The property was great, very large room with standard amenities. The thing that makes this place is the extreme hospitality of the staff, as thery are incredibly nice, greet you at all times, even when busy and want to truly get to know their guests. They are not pushy and don't try to sell you extras, etc. The breakfast is outstanding and the service with this is amazing. Blows most western hotels away!. Great value for the money. I will be back!

The hotel is very beautiful, it's in a very convenient location: you can walk to pub street and town, the pool is great, the rooms are very spacious and well refined and all the staff (Niroth, Theary and Lisa in particular) are very attentive, welcoming and helpful. They remembered me when I came back and decorated the room to welcome me! They even presented me with a small gift.
The best place to stay in Siem Reap, no doubt. I would come back in a heartbeat.

I have never stayed in such a remarkable hotel in my lifetime. As my first time visiting Cambodia, I must say , I was apprehensive at first. However, this hotel and the staff had made me feel very comfortable. It is a beautiful hotel, with extra services including Spa,Gym and a swimming pool. Furthermore, the rooms are very large and spacious with daily cleaning services towards the room. All staff within this hotel have always been very respectful, kind, friendly and welcoming towards not only the guests but also towards others within the building. Manager Judy who has been an absolute delight, guided us through the hotel with a warm smile. She has been an excellent manager , constantly checking up on me and my family. I am very thankful to have met such amazing people within this wonderful hotel. Thank you so much Manager Judy and staff for the wonderful service you have provided and I will

Really great two night stay here while visiting Angkor Wat. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful, and we enjoyed the pool, massage spa, and breakfast. The family suite was perfect for our family of three. The hotel is situated a short tuk tuk ride ($2 each way) from Old Town and the night market; we enjoyed a quieter stay in this area and found plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby (Made in Cambodia market was an easy walk and very pleasant trip). The hotel staff also offered takeaway breakfast for us on a day with an early trip planned! Top tier service—highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff are so attentive and nothing is too much trouble. It’s a 5 minute walk to pub street or a tuk tuk is $2.
It has a lovely little pool area so when you get back from your tour or if you just want to relax in the afternoon this area is perfect.
There is so much choice for breakfast.

I must give a special mention to Kimsinh who was absolutely superb in helping us organise all our trips. He is a credit to the hotel.

For the price, we got decent value for our stay. But a few things to note: There is a major restoration being done on the hotel exterior, so it is very noisy during the day and messy on the street around the hotel. The room itself needs updating. The decor and furniture are very dated, the chairs felt like they might fall apart and the night table was falling apart. We also had some kind of animal in our room as snacks we brought were eaten.
Positives - the staff were excellent, breakfast was excellent, location is convenient.
I feel like the hotel will be excellent once the renovations are done, but for now, I’d recommend looking at other options.

It is difficult to give this hotel just 4 stars when it's staff are all so polite, helpful, smiling, and friendly. The hotel is great value and well located. We had a huge room but - and this is why it isn't a 5 star review - there's space that could be better used and a renovation is probably needed soon. I'd rather have a desk rather than a swinging sofa. The bathroom too is showing a bit of age. My guess is that rooms will get done soon as a brand new entrance and new reception were just being finished as we left. Other than that, the room and bathroom were clean. The bed was enormous. Breakfast is a real highlight. It is fabulous. A great selection of different foods and incredible staff. The hotel restaurant is good and reasonably priced. The hidden gem here is the Khmer food. We had to ask for another menu to get this food, which was delicious and the servings were large. Very large even when a medium rather than large was ordered. Bottom line: would we return? No hesitation: absolutely.

A hotel away from the hustle and noise approx 4k reil to centre by tut tuk. Nice staff , buffet breakfast plentiful. Rooms could do with update but fine. Pool pleasant but limited loungers. Massage was welcoming. The Angkor Wat tour arranged by hotel with guide & driver was very good. Be prepared to be asked to buy tours etc. Overall a nice stay. If you want a cultural night book Kinell Dinner. Delightful food & show. We booked directed.

We had a fantastic stay here and much of that was down to Kimsinh at reception who checked us in and looked after us throughout our 4 night stay. He was a font of local information that saved us time and effort while maximising our stay in Siem Reap. The room was very spacious, pool was great, massage perfect and food excellent (breakfast and dinner).
Would definitely recommend a stay here and you will be fortunate if you have Kimsinh looking after you!

The staff was very friendly and helpful for our entire visit. They assisted us with anything we needed, transfers, activities, etc. One of the staff even kept in close contact with our son through WhatsApp for our entire stay to make sure all our needs were taken care of. Everything is very clean, very comfortable beds, the pool is wonderful. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide variety of options. Very nice grocery store was close by along with a local laundry service that we used. A great location with many restaurants nearby. Tuk-tuks were always waiting right outside the hotel to take us anywhere in the city we wanted to go. We highly recommend the is hotel. Very reasonably priced. The service and facilities were well above the price that we paid

Great place to stay!

The service here was excellent. This is a great place to stay. Many coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance and always a tuk-tuk out front to take you wherever you want to go. The front desk staff was exceptionally skilled at problem solving. They all four helped me out so much! And always they are polite. Hotel had a great pool and spa. My room was huge and had a bathtub. I'd definitely stay here again.

My sister and I had a suite with twin beds. The beds were hard but very comfortable. Linen was top rate.
Bathroom was dark and living area bright. Nice.
The room was spacious and had table & chairs, 2 sitting chairs and a fabulous swing lounge.
Pool was big and very well maintained. Water was hot due to many days in the high 30s.
Breakfast buffet had a large variety of foods. Nice coffee machine too.
Hotel close to many of Siem Reap attractions - easy walking or tuk-tuk to markets and Pub Street. We found a fabulous local restaurant which became our go to with all Cambodian food- Try Me. Was a treasured find

Perfect quiet oasis at the heart of everything!!!

Stayed in Cambodia for 5 days in a junior suite. What a beautiful hotel, and also beautiful people. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The food in the attached Meady restaurant is fabulous, and breakfast in the hotel is fantastic. If you want to stay that’s central to everything this is the place for you. The poolside is an oasis in the middle of a very busy street. Pub street and the night market is 10-15min walk. But no point walking in that heat when there’s tuktuks outside the door. If I had to make 1 suggestion to improve this hotel I’d say put more clothes hangers in the wardrobe.

We had an excellent stay, hotel staff were very friendly and hospitable. Big thanks to Kimchinh and Surraya for their welcome and helping us book tours. Breakfast was exceptional and had a lot of variety to choose from. Their spa and beauty salon were very amazing as well. The location is convenient. The staff are excellent. Comfortable, quiet room. Get a nice and relaxing massage from Linda on site. There are also readily available tuk tuk drivers to take you anywhere you want to go. I had a great time and staying at this hotel was a big part of the reason.

From the time we walked in to the time we walked out it was 5 stars all the way. The staff was great even the tuk tuk driver who took us to Angkor Wat. Professional all the way. Food was done right and not just local dishes. The pool was outstanding after a few hour climbing around the old temples. I can not say enough about the staff the room or the food. I have traveled my whole life and this place was among the best places I have stayed.

The staff was excellent!!! They couldn’t do enough for us.
The breakfast was fantastic. There was a complimentary full North American menu and/or Cambodian breakfast, I had eggs Benedict most mornings. There was also a buffet of toasts, pastries, yogurt and fruit.
The pool area was beautiful, but on the far end was a huge A/C unit for the mall next door, that gave off a loud hum. I had delicious frozen passion fruit margaritas, poolside.
We had 2 days of private touring of Angkor Wat. Mr. Nak was a great guide. He spoke English well and it was good to have the temples explained to us as well as his Cambodian life.

Staff were brilliant, they are this hotels main asset. Beds comfortable. Public areas in hotel clean, spa wss very good. However the hotel only has 8 rooms with balconys. Bathroom could use a slight renovation. Water pressure is excellent but the water does not drain out of the shower quick enough so it overflows on to the floor. Towel hanging racks should be installed.

The staff was really accommodating! They made sure everything was alright. I had no complaints about the room, just make sure you leave the balcony door closed as flies/mosquitoes can get in the room. I highly recommend this hotel for its price, also ask for Mr. Chan Rith (tuk tuk #1) for your tours. He was really helpful and serving!

It’s a good value. You get a lot for what you pay for. The stuff is super, super nice, which makes the stay enjoyable. I saw a review someone commenting on the breakfast buffet. I found it excellent with a lot of choices for American and Asian people. We stayed in 5 hotels so far in Cambodia and Thailand and I think this breakfast was the best.
I would recommend this hotel.

3. Shower room had no door. Flooding after shower.

Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff, couldn’t do any more for you. Room was very big and perfect. Siem Reap itself is a wonderful town with very friendly locals. Highly recommended!

The reason we chose this hotel was because all the reviews mentioned the staff were great so our expectation were high. These were exceeded during our stay! It's hard to put in to words how fabulous the staff are, they could not have done anymore for us. From the moment we checked in to when we checked out, they really made our stay, just amazing. It was the small things, for example, when we came back from an extremely hot Angkor Wat tour, Bella greeted us at the entrance with cold towels, so nice :)

We were given a free upgrade and lots of advice regarding local tours, tuk tuk prices. The staff arranged our Angkor Wat tour and guide, we had Mr Nak who was extremely knowledgeable and would recommend to anyone wanting a local guide. The hotel facilities are great, particularly the pool and gym. Breakfast was fabulous and there was lots of variety.

Location was excellent, only a few minutes in a tuk tuk to Pub Street.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a stay in Siem Reap, we will certainly be staying here again when we return to Siem Reap :)

Excellent choice for a Siem Reap visit. The hotel is immaculately clean and well kept. The staff was outstanding, well-spoken and attentive to all our needs. The staff went out of their way to help us with a medical emergency and just everything to make us comfortable. The pool area is lovely; the reception area comfortable. And other major advantage to us was the central location-- an easy walk to so many things, from the Angkor National Museum in one direction to Pub Street in the other, although frankly we used tuk-tuks to those destinations, for the fare is so little. By not being in the tourist downtown, the hotel was quiet at night. The hotel provided free pick-up at the airport and arranged inexpensive and convenient transfer back. We did walk to the Lucky Mall, and it's very well stocked grocery store. A multitude of bank AMT's and shops are within a few meters of the hotel. An very big extra plus is the excellent dining room (open all day) that serves some of the finest food in Siem Reap at very reasonable prices. The breakfast is quite complete and we really enjoyed great dinners after full days of sightseeing. This hotel went a long way to contributing to our very positive impression of Cambodia and willingness to return. Highly recommended.

Awesome place... Location of this place is brilliant... Right next to the mall and supermarket - Pub Street is a short walk - gardens are just around the corner - and breakfasts are great - huge choice. By Cambodian standards, even the coffee is OK... Staff are just so helpful and considerate - they really go out of their way to make you feel part of the family

A wonderful service provided from start to finish by this hotel, from airport pickup, attentive and friendly staff in reception, bar and restaurant. The (enormous) room and pool were great and the hotel is within easy walking distance to the centre. A special mention to Saloert who went the extra mile to fix the room safe and generally made me feel like a VIP guest at the hotel.
