Front desk friendly, staff helping moving bags to room. Request a room service and they accomplished in time.Morning breakfast are excellent for free. Coffee butter jam french bread fruit scramble egg and fried rice.

Staying at this Guesthouse was a wonderful experience. The staff are incredible, they treated us so well. We appreciated the time they spent talking to us, the arrangements they made for us to visit Angkor Wat, the delicious breakfast they served. It was amazing.

The staff was great and everyone was very friendly. The hotel was \"Adequate\" though basic. My room was ok - it had a fan, a bathroom and a bed. The furniture was a bit degraded and I was told the hotel is in the process of refurbishing. What made the stay pleasant was the staff.

My home away from home

Green Park Village Guesthouse is so much more than a hotel. It's like your home away from home, complete with a sweet family atmosphere that makes your visit even more enjoyable. Champa and the rest of the staff work around the clock to provide you with everything you need...a sumptuous breakfast, a personal tuk-tuk driver for wherever you need to go, sight-seeing advice and services...anything! My room view offered glorious sunrises every morning followed by breakfast on an open deck (great wi-fi) adorned with flowering plants--even an orchid! A huge local outdoor/indoor market is a short walk away---a great way to see how Cambodians live and a sensory explosion of colors, sights, and aromas. The hotel offers a free daily tuk-tuk drive to the old market where you can find shopping, spas, and every kind of restaurant food imaginable. I highly recommend the $1.50 frozen margaritas at Viva, a Mexican restaurant and great place to people-watch. For what you pay, this hotel offers one of the best travel deals I've ever experienced in my almost 50 years of international travel. I intend to return again and again.

Great hotel for the price!!

Staff were very helpful, just a short ride to the town centre and other attractions. There's a bakery just outside the hotel, other than that it's a bit of a ride to the shops unless you use the local street food market.
It's defiantly not the best hotel I've ever stayed in but for the really cheap price you can't complain. They even offer 1 free tuk tuk ride a day, which we used to go to the airport on the last day so saved even more money.

Quiet Hotel off a bust Street

Fairly good experience overall. Hotel is down an alleyway off the street with no outside grounds. Breakfast is served onopen air deck across alleywayup some fairly steep stairs from alley. Same everyday - rice, well done scrambled eggs, stir fry pork & bread : pineapple & bananas. Usually cold - buffet style.
Rooms basic but large size , small TV with some English channels (cable - that was a treat ) , A/C & and clean.
My only complaint was no where comfortable to sit in reception lounge area - furniture all heavy wood pieces witd big dining table & chairs around it
Staff very nice and try hard to please , but little ENGLISH is spoken so it’s a bit difficult. Free pick- up from bus station , tuk tuk drive into central market daily & tuk tuk to airport when leaving all a big plus.

Fantastic Hotel

Fantastic stay here! The owners couldn't do enough for us, from providing free bicycles to get to town, free tuk tuks within a certain distance and booking our tours and onward travel to Bangkok.
Really quiet location tucked off the main road and relaxed feel to the place. We spent a great 3 nights here and would recommend to anyone visiting Siem Reap.

Fantastic Budget Guesthouse

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights. We were first impressed by the friendliness of the staff. From the moment we walked through the doors until the moment we left they were always ready, willing and able to help if we needed it. Our room was a budget room but was immaculately clean with a comfortable bed and an AC and wifi that both worked like a dream. There was also a fridge to keep our water icy cold. Breakfast was included and was more than plentiful for our large appetites, featuring a fruit salad of pineapple and banana and then your choice of 8 or so entrees that came with not one but two baguettes, as well as your choice of coffee, tea or lemon water. Coffee and tea were available free all day. The staff told us that we could have our room cleaned daily but that anytime should we wish, we could not have it cleaned and just get toilet paper and our 2 waters at the front desk. We appreciated this as we are not high maintenance and prefer to be environmentally friendly and use the same towel for several days. Their laundry service is quiet reasonable at $1/kg and was same day service. Once a day at the time of your choosing you get a free ride downtown. A return trip is just $2 or you can walk as we did some days for the sights and exercise. The tuktuk can also be rented for trips to Angkor Wat as we did, twice Just make sure the driver tells you each time there might be an added price.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The staff is very helpful and there is a free remorque ride into town. They found a nice guide and remorque driver for us to see Angkor Wat at a reasonable price. Good breakfast. Bed comfortable.

Nice service. Caring staff. Comfy big single beds. Clean but old. Air conditioning works in some rooms ... Sort of. Hole in our bathtub but still usable. Breakfast was OK. Very Smokey neighborhood and busy street very close. We moved hotels due to poor air quality in the area. Free bikes are quite poorly maintained. Overall a good budget hotel.

Great place, avoid the restaurant as the food takes a very long time to arrive. Lovely room with a bang which was a treat! Opt for air con! Bedding was a bit poor, hard pillow and my sheet was literally a towel in a duvet cover. Overall a nice place to stay :)

Amazing stay!

We loved our stay in this hotel.
It is a very pleasant hotel with a restaurant, bar, free tea and coffee, and lots of local information.
Our room was spacious and comfortable.
The staff here are extremely helpful, and we booked the nicest tuk-tuk driver ever for Angkor Wat through them.
I will definitely stay here if I visit Siem Reap again!

Great welcome and helpful staff. Location was out of town, we borrowed the hotel bikes and it was a good 20 mins cycling to the centre. Good restaurant on ground floor with cheap, tasty food but the staff here aren't very prompt. Room was a good size, aircon was efficient, bathroom decent size.

Nice hotel, but not a great location.

The hotel is very nice, our room was big and perfectly clean and it was a luxury to have a bathtub as well as a shower. The breakfast was OK - bread with jam or peanut butter and a few cooked noodle and rice dishes although we avoided these as they were always cold so we weren't sure how fresh they were. The free pick up and drop off was a nice bonus. The location isn't great, there are no restaurants or bars nearby so you have to get a tuk tuk everywhere. Staff were friendly enough.

A fun, family run hotel and safe.

I enjoyed my stays immensely. Altogether l have, spent eight weeks, at this hotel. You must not use your first impressions. If you are on a budget, remember that thisis a budget hotel.not the ritz for goodness sake. Ask for Mr Sam. Is all l can say?

for me it was a good place, to stay. l stopped at other hotels in the region,but when the power goes, a more expensive hotel is no better than a cheap hotel if they do not have a genorater? to make their own electric, this hotel has one. air conditioning needs power.it would help if they had a covered pool.

the security is terrible! the room door can simply be opened without using key!
the staffs are very poor in English and some of them quite rude! (especially that old lady)
we request our breakfast before we going for angkor wat sunset, we just require few bread instead of complex breakfast but they failed to prepare for us although they promise to us!
the breakfast everyday is the same!! bored of it!!
some of the stuff are not honest, this is because in the first day the staff told us we will be served a free breakfast but after that he collect $4 ($2 per person) from us! (may be they just want to make more money)
IF YOU WANT A PLEASANT JOURNEY, TRY TO AVOID HERE.

It IS that good!

I booked this hotel solely on reviews I read. And I am pleased that I did. The staff (Som) was helpful, calm and made everything happen for the visitors. The breakfast is really good ! I also ordered food a few times from the restaurant and it was yummy. The tuk tuk rides into town are pretty cool (free). I liked that the hotel was away from the noise yet close enough to access by tuk tuk. The staff dont pressure you into using them for tours or anything. I applaud Som - who did his best everyday to ensure everyone was comfortable. My best stay in the 5 weeks I toured around for sure. Bestest value for your money :)

Out of the way hotel that's a nice little break from the busy busy streets. Comfortable air conditioned rooms with English movie channels. Very quiet in the rooms. Very, very busy in the courtyard and breakfast area. Breakfast is pretty awful - dirty utensils, instant coffee - blech. Skip the food here and the hotel is great.

Possibly the dodgiest area in Siem Reap, my partner and I both love Siem Reap and have stayed at quite a few hotels here. However this hotel was very rough, the area was not good, and we didn't really venture out as everyone aroun the area looked very intimidating. Cheap, but you get what you pay for. Also, a Tuktuk driver outside the hotel (not from the hotel staff) warned us to lock thins up in our room as there re quite a few druggies in the area - including staff - not really what you want to hear when you've jut checked in ....

Really nice hotel with staff that will do anything

Felt like luxury for the little money we paid but I think that's standard for Cambodia. Was a little out of town which was sometimes frustrating when trying to get a tuk tuk home but didn't mind too much as hotel tuk tuks drop you to town for free. Also hired tuk tuk from hotel to and around ankor wat for $12 for 2 people.

Very good customer service, quick responses and they never forgot about our arrangement of trip and request.

Room was comfy and clean. However power supply was unstable during our stay. It didn't bother us much as the room was quite cool without air cond.

Convenient to ride bicycle to temple visit but other transport is needed to go to town.

Vi stannade 2 nätter. Ingen städning, men man kunde få de om man ville. Renligheten var helt okej. För priset är det ett bra ställe. Trevlig personal. Ligger lite långt från centrum så det är ett minus. Frukosten var helt okej, fanns rostat bröd smör och sylt. Sedan två varma alternativ tex omelett och nudlar.

部屋数も多く、繁忙期だったこともあると思いますが、対応が面倒そうだったり投げやりな態度が多かったのが残念でした。
寝具はシーツが一枚しかなく、いくら暑い国だとは言え12月だと夜は涼しいので、ちょっと心もとないのでは？という感じでした。
タオルも1枚、アメニティも石鹸と歯ブラシのみ、ルームクリーニングも頼んだときだけ、という内容でした。
Wifiも結構遅いときが多く使いにくかったです。
ツアーやドライバーさんの手配等もしてくれるらしいのですが、あまりオープンではなくもったいないと感じました。
積極的にいろいろ聞いてみたりコミュニケーションをとるといいと思います。

とにかく従業員の方の対応が素晴らしかった。
昼、夜の食事にも対応してくれるし、ツアーの手配もしてくれる他、日本人の奥さんが何かと気にかけてくれるので、リラックスした旅ができました。
受付の女の子や、トゥクトゥクのドライバーとも、とても良い交流ができ、思い出に残る旅行になりました。

It was a nice guest house. Everything is fine. Staffs are so kind and friendly. Breakfast is OK. Clean room. It is located far from downtown, but the guesthouse offered free oneway tuktuk service and you can rent a free bicycle. I am sure I will stay same guesthouse next time.

初めてのカンボジアでした。遺跡や街の散策はとても興味深く、楽しかったです。しかし何より、このゲストハウスでとてもあたたかく、優しくフレンドリーなスタッフの皆さんにお会いできたことがとても良い思い出です。カンボジアが大好きになりました。食堂のご飯もとても美味しかったです。すぐ近くの地元の人向けのマーケットで、人々の生活の様子を見れます。ぜひまた行きたいです。本当にありがとうございました。

スタッフが親切で滞在中に困ることがない

空港からゲストハウスへの往復送迎が無料で付いています。空港では、緑のボードに名前を書いて、税関から到着ホールへの出口の所で待っていてくれました。直ぐに見つけられます。

少し距離はあるけど、アンコール遺跡群のチケット売り場に比較的近いのでこの宿に泊まりました。
観光は、無料の自転車を借りて遺跡群を回るも良し。ホテルのスタッフに行きたい場所を伝えて、トゥクトゥクで回るも良し。トゥクトゥクは、事前に決めた行き先にも寄りますが、近場の半日コース15$、遠出の1日コース25$くらいで回ってくれました。

FAN付きの部屋に泊まりました。天井で回る強力な扇風機が付いており、エアコンなしの部屋でも快適です。お風呂は、バスタブ付きで、シャワーのお湯も強力に出ます。

近くには夜になると食事の屋台も出て1〜2$で食べれ、不自由しません。

ゲストハウスのスタッフはとても親切で、滞在中に困ることはありません。

Nous avons hésité avant de réserver cet hotel en raison de différents commentaires relatifs à l emplacement, aux équipements proposes etc...
Au regard du tarif, nous avons trouvé que tout était correct. La chambre est propre, certes il n y a pas de superflu mais pour le prix je ne m attendais pas à du grand luxe.
Le personnel a ete très accueillant, serviable et disponible.

住みたくなるようなホテル

とても快適に滞在でき、シェムリアップ自体も良い街なので住みたくなってしまったほどです。以下の点が特に良かったです。

Amazing budget hotel in Siem Reap

Very nice place to stay on a budget, would 100% recommend! Room very clean, light and rather spacious with a (little old) TV. The staff was available 24/7 and super helpful and more than friendly with whatever needs we had. You get a free Tuk Tuk ride to the town once a day and good breakfast, which is awesome for the low price you pay. There’s also a very big balcony from which you can watch the sunset. Would definitely come back, thanks for the great service!

シェムリアップの街の中心にある、ゲストハウスです。奥様が日本人で、細かいところまで行き届いた清潔な部屋でした。スタッフの方も皆さんフレンドリーです。カンボジアなので、温かいお湯は難しい時もあります。ぜひまた泊まりたいし、友達にも勧めたいゲストハウスです。

全て手配できとてもストレスフリーでした。

日本人の奥さんもとても親切で

自転車に乗って「疲れた〜」と帰ってきた時

スタッフの皆さんが親切で、困ったことがあった時に親身になって対応して下さいました。
ホテルのトゥクトゥクドライバーの方にもシェムリアップの名所にたくさん送って頂き、とても満足のいく観光をすることができました。ぜひアンコールワットのコース周遊をおすすめします。
朝食も無料にも関わらず、ボリュームがあり美味しかったです。
アメニティは歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉、櫛、石鹸、タオルがありました。シャンプーやリンス、洗顔料などは無いので持参した方が良いです。
部屋にはクーラーが無くシーリングファンのみでしたので、クーラーが無いと駄目な方は他のホテルを選択した方が良いと思います。

ダウンタウンからは離れるが、ゲストハウス専属のトゥクトゥクで無料でダウンタウンまで送ってくれる。
帰路は時間を伝えておけば迎えもしてくれます。
無料のレンタル自転車も有り、ロケーションの悪さは感じませんでした。

저렴하고 짐깐 머물기에 괜찮았다.

밤 12시 씨엠립에 도착해서 아침 비행기로 프놈펜을 가야하는 일정이었다. 5~6시간 쉴 수 있는 저렴하고 호텔 셔틀을 운영해 주는 곳이 필요해서 그린
파크 빌리지 게스트하우스를 선택했다. 가격대비 시설, 음식도 좋았다.

フレンドリーなホテル

2泊3日で滞在しました。
暑い時期でしたが、エアコンと扇風機完備のため部屋の温度は快適でした。ホテルの従業員の方々はフレンドリーで、メールの返信が早かったり、カップ麺を作るのを手伝ってくれたり、とても気さくに接していただけました。
また、紹介していただいたトゥクトゥクのドライバーの人がとてもいいガイドをしてくれました。ボッタクリの多い国なので心配していたのですが、料金も相場程度だったので安心して満足度の高い観光ができました。
