someone came to the room to try to fix it, but couldn't and recommended contacting the front desk in the morning. When I did that, I was referred to the manager, who told me that all jacuzzis in the hotel were set at a low temperature for \"environmental concerns\". Huh? Isn't the whole idea of a jacuzzi to circulate hot water? I didn't use it the entire stay.

Nice hotel but with a few flaws

When we arrived in the hotel, they welcomed us with a glass of champagne each. Then they showed us the facilities of the hotel and our room. As we arrived pretty late and had a long flight, we couldn't be bothered going out, so we ordered room service and the souvlaki we ordered was so delicious!! So first impression was really good.
Then on the next day, at night time there were other guests who were trying to access our room. Our room was clearly marked with \"Do not disturb\" and our room was locked. But for some reason the hotel staff managed to help them to get into our room which obviously not those guests' room. And they apologised to us, after they realised that they got the wrong room. So from our perspective, our privacy wasn't respected as it should be, lucky we weren't doing anything at that time. I think the staff should double check which room those guests supposed to be in and guided them where to go instead of barging into someone else's room.
Other than that everything else is positive.

A charming hotel, but more a 3-4* than a 5*

The Lesante is a pleasant hotel, the rooms are adequate and the staff generally nice. We had an enjoyable short stay all in all, but wouldn't rush back.

Iif you are used to staying in 'proper' 5* hotels, your expectations are unlikely to be met. This is more of a 3-4* hotel by more normal international standards, in my view. I say this for a few reasons:
- The rooms are on the small side, the facilities are basic and a little tired. They do not provide daily bottles of water and the towels are tired and often looked grubby.
- A large number of the clientele are on package holidays with TUI - be your own judge as to whether they're the sort with whom you might normally socialise.
- There is a beach a short walk away, however it is packed with row upon row of sunbeds (most filled with the tattooed & overweight who are yet to discover suncream!)
- The breakfasts were plentiful, but the quality poor - everything was grey and bland. Lunch portions were large, but most things came with chips (no doubt catering to the aforementioned clientele who leave Britain, but don't actually want to experience foreign culture/food).
- The pool area has too many beds crammed in.
- The staff are nice, but not used to providing 5* service - front desk is disorganised, bar staff did odd things like say drinks were out of stock in one bar, but wouldn't walk to the other to collect them when told they were there. Cocktail quality was poor. Breakfast waiters seemed annoyed you were creating work.

Nice hotel close to the beach and really quiet.

The hotel was really nice and modern in comparison with the other ones nearby. The staff were nice and welcoming right from the start. The rooms were really big and spacious. The bathrooms was a big plus as well. Would recommend others to stay here.

Not 5 star rooms, but 5 star service

The rooms are tiny like Ibis hotel rooms, and you can hear your neighbors easily. I even heard mine snoring one night! The breakfast was not good either, so I only took it the first morning. The dinners cost something like 25euro (no thanks!). The concierge service, especially from Leonidas, was top notch. The spa and gym were pretty good too. Air conditioning functioned nice and strong.

Nice Hotel

Newer amenities and clean hotel. Nice pool and common areas. Comfortable bed, most others we had in Greece were very hard. Good breakfast, better variety than smaller hotels.

Wifi did not work however, and 3G data didn't work while in the hotel. Staff was rather cold in demeanor. We had to check out a night early because of a ferry strike so we didn't get stuck on the island. I mentioned this to the staff at check-in and check-out and they had zero reaction. Didn't apologize for the inconvenience or offer to refund the night we couldn't stay. Seemed a bit odd, as if it's a common occurrence.
