This is an enchanting hotel in Siem Reap that is staffed with quality and attentive staff. The room is bright, It feels relaxing. The decor is elegant and clean. They pay attention to detail.

The food (reasons dinner) are excellent.

There is a swimming pool and a small outdoor bar that is perfect for rejuvenate hiking and touring the temples.

I would return and stay here again. I will suggest that family and friends coming stay here too. This hotel and staff made a good visit great.

Lovely spacious room on the ground floor surrounded by garden so you hardly recognized you were in a resort. Beautiful infinity pool with excellent pool side service. Great staff at reception organised English speaking tour guides and driver that made our Siem Reap experience memorable. Dining staff lovely with yummy breakfast to start the day. Easy stroll into Pub street action where we spent every night.

Main advantages: excellent amenities (including the restaurant), large rooms with elegant furnishings, convenient location right by the river - perfect for exploring the city by walk. Arrived and immediately sat my things down to go out. Arrived back late. Ac never worked. I called the front desk 4 times, wrote messages through Expedia. Nothing helped. Stayed up the entire night sweating, took 3 showers. It was cooler outside. In the morning a super nice lady did offer me a massage for free as recompense. I refused. I wouldn’t have held it against them if they had just moved me to a different room or said hey we can’t fix it (I would have went out). EVERYTHING else was great. Friend had a room down the hall and his experience was different.

Such a beautiful hotel and the friendliest staff. I loved this hotel. It was close to the town and easy for tours to pick us up from and many restaurants around but still quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was also so delicious. The best part was definitely the staff though! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and treated us very well. Great hotel - very highly recommended! Great hotel in the center of Siem Reap

This hotel is a gem in the middle of Siem Reap. It is within walking distance to the night market and pub street, and centrally located in case you are being picked up for tours. The staff was very welcoming and did everything they could to make our stay better. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfy, and the pool was awesome too. Breakfast was yummy and dinner at the restaurant was delicious, they even had live music. Highly recommend!

FANTASIC stay. Frank is phenomenal, as will as the rest of the staff. Happy staff, always smiling. Frank is great at remembering names and extremely helpful for night life. He recommended Kanell for a 7 course dinner/traditional Kymer dance show. He arranged everything, reservations, transportation to and from. The included Buffet breakfast at Palate was great. totally spoiled and will definitely go there again!

Large well equipt clean room with massive bathroom with balcony which unfortunately you could not sit on. The hotel had lots of wall art etc and nice staff. The bad bits, limited pool area and the pool water was murky. Breakfast was from 6am but was not ready until 6.20 when we needed to leave by 6.30 to catch our flight and overall was limited compared to other hotels.

Perfect stay jn Siem Reap. All of the staff...including the Tuc Tuc driver Mr Sarith were wonderful!! Pool area was pleasant and refreshing. Wonderful breakfast with a mix of asian and western choices. I think some of the in season juices were freshly squeezed. Great water pressure/shower area and comfortable beds. Lastly...busy-ness of markets and pub street just a 10 min walk away.

The hotel is a small contemporary boutique hotel! The room is clean and big! The shower room has plenty space! I am very surprised that there is no mosquito or lizards into the room. The restaurant also provided excellent food and services, especially thanks to Sreynoch Chom who serving us really well ! We ate 3 evenings because we are exhausted after visiting the temples and pampering by their good derives! Only one bad memory is the male front desk on the day check out, he wasn’t very enthusiastic while the female front desk are urging him to help us carry the luggages to the car and he did not! Overall all the female staffs are very polite and nicely trained in the hotel.

I chose Lynnaya hotel in Siem Reap based on feedback of its customers and based on the wonderful pictures. I did not regret my choice: the hotel was great! It is very cosy, rooms are big, clean, the bed is very comfortable. The dining room on the first floor looks pretty, and the food was nice. The staff was helpful, accomodating and friendly. Special thanks to our driver Chetra, who drove us to the temples and to the places of shopping when we asked for. The vehicles were also great! I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives, as weĺl as to anybody!

A little minus it was very difficult to get a sun bed for some hours - some guests placed their towel on the sun bed from the morning and many hours without staying at the pool.

As a solo traveller, I had a wonderful stay at Lynnaya despite some noise issue with the local festival. The annual water festival was going on during my stay at Lynnaya; loud music was pumped into the hotel until 2am every night because the mobile stages were setup right against the wall of Lynnaya by the festival organizers. The hotel staff did their best to accommodate by transferring guests to rooms that were less affected by the music. Meta, the assitant manager on duty was warm and helpful, he took the time to explain the local festivities and the history behind the festival. The entire Lynnaya team were attentive and accommodating, I would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap.

Everything was perfect. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Room was huge and had a lovely balcony with garden view. Room and grounds were clean and particularly loved the pool area and the roof top restaurant where we enjoyed cocktails and our anniversary dinner. They decorated our bed that night with beautiful red rose petals and left two red roses in a vase. Most appreciated and very kind.Breakfast was al le carte some mornings and when busy was a buffet. We enjoyed the buffet and the selection was quite comprehensive. Sibon made us some wonderful iced cappuccinos, remembered our preferences and a pot of ginger tea. Would highly recommend this resort. There was nothing to fault.

Great hotel. Convenient location. Room was clean. Enjoyed the welcome drinks and local fruit provided in the room. The rooftop bar and restaurant had a good selection of dishes and cocktails. The fish amok was delicious.
Breakfast selection was also good. We enjoyed the freshly cooked soup noodles as an alternative to the regular eggs, sausages, bacon and toast. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and attentive.

Well, This whole experience was actually terrible, At the time of check in i was told about the VIP aminities offered but at the time of check out none was given. They has a promotion on at the spa on 3 hours mani/pedi and a massage. Let tell you i almost lost my fingers. the therapist was terrible . I lost my Huawei phone in the room, I checked out 2 days earlier, no refund. Complained to Expedia about my experience, They contacted the Hotel they sent a short email, basically saying too bad for you. There was no follow up or anything about my lost phone. The swimming pool is Kiddie pool and very small. I was just completely disappointed.There are better option available around for this over priced Hotel. I fell for the previous reviews, nothing was same but one thing they do have great cocktails, that's pretty much it.

For anyone wishing to visit Siem Reap I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Excellent staff and facilities, but also its location. It is within an easy walk of the Pub Street area and far enough away to be quiet. You are better here overlooking the lovely little river than in the bigger hotels out on the airport or Angkor roads.

Hotels.com had incorrect info on website regarding amenities so we expected a pool side room with balcony which the hotel does not have.
You either have poolside or balcony.
Also listed was washer and dryer, bathtub with jets, all of which is not available.
However, the Manager, Mr Stefan, was most obliging & accommodating. After explaining that the incorrect info was supplied by Hotels.com, he nevertheless offered to upgrade us to a suite
He gave us a late checkout, with a complimentary transfer to airport.

Comfortable hotel with spa

Staff were very pleasant and able to communicate well and took care of my visits to the circus and Angkor Wat. Welcome fruit platter was a nice touch. Location is great, along the quiet side of the river, but just a few minutes' walk from the hustle and bustle. Room was comfortable and surprisingly not too noisy despite facing the swimming pool. Spa was good.

Outstanding staff. Everyone has such a cheerful positive attitude. The manager is always out and about making sure everything is running smoothly. Very comfortable, clean room. I usually don’t include the breakfast because you never know how good or lacking the choices may be. I did include and was very impressed with the quantity and quality. Lunch and dinner also provide a great and delicious assortment. Great place for launching your trip to Angkor Wat and area temples. Close 15 minute walk to Old Market and Pub Street or short Tuk-Tuk ride. We did find many good restaurants here also.

A fantastic boutique hotel. From the airport pick up to checking out everything was professional and friendly. Lovely clean spacious room and beautiful pool and gardens. Rooftop bar for cocktails and happy hour with views of the river. Buffet breakfast was good and the restaurant was excellent. The staff were friendly knowledgeable and professional. If I go back to Siem Reap I will look no further. There may be bigger hotels but you will struggle to find better.

Stayed 3 nights whilst visiting Angkor Wat, unusual style of decor, you feel your part of nature, breakfast was excellent as was dinner on the lovely roof top restaurant, we also enjoyed a wonderful spa treatment by the very professional staff in the hotels Nirvana Spa, finally on the last day I lost my wallet containing my credit card and over a hundred dollars, resigning my self to a disappointing end to our holiday I was very happy when after an extensive search the hotel found that it had fallen behind a cupboard in the bedroom everything was there, not that I was surprised by that as the staff were nothing but courteous, friendly and above all very honest

A very personal hotel; the hotel staff knew our names after the first day. The setting was very tropical, the restaurant had great food at a reasonable price, so we did not go out. It is not a resort with huge pools indoors; it’s a comfortable 4 Star. Convenient to enjoy Siem Reap next to the Riverwalk. Reasonable priced massage, car tours, and very good English.

We had a fantastic stay at the Lynnaya. The staff were terrific and could not do enough to make sure we had a great time in Siem Reap. The room was extremely comfortable with a very comfy bed.

The buffet breakfast was okay - not fantastic but adequate. The breakfast picnic the staff pack for early risers was much appreciated and quite substantial. We enjoyed it more than the buffet.
The hotel is well located for exploring Siem Reap with the main street less than 10 minutes walk. There are also several great restaurants nearby. TukTuks were about $2 to the centre.
Look for Sister Srey for great coffee and raw cakes and Khmer Grill near Wat Damnak for fantastic local cuisine at great prices.

Very nice hotel in a good location

This hotel modern in design ant tastefully decorated. The rooms are spacious. The pool is great after a hot day at the temples. The is also a roof terrace bar. It is located a short walk from the hustle and bustle of the old town. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The booked places on 3 small group tours for me and provided a breakfast box for my Angkor Wat sunrise tour, which was a nice touch.

Can't fault this hotel really. Location is ideal with only a 10 minute walk to the central market, most restaurants and bars but it's far enough away to be quiet with little road noise or crowds of people.

Staff are incredibly helpful and polite and the room was huge with excellent facilities and a large wetroom/bathroom.

I would certainly recommend this hotel. It's small enough to be personal but not intrusive.

They also arranged a number of tours for us which were simple to sort out and well organised by them.

Lynnaya resort sits in a great location within easy reach of all the bars and Markets and temples. The rooms, restaurant and pool were exceptionally clean and well presented.What sets the Lynnaya apart from other hotels I've stayed in was the staff. They were the most welcoming, helpful, polite and happy I have ever come across in my travels.

All is good. Great staff. Thanks to Rose, Jack and Lily. Big room and bath, clean and have balcony. Located on the quieter side of the river. the resort offers $1 tuktuk to pubstreet and old market. Wont hesitate
to stay here again.

Beautiful hotel

We loved this hotel, it really made out trip to Luamg Prabang special. The gardens are magical, the styling of the rooms was exactly what we love in a tropical holiday, there was always a beatiful scented oil burning, we weren't bitten by mosquito's, the beds were super comfy, staff were lovely. The food at Manda De Laos was delicious, especially the Larb. If beautiful aesthetics are important to you, you will love this hotel, we were blissed out the whole time.

Wonderful base in Siem Reap

This hotel was an amazing treat on all fronts, and it did make a difference for our stay in Cambodia. Room was fantastic, amenities exceptional, service was personal, efficient and overall excellent, location and setting could not be better. I'd go back in a heartbeat. All the service staff, including the manager, Vireak (Stefan), Lily, Rose, and the staff at the restaurant and the swimming pool, were just perfect!

Cozy Boutique Hotel

We stayed here for 4 days and the Deluxe room was large and very clean. The staff were just delightful - so friendly and helpful. We were disappointed that the Restaurant/Breakfast area was not air conditioned and the weather was extremely hot in April. The Front Office Manager named \"Smith\" was a perfect gentleman and most helpful with organizing our day tour and personal Tour Guide to Angkor Wat Park. Lynnaya is in a quiet location and only a $3 Tuk Tuk ride to the central area of Siem Reap but also within walking distance. Would stay here again but in a cooler month of the year!

Perfect.

From the Internet photos the rooms appeared stark for my taste. How ever I found it to be very comfortable, fresh and relaxing. The location is a quick tuk tuk ride from any where. I highly recommend as a wonderful experience and rare value.

The Lynnaya is a well designed and wonderful hotel in a great location in Siem Reap. With generously sized rooms in a lushly landscaped setting, the Lynnaya offers a luxury experience at an excellent price. The staff is warm and attentive; the breakfasts are delicious; and the swimming pool is a lush oasis at the center of complex.

Staff was great and the room was clean! We stayed in the bungalow. The only thing is it was a bit dark around the sink area of the bungalow. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Not close to a 4 star property. As a \"resort\" that is reliant on tourists, you would think there would be a concerted effort to have employees who can speak languages other than Khmer. Staff had very little command of English or French.

Therefore, getting any recommendations on local as sites or restaurants was nearly impossible.

Hotel had view of adjacent local housing which was nearly slum conditions.

Food at breakfast was typical.

Staff very polite, but could not communicate with the tourist visitor.

They did mosquito fumigation during our stay as well.

Now, are these issues simply related to this hotel or to this entire area, I don't know. But it made Siem Reap experience less than expected.

Boutique hotel, new and good service

Perfect location to night market and Angkowat. Attentive staff and good service. Spent New Year Eve at the hotel and gala dinner started with complimentary cocktail and cultural shows. Ended with fireworks, couldn't ask for more.

Well run hotel, Excellent location Brilliant staff

The hotel was in a great location by the river and was fairly quiet considering it's in the central Siem Reap area. I stayed twice whilst in Cambodia as I was so impressed by the staff and the sheer effort that they put in to making each guest feel special.

Good service and very helpful

The service team is great. They showed a very warm welcome to us during our stay and responded to our request timely.The room is also good but there is some smell from the drain in the toilet. We told the front desk manager and they took action promptly to solve our problem.
