Room was great, though would've been nice to not face the street. Having said so, still felt fairly private as sheilded by plants.

Staff were great, very helpful and friendly. Romm cleaned to a good standard every day.
Only let down was the dinners included in the half board option. Small buffet, with not the best of food. We opted to eat elsewhere most evenings as the price was thecsame for b&b and half board.

What a wonderful friendly beautiful hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the rooms were kept spotless with plenty of space. But the real jewel in the crown is the location. It couldnt be more perfect and quite literally on the beach.

Everything was great with lovely friendly staff. Our room was amazing, cleaned daily and the bed super comfortable. Breakfast was fab with plenty to choose from full English to pancakes and yogurt plus more! and so lovely to sit and enjoy it with a sea view.

Perfect beach location

I loved my stay. Room was really large and comfortable and had a nice little patio space too. Bed and pillows were comfortable, the staff at the pool bar and restaurant were really lovely and the food was brilliant. The beach view from the cafe is stunning and Avli restaurant a short walk away was also well worth checking out for dinner! I think the hotel is perfectly placed for a visit to Tisili Beach.

Great location right on Tsilivi Beach, this is our second stay at Iakinthos Hotel the staff are always friendly. Our room was spacious with comfortable bedding and a generous outdoor area.
An excellent walking distance to tavernas and shops. Will be back

Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing stay at Iakinthos Tsilivi Beach and will definitely stay there again. The location is fantastic and the family room with two bathrooms was ideal. The staff are lovely and the food was great especially the breakfasts!

Very polite, friendly & courteous staff. Hotel by the beach although the beach is average (unless you like shallow waters). The sun loungers are free and just in front of the hotel. Although its a pretty narrow strip of sand. Plenty of noise from surrounding bars & venues. Insulation is decent but doesn't block everything.

Great stay at this lovely small hotel on the beach. The staff are excellent and take care to look after their guests. The beach is clean and the location is ideal for couples who want to relax and families.
We stayed in the junior suite which was Morden and comfortable. Overall a fantastic week away from this current crazy world!

Hotel overbooked and we were put in a much smaller room than we booked, as well as only 1 bathroom . We were 4 adults crammed into a room which we originally booked a family room with loft and 2 washrooms. Had to sleep on a couch with a small mattress put on it. The hotel accommodated us by giving us a free night and putting mattress on couch but we were very disappointed and squeezed in a room with no space. Definitely put a damper on our holiday as we were only there 2 nights. Food was great, service clerk was the most amazing , professional , hotel receptionist wever met. She did everything in her power to try to make up for the room problem. Food was good. Just double check your reservation to make sure your going to get what you booked.

Great small hotel right on the beach - with fantastic family room. I never go in the sea - can’t usually be bothered with the traipse back covered in sand. But this was perfect, a natural wave pool as a result of a sand bank 50-60metres out and steps back to sun bed by the pool. Great breakfasts and good at accommodating our vege requirements on halfboard - though fixed menu took a little bit of getting used to. Wonderful staff (Marina rescued us when transfer back to the airport didn’t show) and virgin colada during happy hour were worth turning up for on their own. One minor note - family room (2 bathrooms) was great) but internal stairs to twin beds would have worried me with under 5s. Overall fantastic and likely to return.

Fantastic - highly recommend!

When we first drove through Tsilivi our hearts sank - however it was a busy Sunday in August. The hotel and location was superb. Right on the beach - breakfast was the best we have ever had - and we have travelled all over the world. Homemade pancakes, waffles, fruit - omelettes and wonderful friendly staff. I would defiantly go back. We loved it!

the staff were absolutley fantastic, very helpfu,l and very polite,on reception ellie and marina were terrific,always smiling always helpful and at the restaurant denyor and his staff were also so helpful; to your needs and it made the holiday all the better for it,only downside would be the tray for washing the sand of your feet was quite dangerously close to the edge of steps with no hand rail for support,and the downstairs toilet staircase was also a lacking in support and lighting and lots of sand on stairs,so had to take care when using,other than that a lovely time staying with them

It is definitely one of the best hotels in Zakynthos. The staff is very welcoming and hospitable. They make sure that its worth it and offer you everything to make your stay pleasant. The rooms are very clean and offer great comfort. The location is much desirable as it is right on the beach. The half board option was the best choice. Great variety in breakfast and a exceptional fine dining resteraunt for dinner. The best part is that they have a clown, named Dejan who is always making everybody laugh.

The location, with direct access to the beach in Tsilivi was ideal. The food was delicious (we were staying half board) and we were especially impressed with how the kitchen staff accommodated one person’s gluten intolerance and another being vegetarian (in our party of 3). Most of all we thought the staff and the service they provided were wonderful.

Omg, the room i got was hugh, beautiful in mostly white, chrome trim in some areas, it has everything, one of the best places i ever stayed in, i couldn't get over the room, and the place gives you half board, big breakfast and 3 course dinners included, they really feed you , staff really polite, no stuck up impersonal staff, and its directly in front of the beach 😊

If you want to be on the beach perfect. Nice place its great. Staff are wonderful. Only problem we found is they serve breakfast at 8:30 am. We had a tour at 7;30 am so they would not bring it forward. They offered us food to have in our room before we left but they brought it up at 11:30 the night before. The bread was stale and could not eat it.

Lovely accommodation close to the beach

We are a family of 4 with 2 young kids. The accommodation was perfect for the 4 of us and spacious. The location being on the beach and the hotel having a nice pool was great. Service was good and breakfast by the beach lovely. The complimentary shuttle to Zakynthos town was a real bonus.

Wonderful location.

Fabulous, friendly family owned business. Nothing is too much trouble. We had a roof top terrace, which, in addition to uninterrupted sea views, also gave us a chance to look at the night sky. We were fortunate that during our visit, four planets were visible to the naked eye.
The hotel also offers a transfer service into Zakynthos town in the evening which is free of charge.

Great hotel for the beach

Didn't like that you had to pay for the hotels sunbeds on the beach. Didn't like that the rooms had no windows to speak of. It had 2 but you had to keep the curtains shut as they were directly onto the street. Really nice beds and great having 2 bathrooms.

Cannot say enough positives aboit this place.
The location is unbeatable, each morning stepping off the breakfast area and straight onto the beach. A 2 minute walk from the strip but far enough away for lovely, peaceful evenings.
Services are tremendous - free use of aircon and safe ( other hotels charge up to 120 Euros extra). Fresh bed linen and towels every day plus room cleaning - plus all beach / pool side towels provided.
The main thing though is the staff - they are amazing. Warm and friendly, there is nothing they will not do to make your stay perfect.
Planning to return in the next few months for more of the same 😀

Absolutely fantastic service

Extremely friendly and accommodating people. Due to a flight cancellation, we arrived 12 hours later than originally planned. When I informed the hotel of our delay, they made all the necessary arrangements so that we can still enjoy this beautiful island. Our room had a balcony facing the beach, with a spectacular view of the beach. The breakfast was excellent with made-to-order choices and a mini buffet. This was one of my most enjoyable stays anywhere in the world.

Iakinthos Hotel is a very nice, warm and welcoming hotel. The staff is beyond friendly and they treat like you family. It's right on the beach so breakfast is overlooking the water of beautiful Zante. Tsvili area has nice beaches although they are not the best in the island, but the hotel itself is great and very centrally located. It's homy and like a b&b concept. We enjoyed our stay there a lot!

A short stay to attend a wedding. Location of hotel was superb and staff exceptional. Eat there twice and had superb meals both times. Room comfortable and air conditioning worked very well. We loved having a balcony with our room. The only disappointment was the very slow wifi and television reception was poor. However would be more than happy to recommend this hotel.

Amazing Beachfront Holiday

We can't speak highly enough about iakynthos. Firstly the staff were so friendly and hard working. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and part of the place. Our accommodation was clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious. Finally, the location was the best in the whole of Tsivili Beach! Close to shops and restaurants, but away from noise, and the beautiful beachfront area, wow. For value for money, you can't go past Iakynthos. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

What can I say: an absolutely amazing hotel right on the Tsilivi beach which is a really beautiful beach with crystal clear water and lots to do such as water sports and plenty of restaurants. The hotel itself is just incredible. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and the service we received. The staff treated us like royalty down to every little detail. The room was clean and with a sea view and balcony (fridge included). Cannot get any closer to the beach and the cute Tsilivi town. Can't wait to come here again! Thank you Iakinthos!

A clean hotel in an excellent location for the beach and restaurants. All the staff were friendly and obliging.

The only negative for us was the billing of purchases of drinks etc when by the pool. on 3 occasions the bill at the end of th day exceeded the amount we owed which was embarrassing when the debate about them was done in front of other guests. As a result we subsequently paid for each purchase straight away rather than paying a bill later on.

All in all a good holiday.

This hotel was a great place. Wonderful staff. Room was large with a separate sleeping loft and a downstairs bed, and 2 bathrooms!! It's right on the beach and it's the nicest place on the beach. Close to town so you can walk to restaurants and shops. They have a breakfast buffet on the terrace overlooking the pool and ocean with is included in the room price. Great value. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent service from moment of arrival til departure. We were B&B basis. Breakfast was amazing, buffet style with hot, fresh cooked options available to order at no extra cost.
Beds comfortable. Rooms clean. Bathroom basic, but clean and all that is needed.
Good sized balcony. Probably would replace rusting washing airer with new.

Fantastic stay by the beach

From the moment we arrived we felt at home with the friendly staff at Iakinthos. The breakfasts are fantastic - good variety- you can pretty much have anything you want (the freshly squeezed orange juice is a treat!) there is also sometimes a pianist playing - great way to start the day! I would recommend this hotel again and again!

Perfect hotel stay for our vacation

The room was spacious and clean. Everyone is friendly and made sure we were accommodated and having fun. I forgot my clothes in the changing room and they are mailing them back to the US. The hotel is beach front and has gorgeous water. It was hard to leave. The delicious free breakfast was also a cherry on top. We chose the best hotel on the island.
