The hotel was perfectly located in Siem Reap with access to everything. The entire staff was tremendously helpful and friendly--they accommodated our every need. The hotel itself was amazingly designed and decorated. The rooms were clean and beautiful. Really, every detail was thought out and executed perfectly. Our dining experiences at breakfast, dinner, in the Living Room and Glass House were exceptional. We will be back!

My favourite hotel.
An incredible location and a beautifully designed space filled with gorgeous décor and art. It offers pure relaxation and quietness, yet sits right in the heart of the city with banks, pharmacies, and shops just steps away. The staff will do anything they can to make your stay perfect—nothing is ever too much trouble. The food is exceptionally fresh and delicious.

I truly can’t wait to return. There isn’t a single negative thing I can say about this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone, and I felt genuinely sad to leave.

The staff were wonderful and attentive, without being intrusive. The only issue we had was late house cleaning on day 1 and 2, but the staff went over and above to make up for it. They even left a hand written note with snacks as an apology.
The location is great and central, with many sights and restaurants in walking distance. Angkor Wat is only 20 minutes away.

The Park Hyatt is a beautiful property with a lot of old world feel and luxury amenities. It’s fantastic value for American and European travelers looking for luxury and service. We had stellar meals at the hotel, swam in their lovely pool and enjoyed drinks and games at the bar. Last but not least, the rooms were cozy and well appointed. Loved the way connecting rooms have a mini foyer to connect them. Perfect for our family of 4. Overall one of the best properties we’ve stayed at.

I have stayed at many luxury hotels in different parts of the world but Park Hyatt Siem Reap was possibly the best. I can’t say enough good things about it. Everything about the place is first class, the height of elegance and luxury: the restaurant, the pools, the spa, the rooms. The best part though is the service. Every single member of the staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly and they do everything they can to ensure you have an amazing experience. Special thanks to the outstanding manager, Kouru, who treated us like family from the moment we arrived. It was an extremely pleasant and relaxing experience and we hope to return to this fantastic hotel some day.

Staff, esp concierge , v willing to assist but attention to detail not 5 star - suggest all detail confirmed verbally 24 hours prior. Spa lovely and treatment was with therapist with awesome hands. Rooms nice but our window view of a warehouse with hanging laundry was not attractive or conducive to relaxation or local vibe - so our drapes were always shut. Pools clean and good atmosphere. Restaurants pleasant and food good — but skip the evenings with outdoor entertainment as impossible to have conversation. Gym tiny and overcrowded with 3 people.

We stayed at a studio type room. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet!! The location is wonderful! The bathtub didn't have shower system, so it was not easy to clean the tub for next turn. we bought a scooper from 2$ shop, which was very very useful. The walls are thin, so can hear the noise from other rooms. The amenity was very nice. The swimming pool was good. The gym is not so big but clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

We were on the top floor and had a beautiful view of the city. The room was clean and very comfortable. There seemed to be not enough lights in the room so once the sun went down it was a little dim but manageable. It's in a very convenient location for walking to Pub Street and the night markets (maybe 5 blocks) but far enough away so it's quiet at night.

We had a suite room which was massive in size the bathroom was amazing with very impressive amenities however the only drawback was no outside balcony plus the view from room was awful we overlooked a main road facing a KFC also road noise was a concern at night.

Staff were nice but their English was poor although always willing service could have been better.

Pool areas they had 2 were never that busy however one did have a strong sewage smell also the way the pool areas were designed it was very difficult to catch the sun if your looking for a resort style sunbathing hotel you may be disappointed.

The hotel is small yet decor is very classy adorned with art everywhere they only have one restaurant which is also the breakfast room so a little limited in choice.

Position although extremely central to all the action in some way is a good thing but outside is quite dirty & noisy we discovered other hotels in town that were situated in more charming quieter areas remember tuk tuks are cheap & also readily available so a central position may not be necessary.

Our biggest concern was the breakfast area there were quite a few flies the doors to the outside dining areas were always open allowing flies in the main room where a lot of food was left totally uncovered either cover the food or close the doors would be our recommendation.

This hotel is very clean & charming looking however we would possibly look elsewhere next time.

arrived earlier than check in time and was told room would be ready between 1 and 2 (which is fine as check in time is 2). in spite of the room being ready around 2 (we had 2 rooms so were using the second room) they did not inform us till 15:15

in an email confirmation of the rate for booking a car the concierge staff told us that they gave the wrong price (again, human error happens) but what was annoying was the concierge staff telling us (when we showed the confirmation email) \"oh I have to check my own email to see whether it is the same\" .. almost like accusing us of forging the email

Love the decor and layout of the hotel. Unbeatable location. Tranquility in the middle of where everything happens - 5 min walk to pub street, another 5 min to the night market. Good spas around hotel.

Amazing Hotel

This was by far one of the very best hotel stays that I have experienced. This comparison is based on stays at other Hyatt's and other chains including Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons, Pan Pacific, Conrad, Ritz Carlton. The staff was excellent and that highlight of my visit. Next it is located within walking distance of pub street, making it a convenient location to get a taste of the local food and shopping. The pool on the 1st floor is really nice.

This is a top notch property with the additional benefit of a close proximity to the center of town which can be reached on foot. However the service is uphazardous. For example some training weights were lent out to a guest who did not return them quickly. It took a while to get some back in the gym. The hotel, from the public space to our room, is serene and beautiful, reflecting an updated modern Cambodian esthetics. The corner suite is spacious and well appointed. Stunning hotel a short walking distance from the Night Market and Pub Street. From the minute you arrive you are treated like a VIP. Staff open doors for you, smile at you, make you feel welcome and give you attentive service.

Both pools are lovely and relaxing and Hoth, Channy and Sam Eury who provide service at them were a pleasure to talk to and made sure you were never left without a drink.

The food, whether you eat in your room or The Dining Room, was delicious and every two days you can watch traditional Cambodian performances whilst watching dinner or having a drink.

I absolutely love this hotel; so much so, that I extended our stay here by an additional two nights, and without a doubt would stay here again.

Disappointing stay at the Park Hyatt. Booked what I assumed to be an upgraded room, the Park Executive Suite. The room was located right off the hotels lap pool, on the ground floor. It was noisy with pool and restraint traffic, and the A/C malfunctioned several times. The room seemed like it had not been serviced in a while. We had to call
maintenance staff 4 times while there. Staff was nice and the hotel common areas were nice, especially compared to other parts of Siem Reap. Compared to other top tier hotels in southeast Asia it was a complete let down.
