Absolutely loved this hotel! Beautiful, spacious & clean rooms. The staff was so nice and helpful…really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Great location, easy to walk to all the main spots. Amazing breakfast buffet. We parked right out front, so easy. Can’t wait to come back & stay longer!

We enjoyed a 2-night stay here. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable and good shower water pressure. Breakfast that was included was ok, nothing special & no hot food the 2nd day. We had to park in street w a parking pass so that was a little tricky but found spaces. They were redoing parts of the front entrance so there was work going on the days we were there. Overall it was good spot for us and a nice hotel.

Short walk to Piazza Grande, the centre of Modena.
Generous buffet breakfast, ask for fried eggs if you like them.
They took a photo copy of my credit card on arrival.i was uncomfortable about that and got it back on departure.
Staff very friendly and obliging.

I had the best 3 days in Modena! I traveled alone and I was worried I wouldn’t feel safe. staying at the Central Park hotel was the best decision I made.
Staff was very welcoming and helpful .

Starting with Costantino at the front desk was always helpful from the day I did my check in. Very helpful and always welcoming with a nice smile! Everyday I came back from my day out he would ask me how my day went We always had a little chit chat. Vincenzo was also super helpful in showing me the way on how the train system works. Very nice man, funny and professional always happy to help ! And the waiter at breakfast always so welcoming from day one. I forget him name ! Really nice man had nice chit chats with him too😊
Location was also great!
Not far from the train station.
Close to the city center.
Neighborhood seamed safe and perfect for solo traveler.
Room was spacious and very clean.
Next time I’m in Modena I definitely will go back to this hotel!

Safe, quiet and friendly hotel. My room is clean and comfortable. Parking is on the street but free with a hotel pass. The nearest restaurant is either in the city center, which is 15 minutes walk or the one the hotel recommends is an 8 minute walk. And that is definitely recommended with delicious food and great service.

While the facility was clean and staff was courteous, our stay was not as pleasant as expected due to the faulty air conditioning in the hotel room. It was 100 degrees outside and the room temperature never went below 86 degrees due to only the fan working. More of an FYI if you are looking for a hotel with functioning AC.

Good hotel; helpful staff

Well positioned hotel situated 10-15 minutes walk from the historic centre of Modena. Despite arriving quite early we were given a room by the helpful reception staff member who also provided useful information for our visit. Our room was comfortable and clean - we had a good nights sleep. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
Free street parking immediately outside the hotel with a permit obtained from reception.

Walkable hotel in Modena - free parking!

Rated a bit lower on condition because the elevator was a little scary and the door to the room often didn’t open on the first try. The best thing about this hotel was the parking price included. We were able to park our car in the pay parking spots just outside the entrance to the hotel, and the front desk gave us a ticket to display on our dashboard so we didn’t have to pay. The hotel was walkable to all of the places we were trying to go, including excellent restaurants.

Nice hotel in Modena; close to most attractions.

Very nice hotel; reasonably close to Modena's attractions. Room was larger than average, nice bathroom, lots of choices for the included breakfast. This is a fancier and more expensive hotel however, so it should be in better condition with better rooms and an above average breakfast. I originally booked just one night and then added a second night after checking in. The only negative I have about this hotel is the additional room charge was higher than what I was quoted when inquiring about the second night. I don't think it is too much to ask a business to be honest in dealing with their customers and live up to their commitment.

Very clean. 24 hour English speaking front desk is helpful. They will call taxis for you which was especially helpful. Walking distance to Osteria Francesca and bus station for direct bus from Bologna Airport. Very Solid hotel and would stay there again.

Pleasant hotel convenient for historic Modena

Good location for visiting historic area of Modena. We had a rental car so needed parking. Took a while to find a space on the local streets - we paid at the meter, not knowing that the hotel would have given us a free pass. Decent room with comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. Good wifi. Friendly service including opening a back gate to give quick and easy access to Al Cenacola restaurant behind the hotel.

Perfect for a weekend break!

A great central location in Modena with easy access to shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made our weekend break most enjoyable. A short walk also to the Ferrari Museum makes this a perfect location.

Terrible , avoid this hotel, they turn off the AC at night and when its on you can not control the temperature from you room, you have to go down stairs and talk to who is there, why go down stairs why not call? well they don't answer the phone at night! Then they don't wan't to lower (adjust) the temperature because of hotel policy. And then the scream at you, the employees think louder is better. again never again. I was there 2 years ago and it was a great stay but this time \"Terrible\"

Hotel located near Museo de Enzo Ferrari and close to La Fabbrica de Maserati.
Friendly staff, willing to give you recommendations of restaurants, local attractions and places to see. Comfortable, good standard rooms with big bathroom. OK breakfast.

Almost everything was ok

This hotel is very well located for visiting the historic center of Modena. The rooms and services are very good but comfort at the room was not good because the air conditioner was not working. When I inquired I was told that since the weather was cooling the air conditioning was off. Yes, the temperature outside was nice but the room was too warm for comfort. Leaving the windows open solved the temperature problem but, then the mosquitos came in and I took a beating. They should allow their guests the decision of when to turn off the cooling.

Hotel controls your comfort level

Hotel is in a good location and is very modern and clean. The room is very small but fine for an overnight stay. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. My only two gripes was that the hotel had the TV set to where the volume was very low and could hardly be heard and could not be set any higher by remote or TV adjustments. I would have to sit at the foot of the bed to hear the TV clearly! Also, they had the AC set to where the AC wouldn't go below 23. If you adjusted it further down it would come on and shut itself back off in less than a minute! We like a cool room and this made it very uncomfortable for us to sleep. I would not stay at this hotel again because of this one annoying problem which the hotel management chose to do to save money.

The hotel was conveniently located near the old town centre and the train station. The staff were very helpful with our questions on how to visit the Ferrari museum and arranging transfers back to the train station when we left. Breakfast was not in the breakfast room on Sundays so it was delivered to our room and was extremely generous proportions. I would recommend this hotel as it was clean, modern, comfortable bed. We stayed in this location as my husband has family in the area which we wanted to catch up with. The old town was a nice place to stroll around and a vistit to the cathedral, museum and tower are well worthwhile.

A localização do Central Park Hotel é excelente, permitindo fácil acesso ao centro da cidade e suas principais atrações. No entanto, a experiência foi prejudicada por problemas nas instalações. Ao chegarmos, encontramos um vazamento no bidé e, após informar a recepção, nos disseram que seria resolvido. Quando voltamos, o banheiro estava sujo pela pessoa que fez o reparo, e ninguém limpou. Fomos realocados para outro quarto, mas, infelizmente, o colchão estava danificado e velho, tornando o sono desconfortável. Além disso, as roupas de cama eram antigas e de qualidade inferior, e os móveis também estavam desgastados. Esse hotel precisa urgentemente de melhorias nas acomodações para proporcionar uma estadia adequada aos hóspedes.
