Not a good experience. The hotel is in the middle of town renovations (surrounded by bulldozers, barriers, and no access by road). It was extremely hard to find access to the hotel (had to take a one-way street, park on a delivery spot to check-in) and there was zero communication from this property on how to access the hotel. Because of the renovations, they had no parking options, I had to pay to park at a nearby parking deck but the walk from that parking to the hotel felt incredibly unsafe (homeless people accosted me every single time). Drinks were good but food was terrible (worst fish and chips and Cesar salad we've ever had). Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Incredibly noisy from the road work that started at 6am. I do not recommend.

Unbelievable - we turned up on Friday 13th October for our booking to be told the hotel were overbooked and they had no room for us, I have since seen my credit card statement and they've had the cheek to charge our card. Not only were we left high and dry on a busy weekend in Marseille, we've even had to pay for the privelege.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. Will stay here again and would recommend it. Breakfast is included and dinner is available in the hotel’s terrace cafe with beautiful view of the city. Walking distance to several restaurants and train station. Public bus is free within the city. Great location and overall a very excellent place to stay.

Not thorough, mix up reservations

Clean and relatively comfortable. However, the front desk are not thorough and unapologetic. They mixed up reservations and forced us to sleep in twin beds instead of a double bed. They offered no compensation though we asked several times. They also said they had forced two women who wanted twin beds to sleep in a double bed earlier the same night...

In general a good clean hotel only 20 minute ROM Downtown Marseille.
The staff barely Speak English and it was hard to communicate.
Breakfast buffet was ok but the bacons were almost Raw. When I asked the lady that hey I like my bacon to be crispy she smiled and said yea me too! Not sure if she did understand me or totally ignored me.

Don't be fooled by the photos or reviews.

We did not stay at this hotel. It was extremely difficult to get to by car, with very poor roads and is in a very sketchy neighbourhood. So very clever photography, hid the truth well. We were not happy to stay after seeing the hotel and its location in person, as we were concerned for the safety of our car and ourselves.

We got a very rude reception on arrival, the clerk simply asked for our IDs without any greeting or welcome and then refused to cancel the reservation.

I think that most of the reviews are probably fake.

Recommended hotel in Aubagne

Location is perfect, 5 min walk from train station, close to everything. The room is spacious, quite impressed. Bed is clean and comfortable, the front desk is helpful. Express breakfast is ok, the rooftop area where the breakfast served is amazing with overlooking the city. One thing particular, the hotel charged my credit card too early prior to the regular check-in time using a different vendor name even when I chose to pay at the front desk, which led to subsequent credit card blocking in concerning my card had been pirated. Guest shouldn't be charged prior to the regular check-in time.

Nice place, next to a great Italian resturant.

Nice place, breakfast was quite good for French standards, more than just a coffee and pasteries. A few time a week there is a great public market in the city square right next door. Great rooftop veranda for breakfast, and we went upstairs in the evening with the wedding party and quite nice.

It's was below par for the week I was there we had to be escorted to the room as the key card machine was broken for the entire hotel meaning we had to be walked to our room by hotel staff using a master key. in addition to this not once we're we asked for ID to prove we were staying at the hotel. There is leaks in the hallways causing rancid smells also.

Expérience décevante. Bruit permanent jour et nuit (en raison de travaux provisoires mais je n’avais pas été prévenue en amont et c’était très pénible). En dehors du dernier étage qui est plutôt sympa, le reste de l’hôtel est décevant. Mauvaises odeurs dans tout l’hôtel y compris la chambre. (humidité-égouts). Je ne pense pas y revenir. Mention positive pour la jeune femme qui gère la partie petit déjeuner qui est très serviable et dévouée.

Hotel bien entretenu, la chambre était spacieuse, propre, la climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement. Il y avait par contre des travaux a l'extérieur qui ne facilitait pas l'arrivée et le stationnement a proximité. Un parking est proposé a 200m environ. Point négatif le petit déjeuner n'était pas au niveau (6/10), produits souvent industriels et plutôt cher (18€) eu égard à la qualité.

Séjour en amoureux à Aubagne.

Séjour agréable.
La chambre standard est vraiment petite, minimum de rangements, à peine 30 cms entre le lit et le mur, mieux vaut être mince pour se coucher.
Ne pas hésiter à prendre la chambre supérieure, pour seulement 11 euros de plus par nuit, qui est beaucoup plus spacieuse.
Par contre, le lit était un queen size très confortable, et le mini-bar était le bienvenu.
La qualité des produits du petit-déjeuner pourrait être améliorée ... mais le prendre sur le roof-top avec la vue sur le Garlaban est un vrai plaisir.
La description de l'hôtel cite une piscine ... mais on ne l'a pas vue, sauf un petit jacuzzi sur le roof-top.
Facilement accessible par l'autoroute \"Est\".

Déception vs niveau d'un Best Western

Nous avons trouvé la chambre petite, WC non séparé de la SdB. et l'état de propreté très moyen. Pas digne des critères d'un 4 étoiles (comme affiché)
PdJ accueil très sympa, mais les fruits frais à la limite du comestible. Le reste était correcte.

Très mauvaise expérience

Nous avons pris un Hôtel 4 étoiles avec chambre supérieure et 2 verres en rooftop.
Pas de savon dans la douche, pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre et les 2 verres de vin très mauvais (nous les avons laissé) sans amuse bouche.
Mauvaise expérience et malgré avoir exprimé au monsieur le matin, aucune excuses ou autres.
Tout est normal.
Je déconseille très fortement tant qu’ils n’auront pas le service qualifié pour un 4 étoiles

Morgenmaden til 16euro bestod kun af varm juice, iskolde pandekager og yoghurt.

L’hôtel est situé en plein centre de Aubagne. Le personnel de l’hôtel était très bienveillant.
Un super rooftop pour partager un verre le soir.
En revanche, le parking n’est pas proche de l’hôtel. Et le centre ville est mal fréquenté le soir.

Un hôtel bien situé, un excellent accueil

L'hôtel est récent est situé au coeur de la ville. Il y a un effort consenti pour le rendre sympa. L'accueil y est excellent. Seul bémol le roof top qui en soit est très sympa mais propose des prix, à mon sens élevé... Un cocktail à 11€ je trouve que c'est beaucoup d'argent

La climatisation a mis longtemps à rafraîchir la pièce sachant que je me rendait dans la ville pour un voyage d affaire de plus à mon ariive ont me réclame la somme de 10 e pour le parking alors qu’il faisait nuit avec une garantie bancaire de 80 e

Keinerlei Vorteile im Rahmen des VIP Access! Fenster ließ sich nicht gut schließen, Zimmer hat nach Zigaretten gerochen und musste getauscht werden. Wir haben plötzlich nur noch 2 anstatt 4 Handtücher bekommen. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Se equivocaron de habitación reservada, me cambian de habitación para otra que tampoco era la seleccionada en la reserva. Nos dieron un desayuno gratis por las molestias, pero pague por una habitación mucho mas cara que no disfrute
