The hotel is well located near the train station and close to the cathedral, however...
If you're arriving by car make sure you receive accurate direction from the hotel as to how to reach the entrance (the street is restricted to buses only...) and to the parking garage.
There's no elevator in the hotel which means that if you arriving with a suitcase you'll need to carry it up (and later down) a steep and narrow staircase.
Our room had faulty lights which made to room rather dark and the hotel wifi wasn't detected on our phones and pc
If all this doesn't bother you, I wouldn't rule it out for a one night stay

This was a great hotel. Cute boutique style. Breakfast was excellent—you should get this one. Staff v friendly. You should pre book parking which we did. A little offsite but 3-5 min walk. Rooms were cute and we enjoyed our time there.

My only negative thing to say is the WiFi was not working in the rooms. It was functioning in the lobby . There was a repairman there all day without success.

Only negative is due to train station, it’s a transient area. Still felt safe, but not as nice as older part of town.

Had problems at check in as no booking on their systems - although had confirmation from Hotels.com- and as the hotel was full they arranged room in sister hotel - part of the same building.
Room was quite small especially as we were travelling with our dog.
Room was clean and a/c helped with the high temperatures.
Parking was in underground car park some distance from hotel.

Our family of four stayed at this hotel in April 2022 to visit Chartres Cathedral. We loved everything about the hotel and the staff! We stayed on a Sunday night and found the area around the hotel to be generally quiet, including Monday morning. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were super helpful and responsive, both during our stay and prior to our stay when we contacted the hotel to inquire about parking. Our room was clean and spacious. The hotel is located near several restaurants and just a short, 5 minute walk from Chartres Cathedral.

The hotel is very conveniently located across from the train station, and is good value for the price. Be warned though that there is not actually a gym in the hotel. I was told I could use the one in the hotel next door for an extra fee. Next time I'll just stay there instead!

Disappointing and expensive.

Staff were absent from desk, then ignored us and other clients. Took 30 minutes just to get car parking sorted. Our reservation for on-site was not honoured - only for tiny cars!! A pass to railway parking building was given.
Room smaller than advertised.
No elevator or help with bags to third floor.
Wifi only reached top of first flight of stairs, not to room.

Beware of hotel

I stayed in July and had a terrible experience. I forgot my wash bag called the next morning to check that they had found it. They said yes I said I would be back in 2 weeks and would collect the wash bag. On return no wash bag was given and there was no acceptance that the wash bag was ever found despite a member of staff ensuring me it was there. This hotel obviously has internal security problems so take care of your belongings when you stay at this hotel.

Following this I was also give a room which had a half eaten burger left on the table in the room.

Pleasant hotel right in the heart of Chartres.

Nice quiet room at the rear of the building which had a clean modern appearance. On site parking is great but quite limited. The hotel is difficult to drive to and is easier if you ignore the No Entry signs.
Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful.

Great service from the staff. Super cute hotel. We stayed on the top floor in well decorated rooms which felt like we walked back in time. The concierge make great food recommendations, and went the extra mile for us when we had a special need. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent service. We were greeted on arrival and, when the receptionist noticed that we had two very big heavy cases, he upgraded us to a lovely room on the first floor - so we didn't have to carry them up to the 3rd floor. Great breakfast too!
So close to the railway station, but so quiet. And, ideal for a short walk to the Cathedrale.

The hotel rooms were very pretty but it's right opposite the train station & the walls are that thin & no double glassing that you could hear the anocements & people opening theor doors and coming & going at 3pm! Lovely bedlinen and comfortable bed. Good new shower room and shower but spoilt by grime on old radiators and pipework. Shower cubicle not cleaned properly. Staff couldn't care less. One of our party was given a shed in the back yard and told it was an upgrade as it had air conditioning. Hotel clearly being refurbished but you can't expect guests to stay in a building site - except they do!

Excellent location, especially for those arriving by train. Very short walk to Cathedral. Rooms are clean and up to date; great shower. I was on third floor and internet not brilliant; also near railway station so choose your room carefully. Breakfast good, but pricy for what it is, I think, but other options close by if you don't want to pay that. Otherwise, as advertised, and generally pleased. I would stay there again.

The staff were very welcoming , spoke English, and check-in was quick and efficient. . We had room 502 which faces the back and is quiet , and which is up only one short flight of stairs . Lovely, modern bathroom with a bath as well as shower. We had thought to go out for breakfast but changed our minds the next morning and were glad we did. It was 9€ but there was a good selection of cereals, yoghurts, fruits, cold meats, cheeses, scrambled egg and bacon, pancakes, toasting breads and jams, croissants and pastries, plus juices, tea, hot chocolate , or coffee. All in all, an excellent place for a short stay.

Excellent, just across the road from both the rail station and the coach stop.Came in from Bercey. Paris.On an evening coach.Up through the town, to the Catherdral n places of interest in a morning.Would have liked to visit the glass museum. But the time constraint was against this.Would come again as i know the way.

Was charged twice by the hotel. They said the hotels.com payment hadn't cleared, and charged me again. After both payments went through and were on my card, I emailed them asking to void one. They never responded.

Also the wifi didn't work.

A great, central, family and dog friendly hotel!

Booked the large room for 4 adults to house our family (2 adults, 2 kids, 1 teen and 2 dogs) for the night so we could experience the amazing light show the town offers every evening from dark. We received a very warm and helpful greeting, and after \"getting by\" in French was able to to communicate fluently in English with the staff as needed. The suite was ample in size with a massive double bed in its own room and a single and an (almost) double sofa bed in a large living area. The bathroom was spacious and clean and looked newly fitted. We didn't have the breakfast as needed to get on our way but it looked lovely and fresh, with lots of choice, and worth the 9€ (half price for kids). We needed to request an extra towel and bedding as the room had only been made up for 3 (despite being the 4 adult room) but this was quickly sorted out without any problem at all. The only thing which could be improved on is the addition of a full length mirror. Other family members are staying next week and we will be returning next year!

Hormis le fait que nous n'ayons qu'une chambre sur les 2 réservées à notre arrivée ( et qu'il n'y avait pas de chauffage...) , tout s'est ensuite bien passé. 2ème chambre dispo à 22h. Literie très confortable dans la suite familiale ( surclassement en raison du désagrément) avec magnifique baignoire. La chambre était de surcroît très au calme. Juste en face de la gare donc très facile d'accès

Le personnel est aimable, la chambre très propre et le petit déjeuner excellent.
Seuls petits bémols : au 2ᵉ étage, nous entendions vers 23h des passages et discussions dans les couloirs (les murs sont un peu fins), et la porte des toilettes se fermait difficilement.
Suffisant pour une nuit, dans l’ensemble un bon séjour malgré ces détails.

Chambre rénovée très confortable mais très différente des photos qui avaient motivé mon choix. Déception donc. Pas de parking pourtant présent ans le descriptif. Des détails à corriger: escalier d'accès sinistre, tablette ou panier absent pour poser les matériels dans la salle de bain et la douche. Bon petit déjeuner. Localisation excellente pour visiter le centre ville et la cathédrale.

Des lors qu'on ne peut quasiment pas se stationner dehors il faut impérativement réserver une place de parking sinon il faudra aller dans les parkings payants autour.

la chambre 2 est située après la salle de petit déjeuner loin de l'escalier principal et des autres chambres. Triste impression de ne par faire partie de l'hôtel. C'est une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite, la douche à l'italienne avec les toilettes à coté. Une fois la douche prise, tout est mouillé. Le lavabo trop petit et sans lumière , celle-ci est dans votre dos. Pour mettre ses lentilles ou se maquiller, c'est compliqué! point positif le personnel agréable. le photos \"publicité \" n'a rien à voir avec celle de notre chambre! trop cher pour la prestation

Réservation samedi le 11/02/2023 pour une nuit et imprévu de dernière minute . Je me déplace même pour les prévenir et de savoir si il est possible de remettre au week-end prochain . ET LA ! rien juste perdu 130 € avec petit déjeuner pas un geste commercial rien Juste \"on sait rein faire\". Mais ils ont su prendre l'argent! Ca c'est bon !!! Je suis très déçu de l'établissement et du comportement du gérant ...
J'attend un geste de l'hôtel ... pour un avis éventuellement positif.
Je n' hésiterai pas a faire votre pub et c'est bien dommage des réactions pareil.
