Rat outside my room last night. A big one - and it ran towards me jumping over my foot at the last minute. My room was directly above the kitchens.

Over charging / double charging for f&b items.

Miscommunication regarding extending stay (fortunate as it happened given the rat outside my room).

Weird electrics in my room; some lamp lights wouldn’t switch off.

The hotel duty manager handled all of this very well however.

I absolutely would not stay here again however.

I stayed for 2 days at this wonderful hotel and let me tell you i was blown away by the level of attention and care i was shown here. Ive stayed at many many hotels in the philippines and this was by far the BEST ive ever stayed and its not even close. From the time i came in they greeted us i felt like this was special. The food was amazing. You can really taste the quality in it. I would even go as far to say that no food was better in d mall or boracay than the meals i had here.

I wanna highlight DRIGGS who helped made sure my stay was comfortable. He was soo kind tru out and even one time made sure to bring me peanuts while i was having a drink bymyself to make sure i had something to eat.That small gesture really touched me.His customer service skills alone is WORLD CLASS. and miss ROMA who served us food always was sooo kind and patient. Shebwas sweet and super professional.

And lastly RAFAEL who always served me cocktails .the best bartender ive experience even in canada. He makes the best drinks with such skill and it shows. Sometimes i just tell him to surpise me with any drink and he always delivers.

I was so genuinely amazed by the staff and this hotel that i convinced my aunt and uncle to come with me one more time to experience this magical stay and i booked another stay today! See you guys 😁

Villa Caemilla was the most wonderful stay. The staff are superb and go above and beyond to make your stay special. They are welcoming, friendly and professional.

The rooms are a lovely size, plenty of space and the bed was delightfully comfy.

The food the hotel serves is extremely good, and very high quality. If you don’t want to go out for lunch and dinner each day this is a wonderful place to eat and relax.

The hotel bar and seating area has a lovely view of the beach and was our favourite place to enjoy a cocktail or many each evening. Sometimes the hotel arrange an acoustic set to listen to and their singers are amazing unlike the mass of Kareoke you hear blaring in many other hotels on the island.

The private sun loungers on the beach are a priceless touch that many other hotels would dream to have, but don’t.

Being in station 3 was calm and blissful, compared to the chaos and crowds of station 2.

You would be making a mistake if you didn’t choose to stay here.

Thank you Villa Caemilla for making our stay so memorable, we won’t forget it!

Everything was a dream come true! What we read in their website was really who they are. My wife and I decided right away that this is the hotel for us! From day one to our last stay, we experienced the best service and guest satisfaction from the staff. Everyone was welcoming. A true Filipino hospitality.

Our room was clean and fresh, providing all that we needed. They cleaned our room daily. So pampered! Great view of the blue water from the dining area with an unobstructed view of the sunset, and with a great menu to choose from. Compliments to the Chef, Jerry Cruz. Kudos also to staff Caloy, Dreggs, Christopher, and Aubrey. They were great and made our stay unforgettable.

We will definitely recommend this place to all our friends, family, and those who read this review… you won’t be disappointed.

The place was cool, i liked that the beach and water could be found steps outside property. The breakfast croissant sandwich was the only food i thought was decent (really good actually) but they were out of it two times i attempted to order it and the other items i tried i disnt care for. The roosters outside my window literally hollered from 330/4am every morning and the last 2 days im not sure if they were doing construction above my room but just constant pounding for hours. The staff was nice but it was disturbing to me that i chose to be understanding about things that went wrong, or our rooms not being ready, tv breaking, ants in the room, calling my room at 10pm??????- and another traveler was having less issues but because she kept complaining they were comping massages, shuttles, meals for her. Its a pretty spot, just could use some work and if you are a light sleeper you may want to choose another place because not even noise canceling ear buds could drown out the roosters.

We stayed for 6 nights. They “upgraded” our first room, but the room has a these block glass window that has no curtains, so it was bright when the sun is up. We asked to moved after 3 nights to a room with curtains to block the sunlight, the second room has this sewer smell, we tried not to complain but on our last night it was unbearable. We asked to move once again, and the last room, the bidet spray has leaked that flooded the bathroom. We didn't ask to move but we made them aware of it, the staff were very nice and tried to make things right. I just hope that they make some improvements on their property.

Situated within Station 1 it is nice and quiet but only a short 2-3 minute stroll to the bustle of Station 2 where all the shops and activities are. We had a three night stay in February. The property is located in Station 3, which is more chill than the other two. Our stay was wonderful, and the staff go above and beyond to make it a pleasurable experience. We had an odor problem the first day in our bathroom and it was promptly fixed after notifying the front desk. The restaurant's food, drinks, and service were all above expectations (we were happy to see several meat-free options - the margherita pizza is excellent as is the welcome drink). The guests were low key and not loud. As for the room, it was large and the bathroom especially so. It was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend Villa Caemilla.

Great beachfront views from the 3 suites. I also very much prefer to stay in the area among the 3 stations of the Long Beach in Boracay as it has an idyllic laid back vibe w/ a balanced tropical vegetation & not as crowded for excellent beach hangout & swimming. Awesome staff were very polite & helpful. Our Rm 203 suite & its facilities were really good except for the ripped upholstery of one of the sectional cushions of the balcony couch which I thought was just overlooked.

Villa Caemilla’s location in station 3, is the quiet end of the island. You can’t beat the gorgeous beach scenary, sound of the ocean waves at night or the wonderful service you will receive from all staff. Our bartender, Emman, made amazing weekly cocktails and gave us details on what to see and do in the island. From front desk staff to the servers, chefs room service, hospitality is a 10/10. We highly recommend this hotel for family to stay.

I never usually write reviews but I felt that I had to do one for this specific hotel. This is one of the best experiences I've had in the Philippines. This hotel was very accommodating and the staff was very courteous. If you're looking for something serene & away from the noise, this is the place. It was right in front of the best swimming areas in Boracay. The food was great and the rooms were actually nice. They kept it very clean and pleasant the whole time. I recommend the hotel to all families that are looking for a great retreat. We very much enjoyed our stay. The executive suite was amazing.

The Villa Caemilla is a beautiful facility with a wonderful staff, quality rooms, delicious food, and a great view. It is located just to the South of the main party area so it is quiet but easily a easy 5-8 minute walk to the shopping and nightlife scene.
Immediately upon check in the friendly staff is waiting with a cool beverage to relax you and put you in \"beach mode\". The greeting drink was a delicious honey, lemon, and ginger beverage with a nice cold towel to cool you off. After check in the staff was Immediately ready to take my bags to my room and escorted me to my room and did a courtesy room inspection. The daily room service and evening turn down service also ensured the in room amenities were well stocked.

At the hotel dining area every seat has a view of the beach. Unfortunately, during several days of my stay it was a bit windy so they had to have the wind screens up. The hotel doesn't have any say in the weather but the view was still amazing. There are also plenty of delicious food and drink items on the menu to meet almost every want.

I also booked an in-room signature massage. The massage therapist was very friendly and very effective. They also offer massages in the massage room if preferred.

Overall my stay at Villa Caemilla made my beach vacation feel like a second home. The whole staff was excellent. However, Razel at the bar was extremely friendly friendly and makes an awesome cappuccino.

This property looked good online. However, the price did not include an outrageous VAT tax which I found on our bill at checkout. All taxes are commonly included in the price here in the Philippines (I've lived here for five years). There were also other strange \"incidental\" charges added to our bill. Additionally, the ceiling in our room began leaking on our heads in the middle of the night during a rainstorm. The solution? Pull the bed to the middle of the room. The staff was very polite and friendly. But, I asked to speak to the manager about the above and no one ever contacted us. Therefore, I cannot recommend this property since there are numerous excellent alternate choices in Boracay.

An absolutely lovely place to stay during your vacation in Boracay!

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating to us. The restaurant located in the lobby has a good variety of all day food options and has a great view of the beach. Everything was very clean and our room offered everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

The only con with the property is I would say the location isn’t accessible by vehicle so you will have to walk a short distance. My partner and I didn’t mind at all, but groups with more luggage might find it a hassle if carrying it on your own.

Besides that, it was a memorable stay and definitely plan on booking here again for our next trip!

The place itself is nice , it’s jus not ADA acceptable. The ramp to go inside the restaurant and main resort is not ADA recommended. My 80 y/o Dad had a hard time getting on / off the ramp and available steps has no rails. It’s quite a walk too to most of the restaurants. And to get there , you have to go through this alley way , and it’s a slope and parts of it are rocky .

This place just nails it when it comes to service. A lot of places don’t get simple things right and they certainly did, every single interaction I had with the staff was top notch and they handled my needs without issue. Lots of stirage soace and a safe. The restaurant is amazing and have big servings. Love the fruit platers, burger, pasta and drinks. Very comfortable chairs in lobby and restaurant area. It is in Station 3 which is quiet nut very near the nightlife of Station 2. Very helpful staff and quick ti respond to anything. Massages are also great!

Amazed with this hotel. It is super nice and clean. We have the Junior Suite room with queen bed and sofa bed which is big and comfy. We enjoyed and had so much fun in this once in a lifetime experience.

This is the only place to stay in Boracay. My friend and I stayed there for 4 nights. The staff are exceptional. Anything you need, they're there to help you. Efficient and friendly with it.

The rooms are spacious and modern with all the facilities you need. The restaurant/bar area is right on the beach with amazing views.
The food is very good too.

It's quiet and a short walk from the more lively bars.

Can't recommend this place enough. Would definitely stay again if I went back!

We really loved our stay here. It was such an amazing and comfortable experience. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. We loved the short walk to the beach and the beautiful view of it from the hotel's restaurant. Room service and overall hospitality from the staff was very kind and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again.

Location, location, location! As far as I’m concerned the best little hotel on Boracay. All staff from front desk to the servers at the bar and restaurant were friendly and helpful. At the quiet end of the beach, this hotel is the place to go to just relax and enjoy Boracay’s beautiful beach.

We highly recommend staying in Villa Caemilla! It’s located by the beach on Station 3, which is so much quieter now than Stations 1 and 2, believe it or not. It truly is a luxury boutique hotel, with excellent and quiet rooms, and very attentive and personal service (we accidentally misplaced our tumbler and the staff approached us the next day to say they found it). Their restaurant was a pleasant surprise because the food and drinks were *excellent*, and a much better value than any of the other restaurants we tried nearby.

We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back in Boracay!

A Very Comfortable Hotel at Station 3

Wehave been staying at Villa Caemilla even before its renovation. For this visit, we stayed 14 nights in a De Luxe Superior room.

In the years we did not stay at Caemilla, we booked at hotels in this same area in Station 3 which fortunately has remained the same for the past 30 years despite the relentless build up in the rest of the island.

Stay at Caemilla if you prefer a more quiet area. The beach here feels more secluded and have fewer beachgoers The water is as clear and as beautiful as anywhere in the island.

The rooms at Caemilla are very comfortable, have efficient air conditioning, hot showers and excellent water pressure. Wifi is pretty good and reliable. The staff is responsive and friendly. The rooms are kept clean and are always supplied with tea or coffee. Although a few times our floor was not vacuumed well enough.

We stayed on the first floor which gave us quick in and out access.

Caemilla has a 12-6pm happy hour. Unfortunately it only includes a limited number of drink items. Beer is not included in their happy hour.

One thing we noticed with the Caemilla restaurant menu was the almost absence of seafood, I suggest that they offer more seafood choices.

We plan to stay again at the Villa Caemilla next time we visit Boracay. Especially if their rates remain competitive. Pay attention to their cancellation penalties before you book. Their room rates fluctuate with demand and supply.

Fantastic stay at the beachfront!

I absolutely loved my stay at Villa Caemilla. Its a beachfront property so you can enjoy your meals right at the beachfront and enjoy the breeze and sights. Its a boutique hotel offering personalized service. The GM is very hands on and ensures that guests at the hotel have all they need. They have great deals such as happy hour on cocktails daily from 2 pm to 6pm and BOGO offer on pizza every weekend. Hotel is well maintained and clean.
