I can’t recommend this hotel enough! Very reasonably priced, perfectly located (5 minute walk into the centre), free parking right outside. The rooms were spotless and cosy, really comfy bed and lovely bathroom facilities. The communication from start to finish was great. My son and I had a really good stay and I would visit again in a heartbeat.

This place was so charming! The staff was incredibly helpful and personable. Our room was very comfortable - we appreciated the larger bathroom, and the bed was very comfy. The location was absolutely perfect too. We had a car, so we needed easy parking (we got a spot right in front, no problem) but also wanted to be close to the old town center and it was a quick, charming walk of just a minute or two. Would return in a heartbeat!

Great stay in Modena!
Our stay here was great and just what we needed. The room was very spacious and had two(!!) AC units. The shower and bathroom were both very large. We didn't receive the email with the entry information and when I called I was able to get it quickly and easily which was a relief. They provide a parking permit for on-street parking in front of the building which is very convenient. The property is convenient to walk all of Modena but in a quiet and less busy area.

Wonderful stay at Vittoria Veneto. Easy check in, safe access to the property and parking is on street with a free voucher. The room was really nice with a great bathroom with huge shower. Kettle and coffee machine. Really close to the centre but on a quiet and very beautiful street. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

I did a load of washing my first day there and after three days it still was not dry and it was hard to sleep due to the humidity. I asked twice and finally the air was turned on. My shower head leaked over the top of the shower door, which meant my bathroom was all wet after showering. There are safety boxes where you can leave your key, which I did because the keychain is very large and heavy. On my last day the code to my box was no longer working and I was locked out. After about 20 minutes I found a housekeeper upstairs and I was able to get into my room. I recommend taking off the keychain and bringing the key with you to avoid being locked out.

Arrival is entirely independent as a receptionist is present only from 8-1pm but all necessary information is provided and welcoming email includes all the codes for front door, room key and parking access. No elevator.

Was told by the site the room was on the 2nd floor. It was on the 3rd floor. tv remote needed batteries. Couch bed was damp when we arrived. No english tv stations.

The apartment was conveniently located with ample free parking and a few minute walk to the city center. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the AC very strong. Our host was very accommodating and it was a great value.

This listing was very misleading as I thought I was booking a hotel. No one greeted us, in fact there was no one working at all. Not only was it self check in with a lock box, but we received a parking pass that included a warning on how unsafe the theft was in the area, we didn’t feel safe parking there. The room was up on the fifth floor with no elevator and so many flights of stairs. The room was decent but didn’t look entirely like the pictures, it felt more like a dorm room. We were so disappointed that we immediately left and had to find another hotel in the area to stay at after we had already paid in full for the night through Expedia. What a disappointment and waste of money. I would not recommend this property to anyone I know.

The hotel is small but cozy. The biggest problem was the neighborhood which looks nice enough but there are some seedy characters that travel, usually by bike or scooter, that you need to watch out for. We learned that the hard way as we came down to our rented car after the first night to find it had been broken into! We had 2 busted windows and a lot of headaches and financial burdens! Hotel, of course, is not responsible.

This is a boutique hotel with very limited on-site staffing. They only have on-site support from 8am - 1pm. The main issue we had during our stay was the air conditioning, which was restricted to 84 degrees F during our one day stay. The local temp was 100 degrees. It made it nearly impossible to sleep. What made it worse was they lifted the restriction while housekeeping was servicing the room upon our arrival as they allowed us in the room for a couple mins to drop our bags, but put the restriction back in place after housekeeping was done. It's couched as an Eco-friendly policy for Modena, but it came across as a money saving strategy, just as the lack of front desk support seemed to be about saving money as opposed to providing service. Again, attempting to sleep in 84 degree temps made it next to impossible and made this hotel a non-starter in terms of any return visit. Would not stay here again, especially during the summer months.

Very functional, beautiful building and the room was very well furnished and comfy. Plenty of room for parking right outside and a voucher is provided to park for free, although worryingly there is a notice saying car crime is common in the area and a discounted, but more secure car park should be used. It's not a touristy area, there's not much really close, but the square is a short walk and there are a few restaurants there.Room for three was spacious, AC and wi-fi worked great. There is usually no one attending the place, so if you need anything probably you're on your own. I'd probably stay here again next time I visit any car factories that might be close by.

Fantastic Choice for Lodging in Modena
Super happy with our choice to stay at VittorioVeneto25! The location is the best for exploring the historic old town. Our room, room 3, had great air conditioning, comfortable bed, lovely small balcony off the bathroom and a bathroom with everything we needed. One of the best parts is ther service of the staff prior to checking in - you get all the information you need and they are more than willing to offer suggestions and answer questions. The same is true during the stay, great customer service! The hotel (6 exclusive rooms so a different hotel concept) is very clean, the Espresso machine/coffee pods in the room is a nice touch. We highly recommend this location and would gladly return.

If you should need assistance outside of the limited hours good luck. We did not feel that the staff was all that helpful in area offerings. Modena is truly a culinary city but the staff did not seem to cater to such. We also found a scorpion under the towel in our bathroom. The staff was in denial that we had killed the insect. Thank goodness I saved it in a napkin and convinced the staff it was real. Apologies were given. I will say there are two Michelin restaurants in the area. We took a chance and we’re able to secure a reservation day of to one of them. This was certainly a highlight to the trip.
