A lovely hotel with the most comfortable beds and pillows of anywhere we stay. Good location and the rooms are nice and big with lovely bathrooms and large showers.
Breakfast has enough variety and the waiting staff are proactive in cleaning up and restocking.
Free parking right outside your door and pet friendly makes it our go to when we are in Modena.

The room looked nice but our room was consistently 78 degrees for the three days we were there. There is in room-AC but good luck trying to get it to turn on. The restaurant was overpriced and we didn’t try the breakfast because it was only from 7:30-9:30am—not really friendly times for people on vacation. We are American and the whole time we were there we had the distinct feeling none of the staff wanted us there. Wouldn’t book again.

Well structured renovated hotel with spacious and clean rooms. Good restaurant that is frequented by locals and always full. Close to the main roads with parking (at peak times can be complicated). Problems: Internet is really bad and the 5G doesn’t work in the rooms. I particularly struggled with that, since had some work to do.
We cannot control the temperature un the room (which was very hot even though it was end of Autumn ). Keep in mund the hotel is in a rural area and in November they prepare the soil for planting… we couldn’t leave the window open because of the pungent smell. Still is a good option if you check before if they fixed those problems. Good value for money

Nice hotel but a little dated. Restaurant is very good but pricey. Better to go to the bar. The only caution is that it’s next to a busy street and the sound and vibration of translates all night. Staff were nice but there were language barriers.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of town

Lovely modern hotel on the outskirts of town with large and spotlessly clean room which is well insulated, bathroom has big walk in shower and car park is directly in front of the room which is handy. Good breakfast with plenty of choice and one night we ate in the restaurant where they serve huge portions of delicious food. Special mention must go to the staff who are very pleasant.

Great location for taking day trips to Modena, car museums, Bologna entrance to Autistrada right there. Hotel very clean asked to switch rooms for one in the annex bldg was bigger room and much quieter as the main bldg is on a busy highway. Hotel has a restaurant which is not bad, Free breakfast ok. The wi-fi was very weak couldn’t stream anything on my ipad but maybe they fixed it.

Fabulous Hotel, Great Location.

We always stop here when we drive to the U.K. and then home again.
The hotel is easy to find, ample parking and has clean and comfortable rooms.
The staff are incredibly helpful and we’ve never had a bad stay.
Will be back again in a couple of months on our way home.

We were not able to control Air Conditioning and the heat was on, I opened the windows but then it started raining and I was left with no option than to try to sleep.

Wi-fi does not reach the rooms which is necessary.

Other than that the hotel is good and the staff very friendly

I stayed here twice while on a solo 5,000 kms motorcycle tour of Europe. By the time I got here, I'd completed about 1600kms in 2 days, and needed rest. For the first time on the trip, I got a great night's sleep. The rooms are clean, large, quiet with excellent bathroom facilities. My only complaint is that there's no main light in the room, it's all lamps in corners which means when you're trying to unpack at night, or pack early in the morning you literally can't see inside your bags without resorting to the torch/flashlight on your phone.

Skip hotel but have a real good dinner here

Srry but for more then 200$ a night, this is very bad. This is not a 4 star, max 3! Simple room, very bad bed, matras is so hard you can better sleep on rooms are in other buildings the main. I would suggest to have dinner here and take other hotel. Dinner is amazing, really good.

This hotel was perfect. We arrived a bit early, but they had no problem giving our 2 rooms earlier than the check-in time. It has more than 80 rooms and the rooms are very spacious, modern and well equiped. There are plenty of free parking on the premises.The hotel is half way between Bologne and Modena and it was a perfect option for us. The breakfast was big.

I stayed in the hotel for two nights, the hotel is very nice. The room is new, very clean, very big bed and includes everything that you would need during your stay. There is a free breakfast buffet and they take care about covid measures. During the evening there is a very nice restaurant that opens at 7:30. Staff are very nice, I really enjoyed my stay!

Stayed only one night before flying out in the morning. Had lunch in the restaurant which was excellent and great value for money. Big spacious rooms, a bit out dated but clean and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel. Also had a small spa but unfortunately I did not have time to use it.

Bland is a best description. I am rarely $$ focused so I am not looking for cheap, but we found the cost very high and while that says value for money was low, we were going to the airport the next morning and its location suited our purposes. The atmosphere was ordinary and a number of conferences made it crowded.
I do not see it as a holiday hotel but one of convenience for us the highway and for many a conference centre.

The location for me was the main reason for choice as its just off the motorway. Loads of parking available and a good restaurant. Not where I would choose to stay for a holiday, but as a stop off point was pretty good. One big minus was no free internet access :-(

The main issue here is the wireless internet. One front desk staff was particularly rude, and she continually seemed annoyed with us. The check in process was awful, they put us in a room in one of the auxiliary buildings which literally had zero connectivity to the network. The network wouldn't even appear. The Front Desk staff then told us to bring our devices to the front desk so they could show us how to login - which was particularly unhelpful unless you're sleeping in lobby. Furthermore, we'd accidentally left a small handbag in the previous room, and which the front desk lady called us to return. She then rolled her eyes and scoffed as she handed it to us when we came down, which was startlingly rude.

Then with annoyance the front desk lady changed us to the main building - where we discovered we'd been moved to a smaller room which could still barely connect to the internet on an iPhone or laptop. We also had to move our bags ourselves, and we received no offer of assistance in the process.

Having a background in the IT hospitality world, I can absolutely confirm they have a horrendous network connectivity problem. Despite our numerous complaints, they insisted they weren't received other complaints from guests, which I cannot see being possible. I consistently received download speeds of 0.27mbps - 0.4mbps, when the network would connect at all.Overall it was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had, having travelled through Italy for four months total.

Big room, good deal, great reception staff.

I stayed only one night. Parking was convenient and my room was quiet. I left too early to get breakfast. A soccer team was apparently also staying there. The reception staff was bilingual, at least, very patient, and helpful. I chose this hotel based on it's location close to the A1 and because it wasn't in an area with a lot of traffic. I would stay there again if the timing was right.

Serves the purpose!

The hotel reminds me of a motel. Just off the road in a very accessible position with lots of parking space. Two story brick buildings in two blocks with absolutely no character, but a reasonable price and a pleasant room. Breakfast was the worst I had on my trip (stayed in 7 hotels in total) but it was inclusive but don't expect much. The hotel takes dogs at a cost of 10 euros I think it was, which is why we stayed there.

Driving from Positano to Monza F1

This is the 2nd time in the last year we stayed at this hotel. The Restaurant used to be located in Modena old city but I assume that since the old city is closed to non resident the restaurant and hotel was not easy access. We ate at the old restaurant many time thru the last 30 years. The hotel is located in the Modena Sud exit of the Autostrada. A small restaurant called la damma rossa is very good and decent price.

Close to Modena just off the highway

I thought the staff at the reception weren't too friendly. Perhaps speaking English was a bit of a problem for them. Breakfast was OK -- there were a lot of guests but the breakfast room wasn't big enough for all. In any event, I booked this place as a hub to access the Modena/Maranello/Bologna area. The hotel adequately served that purpose, so that's OK. Otherwise it's not really recommendable. Modena and Bologna are beautiful cities though.

We arrived with our dog and were shown to a fabulous room outside in a separate block.The staff had chosen a ground floor room with its own little garden for the pooch. The room was large - the bed even larger and the bathroom plush and spacious. The aircon was on - lovely to get out of the 35 degree heat. We ate in the hotel restaurant which is a bit gloomy, but a minor point. The location was great for us as we were travelling south. it's just off the the main highway. Fantastic value for money and we would return without a doubt

Nice hotel facilities

Hotel had everything we needed except due to a holiday the restaurant was closed. Due to the location of the hotel there are no eating establishments safely nearby. If you have your own transportation this is a great hotel. Location let the Hotel down for us. I would still recommend this hotel as long as you understand the limitations of its location.

Easy access to Florence

We chose this hotel so we could get to Florence by train instead of car. The train is a short walk (10 minutes) and the train is €6.00 return per person and takes 30 minutes to downtown Florence.

Very clean, modern Hotel/Motel, where one can park right in front of entrance door. Rooms have all the convenience of a nice hotel and everything is and looks quite new. Fantastic service

The hotel is about 20km from Modena centre, it is near the autostrada, but you don't see or hear the traffic. More like a business hotel, but it turned out to be a very comfortable stay. Large rooms, big bed, best shower of my life. Staff were very helpful, solving several issues we had such as lost adapters and making recommendations. Several staff spoke English. Excellent European buffet style breakfast included eggs.

Nice hotel, if you want an efficient, clean base that will allow you to explore the area. There is a very nice fitness area with a lovely and clean accusing, sauna, Turkish room. It is small but this was not a problem as it was it busy. The hotel is not appropriate if you want to lay by a pool.
You need a car, as Modena is a 25euro taxi ride away otherwise.

We where on a Ferrari/Lamborghini birthday treat for my son and although the hotel was of a high standard it was miles from anywhere! It was primarily a business hotel, so all Italian guests with only the reception staff speaking English(they were very helpful). Taxi's came at an extortionate price so not recommended if you are on a budget! The hotel had a superb restaurant but not suitable for children under 14 as quite posh and a little pricey if you have 2-3 mouths to feed.

Very disappointed with Hotel Staff

At my arrival I specifically asked to the reception to leave my room as it was as for a short stay I do not want anyone to get into my room. My request was ignored. The hotel itself is great, silent, new and very comfortable with a quite large parking (I understand it is used for international conferences/meetings). However the staff was really disappointing. I should add that cleaning ladies were quite noisy in the morning and people in the breakfast room never asked me my room number or if I wanted anything. My expectations were probably too high as this area of Italy is very famous for its hospitality and kindness.
