Good parking, some staff were terrible and rude. Nice hotel, clean rooms, took our wash cloth that we brought fro home because we knew they didn't provide them. If you got to breakfast 1st there was food out, otherwise some items were empty.

We really liked the room size and the cleanliness and its amenities. The bed size was great and the room was spacious. We enjoyed the free parking outside of the hotel and had a great meal at the hotel’s restaurant. There was also a free buffet breakfast with a good set of options available.

We loved the location to be able to travel to the Ferrari factory tour and Ferrari museums. The hotel was also convenient to visit Parma and Bologna. The dinner service in the dining room was excellent. Tomasso the chef prepared wonderful pasta and a steak that was excellent. I have a gluten allergy and he was happy to prepare my food with a few changes. Simona our server was wonderful. Grazia Mille!

What a brilliant hotel. Very tastefully designed and really modern. If you don’t mind being outside of Modena (it’s about 4 miles away) - this is perfect. Very quiet, it has a gym and wellness facilities and free parking. I went to dinner and it was superb - sea bass with fresh vegetables and roasted potatoes and a lovely Tiramsu to finish. Good wine list as well. A really relaxing vibe and I’d definitely go again!

Our room was clean and big, and breakfast was great! It’s quite a bit outside of Modena, so if you don’t have a car not super convenient, but there is free parking if you do have one!

Very nice hotel, the male employee working late at night on July 21st was completely unprofessional and rude. If you hate your job, quit. No one is forcing you to work there, but don't ruin guests stay because of your misery. Besides him the room was very clean and had a great modern style, too bad the aircon only goes down to 22c.

I booked premium double room and got the smallest room similar to a prison cell even when at the time of booking which was the same day there were 6 double premium room available. I inform the front desk after check in but I got standard excuse that hotel was fully booked which was a lie because I complained at the check out and got confirmation about low occupancy. It was only because he didn’t want to make the effort to change room. I had similar experiences with this specific employee in my previous stay, I will definitely look for other option in my next stay in Modena because the employees are becoming less and less friendly at this property

Disappointing hotel in Modena
The hotel from outside looks beautiful, from inside specifically the rooms looks terrible. The worst is the bathroom where the sink doesn’t drain and that paddies does not drain and the shower is so small and it leaks water to outside which make it very slippery and dangerous. The shaving mirror is broken. The mattresses are completely uncomfortable and the pillows are even worse. The location is bad and you are far away from any interesting landmarks in Modena. The lobby is very dumb and and willcoming. However staff is very courteous and nice.

This hotel is located a little bit away from city center which is fine for us since we drove there. Everything (service, cleanness, room size etc) was nice. Their breakfast is very good and better than what I normally expected. I stayed at Rome the day before and I was happy to see much bigger room and good breakfast.

The hotel is great but the service provided is the worst I ever experienced. Nobody ever by the bar to serve. The restaurant always overcrowded by meetings and personnel not even close to be enough and when I asked for some service I was treated really bad.

Unfortunately service in hotels in the area is not excellent and, despite lacking a proper constancy in re-supply of usable items for the room (for example: I had to ask for a replacement of the laundry form to reception every time I wanted to clean my clothes), the structure is the best in the area. Gym is good with latest technology but a bit incomplete. The area is not suitable for people that visit Modena without car, driver, or other objective further from doing business.

Nice hotel. Clean, new, modern. The location was great if not planning to walk anywhere. Nice gym. A few minor issues: the shower head was loose and wouldn't stay affixed in position. No iron/ironing board in rooms. More clothing hangers needed. It would have been nice to consistently have a staff member manning the bar - often there was no one there. Otherwise, nice place, would recommend it and would certainly stay again.

We wound up at UNA because an AirBNB fell through. It was nice, clean and modern. Only issue is it’s far from central Modena (7-8 km) so you absolutely need a car if you’re going to stay there. Staff were a little aloof and the breakfast isn’t anything to write home about, but it’s a nice hotel on the whole.

As we entered our modern room, I was surprised to find no water to drink. This was the the first thing I noticed! The hotel itself is very modern, and the bed was comfortable. Excellent as expected due to UNA brand. well furnished large room and large bath. Very clean, excellent air conditioning. Mini bar with limited supplies. Good wifi in room, fast. Due to an event restaurant was closed to public so we ate by the bar, not the most inviting / comfortable context. Food was excellent. Waitressing was superior. Breakfast was rich, lots of choice. Overall great at a great price.

Reception and hotel staff were excellent at UNA. The hotel is quite modern and contemporary. The rooms were clean, neat and tidy. The breakfasts were brilliant and plentiful. Only things we could fault were the wifi was inconsistent.You had to log in every time you turned off your device or left the hotel. Also the bed/pillows were a little hard for our liking. The hotel is away from town but all the Supercar and bike factory/museums were all around 30mins drive from hotel. We loved our stay at UNA and would stay again.

Visit to Ferrari factory
This hotel is very nice, however, there's nothing within walking distance of the hotel. So you will need taxi to go anywhere. The Ferrari factory is only about 15 MIN away, which will cost you about $20 Euro. Ideal hotel to stay if you are just visiting Ferrari factory and museum. Otherwise, you have take taxi to train station, to center of town or going anywhere.

We stayed here on a recent family holiday, using it as a base for the car factories and musuems. It was perfect as we had a car to get around. A little far out if you don't. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were very clean and spacious.

But it's a 10 minute drive from Modena town center. Parking is free at the hotel, with outdoor but shaded parking. Drive into town but you will have to park on the fringes , since the center is a restricted zone. There's also a bus or shuttle service from the hotel. Friendly helpful staff, good breakfast buffet, but the only downside was no coffee/ tea making facilities in the room.

Nice hotel. 'Modern' architecture automatically very dated. Thin cheap pillows. Can't walk around area as big roundabouts and strange gated communities. Bad internet connections. Silly television inside a mirror has bad contrast. Have to get taxis everywhere as on main roads...

Modern, not good for international travelers
Cleanliness and modern styling very refreshing compared to other hotels and B&B of Italy. The hotel does lack appeal for international travelers as they strictly abide by the typical Italian life style...specifically weak air conditioning, no food or dining available after 2 pm or before 7 pm, and all services not available on Sunday.

World Class 5 Star Experience
UNA Modena is an excellent hotel with some of the best staff I've ever come across in my travels. Sitting slightly outside of Modena proper, it's bascially a 10-15 drive from anything, but also gives easier access to Sassuola and more southern areas. The hotel is very modern, very clean, and the front desk staff is friendly and willing to help out however they can.

Very nice and modern hotel with extremely friendly staff and excellent service. Outstanding breakfast buffet and most modern gym facilities. Location slightly outside centre make it most convenient when travelling with a car, but not an expensive taxi right to the city centre either.
