Hari Residence & Spa is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is great and very welcoming. The breakfast is so good. The omelette chef is so nice and cooks the eggs to perfection. Location is perfect as you are literally a 5 minute walk to everything. Thanks again for a wonderful visit! Sauna is also great!

My room was spacious, well-appointed and came with a bathtub and plenty of hot water.
The staff was incredibly helpful. A colleague left his headphones in the room, and they had them delivered to us in Phnom Penh within two days and at no charge.
I don't see any reason to ever book anywhere else when I or my colleagues travel to Siem Reap.

Very helpful staff. Breakfast is excellent, and the salt water pool is fantastic for a dip after touring the temples. Rooms are quite spacious. Easy to recommend to others for their stays.

We stayed for 3 nights at Hari. The location is very convenient close to the Riverside Night Market and in walking distance to other central amenities. Street and hotel itself is pretty quiet and relaxing. Check-in was swift and the rooms (4th floor) are quite large with a spacious balcony. Pool and top floor are well organised and maintained. TV set didn’t actually work and Wi-Fi is around 3/5, but hey we’re there to see the temples. Pick-up and drop-offs were convenient for all tour guides.

I can’t say enough positive things about my stay at Hari Residence and Spa. From the moment of my arrival to my departure, I was made to feel genuinely welcome and special. The hotel is walking distance to action areas of Siem Reap; has a very nice and relaxed rooftop pool and patio. Room had everything I needed. Excellent breakfast buffet where every request is fulfilled. The most impactful part of my stay, was the performance of their staff. No question was insignificant , no request was unimportant. From everyone at the front desk and lobby area, to the entire dining room/kitchen area; everyone is genuinely interested in assisting you. I would most definitely stay here again where I to return.

The Hari hotel is very convenient walking distance to Pub Street and good restaurants and thee service is fantastic. The staff helped us with booking transport and tickets to things like the circus. Breakfast buffet options are extensive and the hours are good (6am opening) and there is a pool with drinks service. Great stay!

What a beautiful hotel - once you get inside. The curb appeal is a bit lacking (by my own admittedly biased standards), but this place was great! The staff were all so lovely and helpful, including having a personal breakfast ready for me one morning when I was leaving for an excursion before their kitchen was serving. The rooms were lovely and spacious, the rooftop pool was amazing, the restaurant had great food and I used the spa too and had a lovely massage for a good price. I would absolutely stay here again.

Not sure if the tuk tuk driver worked with the hotel (back of tuk tuk was advertisement for the hotel), but \"Mo\" our driver was amazing also. Made sure we enjoyed the sights in Siem Reap.

Great location. Great customer service. Our attendant Bamu was the best. She was so courteous and attentive. Couple niggling things that we dealt with but maybe bc the hotels were closed for so long. Each issue was promptly dealt with by the hotel. The breakfast buffet was well varied and the omelette were some of the best I j have had. We also got upgraded to a junior suite given my gold status. I’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels during my trip around Asia. Albeit not being a 5 star hotel, with the level of attention and hospitality I received, it certainly felt that way. It seemed like most of the staff knew who we were or was aware of our plans. The manager of the hotel was very helpful in setting up tours and PCR tests in our tight schedule. He seemed to genuinely care about making sure we had a pleasant trip while in Cambodia.

I stayed at Hari for 5 nights in their Balcony suite and it did not disappoint. The room was massive! The balcony had a swing bed which was a nice touch but a bit hot to hang out in during the day. The staff was perfect and very helpful. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and also made to order eggs any style as well as made to order noodle soup. Oh and Pub Street is only a few minutes walk for nightlife and restaurants.

We had a big room which was good value for the price. There were many staff members and they were all very helpful. There was a swimming pool and good restaurant on the roof. The food was good and artisticly presented.

We've stayed in a lot of hotels in many countries. We rarely write reviews, but our stay here was far above our expectations, and they deserve a great review. The staff, at all levels, was genuinely friendly and proactively helpful. Every time we turned around, someone on the staff was doing something extra to help us in some small or large way. We don't think we've ever experienced such a welcoming and rewarding environment. Special thanks to the Supervisor, Keng. She made us feel like royalty. She and her team made everything easy for us, all with warm, heartfelt smiles, good humor, and even some friendly laughs :-). In addition to the staff and service, the hotel itself was wonderful. The rooftop pool, spa, restaurant, and bar were ideal. (One of the best massages ever!) The room was beautiful. The bed was a dream - fell asleep fast and sound :-). We also thought the location was perfect for us. Very close to many of the markets and Pub Street, but not too close. Short 5-minute walk or a $1 tuk-tuk. We recommend Hari, and we would stay again on our next trip!

What a fabulous hotel. The staff were all fantastic. They were friendly, helpful, considerate and caring. Eng, who checked us in, was always on hand making sure we had no problems. Kim was brilliant when our tour didn’t come to pick us up. She got it all sorted and she helped us when we had an issue with our Phnom Penh hotel. Food was all delicious, massage was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.
