It is kind of out of the way, not by the other hotels You even go down a short dirt road. However, it is a nice quaint hotel. Very clean and homey. The owner and his family was welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The pool was a nice addition. A good price for a nice stay.

The staff was friendly but the facility does not match what the pictures looked like and has not been maintained. After 10 mins in the room, I had to book another hotel. My son and I arrived around 11pm after delayed flights. The room had a dank, musty smell but I thought it could go away once I turned on the AC. We went to wash our hands in the bathroom and there was no soap or hand towel or even washcloth. The faucet sprayed water out at us rather than downward. After the general uncleanliness this gave off I checked the bed. Under both the pillow and again pulling back the bed sheet there were bedbugs jumping around. I would not recommend.

Not as advertised.

The staff were amazing, super friendly and very helpful when it came to setting up transportation and excursions. When I gave my Initial three point review I noted that I was not happy with the hotels location. Another hotel that wasn’t exactly as advertised on booking.com. The manager got very pushy about wanting me to change my review as “everyone could see my poor review” but aside from this once incident the staff were great.
Laundry service was cheap and we got it back same day. Which was very nice.
Half the menu was unavailable and the included breakfast was ok but definitely not great.
The pool was small but welcome and refreshing after dealing with the heat all day.
I feel bad for the staff for writing this review because these are Points they have no control over changing. But it is what it is and as friendly as they were I would not stay there again.

It was amazing 😉 mainly the staffs were so soft and helpful as if we are their family.Its very quit and peaceful and the location is also good so i prefer other guest to stay here no doubt you guys wont regrate it. We stayed for three days and it was so fabulous ✌✌✌

Middle of the Road

We started off the trip on a bad foot, my ride was 2.5 hours late picking me up from the airport because of “miscommunication.” The room is dated, the bathroom showing the worst wear. The shower got nice and hot, but had no pressure (and I mean NO pressure) and was very old. It's definitely not what I would call a 4-star hotel. The bed is firm, but that didn't surprise me, as I'm used to the beds of Asia, but the pillows were nice.

The pool was very nice after long, hot days of touring. They have tuk-tuks available when you want to go places, because the location is not ideal. At night, you can hear what all the other guests are doing outside, unfortunately I was staying at the same time as a large, rather noisy group, but it's mostly a quiet and relaxing spot.

I only had one breakfast and one dinner at the hotel “restaurant” and was underwhelmed. Breakfast was white bread, a couple eggs and fruit. Meh. I had a bland curry dinner. It was okay, but lacking that flavor I wanted (I think they may have under-spiced because I'm white).

Overall, it's okay, but I'm definitely not raving about it. I got a good deal and it was decent. It’s isolated, if that's what you're looking for, and it's cheap.

Sweet gem in local neighborhood

This sweet little property is a real gem in a local neighborhood. Steven was an exceptional host full of grace and willingness to accommodate our every need. Our driver, “D”, was also exceptional! Friendly, kind and patient. Pool area was relaxing. Food was flavorful. Highly recommended for an intimate stay.

Great spot in a back street

I enjoyed the clean and well designed modern rooms. Their courtyard is beautify up-kept. The American style breakfast was just okay (I'm not in Asia to eat American). Staff were very helpful. Bathroom did have smell to it. Very friendly tuk-tuk drivers they employ as well. I wish they would have let me check in before wanting to have me make decisions on excursions (felt a little pressured there).

Nice hotel for the price paid

The hotel is nice for the price paid. But the staff is a bit pushy for tours because he said since the airport pick up is free, it's better to give job to the driver so they can get paid.
I didn't like being pushed. Other than that overall experience is good.

Reveal Angkor Boutique Hotel

Once you've managed to find it, this hotel is quiet and provides most facilities a traveller would need. The staff were friendly, the meals OK, although they really need to work on a varied breakfast offering providing a choice of food. The internet worked OK and the pool was nice.
In my opinion it's probably slightly on the expensive side for the product they offer, but the hotel shouldn't be the highlight of a trip to Siem Reap should it? All in all and OK experience. Definitely not bad, but not brilliant either.

great spot to stay, perfect for couples

This hotel is in a quiet location near the centre of Siem Reap. The staff are excellent and the hotel provided tuk tuk is cheap to access. The pool is excellent the room also and food options are simple but adequate. This is a family fun concern and Kou and his wife Teng and staff will do anything to help make your stay in Siem Reap memorable.

Away from the traffic, and good service

Hotels. com didn't want to accept that i write some of the employees name, but the service we got from the staff that greeted us was great and our tuk tuk driver was super took us to some local place to drink ice coffee after we asked him if he could do, we also use him to take is around to see everything and he offered free ice cold water so very good :) the manager arranged so we got picked up from the bus station driver with a sign with our name waited us and took us straight to the hotel . overall the stay was super and we want to come back again and the staff S, you were great thank you for your superb service :) :) next time we will bring our daughter.

Do not book this hotel!

We arrived late at night. The room they gave us had a terrible smell. The second one also had a bad smell. The third room was ok so we just accepted it in the end. The bathroom is horrendous and the water pressure is non-existent! I've never stayed in such a bad place and I was quite upset to see them selling as boutique.
The breakfast is the same thing everyday: eggs, eggs, eggs.
The location is not great at all. There is NO way you can walk freely at night. You need to hire a tuk-tuk so it is not convenient close to the centre even though when you look in the map it might seem so.
We have two good things o say about this hotel: Our tuk-tuk driver, Seth, was amazing! He made our trip to Angkor the best experience ever! And the salt water swimming pool was great after a long day at the temples.
Although those two things were good, I can not recommend this hotel to anyone and would never stay there again...not even for free!

Very attentive and friendly hotel staff

Very attentive and friendly hotel staff. Steven is especially helpful. However, there is a foul smell emitting from the floor trap in the shower area. Not due to uncleanliness in the room but likely caused by the compromised waste disposal of the city. Perhaps staying on the higher floor may help.

Lovely Stay - would stay again

An interesting niche hotel in a town dominated by huge group hotels and lots of cheap and grotty places. This one is small, comfortable, well run and super friendly. It isn't grand but the rooms are of international standard with a/c, Minibar, free wifi, quality bedding although the bathrooms could do with brightening up a bit. It really is a little oasis - a cute garden with a peaceful swimming pool. It IS a bit off the beaten track and down a back lane but don't be put off. The locals are friendly and a tuk tuk into town takes about 6 mins and only costs 2 dollars. If you want lots of big hotels facilities, and like noisy tour groups DON'T come here. If you are an experienced traveller and not fazzed by being tucked away down a little lane with the locals AND want a genuine Boutique hotel THIS is your place.

Not worth it.

Bottom line - for similar prices, we got a much better hotel in the Siem Reap area.

The hotel is located in a very odd location - we had to pass some sewage to arrive there, but once inside the hotel grounds it seems like a nice hotel! However...

We went to sleep in our room on the first floor and woke to house gecko sounds in the room. We also had many bugs and mosquitos in the room. After examining the room, we saw that the door was not sealed (there were cracks in the top and bottom of the door). We also saw gecko droppings on the ledge above the bed, and droppings above the wardrobe (we examined them by flashlight). It seemed that the geckos were living in the room.

Late that night, I asked for a room change. We were moved to another room on the first floor. We were again awakened by geckos making noise in the room. In the morning, I brought these issues to the manager who was present and he said that they usually put the europeans in the top floor as they are more comfortable there, and there are fewer bugs and geckos there. So the hotel stereotypes people who are Asian or Indian? This didn't sit well.

We checked out and went to another hotel. For the price, I did not appreciate the unsanitary condition of the room that we found (specifically, lots of bugs and lizard droppings) as well as being put in the bottom floor because I am of indian descent.

Great Niche Hotel

Once you have found the hotel, down a few back roads you find an oasis in the middle of Siem Reap. OK, the night life is a tuc-tuc away but the hotel setting and pool area more than make up for that. The staff could not have been more helpful and the room was immaculate. Thoroughly recommend this small but excellent hotel.

The best kept secret hotel in Siem Reap!

The management couple is very professional and go out of their way to make the stay exceptional. They are in the hotel business (not with this establishment though) for some 20 years, so they know very well about providing services (especially to vacationing travelers that value their $s worth, away from cheep touristic and noisy attractions). The swimming pool is one of the best we have tried. We enjoyed the salty water that felt very natural against the skin, and the tranquility it provided after a whole day out at the temples. Would surely stay there again, only to experience the pool once more!

Very comfortable; a bit off the beaten path

Reveal Angkor is a bit off the beaten path so quiet enough to relax if you want to get away from the busy downtown area. The downside is that you'll end up eating at the hotel as very little if anything within walking distance. We were the only people eating dinner on 2 of the 3 nights we stayed but food was actually quite good. Service was also very, ah, let's say \"attentive.\" The owners or staff hovered over the table most of the time. When they did back off, it was about 10 feet to stand behind the bar and stare at our table all night. This was a bit annoying but in reality they were trying to be helpful in case we needed anything. They certainly had best of intentions.

Huone parvekkeella mukavan kokoinen. Hotelli rauhallisella alueella kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Huoneessa tarvittavat palvelut, paitsi ei sandaaleita. Englannin -kielitaitoinen vastaanotto ja avulias henkilökunta. Hyvä ruoka ( illallinen). Aamiainen hyvä, mutta usein myöhemmin moni lajike loppunut. Mukava uima- allas, puhdas vesi ja miellyttävä alue. Välillä meluista, jos paljon muita asiakkaita. Talossa ei hissiä.

Disappointing hotel

Reception staff attitude was generally good, despite the hotel hardware was very disappointing. The hotel is misgraded as a 4-stars because of the following reasons:
1. Shower pressure as low as hand-washing tap water. The staff said this was normal for the wing that we stayed, and we would need to pay extra if we wanted to change to the other wing of hotel.
2. Towels were worn and stained. Holes were found on towels too and blood stain was found on bed sheet.
3. Lack of shower gel/ shampoo/ bottle water replenishment. That night we went back to the room and found the room door was unlocked, we guess the cleaner forgot to lock after cleaning. After checking nothing was missed, I went to shower and, in the middle of my shower, I found the cleaner did not replenish any shower gel and shampoo! I needed to ask my roommate to get some from the reception and I just waited in the bathroom with my wet body.
4. Drainage system in the bathroom failed to drain effectively and you would found the toilet flood after shower. Again, the staff claimed that was normal.
5. Breakfast choice and portion were very limited. Big guys like me would never be filled after the breakfast. The hotel refused to provide more.
6. Hotel location was remote and more lighting system was required both in house and on the way out. Be aware of abandoned dogs if you choose to walk back to the hotel.

Excelente estadía

Excelente estadía. El personal del hotel fue muy atento en todo momento, siempre preocupados de nuestro bienestar.
El hotel es muy acogedor, con un servicio de desayuno personalizado, area de piscina muy linda y en cada habitacion un pequeño lugar externo privado.
Nos recogieron en el aeropuerto libre de cargo y durante los tres días que estuvimos se nos asigno un empleado con su TUC TUC a nuestra disposicion las 24 hs.
Destaco a PON LEU el chofer de nuesro TUC TUC, siempre bien dispuesto y con una sonrisa para todos nuestros requerimientos.
El dia que llegamos nos ofrecieron un programa para los tres días muy bien diagramado.
Altamente recomendable el hotel

정말비추해요

가기전에 호텔측과 컨택이 잘 되어서 걱정없이 갔는데 체크인하고 객실보여주기전에 투어부터 판매하려고해서 기분이 좋지 않았습니다. 설명이 너무 길어져 내일까지 말해주겠다했으나 마주칠때마다 투어얘기해서 결국 다음날 아침에 투어신청했습니다. 선셋과 일출포함 스몰투어하여 두가지 예약했는데 선셋은 기존에 약속했던 3시에 만났으나 호텔로 다시 데려가 4시반까지 쉬고 나와서 가자하여 그렇게했으나 프놈바켕말고 이상한곳 데려가 관리인이 6시도 되기전에 입장마감한다고 나가라하여 결국 선셋투어 망치고 그날 투어 종료되었습니다. 다만 툭툭기사님은 정말 친절하셨어요

투어퀄리티나 영업적인 태도는 그러려니해도 청결이 엉망이였습니다. 침구류에는 뭔지모를 얼룩이 있었고 화장실은 들어가자마자 하수도냄새로 너무 역했어요
냄새가 너무 심해 호텔에 얘기해서 다음날 투어끝나고 돌아왔을때 조금 나아진듯했으나 곧 다시 악취가 났습니다. 세면대 및 샤워기 물은 양치질 못할정도로 심하게 철냄새 나서 머무르는 내내 생수사서 씻고 양치질 했네요
캄보디아 수질이 별로라해서 그런가보다 했는데 여행내내 식당이나 카페에서 사용했던 화장실 및 세면대 물에서는 그렇게 심한냄새가 안나더라구요
결국 마지막날 밤에 맛사지받고 샵에서 다 씻고 숙소에서는 안씻었습니다.
펍스트릿은 너무 시끄러울것같아 일부러 살짝 떨어진 조용한 곳으로 왔는데 심각할정도로 너무 별로였습니다.
체크아웃하는날은 공항드롭 요청했더니 추가금액 요구하길래 공항픽업드롭 모두 제공하는것으로 알고있다 하니까 자기네는 픽업만 된다며 돈을 요구하더군요 그것도 일반 툭툭가격보다 더 비싸게..
호텔스닷컴 예약확인서 확인해보니 프리 라운드트립이라고 명시되어있어서 호텔측에 보여주며 물어보니 그제서야 왕복이 맞다고 하네요
여행자체는 너무 좋았으나 숙소가 특히 화장실 상태때문에 별로 안좋은 기억으로 남을것같습니다.
정말 비추합니다

Bra ställe, lugnt och fridfullt.

Mycket fint boende och rent och snyggt. Trevlig trädgård.
Det låg lite avsides ca 20 min promenad från centrum men kambodia är ju inte ett dyrt land så man kunde ju alltid ta en tuc-tuc eller motorcykel hem på kvällen för en dollar eller två.

Hotelli sijatsi hieman syrjässä keskustasta. Kulku hotelille hieman huonokuntoisia katuja pitkin, mutta tuktukilla pääsee ja myös kävellen tuli käytyä keskustassa. Ruoka oli hyvää muuten, mutta aamupala oli vähän kehno.

フレンドリーなスタッフのいる隠れ家的ホテル

繁華街から離れているので、とても静かで落ち着いた環境。スタッフは皆笑顔でフレンドリー。慌ただしくアクティブに過ごすというより、落ち着いた環境でのんびりと過ごしたい人におすすめ。午前〜昼過ぎまで観光をして、午後はプールサイドでのんびり、という過ごし方が最高。繁華街から離れているため移動にはトゥクトゥクが必要だが、常にスタッフが気を配って手配をしてくれる。英語が不安な人も、日本語が堪能なスタッフ、スティーブンがいる為安心出来ると思う。滞在中は全ての手配を行ってくれるので、安心して滞在が出来る。トゥクトゥクのドライバーさんも英語が堪能な為、意思の疎通がスムーズ。規模の小さいホテルなので、細やかな気配りが嬉しい。ここでの滞在の一番の良さはスタッフの笑顔とフレンドリーさ。スタッフの笑顔が一番の癒しになる。初めてのカンボジアがここのホテルのおかげでとても良い思い出になった。

Una experiencia auténtica

El hotel es estupendo, con muy buen trato de sus empleados en especial de Steven, siempre muy dispuestos a ayudar y accesibles. El acceso ha de hacerse en tuc-tuc pues la calle es de tierra, pero eso hace de la experiencia algo aún más auténtico. Tienen servicio gratuito de recogida y retorno al aeropuerto. Dentro del hotel las instalaciones son muy cómodas y de auténtico regusto camboyano.

Wir sind \"Wiederholungstäter\". Auch nach unserem zweiten Aufenthalt können wir das Reveal Angkor uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wer ein familär geführtes Hotel mit einem tollem Services sucht, ist hier genau richtig: Gepflegte Zimmer, toller Pool in einem schönen Garten, persönlicher Tuk-Tuk Service (Danke Sat!), leckeres Essen. Es wird auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen und in jeder Situation geholfen. Sollte es uns in der Zukunft noch einmal nach Siem Reap \"verschlagen\", würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder das Reveal Angkor wählen.

We loved this hotel. Right from the start and the welcome drinks. The space is very nice, the hotel properly managed and the staff is very good in suggesting and arranging excursions as well as in giving useful tips. The swimming pool is delicious. We highly recommend Mr. Jam, their professional and cordial tuk tuk driver!

Nice quiet place with great service!

A very friendly Tuk Tuk driver named \"Z\" picked us up at the airport and took us to the hotel. At first we were a bit surprised because the area around the hotel didn’t seem like the best but at soon as we arrived we discovered a little oasis in there.

A very beautiful garden and a nice salt water pool. Also very quiet and not too big so you can get to know the other guests.
Steven, one of the Hotel Staff, welcomed us in a warm way and offered us a package of tours to the Angkor Archeological Park and a boat tour with one of their Tuk Tuk drivers. That was really neat and you didn’t have to worry about organising it yourself.

Turned out that \"Z\" now was some kind of our personal Tuk Tuk driver! He was very nice and helpful with good tips and always worried about our well-being. Our suggestion: Ask for “Z\" for your Tuk Tuk driver, he is the best! We also exchanged Facebook contacts to plan our evening activities.

Food and drinks were also good and the room were clean and very comfortable with AC. We had a room in the ground floor, so we enjoyed some of our time at our little terrace with table and chairs. We also had dinner two times on our Terrace which was very nice.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful time there. We would come back for sure.

宿のオーナー、スタッフとも大変親切です。トゥクトゥクの手配などもスムーズです。遺跡以外のおすすめも提案してくれます。宿は住宅地にありますが、パブストリートまで徒歩15～20分（宿のトゥクトゥクで片道2ドル）、国道6号線まででるとスーパーマーケットやATMがあります。宿で開催される料理教室は大変おすすめです！ローカルマーケットでの買い物をしカンボジアの代表的なサラダ、メイン、デザートをシェフと作ります。レストランのフィッシュアモックもぜひ食べてみてください。パブストリートのレストランより美味しいです。大変アットホームでくつろげる宿です。

Great price but not close to Pub street /night mkt

Room is great but bathroom is overly simple(the water heating unit), service is great, pool is small but good. Breakfast is nice (sausage, egg, toast, coffee, juice)
Good for staying without going out. The distance is only 10-15 min walking to downtown but not easy to walk on dirt or muddy road. $2 each way for Tuk Tuk to take you is what I did.

Great service, great stay

Our stay at Reveal Angkor Boutique Hotel was great! The staff is very nice and helpful! The atmosphere was great and the room was very comfortable. The only downside was the flooded Street in front of the hotel (during the complete 5 night stay in September) which made it impossible to reach the hotel by foot. All in all the stay was highly recommendable.

Sehr schönes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Hotel in einer ruhigen Gegend von Siem Reap. Der Garten und der Pool sind großartig. Das Personal und die Besitzer sind super freundlich und waren bei allen Angelegenheiten (Ausflüge, Transfer usw.) sehr hilfsbereit und auch kompetent. Besonders hervorzuheben ist hier unser Tuk-Tuk Fahrer Sath. Einfach Großartig!!!! Die Ausflüge zu den Tempeln waren klasse!

El hotel es pequeño pero super lindo. Lo mejor es la calidad de su atención y su increible piscina. Aunque se encuentra un poco alejado del centro en una zona donde no hay nada y es dificil acceder caminando ofrece un servicio gratuito de traslado desde el aeropuerto. Este mismo luego oficia de Taxi para hacer excursiones ir al centro o de regreso al aeropuerto. Nuestro Conductor Mr Sath lo mejor! Nos levó a lugares tipicos para comer, nos esperaba y siempre con excelente predisposición. Esto hizo que no se notara la distancia del hotel al centro. Excelente servicio y atención. La noche que llegamos comimos ahi mismo y muy rica la comida, super casera y tipica de Cambodia.

Zauberhaftes Hotel versteckt in Siem Reap

Mein Aufenthalt im Reveal war einfach nur wunderbar. Familiengeführt von zwei sehr aufmerksamen Gastgebern. Alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und haben mich mit Namen begrüßt. Außerdem hat sich das Hotel um die Tagesausflüge zu den Tempeln rund um Angkor Wat gekümmert. Sie kooperieren mit eigenen Tuktuk-Fahrern, was sehr angenehm war. Und man wird kostenlos vom Flughafen Siem Reap abgeholt, wenn man das vorher mit dem Hotel vereinbart. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
