Very nice hotel, nice room, I was surprised that using the hot tub / sauna came with a 38 euro charge per person. I think that’s unreasonable. There was no mention in my booking about the charge, learnt at the hotel. Might have affected my decision to use this hotel. That being said, it’s a nice hotel.

Smart hotel not far from the station (reason for choosing). Friendly and helpful receptionist. Room was small with faint drain odour in bathroom (which was well equipped with large towels and good toiletries) and had a third 'day' bed (made up) which was pointless. Smart minimalist décor in good condition (except for water damage visible on ceiling). Wifi and air con (it was hot!) worked well. Breakfast was more than adequate with the usual Italian cakes and pastries and flans and tarts majoring over the more traditional breakfast fare. Okay level walking distance to town centre and close to Enzo Ferrari museum (disappointing). Fairly expensive even being a 'Premier' class of the tourist average Best Western chain.

This was a very nice property. It is a 10 minute walk to the City Center. It is a very easy walk. It is very accessible to the major attractions. We stayed in the Jr. Suite. It is spacious and beautiful and comfortable. We has Air conditioning and we did use it. There was a continental breakfast available for $18 euro pp, but there was no need to spend that amount, as there are tons of places 10 minutes away. The Staff spoke English and were extremely friendly and accommodating.
I would recommend this hotel.

It’s a farther walk to the main Piazza Grande, maybe twice as long but still walkable - follow the street with the umbrellas to the right of Palazzo Ducale towards the tower. Upgraded to a good size room with King bed. Clean and with a reasonable size bathroom with walk in shower.

Positives: Very well placed Hotel, walkable distance from railway station, restaurants and city centre. You can even walk to Enzo Ferrari museum. The hotel is clean, well maintained, bed is comfortable, bathroom is good size, good shower. Staff are brilliant, taxi booked through hotel arrives in less than 5 mins
Negatives: Gym is not fit for purpose, not maintained and its the size of the bathroom.
SPA facility is opened on demand for extra cost and not a regular running facility.

It’s a very nice hotel, and located within a short walk to the historical center of the town. Front desk is very friendly and helpful. On the negative side: our room had a small window on a side of the room and hence the room was dark. The shower was small. Both of these negatives were tolerable and compensated by the cleanliness and the rest.

This is the second time I've stayed at Best Western Premier Milano Palace Hotel. It is so clean, beautiful, and the staff is quite nice.
It is short walk to the local square and then you're connected to all the shops and restaurants.
The rooms are very clean, super comfortable beds, the tub is oddly highly, so if this is an issue for you, you should let them know...lastly the breakfast is fantastic. I wish I had an espresso right now.

Really nice new hotel with friendly helpful service. The bar service was limited, but they did make a very good Campari Spritz. One downside is the shower. It has an awkward wand that is hard to adjust to spray in a comfortable way in the tub. A real shower head would have been nice.

I have stayed at other hotels in Modena, and I am SO glad I finally found this hotel. First the location is fantastic, easy to the city center, SHORT walk to train station and really lovely rooms. I didn't really need the chaise day bed, but I understand how that could be useful for others. The tub was lovely, although for those less dexterous, it's quite a high step into; the bar was fantastic, and my colleague had a powerful cocktail. I liked everything about this hotel including their responsiveness. I had my laundry done, when I returned from my business meetings it was all hung and put away. It was just a great stay.

One night in Modena

We stayed at the Best Western for a one night stopover in Modena. The hotel is stylish and within walking distance from the Piazza and restaurants (~10-15 min). The room was impeccably clean and rather chique, with colored LED lights in the bathtub. A few small inconveniences— there was very limited closet space, especially for more than one guest per room, and no place to hang towels or clothes anywhere in the room/bathroom other than the closet. Overall, a decent stay.

I wish we were going back to Modena just so we could stay here again! Their amazing breakfast (for only 8 euros!!!) made us feel human again. They decor is gorgeous, and their staff is very helpful. If you're in Modena, this is the place to stay!!!

The hotel is in a great location and has a lovely bar and dining area. The room is sufficiently comfortable for a 2-3 night stay. Unfortunately, the air conditioning keeps timing out and you have to call reception to have it turned back on. In the middle of summer or winter, this is an inconvenience and not something I have encountered elsewhere in Italy or the world.

We stayed here for while visiting Modena. The hotel is modern, clean, and nice. We loved our room and large bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helped us navigate the city. The hotel is located just a 5 minute walk from both the train station and the historical center. The neighborhood was safe. There is also a gym- which was not clearly listed on the website. This was a nice feature. Also, the a/c in the room worked very well.
It was the perfect spot for our short stay in Modena. We would recommend it to others and we would stay here again.

Amazing Place to Stay in Modena!

This was an amazing hotel- the staff was friendly and helpful when we needed restaurant recommendations or a taxi called, and they offered a free shuttle to and from the train station. The location was right outside the city center but so close to the action it was easily walkable. The room was beautiful and comfortable, as well as sparkling clean. Highly recommend and would certainly stay again!
