Comfortable hotel, reasonably priced. Staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. They packed breakfast to take with us when we left at 4:30 AM in the morning to see the sunrise over Angkor Wat. We used (and liked) the spa facility on two of the three days we stayed at the hotel. The pool is great for swimming laps. I was a bit surprised (and disappointed) when we were charged extra during checkout because, according to the staff, one of the hand towels that we had used in our room was too dirty.

This hotel is reasonably priced with large rooms, a swimming pool and restaurant. It is well located in the center of Siem Reap and a good choice for a nice hotel at a good price. Just a few blocks from the museum, bar area, King's holiday palace, etc. Very friendly and professional staff.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast buffet has a huge variety of wonderful fresh foods, including salad and beautiful fruits. Channa the massage therapist gave me the best massage in my life, so I went back three times. The location has great places to eat and shop across the street, and Pub Street is a short walk. I highly recommend this hotel. The pool and spa (sauna. Steam etc) are perfect as well, with happy hour every evening.

2 negatives: worst Wi-Fi i have had in my 2 month journey through 4 countries. Tons of TV channels but could only hear about 5 of them on full volume.

Positives: great staff, AC is too good, refreshing pool, great location to start tours, good options for breakfast, and walking distance to pub street, the river, and national university. Probably would not stay again, the poor internet is a deal breaker.

Our suite was very spacious, and comfortable. All of the property was immaculate, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was the best we've had at any of our stays on this trip. Just off street with numerous shopping options, so very walkable. Highly recommend!

Nice location. This is really more of a 3.5 star hotel mainly because of construction quality of bathrooms, very hard bed, pool deck maintenance. Hotel was built in 2014 and could use a refresh. However, this is a value hotel for $85 a night compared to Park Hyatt at $250 just a block away.

Location is excellent, Staff are very friendly and helpful. Sorry. It’s a good hotel but not 5 Star but very good value for money. Breakfast was very good.

A good 4 star hotel (not 5)

The hotel is well located, has a decent pool and the rooms are large and nice. It’s not a 5 stars though: the breakfast was disappointing, the room service is slow (room not made at 10:30am when we came back from an early morning temple tour), the front staff struggle a bit. Ask for a room facing the garden to avoid the loud noises from the street (scooters/tuk tuk)!

Great location!

Great location, away from the noise but close enough to walk to all the attractions like Pub Street, restaurants, bars, shopping and grocery stores. If you don't feel like walking then there is always a tuk-tuk readily available outside. Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had to shorten our stay from four nights to three nights because the airline changed our flight. Luckily, we knew this when we checked in and management was gracious enough to not charge us for the night we cancelled, especially since we had three rooms booked.

Clean and spacious room, with big balcony facing the greenery garden. King size bed is comfortable. Toilet water pressure is good. Our room balcony door lock was spoilt, the hotel staff came to repair within 5minutes. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Early in the morning, staff Mr Pinyha (sorry, cant remember the correct spelling) and a lady staff gave us the brightest smiles, and at night when we were back from our day trip, the night shift staff Mr Ang Reaksa (Charles), is the one that welcome us back with sparkling smiles. They are willing to help to solve our problems. patiently. One of the best hotels that I ever stayed.Thank you Hotel Somadevi!

The room was not vacuumed and it felt dusty and sandy on the floor. The bedsheet was never changed for 3 days till I requested to do so. Overall the room felt unclean as the sofa showed marks that it has not been washed or changed! It felt itchy after sitting on the sofa like dust allergy. Late book out charges are overpriced!.

Comfortable hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Loved the salt water pool, spa, bathtub, bar, location.
But they don’t have a safe place to park a bicycle, if that is how you are traveling around. The managers were not helpful in securing them. They were a bit rude, in fact.
And, the breakfast is very boring. Nothing interesting on the buffet. I ate yogurt and fruit everyday. The tea was weak and the bread white.

Great hotel with excellent service! The hotel was very new and the facilities were clean and worked well. The room layout was very intuitive with lots of space to put small items near the beds - really appreciated that! The staff were extremely friendly and made an effort to remember our names and greet us as we entered and left the hotel and do their best to help us with anything we needed. The location was convenient and we could walk to most places within the city centre. Would definitely stay again when I'm back in Siem Reap!

Staff are friendly, attentive & helpful. Made me feel welcomed & at home. Asst. Front Offfice Manager Mr. Ang Reaksa is doing an exceptional excellent job. Hotel Somadevi should be very proud to have a staff of his calibre.

Good buffet breakfast & free airport transfer (both ways). Would strongly recommend this hotel.

The town centre, Pub Street & night market are within walking distance (10 minutes). A tuk tuk ride will cost $2. This place is so vibrant!!! Food,food...glorious food & beer costing 50 cents!!

Staff were fine, very helpful. Siem Reap central action is 10 minutes walk. Pool was lovely. Room was large and clean. But a 5* hotel needs something a bit extra, and this doesn't have it. We didn't use the restaurant for other than a decent breakfast, nor did we use the spa.

GREAT LOCATION. SAW ALL THE OTHER LARGE HOTELS OUTSIDE OF TOWN ON THE WAY IN FROM THE AIRPORT. GLAD I PICKED THIS PLACE.

LOCATION - PERFECT. JUST 4-5 BLOCKS AWAY FROM PUB STREET. CLOSE TO SUPERMARKETS, RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING, ETC. YOU DONT WANT TO BE TOO CLOSE TO PUB STEEET MUSIC IS THUMPING AT NIGHT. TUK TUKS ARE OUTSIDE EVERY MORNING BUT THEY ARE JUST A LITTLE BIT MORE EXPENSIVE THEN IF YOU WALK ONE BLOCK.

ROOM - GREAT ROOM, NICE TUB, OVERHEAD SHOWER, COMFORTABLE BED, COUCH, TV WITH ENGLISH CHANNELS AND BALCONY.

POOL - RECOMMEND 1ST FLOOR (WE STAYED IN ROOM 107). JUST WALK OUT OF ROOM AND POOL IS IN FRONT OF YOU - PERFECT.

BREAKFAST - DONT FORGET THERE IS A FREE BREAKFAST. WE FORGOT AND DID NOT TRY IT.

A good compromise

The hotel is about 10-15 mins walk to Pub Street/Old Town. While it's situated across an outdoor volleyball park, it's relatively quiet at night. The beds (we were in a twin room) were comfortable and room was very clean. Breakfast buffet was better than average. Over all a pleasant experience with an accommodating staff.

Great find!

My first day was bumpy with the free transfer service being 1 hour late to pick me up. Then my key access reader stopped working and I had to change rooms. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. Rooms were huge with the best shower during my one month trip. Bed is of course hard because it's Asia. Breakfast was great with a wide selection of Asian and Western fare. Staff was very helpful. Locations is about a 10 min walk to Pub street and the night market. Not a bad walk and I felt perfectly safe walking around by myself after dark

Brand New Hotel in a Great Location!

The hotel is almost brand new constructed in Feb / March 2015.

It's an ideal location if you're keen to stay close to all the restaurants and tourist attractions yet far enough to get some peace and quiet. You can walk to 'Pub Street' in 10 minutes.

The staff are quite pleasant but a bit slow at times... However they're generally very pleasant.

The rooms are well appointed and tastefully decorated. Mattress is a bit firm though. Rainfall shower is great after a long day of touring.

The breakfast was really nice with lots of vegetarian options.

The vehicle that picks you up from the airport is luxurious, clean and well appointed too.

The hotel was in a great peaceful location within walking distance of main part of town such as pub street, restaurants, night market and banks. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help with information. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was so relaxing after temple tour and the food was delicious. 10年前に一度泊まりました。
再訪です。
やはりとてもよいです。
内装はシンプルで洗練されています。
巨大なホテルとはちがった（団体客がいない）ゆったりとした空気、優しい接客。
朝ご飯も毎日美味しかったなあ。
ホテル内にカフェ、ジェラートショップがあって1、2ドルでオーダーできます。
アンコールワットや、パブストリートへのアクセスもよいし、grabも2分ほどで必ずきます。
また訪れたいです！

Fantastisk service på detta fina hotell, personalen tog verkligen hand om oss och ställde upp med allt, även när vår chaufför inte dök upp kl 5 på morgonen. Stor fin pool med generösa ytor, man kan till och med ta sig en simtur. Fint spa med en mycket duktig massör. Det var inget som fattades på detta hotell, kan rekommenderas 👍 ca 10 min promenad till Night market och Pub Street.

직원들은 매우 친절하며 모든 질문에 적절하게 대답해 주었습니다 객실은 매우 청결하였습니다 걱정하였던 모기나 벌레 도마뱀은 전혀 없었습니다 아침 부페는 검소하고 음식의 종류가 많지는 않았지만 오믈렛과 쌀국수 죽이 기본으로 제공되며 아주 맛있었습니다 수영장도 아주 쾌적하며 관리가 잘 되어 있었습니다 저희들은 우기의 끝자락인 11월에 묵었는데 투숙객이 많지 않아서인지 아주 조용하고 좋았습니다 마지막으로 공항까지 transportation도 호텔의 house car를 45 dollars에 이용하였는데 택시보다 비싸지만 미리 예약할 수 있고 안전하게 태워주며 편리하여 만족하였습니다

立地条件もよく、大変親切

国民性もあるのでしょうか、ホテルの方は大変親切にいろいろ助けてもらいました。TukuTukuの手配や、帰りの空港のバスの手配。朝の食事もおいしかった。プールは気温のため、温かかったですが、しかたないですね。唯一問題だったのは、TVがうつらなかったことぐらい。新空港へのバスが止まる郵便局にも近く、周辺に地元の食堂がたくさんあり、いい場所です。

아침부페등 전체적으로는 꽤 괜찮은호텔입니다
다만 숙박기간중 다음 문제가 있었기에 공유합니다
1. 첫날 숙소인 105호실은 절대 숙박하지않기를 바랍니다. 방음이되지않아 도로의 오토바이소리 술먹고떠드는소리에 잠을 못자서 다른실로 옮겨달라고 했어요
2. 옮긴숙소의 두번째날에 에어컨이 고장났어요. 직원이 몇번 다녀가도 못고치고 결국 또 숙소를 옮겼어요
3. 옮긴숙소에서는 헤어드라이어가 또 작동을 멈추었어요. 마지막 퇴실시간에 촉박해서 별도의 헤어드라이어를 가져왔어요
*** 제발 시설물관리에 신경써주시기를 호텔에 요청합니다

ナイトマーケットやパブストリートも徒歩圏内で、スーパーマーケットやコインランドリーが歩いて数分のところにあるので、とても便利でした。
ホテルのスタッフの方はとてもフレンドリーで、いつもニコニコの笑顔で迎えてくださるので安心感がありました。

部屋は広めで清潔だが、トイレの便座がグラグラで、トイレットペーパーの予備も置いてないしアメニティーも少ない。
スタッフはチケットの手配など色々やってくれるが、ノンビリし過ぎてるのかズレてるところも多かった。
でもスタッフみな気は良かったので楽しくは過ごせました。。

お部屋は広くて内装もとてもおしゃれでした。スタッフもみんなフレンドリーでこちらの要望にも応えてくれました。ホテルもプールやプールバー、エステ、ジム、サウナ等も完備されていて、今回は1泊だけだったので、全部は利用できませんでしたが、観光に疲れたらホテルでもゆっくりするのもいいなと思いました。

チェックイン待ちの間には、レモンティーのサービスをいただきました。また、１５時ころに疲れたので部屋でくつろいでいると、なんとフルーツのサービスをいただきました。エステではフットリフレクソロジーを選択し、ふくらはぎ以下だけではなく、最後に軽くですが、背中のマッサージもしてくれました。終わりにはハーブティーのサービスもありました。とてもよかったです。
