Nice location, clean and comfortable room with great beads, the minus is that you have to pay for garage parking as a hotel guest and breakfast was nice with the sweets but the eggs looks like from the package.

Needed a place to stay for 1 night while touring a few car museums. Nice hotel with some parking, at times hard to find a parking spot. Breakfast was great! They had cereal and eggs and free water! Nice change from the pastries we have been eating all week. They do have pastries and bread and toasters with butter available! Our room was nice. A bit small from what we have been staying in but it served its purpose. There were 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. No chairs to sit on, basically just beds in rooms. The bed and pillows are terrible. No cushion or comfort. The pillows are so flat that i rolled mine to make it higher. It was later when we checked in or else i woudlve asked for more pillows. But like i said it served its purpose giving us a place to stay.

It works

Servicible spot. It's outside of the city center, but is well priced. Beds are comfortable and the room was spacious.
Unfortunately it doesn't come with as many amenities and is very bare bones. We've received complimentary water bottles at all our other hotels except for here.

Two sides to this review. Hotel is tired and in need of refurb. Bathroom was filthy. Black mould round bottom of shower. Ingrained dirt on shower tray. No balcony furniture so dont pay extra for balcony as it cant be used.
On plus side, aircon worked, breakfast good and staff were friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at hotel B&B Modena. It was few mins away to the amenities we needed. The property itself was neat, lovely and easily accessible and had a private parking for an additional €7 p/n. We booked for a quadruple room which was amazing and provided us with the comfort needed for our stay. Staff were ready to answer any queries we had & breakfast was good. There are very nice restaurants in the neighborhood offering amazing Italian food.

Pleasant and helpful receptionist. Easy free parking on site. The room was very quiet clean and comfortable, the bed very comfortable.

My only gripe was the waiting time for items to arrive at breakfast, the young waitress unfriendly and not particularly good at her job unlike everyone else.

Location & price was good & has parking onsite. The sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable. We even tried rotating the mattress, sleeping with heads at the end of the bed & still super lumpy & uncomfortable. Our shower was not draining & we did not get it resolved the 2 nights we were there. If your on a budget & don’t need a sofa bed in addition to the regular bed this may be an affordable option, I personally would not stay here again.

Great hotel with good selection for breakfast. Travelling with 2 teenagers, I asked for a room with 3 beds. Weary from a long day of travel and winter weather, we found ourselves in a room with just 2 beds and frankly too tired to ask for another room.
The hotel is in a great location next to plenty of choices for dinner and shopping. I would definitely return.

A very pleasant stay in very picturesque town, we visited Modena for the Ferrari museums and was very pleasantly surprised with the town of Modena too. The town certainly has the best ice cream parlour we have tasted anywhere.

The hotel is situated about 20 kins walk from the town centre but easy to find.

The hotel staff where very helpful and polite, which was fantastic.

The room was very comfortable and clean with an added bonus of English Sky Television.

Would certainly recommend a stay for the evening after visiting the Ferrari museums.

Enjoyable and relaxing stay

While the location was a bit out of the way (outside the downtown area), it was a quiet, local, and friendly area. The bus to downtown stopped right outside the hotel. The hotel staff were accommodating and helpful (and were able to converse in English). The room itself was spacious and had everything needed to make my holiday relaxing. I particularly enjoyed the ground floor outdoor patio area–open to everyone at all hours.

We loved this place! It was walking distance from the city but also had many stores and restaurants closer by. Luxury accommodations at an unbelievably low price. We decided to stay another night. Will be looking for this chain in the other cities we will be traveling to in the next few weeks.

Be aware the building is under construction and you will hear banging and vibrations around 8 AM until about 7 PM. Makes for an unpleasant stay. Nothing was said to us upon check-in, so we asked about the construction and they told us it wouldn't impact our stay. That was a lie. Also, we put the \"do not disturb\" sign on the door and they came in anyway, cleaned our room, and put the sign on the bed.

My room was too warm the first night after I told them I was freezing. They control the room Temperature. Second night I asked to lower the temperature a little and I frooze. Staff tried to be helpful.? Breakfast was pretty lousy compared to others we’ve.had in Italy

B & B Hotel Modena, comfort plus.

Great comfortable hotel. Bed and pillow comfort the best in Italy. Downside, it's a good 20 minute walk to the centre. I used a taxi, approx 6 Euros. Taxi rank in centre to return. It was worth it for the comfort though for a comfortable night's sleep.

It was an easy 20 min. walk to the city centre, or a bus in front of the hotel. The info centre in the square was very helpful in providing information on what, where and how to do things. Suggested a free balsamic tasting at a acetaia that was in the city, some of the others are challenging to get to by bus, so it was a perfect solution for me as I was there for one day.

This hotel is on the outskirts of the town center and it takes you about 20-30 minutes to walk to the center of Modena. The room was great and breakfast was good. The system to open the doors to the rooms is fairly annoying because it has you enter a code and then buzzes really loud for about 10 seconds, disturbing probably everybody in rooms around as well. Nothing to do about it but very weird.

朝食は野菜が少ないが、コスパ的には充分満足。
排水溝の問題は過去の口コミでも気になっていたが、改善されていないようなので、もしかしたらイタリア人は足元に2cm、3cm…と水が溜まってきても気にしないのかな…と。日本人は我慢できません。浴室にヒーターがつかないのに、流れるまで待つのが寒過ぎる。排水問題は知っていて予約をしたのと、忙しかったのでフロントへクレームしていません。
それ以外の点では、フロントスタッフの対応は良かったです。

Nos hospedamos em Módena para visitar os museus da Ferrari e esse hotel foi uma ótima opção. O estacionamento no próprio hotel facilitou muito as coisas. O quarto era espaçoso, confortável e limpo. Com certeza indicaria esse hotel!

Hotel sulla Via Emila Est, a 25 minuti a piedi da Piazza Grande di Modena, con tutte le comodità a pochissima distanza. Struttura molto moderna, anche nell'arredo. Camera di buone dimensioni, con bagno molto ampio e box doccia di dimensioni doppie rispetto a quelle usuali. Qualsiasi cosa serva, dallo spazzolino da denti al piatto da riscaldare nel microonde, si compra alle macchinette o al desk della reception.

Vi bodde i ett familjerum, där barnen fick ett eget rum, vilket var uppskattat av alla. Sängarna var jättesköna, frukosten var god och AC fungerade mycket bra. Det fanns även gott om parkeringar, som var kostnadsfria. Enda nackdelen var vattentemperaturen i duschen, som förändrades hela tiden. Ibland jättevarmt, ibland jättekallt. Hotellet låg på promenadavstånd till stadskärnan, men man kunde även ta bussar ca 100 meter från hotellet.

Très propre et la chambre avait une bonne taille. La salle de bain était assez moderne. Le lit était confortable. On y a passé une nuit en descendant dans le sud de l'Italie, mais j'y serai volontiers resté plus longtemps. On n'a malheureusement pas pu goûter le petit-déjeuner, mais j'en ai entendu beaucoup de bon. Le personnel était très gentil!
