A must for an Ferrari fan to stop here.
Booked the 2 bed apartment which was fantastic, very spacious and themed even had washing machine and dishwasher.
Unfortunately even though advertised as self catering, there were no pots or pans to cook with on the hob and no kitchen utensils apart from knives & forks.
Would suggest adding these to the rooms in future along with a new kettle as every brew we made tasted funny.
Was on ground floor and very quiet.
Didnt have any interactions with the staff other than check-in and check-out which all went smoothly.
Would be nice for a bigger bar area/pool room or something as away from the town and not much else going on in the hotel.

Quirky, thematic, modern rooms, close to a restaurant and plenty of car parking just outside the main reception. That's the end of the positives.
The internet connection in the room was very slow, making impossible to have a video call. I am sure it's just bad luck, but there wasn't hot water during my stay. This left me with the options of having a stone cold shower or not showering at all. Most likely, because of this hot water issue, there was a considerable noise going on just outside the room. The rooms are sound proofed. Very disappointing.

What a disappointment. Our oven didn’t have a tray, and the rack wasn’t the correct one so couldn’t be used. Asked the front desk and they couldn’t / wouldn’t try to find one in another apartment and was rudely told what is there, is all there is, and no spares are available. I asked for a second pot to improvise as a baking tray - sorry they don’t have spares, and couldn’t be bothered to get one from another apartment. The occupancy couldn’t have been more than 20% judging by the number of cars in the carpark. I then asked for wine glasses - they couldn’t provide as they “can’t provide things that can cause injury”. Not sure why they can provide steak knives, but not wine glasses. They offered me 4 paper cups instead… The floor tiles are cracked, some lights don’t work in the bathroom, the washing machine is dirty, there are v v limited kitchen utensils - no spatula, no peeler, no washing detergent, no tea towel, not even a kettle! You aren’t allowed to use the gym. The second bedroom only has a single bed - you have to forego the living room couch as a fold-out if there are more than 3 persons. The key card to the underground carpark doesn’t work. Housekeeping missed our apartment even after we reminded reception before heading out. Two stars as the apartment was roomy, the beds were comfortable, the heating was good. It’s cheap enough, but would still recommend you stay elsewhere unless you’re just after a bed to sleep on.

Wow, these guys really have this figured out. I don’t think DisneyWorld has anything on this hotel for well done theme based stays. It is enjoyable to walk around the premises just enjoying all the accoutrements and appointments. The breakfast is awesome. the restaurant was awesome, the staff is awesome, housekeeping is awesome. There is no detail that isn’t important in this hotel. Secure garage parking was really easy to access and kept my motorcycle safe and secure at night. I stayed an extra day I enjoyed this place so much.

Interesting F1 themed hotel. I enjoyed the historic photos, art, and references. It was a plus to have a Ferrari F1 car in rhe lobby for photos. The rooms were clean and included a kitchen. Unfortunately, the kitchen wasn't fully equipped and lacked essentials like a kettle for boiling water, dish soap, and sponge.

The breakfast was good, and the staff was very attentive.

The front staff on check in was poor in giving instructions regarding location of the room and how the room key worked for the power in the room. A large sign would have helped.
Breakfast was a lot of yesterday’s leftovers. Garbage by the parking lot made you feel you were not in a hotel and made for an unpleasant experience and felt a little in safe. The room size was great and clean. Did smell on entry but after opening the windows was better. Fridge too small.

When we arrived, we were 2 hours early, however hoped to leave our luggage up front and explore the town. The lady at reception was the rudest person we met during our entire 2 weeks in Italy. She was rude with her tone of voice, facial expressions and in telling us that we were too early. We took our luggage with us until check in. After this, the reception was kind, but the way we were initially treated was off putting.

There is an amazing restaurant next to the hotel that was delicious! Room was clean.

Hostess at reception was not friendly upon arrival. Not hospitable at all although the male at check out was very friendly.

Upon arrival to our room, we realized the pictures online really make it look way more luxurious than it is. Concept of the hotel is nice with different buildings named after various races.

Huge spider and web in corner of the wall.
Stained curtains, rust from leaking radiator on floor, damaged walls that were painted and not plastered. Vent in bathroom was completely filled with dust. Looked like it had not been cleaned in months! Shower door didn’t close properly.

Location: absolutely nothing to do in the area. Close to Ferrari Museum but really in an industrial area. Good for a quick stop.

I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. Overall, the apartment deserves a good rating, but there are a few things that need to be addressed. The cleaning of the room requires improvement, when I checked in I found a paper cup under the bed in the bedroom, the next day, after cleaning the room, the cup was still under the bed, and it was so close to the edge that I didn’t even have to bend down to see it. The bathroom was also not as clean as you would usually expect from a bathroom in a hotel of this level and price. The audibility in the rooms is excellent, I could clearly hear the party in the next room, but I was lucky that the neighbors were decent people and finished the party a little after 23.00.

Nicely themed village setup, unfortunately not great setup for breakfast as you have to walk back to the main building in an open area, which is ok if not raining, otherwise you could be having breakfast wet. Attention to detail needed for a 4 star property, dead bug and hair found on bathroom on arrival, had left a complementary bottle of wine and no corkscrew to open it.Overall nice, but if returning to Maranello would stay elsewhere, prob Planet Hotel.

From when you arrive, you are surrounded by everything Ferrari. From the reception desk, to the pictures and car engine in the lobby, it was amazing.
The room was great as well with the a picture of on of the drivers on the wall.

Hotel Maranello Village was by far one of the nicest accommodations stayed in on my recent trip to Italy. We stayed in the “Monza” building. Our room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel team were very friendly and helpful especially with calling us a taxi as there was no ubers available. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely be back!

We Found this property last minute when our schedule changed and we were able to go to the Ferrari museum. What a find! The Ferrari themed hotel was fantastic, the staff was wonderful and the meal we had at the paddock was probably one of the best we havehad had in Italy so far. Our server was an absolute delight as well! Would highly recommend

We loved using this as our base to explore Modena, the Ferrari museums and Bologna. We had a two bedroom apartment with daily service and included breakfast. We had a chance to do our laundry as we were on an extended trip. We had dinner at the Paddock on property one night and would highly recommend this hotel for exploring the area.

We stayed here as we made the hike up from Rome to see the Ferrari Museum, of course we had to stay here for the night, staff were friendly, the land around the property was a little messy, cobwebs all over the buidling, however the room itself was clean, bathroom was clean, the complimentary wine upon entering the room was a great little surprise. We would stay here again if we were in the area. The food at the restaurant was also great!

The first room we checked into did not have hot water so they moved us to another room, where the drains ran slowly in the shower. Overall, a very basic type of accommodation which is reasonably priced.

Cool hotel. Only downside was how far it was from the Ferrari museum (which we knew before), but we were relying on taxi/Uber and there was like ONE taxi in Maranello. We ended up having to walk back from the museum to the hotel as no Uber or taxi was available to get us, which took about an hour in the heat. Not the hotel's fault, but just FYI, do not count on having taxi/Uber to get you around, plan on a your own car or walking.
