I just checked out from almost a month long stay here. It was great. The room was spacious, light and airy. Room service was as much or as little as you liked and you decide when they come, which I thought was great.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The location is very central, easily walkable to all the restaurants/bars.

Internet was great, I was able to have video calls and never had any issues.

The only downside for me was that the pool was very rarely in the sun.

Toilet broke down twice while we were staying at the hotel. Air con was leaking and the floor was wet from the leak. Though they were fast enough to attend to the problem, hope they could check all these conditions before we checked in. The location was the plus point for the stay though so it was convenient for food options

Spent only 1 night here at the end of our vacation but wish we would have found it sooner. We had a suite on the ground floor which was right at the pool. It was fantastic. Pool area is small and doesnt get much sun but it was still nice to have a dip to cool off. Room was very dark but comfortable and clean. Location was close to everything.

The front desk staff are great. Very professional. They even carried my bag up for me. Was clean. Nice. Good AC. Tiny bit of noise from pub street but that’s not their fault. Just use earplugs or white noise. Good wifi but hot water was iffy.

There where a lot of mosquitos in my room the first night and the water pressure in the bathroom was low. Overall a Good hotel . Would stay again.

Unbeatable location

+ The location of this hotel is unbeatable; it is located right near the night market and a 2 minute walk to pub street. This alone makes the hotel worth every penny. The service is the best we had on our entire trip. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful in booking drivers and changing our money. They always greeted us with a smile. The room was large and comfortable and had a balcony.
- The hot water in the shower was a bit sporadic - went from hot to cold randomly. Also, the pool is in the shade so it's quite cold, though this could be very refreshing if you've been in the heat for a while. Breakfast is just ok (not as many options as other hotels we've stayed at).

The staff eere very friendly. Theres no lifts so i had to change my room to lower floor. Rooms at front of hotel are very noisy with music from a lot of outside venues. Breakfast not great at all.caters more for asian guests. Needs selection for non asians.

Good location near to pub street and the many restaurant. Staff in general very friendly and housekeeping was good. Room in general was comfortable for a 3 star hotel. They also provide free transfer to/fro airport
Only bad points i encountered was when the breakfast staff was staring at me angrily on the 1st day when i accidentally spilled some coffee on the ground (luckily she seem to lighten up the 2nd day) and there were 1 or 2 small cockroach in the room

The staff were okay. The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard which I don’t blame the staff for I feel it’s managements job to make sure staff are trained properly. There were stains on my bathroom floor which were there when I arrived and were still there when I left. The bathroom itself was not cleaned the whole time I was there.

Bathroom light is connected with bathroom ventilation fan, which is very noisy each time the light switched on.
Make up room service didn't attend to washing/cleaning used glass/cups.

Nice decor and location, but poor bathroom ergonom

Pros: clean room with pleasant decor in good location.

Cons: without question the worst bathroom ergonomics I’ve ever seen. Lighting so poor you can barely see your face when shaving, and a shower with two temperatures, scalding hot or freezing cold.

Save for one pleasant front desk girl, staff not very friendly or helpful. Workers were also banging stuff around in the hallway around 6 am

The hotel has a good location close to night market and Pub Street. Like most older hotels it has no elevator so the climb to the fourth floor is a workout. Breakfast ok. English speaking staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and pillow. Pool - darn cool.

This is my second time staying at the Rithy Rine and, the same as the first time, I was happy with the staff and service. We had everything that we needed for our short stay - I would definitely come back a third time. I also recommended the hotel to all my friends who considered to visit Siem Reap. :-)

Nice hotel right in the heart of the night market

We stayed at this hotel for one night, and the free airport tuk-tuk pick-up service was very convenient. The hotel staff were extremely accomodating, and provided us with breakfast in a box so that we could bring it with us to watch the sunrise over Angkor Wat. The room was clean, and the AC unit worked great. The only downfall is the fact that the hot water would turn on and off every few seconds, although this wasn't too big of an issue overall. We stayed on the fourth floor and had to lug our luggages up, since there wasn't an elevator. Again, this wasn't an issue since we had packed light. The location is close to the night market, but it didn't feel too loud by any means. Our Tuk Tuk driver Mr. Virak (Tuk Tuk No. 10) was great! He drove us around to all the temples and waited for us. I would stay at this place again.

Nice hotel conveniently located but no elevator

Arriving at airport, we were picked up by Tutu. A very interesting rides to the hotel less than 30mins...only have to endure the dust and heat from the sun beating down when the shade of the Tutu not covered.
The hotel staff are friendly and helpful
The hotel consists of 5level and we got a room on 3rd and 4th. THERE'S NO ELEVATOR!
I choose 3rd as my back is not good for climbing steps
I don't suggest swimming in the small pool as water is not clear...soaking is ok
Toilet in my room. Vanity stuff is ok but the shower spray is not powerful and hot/cold temperatures hard to control. Luckily its hot outside and cold water is bearable.
Just outside the hotel few mins to Pub street and Art Centre market
Along the path many fish massage, spa, restaurant and cafe....spoil for choice
Hotels and road are not wheelchair friendly especially the ruins or places of interest
People are friendly and helpful
I have done one of my bucket list items.....Angkor Wat...Bayon, Tha Prom, Phluk Fishing Village, etc
An incredible site to visit!

Nice enough hotel

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Location to Pub St and Night Markets is excellent. Plenty of restaurants around and the hotel breakfast was adequate.

Really appreciated the free airport transfers by tuk tuk, and the staff were helpful in getting us around the places we wanted to visit.

Room was clean enough, although the floor could do with a scrub, the pool was green so we avoided. The staff were very nice. Would stay here again.

Nice hotel, very central but bathroom needs work

The hotel is very centrally located. 2 mins walk to the night market and pub street. hotel staff is very nice. Arranged all day trips and transport to and fro form the airport on time. The room was spacious and clean. Only complain is about the bathrooms which I think needs a major renovation. They were very dark and you could see the walls have not been painted for long(in contrast to the room). the breakfast was good too.

Nice Hotel near the night market.

The hotel is modern furnished. The hotel provide the 2-way Tuk-Tuk transport to/from the REP airport which is quite handy, just contact the hotel to book for the transport.
The hotel sits just a few minutes away from pub street. As it sits next to night market, it is a bit loud during 8-11PM.
The breakfast also included. The breakfast is fine, kind of a bit cheap quality tho but \"you got what you pay\" so I won't really complained much about that.
Hotel is a 4 stories building without an elevator, so if you have the elderly with you make sure to ask for room on lower level.
The swimming pool is a bit small but still is swimming pool.
The room is a bit compact.
Soap and shampoo is provided in the bath room, the only minor annoyance is the bathroom don't have a soap tray.
Hotel can store the luggage for you as well which is quite handy for me as my flight departure from REP airport quite late.
Hotel can also arrange the tuk-tuk/car hire as well and the plus for this is the hotel will provide the breakfast box, if want to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat.

We stayed 4 nights. Our room was ok, but the shower was bad. The shower temperature wasn't steady. The wifi was slow and sometimes it dropped off. The staff was nice and breakfast was ok. We booked tuk tuk with hotel for our Angkor wat adventure.

extremely beautiful hotel - great free breakfast!

such a beautiful hotel. pool was super sexy and quiet. no loud parties. beautiful flowers as a backdrop of pool...makes for beautiful pictures. rooms are so cozy. no elevator. stayed on the 3rd floor so had to walk up with bags. no issue. beds very big and comfy. lots of outlets to recharge electronics. shower was very big. a/c was nice! free breakfast buffet was delicious. onsite restaurant was really good, too. carbonara was amazing. fried rice was so good. ordered veggie with egg. it came with black beans. sounds odd but was delicious. free airport transfer was GREAT. puth the driver was GREAT! he drove us to temples and to kullen waterfalls. ask for him. very honest man! arrange tours through hotel or haggle on night market. lots of places to get massages for CHEAP!! loved this hotel!!

Khmer New Year

Conveniently next to all of the downtown action at the Night Market and a short walk to Pub Street, this hotel is very convenient. Unfortunately the pool was not usable this trip (think 2016 Brazil diving pool problem) but they are working on it and it should be back in service soon. It was a great place to celebrate Khmer New Year! While the breakfast buffet selection was average, the staff was anxious to make breakfast a pleasant experience to start the day.

Lovely hotel close to the town's downtown area

This small hotel is right on the night market area so it is close to the shops and all the street food you can eat. The hotel is very quiet given the location. The staff is so attentive to our needs that we didn't even need to tell them our room number since they know who we are. Breakfast is excellent with a wide selection of Asian and Western options.

Amazing hotel. Really really amazing staff.

Hotel is pretty new and the whole place is nicely furnished and clean. Hotel staff are amazing. Been in east Asia for a month and this is easily the friendliest and most accomadating hotel we stayed at. Located in a great place. Pools ok and if youre on the top floor it can be a bit of a trek to your room in the heat but they're tiny details. Would highly recommend.

A small hotel, clean and convenient (right next to the Angkor Night Market). About 5-8 mins walk to the pub street. The property is loud because of the night market and a couple pubs close by, buts that's why you are in the middle of Siem Reap. Rooms are clean but the bathroom could use a bit more light.
The breakfast is not all that great, not a lot of variety just basic toast and fruits etc.
Overall it's worth the money that I paid. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We stayed there 4 nights. Big room, excellent bed, very uncomfortable and dingy bathroom. There was a problem with the hot water, because the room was with a water-heater that did not work properly - the water was either very hot or very cold. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the breakfast was poor - only 3-4 things to eat. There was a towel in the room that the housekeeping did not change for 4 days!

Quiet place with swimming pool in central location

Ideal location near pub street and Old Market. Quiet place (though a bit of music from Pub Street in the evening but tolerable), small but deep and nice swimming pool. Wide rooms, nice bathroom.The minus is that there is no breakfast or food (lots of cheap breafast/lunch shops nearby) but there is a kettle and tea/coffee bags in the room.

もう泊まりたくない

シーツや枕は染みだらけ、シャンプーは前に泊まった人の使い古しで半分しか入っていませんでした。おそらく、コロナであまり部屋の隅々まで掃除がされていなかったんでしょうかね。

また、2泊予約したが、部屋の中に蚊が多く、ヤモリが鳴いていてうるさくて眠れなかったので1泊で別な宿に移りました。

18泊しました。毎日部屋の隅々まで掃除をしてくれたスタッフさんに感謝です。立地も良く目の前の商店は24時間空いてますし、生活に困ることはありません。長期滞在にも向いています。

チェックインの時、スタッフの英語があまりにも聞き取れないからか、翌日からは日本語が出来るスタッフがいてくれてかなり助かりました。

おかげでとても充実した旅ができました。

フロントに日本語のできるスタッフがいたので大変助かりました。また、ナイトマーケットへも徒歩１分で観光、食事も困ることなく、アンコールワットへもトゥクトゥクでも30分程度なので便利です。
他のホテルも共通だと思いますが、シャワーの湯量はかなり弱めですので多少は諦めたほうがいいでしょう。

ごみ箱のごみが片付けてなかった。セーフティーボックスがあったが、扉が閉まらずスタッフを呼んで修理依頼するも修理できなかった。
しかし、部屋も広く朝食付き、空港からの無料送迎あり、パブストリートも近く（トｳクトｳクに乗る程の距離でない）大変コストパフォーマンスが良かった。

立地はナイトマーケットのすぐ近く、パブストリートも歩いて5分ほどです。
部屋は広くて清潔で快適でした。朝食ビュッフェは品数少なめですが、値段考えると許容範囲内です。
ホテルでレンタサイクル/バイクの手配もやっており、街中のレンタルバイク屋で直接借りるのと同じ値段なので、良いと思います。
サンライズ/サンセットやその他ツアーも手配可能です。
