I loved our stay in this hotel! The room is perfect, has everything you need, including a kettle and some coffee/tea. The staff was very helpful and friendl and I enjoyed the breakfast. The location couldn't be any better, right in the center and a 1 minute walk to kayaking.

The best thing about this property is that its right in the heart of the action of Cassis. The worst part is the same. It's quite noisy at night, but room did overlook the street and the music stopped around 10/11pm. My only recomendation is to avoid the attached restauant, as it's terrible, and avail yourself of the myriad of other options.

The hotel was ideally situated, right on the harbour and near one of several beaches. Although we only rented a basic room, it was very comfortable, with the air conditioning set at a perfect level. Our towels were changed on a daily basis and the room was kept very clean.

DO NOT STAY HERE.

The hotel advertised our booking as a superior room however on check in we were given a room that was not one of the \"superior\" ones and instead the smallest room of the hotel, which had built in smell of constant cigarette smoke. It is above a nightclub with loud music until 2am every night.

The lights in the bedroom didn't work and we had to ask maintenance to come and fix them. In general the room is very tatty with paint peeling and marks throughout.

The reception staff were beyond rude and did nothing to fix any issue or appease the concerns.

I would never stay here again and strongly suggest against others staying there.

Only plus is the location is very central but then you get a lot of noise.

Can’t beat the location! It’s clean and newly remodeled. Breakfast was good. Downsides were the attitude of staff members, no elevator or assistance with lugging suitcases up 2 floors and bed was hard as a rock. Would stay here again for sure, it should be well above 2 stars.

Can't beat the location! The hotel is walking distance to beaches, several wineries, and is right on the port with many restaurants and shops. It was extremely convenient to have a parking space in their secure garage as well - be aware they only have four spots though, so be sure to reserve a spot ahead if needed. The hotel is in the busiest area of Cassis, so expect some street noise at night. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was only mediocre. Room was sufficiently clean and comfortable, however, I did have some ants.

Great location, outdated hotel

This is an old hotel, the room we stayed in smelled very smoky and old. A shower door was missing, so you had to hold the shower head or water would go everywhere in the bathroom. There is also a club/restaurant directly under the hotel, so our room on the first floor was very loud late into the night. All that said, it was fine if you just need a place to sleep. It's very central in Cassis, so location was obviously the only saving grace here. The staff were friendly, and there was wifi and free water in the lobby.

We rented a car in Nice and were just driving the coast. This hotel was a gem. It's close to the harbour and in walking distance to many restaurants. There is a parking garage nearby and a small casino if one is so inclined. Very nice staff. There was some construction in the area but it was well accommodated.

The Hotel was good but not really good, the town of Cassis was very pretty and very nice to visit but in general it is a tourist area only and was over priced, the restaurants were an exception and were excellent but we did not bother with the ones on the waterfront but instead found the more quiet intimate ones in the back lanes charming and great value all in all a good place to visit once or maybe twice.

Location, location, location. Remarkabe location right in Cassis harbor. Amazing value no frills hotel/hostel with good air conditioning and soundproof window. Tiny room, tiny bathroom, but who cares. You are in a beautiful place. Front desk was very friendly and breakfast was more than adequate.

Not worth the trip to Cassis.

Difficult to get to over winding and confusing back roads with few signs, hotel reasonably priced, but everything in the area really expensive! Parking 4 euros per hour, if you can find a space, which may take a while. No elevator in hotel, but lots of stairs to climb with luggage. Hotel turns off air conditioning Oct 1, but our stuffy room needed air, so we were forced to leave windows open and the noise of the street kept us awake most of the night. We traveled to Cassis in order to go on the Calanque trip, but were very dissappointed in the short cruise (they weren't offering the longer cruises). The calanques were only moderately interesting -- pale in comparison to the fjords of Norway or the San Juan Islands in Washington State.

Located right in the middle of the port with shops, restaurants and night market. The castle is seen outside the window. Coulnt get a more perfect located hotel. Room is super clean and there is a little balcony. Parking is available at the hotel - just ask receptionist. Would definitely reccommend.

The room overlooked the strip of night clubs. The folks gathered on streets till 4am shouting and cheering. The nightclub in the same building made a lot of noise too. Its loud base speakers made entire room shake. Also, the hotel has no private 24h car parking despite they told me otherwise via e-mail. The room was pretty pricey too. I do not recommend it.

After a mix up with reservation as booked through expedia on the same day we got a wonderful balcony room at the sale rate.
A gorgeous seaside town with a sunset to match!
Fabulous location, unfortunately it was raining for our stay with the exception of the sunset.
Comfortable room, comfortable bed... Breakfast was great, only wish they had cold milk for cereal as hot milk is not desirable.
Would love to return in summer.

Positive: It is at a good location, 2 minutes to the beach / restaurant / bar / supermarket. The staff is very friendly even though I asked millions of questions. I feel safe in the town.

Not so good: There was a bar outside my room and the was a market being set up in the early morning. So I didn't sleep at all.

Nice Hotel with Parking Problems

Hotel is in a great location near the harbor in Cassis. Parking is a BIG problem as the hotel has only a couple of spots which are in use. Public paid parking is very hard to find after 10:00 am and before 9:00 pm. The rooms are clean and basic. We heard the Cassis nightlife through our window at night, but it didn't keep us from sleeping. The staff wasn't particularly helpful or friendly, but they were not rude. We would stay again.

Cute little hotel in the very center of the Cassis marina, restaurants and shopping area.
The room was small, but comfy. The bathroom was a little outdated but functional.
The free WiFi worked in the room. We didn’t hear any noise from the other rooms.
Hotel has no elevator, you carry bags yourself. Luckily, we were given room on the 1st floor.
Two grocery stores are a couple minutes from this hotel and it was easy to buy water, begets and snacks.
One thing should be added to this hotels description is the fact they have 4 parking spots in
the hotel building and charge E12.00 per day to keep your car in there. Take it if you have a car
since there were no parking anywhere on the streets in the 10-15 minutes walking radius and it was in October.
The staff was pleasant and polite. Overall we were satisfied with this hotel for the price we paid.

Overall, this hotel is in a very convenient location in downtown Cassis. Close to many restaurants and the port where you can go on a boat to see the calanques. Unfortunately, due it's placement, there is really no parking. I believe there a couple spaces the hotel has reserved but if they are full, you have to find parking elsewhere. Big hassle but found a spot a few minutes away. The room was pretty small but comfortable. Receptionist was not very helpful about parking. If you want to be right in downtown Cassis, this hotel will meet your needs. However, there are many other hotels within a few minutes walking that are conveniently located too.

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Cassis. Sauf que nous ne savions pas quune boite de nuit etait sous notre balcon ... pas facile de dormir .
Ceci dit , hotel propre , chambre spacieuse et propre.
Nous avons egalement été surpris de voir la femme de ménage dans notre chambre à 13h30 alors que nous avions quittés les lieux à 8h30 ... dans l'ensemble nous avons appréciés tout de meme notre sejour.
