Pub Street is really close by, as well as ATMs and restaurants and coffee shops. The building is extremely run down, and we had to switch rooms multiple times because a toilet didn't work and one of the door handles would just pull off. Many of the listed amenities aren't available at the property, but are at shops nearby

The staff were really friendly and helpful and the location was great! Bed was comfortable. The hot shower was amazing!

The room is very old and could you a real deep clean. The pillows on the beds were really hard and the door on the toilet wouldn’t shut properly if you weren’t inside to lock it, this would let bugs in as the bathroom had gaps to outside

Budget place not too far from the night markets.
Check in was good.
We were trying to get the shuttle service as described, but no one answer our calls.

The room was basic but value for money.
Breakfast is only between 7-9, no drinks included be aware, kind of tricky.
On our last day before leaving on a long journey, we ordering the breakfast at 7am, and simply never received it, I wish we know in advance and just buy some food before.
I think if you’re on a budget it’s a good place but don’t expect too much.

Very central location. Got a superior double room. Make sure you get a room with screens for the ventilation holes in the bathroom. The mosquitos come in from there and eat you alive at night

Standard of service wanting.

Reception could not find my booking. Though it was stated that parking space was available, there wasn't any proper parking lots. When I checked with the receptionist, she assured me it wasn't a problem. The next morning, the security guy asked for an extra tip in spite of hotel receptionist's assurance. Not impressed by the service.

Very run-down but clean and great service

My opinion of Naga Angkor changed a lot over our 3 nights in their private twin room. On checking in, we were very disappointed as the room is very small, the bathroom even smaller, with large gaps around the tops of the doors so not at all soundproof. However, the helpfulness of the staff (Yudom in particular) completely changed my (initially very negative) view of the place. The bathroom was strange and very basic and we couldn't see how the shower worked, but the staff member not only described it but came up to our room to make sure we had it under control. Most impressive was when we left it far too late to book a tour company to visit a floating village, and nothing we tried online would enable us to get a tour before we left the city. Then at 9pm the night before our last day, Yudom thoroughly and incredibly patiently talked us through options, made several phone calls very efficiently, and was very understanding as we dithered over various queries we had and concerns. Solely thanks to her, we were able to make the most of our last day in Siem Reap and get to see the floating villages. It has reminded me not to be too quick to judge a place! That said, if your standards are at or above average for a private room, you're probably better looking elsewhere.

Your are suppose to be able to sleep in a hotel

Check other reviews as well before choosing this hotel. There are good things, that I will advise as well, but since it is very noizy, I would never rcommand this hotel as you can't sleep. We were on first floor, and the floors in corridors are just pieces of wood with holes in between, and the hotels is made in an open concept within inside, and can see and hear outside as much. So you hear everything coming from dowstairs...and the street so dont get the side facing the street. And the walls are ver tin, and there are holes in bathroom for air. Basically, you here people slam the doors, go to bathroom, talk, burp, etc...all night. And in am, starting at 6ham, you hear the staff dowstairs talking, making all kinds of noises, kitchen prepartion, etc... MAYBE if you can be on upper floors, at least you wouldn't hear as much main floor noizes.
Beside that, I read someone got a cheaper room then what they booked...happenned to us as well, had to change twice (and weird after the first switch, the staff said there was no more superior room available....but then when I came back second time, oh there was one). So be carefull. Bed was comfy. AC and pipes were leaking. Sink focet broken but could be used. Staff just *Ohhh* when advise,was noizy. Downstairs ambiance nice. Same music being planned over and over haha So your choice. It is a decent hotel if you get it at 10-12usd per night but try to get a higher up room and hopefully you dont have noizy neighbours.

Very good budget hotel and comfy bed

The room is a little small but fine for 1 person and keeps quite cool.. The staff are very friendly - I only eat local foods while traveling and mostly avoided the restaurant...the only one thing i tried was their noodle soup which turned out to be instant noodles and not good (couldn't eat!).. The most wonderful thing was the bed - firm bet exceptionally comfortable..so much so that I just ordered a new matress for at home :)

Great location, just minutes away from the Night Market/Bazaar. Cozy, clean room and very friendly staff. Free airport pickup was definitely helpful. Reasonable late checkout fee. It can get somewhat noisy at late night with bars around but nothing major. Do recommend.

Great location! Great service!

The hotels is in a great area. Its just a short walk to Pub street. The hotels staff is very friendly and helpful. The manager really cares about the guests being happy and will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with your stay. The food is really one of the best things about this propery and you cannot leave without trying one of their signature burgers or main course dishes. Everything is delicious!

Good for the price you pay

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hostel for 5 days/4 nights and found it to be good for the price we paid, although the room we were booked in the first night had some issues and we requested to be moved. Our first room had a broken sink (the plumbing was bad so the water would fall on your feet while you brush your teeth or wash your hands), there was no fridge, there was no hot water (although I think this could have been solved had they explained to us how the heater works - if it works), and the sheets were stained. The staff said they would fix the sink, but we insisted to be moved as we needed the fridge and a bathroom that works. We were told that the second room that they were moving us into was more expensive although it is the same room that was featured on the pictures in our booking on Expedia.
Our room was never cleaned during the time we were there, even though our booking said that it includes daily housekeeping. Regarding the location, the hostel is located on a relatively big road and it is quite loud, but it is close to all the shops and restaurants.
Other than that, the staff was very accommodating and helped us arrange all the trips we wanted to take. The price they gave us was very good and everything worked out smoothly. Our driver, Mony, was also great! Had it not been for the staff, I would've given this hostel a lower rating.
So if you are looking for a cheap place to stay and are willing to put up with the things we went through, then book it!

Be careful with this place.

They did not pick me up. I was waiting for a long time. I took a taxi by myself.
They give me a wrong room, cheaper one. They say the hotel was full. The next day the give me a better room but without a fridge. The staff was friendly and helpful. The management was not good, not friendly and try to cheat me.

Close to everything

This place is close to everything, with a 5 min walk to the night markets and pub street and the staff were lovely. However, I found my room to be overpriced. The room was clean and looked nice, but it wasn't practical. The bathroom had holes in the walls so you can hear everything from the room next door, the shower system seemed faulty, the fly wire in the bathroom had massive holes in them which allowed bugs and mosquitos in the room. Also there was no mirror anywhere in the room. The TV also had a dodgy connection and you couldn't watch anything.

Great find in Siem Reap

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I love it for the convenient location to shops and restaurants. The staff is excellent and the food in the onsite restaurant very tasty

The hotel is great but the staff.

The hotel is at the a great location and affordable price.
The only thing that irritates me while i was staying there was the service.
I would suggest that the staffs should focus more on request and customers instead of busy using facebook at the receiption. Moreover, cut down a bit of the racism.
We were asked if we were Vietnamese unfortunately we arent, and the female staffs said \"its good we are not Vietnamse\".
Your hotel is great but the staffs have to put more initiative to service the customers.

Ok til prisen. Sindssygt søde værter.
Værelset var udemærket, hvis man bare skal bruge en seng at sove i, men badeværelset var ikke noget at råbe hurra for. Vi havde desuden en uheldig oplevelse med rengøringen på badeværelset, da vi tjekkede ind, men det fik de hurtigt styr på. Fint til en nat eller to.

ルームクリーニング無し。冷蔵庫とセキュリティボックスは壊れている。アメニティは小さい石鹸と歯ブラシだけ。
スイートを予約したが、スイートの価値無し。スーペリアとの違いは広さだけ。

スタッフに間違えてスーペリアに案内され、スイートを予約したことを伝えるとすぐに替えてくれたが、部屋を見てどちらでも大差なし。
スタッフの愛想は良かったが、もう泊まるつもりは無い。

部屋、立地良し。残念だけど従業員はレベルが低い。

カウンターに人がいなかったり、呼んでも来なかったり、従業員同士で話しをしてカウンターに来ているのに気づいてくれず、待っていたり、従業員の接客意識が非常に低く、教育されていないのが残念でした。
また、朝食のヌードルとスープライスには蟻が入っていたので、食べるのをやめました。
部屋は綺麗で使いやすく、立地も良かったので便利でした。

安い所を探してのこと。何もかも良いわけがない。また、部屋にもよりけりだろうが、内装はペンキが新しく塗りなおされ、エアコンと冷蔵庫が新しい。飲み水、バスタオル、歯ブラシ、ミニ石鹸は求めれば快諾。
表通りに窓を持った部屋が各階に三部屋。その内一階のバーの真上の部屋は、その種の賑やかさが好きでなければ就眠に困るのでは？と推察される。

(1) wonder no shampoo and conditioner provided from this hostel. I've asked the staff to let me have and she said I need to buy for my own usage.

(2) no hangers in my room, then I asked the staff to let me have and she said she would provide to me later. Unfortunately, I have't got it even after 2 days, then I need to re-ask the receptionist staff

픽업빼곤 매우 만족

픽업요청하고 알겠다 하고 안와서 공항에서 한시간 넘게 기다림 할증시간 되어버려서 15달러나 주고 택시탐. 총 5박 6일 배수가 잘 안됨 도미토리1박 싱글룸 4박. 그 외에 직원 친절이나 이런건 만점. 픽업만 제대로 됐어도 매우 훌륭한 숙소. 체크아웃했는데 객실에 귀걸이 두고 옴 아끼는건데 아까움. 휴 .. 내 잘못임. 픽업빼곤 위치 숙소앞 식당의 맛 등등 매우 높은 점수를 주고싶음. 귀걸이야 잘있어 ㅠㅠ

Le personnel était sympathique et vous accueille même avec une petite boisson. Le dortoir était très petit (difficile de trouver de la place pour les sacs quand il est rempli) mais propre et confortable. Le restaurant est assez cher, mieux vaut aller manger en face, au 9999, pour une cuisine familiale pas chère et de qualité. L'auberge est très bien située, il vous suffira de prendre la grande route sur la droite pour vous rendre aux temples d'Angkor en seulement une vingtaine de minutes à vélo. Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner à emporter pour le lever de soleil sur Angkor Vat.
