The hotel is very dated. It lacks modern amenities and looks far more charming in photos than in person. Noise pollution is a HUGE issue here. Music will pretty much blast loudly almost 24/7 with the cleaning crew and pool users causing the remaining portions of noise. There are no elevators, the restaurant and bars no longer operate. Staff is mediocre at best. Telephones unplugged. No microwave and a fridge that hardly works. This place is only good for convenience of its location to pub street but that’s also its major downfall and source of the bass pounding music. The moment you step outside you will be solicited endlessly. Also the “airport shuttle” is actually just a small tuk tuk. Rooms are dark and we had to immediately change rooms due to electrical issues and the power failing at our room. If this place was free, I still would not return.

Great staff and location

I have stayed here many times over the last 10 years and it is always fantastic. It is much better than the price would indicate. Of course it is older than the newer properties but it is quiet, clean, and the staff is so friendly and so helpful. They make you feel like family. The location is great and even though it is close to pub Street, there is very little noise as long as you’re not in the very front rooms. I am from USA and I find this hotel to be every bit as nice as your average Courtyard by Marriott, or Best Western hotel.

If you value your sleep whilst open holiday avoid this hotel at all costs Avoid any hotel within 1km of pub street if you want to sleep TBH. Reaksmey is basic but nothing to terrible for the price. Could be cleaner, could be better service but it’s what it is, dirt cheap. If you want to party all night and sleep all day maybe it would be tolerable.

Economical yet clean, friendly, convenient

I was impressed, upon check-in, that I was offered an alternative room, to move to a room toward the rear of the building, to avoid all-night noise from nearby Pub Street.
I love the convenience of the location. Cleanliness was great. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I will book here again when I return to Siem Reap.

The hotel is close enough to walking street but our room was very quiet. I think they had an issue with roaches in the bathroom drain in our room and I had to bug spray. Lovely hotel and pool. Reception staff were ok

It's fine.

It's right by pub Street, so loud music (and screaming cats) till 4am. When I booked, for some reason I thought the bikes were included, but they apparently are not. The room is fine, the water is hot, I didn't see anything gross like cockroaches. The pool closes at 7pm so I never got to use it. The breakfast was meh. The location is great if you want to see pub Street and old market.

This place is right in the heart of Siem Reap nightlife, and for the price it’s pretty good. Personally I wouldn’t stay there again - I prefer something newer, bigger pool, quieter, etc. but if you want to stay right in the party street - go for it

2-3 star Hotel in excellent location.

One of the best 2-3 star hotel I've stayed in Siem Reap, everything is clean and nice, very friendly staff but what spoiled everything was when check-out the reception asked to pay for laundry bill. I didn't have any laundry in that hotel. After 10 minutes and apologies they said that maybe the wrong information was also to wrong customer?. Everything should be clear in this kind of small hotel. I don't trust this hotel anymore. A big pity. I cancelled my next stay in this hotel.

Super Location, room and price

We only stayed one night so maybe this is quick to judge but our stay was fabulous! We got a crazy good deal on the website and ended up at the hotel. To be fair we knew wanted to stay near pub street or night market since we have been to siem reap before. The place is very cheap considering the rooms are huge, it has a huge pool, toiletries etc are there. We didnt even stay there other than to sleep but we would for sure.

Hotel has great location, but that's it!

I stayed at this same hotel a few years ago and was happy with the experience. Its amazing how much the level of service, efficiency of staff and inadequate maintenance of the property has deteriorated in less than 3 years !!!

In the middle of all that a tourist needs

The hotel is very dated, from the room decor to the breakfast. The pool needs more greenery or shading because it is very warm mid afternoon so not relaxing to cool off. Staff helpful and the room clean.

You get what you pay for!

The hotel offers free airport pickup but when you try to book it no one answers the phone. When I got there I asked if I could get free transport back to the airport. While they agreed to do this when the time came they expected me to ride on the back of a motor bike with my luggage. The staff did not seem very happy not the usual welcoming Cambodian smiles.

Would have choosen a hostel over this place.

So I understand that it is not supposed to be the best quality of hotel but even for the price I think you could find much better accommodation. My complaint isn't even over the noise which wasn't too bad but I was in the back and ground floor and could easily ignore the sound with ear plugs. My problem was how dirty the room was, it wasn't clean and they wouldn't change the towels. I even tested it with lipstick and day after day when I left the towels on the ground they kept being folded and put back for me to use. Also the bath room and floor throughout the room was disgusting. Lots of mosquitoes and bugs as well. When I arrived my safe wouldn't work but after me refusing to keep one that I would have to be responsible for a key that could get lost or stolen they finally brought one with a code from another room. So that was nice. Another issue I have is with their \"free ride\" it's not a free ride! And you have to arrange ahead of time and they have no email to contact with them and staff spoke little English so a phone call would be impossible. The breakfast was disgusting and I had to buy food every morning instead of eating cold eggs and fruits with bugs on it. But for 26$ what can you expect right? No after meeting people that live there permanently told me that there are many other great options for the same price or less and some are hostels with private rooms which I wish I would have booked instead. find somewhere else !

Comfortable, Reasonable, Prime Location.

After a bit of a rocky start due to language barriers, I settled into my comfortable second floor hotel (no elavator in this hotel), and I really like it. Clean, comfortable, hot and cold water, excellent wifi throughout, an immaculate pool, a free breakfast, a small restaurant/bar with room service, spa facilities, and a block to Pub Street and Night Market what's not to like? I booked one night initially but will use it the remainder of my seven day stay in Siem Reap.

Convenient

There is no doubt that this hotel is conveniently situated. There is but a short walk to the Old Town, easy reach to the Old Market. There are plentiful bars, cafes and resturants of all kinds nearby.

The hotel has seen better days. Many, though not all, rooms are spacious. Mine was not, maybe due to the twin beds.

Breakfast is probably something to avoid, unless you are either to incapacitated or not fussy to go elsewhere.

Decent 3 start hotel in great location

I stayed here for 3 days in November 2015 for £26 a night which includes breakfast for up to two people.

Being located on virtually on top of the old market you could not get a better location – great! The room was of large size for this type of 3 star hotel. It had a medium sized LCD TV (access to several English speaking channels), a room safe, a good sized bathroom with good fixtures and a shower over the bath with plenty of hot water. It also had the usual king sized bed and the air con worked well. The styling was good – all in all a quite attractive room including two chairs and a table, fridge, wardrobe.

When I arrived I got a flannel and welcome drink. The safe was an issue – they gave you a key and did not know how to operate the digital key pad. They eventually changed the safe to a key pad only – fine. You don’t want a key that can be lost or stolen. The shower head unit was loose so you could not direct the water. Despite many efforts it was not sorted – they offered on my last night to change the room.

The staff were generally good but most could only manage very limited English. At night, when I came back in the early hours during my entire stay, nobody was on reception except a man sleeping on a bench. I woke him up. There are security implications here. By the way communications via email were excell

Great place. A very short walk to markets.

Great location in Siem reap. Cafes, old markets and night markets a short stroll from the door. Nice pool. Quiet room despite being close to pub street etc. Friendly helpful staff. Great laundry service and a clean room everyday. Stayed for over 20 days and no complaints. Well done guys, it was a good base after trekking and adventuring all day.

We found hotel to be clean

The service from hotel was excellent. Reception services were excellent.

The hotel has an excellent swimming pool and a lovely restaurant.

The hotel in near The Pub Street, where restaurant and bars are. It was literally a couple of minutes. It does lively and as we had a reoom in the front, the noise was there until early morning. You do get used to it.

Avoid if you could

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights after booking and prepaying for 5. They refused to refund the unused night charges.
On arrival after a day long bus journey from Pattaya via the border crossing of Poipet, they seemed more interested in selling excursion tours for the next day than anything.
Found hotel staff cleaning cups with soiled towels. Provided smelly towels, too.
On the first morning, we came for BF at 9AM, half the items were empty and those that were not were not kept warm, the little burners were turned off. On asking for refills of the missing items, the staff just shuffled around. We were also not informed that they would make eggs on request. At 9:20 the staff started eating themselves, way before the end of BF at 10 (7-10). The next day, we arrived at 7:30 and I saw another guest being served with fried eggs. I asked was reluctantly provided the same. On the third day, fried eggs were in the general offering trays, and on requesting an omelet, I was declined. Guess mixing up eggs before frying was too much trouble. On the 4th day, I was looking forward to the meal in the flight so I did not ask anything special. Milk provided had an off taste. They serve a horrible tasting orange flavored drink and water. Even the water was empty on the first day.

The shower had no pressure, even with just cold water. Asking to have it fixed had no effect. TV remote was broken, probably due to stuffing AA batteries in AAA slots.

I would not come back here.

Great little hotel. Stayed in a suite which gives you access to the pool - some rooms don't. Hotel could not be better located. Just opposite Pub Street and very close to Night Market. Far away enough though not to hear anything. The pool is fantastic, breakfast was adequate and wifi, while not the fastest, was perfect enough. Staff are very helpful. Used the laundry service and loved having clean clothes again and getting it returned ironed for a few $'s. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

This hotel was steps away from Pub Street and other great restaurants and shops. The room was clean and spacious. We especially enjoyed the patio overlooking the pool. Ask for room 215, it's worth it. The pool area is beautiful. The staff had breakfast to go ready for us at 5:00am to take to the temples. Can't say enough about how happy we were with our stay.

Séjour affreux, jai réservé 3 chambres avec grand lit pour les 3 chambres, jai confirmé une fois de plus par e-mails mais arrivée pas de grand lit disponibles il a fallut discuter longtemps et attendre.
Apres impossible de dormir il y a des bar ambulant juste devant hotel qui arrête la musique a 6 heures du matin .........

パブストリートそばということで選択しました。年末のカウントダウンやらすぐそばのクラブの音楽が深夜まで爆音となり部屋にまで伝わってきます。部屋は値段相応で清潔感はあります。コンセントも変換プラグなしで日本のコンセントが使えます。シャワーは洗面台下のつまみを動かし温水をだします。（やり方がわからない初日は温水なしの水のシャワーを浴びました）水圧は弱いです。歯ブラシ、固形石鹸、シャンプーが付きます。朝食は４泊すると飽きてくるようなバイキング形式です。２日目の早朝停電になりましたが、ブレーカーが落ちただけでした。プールは入りましたが、１５メートル程度の長さです。夕方は日陰になり寒いです。

新しいホテルではないですが、普通に寝泊まりするだけなら問題はありません。
ただシャワーの水圧が弱く、温度もあまり上がらず慣れるまではぬるく感じます。
スタッフさん達も凄く親切で、繁華街からも近く立地は最高です。
ただすぐ近くがパプストリートなので朝4時過ぎまでは大きめな音楽が聞こえて来ます。
音楽、クラブ好きには良いです。
また利用したいと思います。

スタッフの方がとても親切でフレンドリーに接してくださいました！
気持ちよく滞在することができました。

エレベーターはありませんが、スタッフが手伝ってくれます。
掃除も毎日綺麗に行き届いた状態にしてくれています。
プールもとても美しく気持ちがよく、子供が足をつけられる深さの部分もあり、娘と一緒に長い時間を過ごしました。
朝食はわりと種類が多いです。毎日美味しくいただきました。
オールドマーケット、パブストリートまですぐの最高の立地です。

唯一、難点ををあげるのならば、深夜の騒音が比較的大きいことです。
私達はあまり神経質ではないので問題ありませんでしたが、気になる方は眠れないかもしれません。
3時頃まで起きていた時もずっとその時間まで音が響いていました。

それを差し置いても最高のステイになりましたので、私達はまたこちらに滞在しにきたいと思います！
素晴らしい時間をありがとうございました。

Helt ok, nära pubstreet.

Helt ok hotell nära pubstreet. Ganska lyhört och en del ljud från pubstreet på kvällarna, men inte så illa att man ligger vaken. Hotellet är billigt och som alltid så får man vad man betalar för, men helt ok ändå.

酷かった

一週間滞在し、最初の部屋は電気がシャワーをしていたらブレーカーが落ちて真っ暗に、クレームをいいほかの部屋へほかの部屋でもまた真っ暗に、結局4回も部屋を移動し最後に部屋は一番ひどい部屋にこれで初日にお金をとることはおかしい
ひどすぎます。

シェムリアップ中心街のパブストリートからすぐ。
何をするにも便利な立地。
室内は清潔な方。
Wifiあり、朝食付き、ホットシャワーも出て、エアコンも効く。
室内にミニ冷蔵庫あり。
アメニティは、歯ブラシ、石鹸、シャンプーと最低限のものはあり。
12時過ぎに到着したが、部屋が空いていたので、すぐにチェックインさせてくれた。
シャワーのハンドルが壊れていて、出すのに水を苦労したが、これもカンボジアのご愛嬌。
市内を動き回って、寝るだけのホテルとしては、総合的にコスパが良いホテル。

繁華街近くのホテル

繁華街に近く、夜の時間帯も食事に困る事はありません。すぐ隣にスーパーもあるので便利です。繁華街で夜まで滞在するとこの街はトゥクトゥクの呼び込みがすごいのですが、そぐそこにホテルがあると言うと立ち去るのでその点も良いと思います。
ただ繁華街に近すぎて夜遅くでも騒がしい音が外から聞こえるので、静かに寝たい人にはおすすめできません。夜遅くまで飲み歩きたい人にはおすすめです。

オールドマーケットに近い最高のロケーション

毎回泊まっていますが、居心地の良いホテルです。
場所は最高。シェムリアップで最もレートの良いといわれる両替屋（Apsara）が近く、またオールドマーケット、パスストリートからも近く夜遊びにはもってこいです。
ホテル自体も、場所、設備の割に値段が安く、安心して利用できます。
ただし、ピーク時は予約も取れないことがあるので、予約は早めに。
朝食のパンケーキが厚くなりおいしくなりました。
