Spatious room overlooking the courtyard. Comfortable bed. The staff was very polite and welcoming. Breakfast is abundant and varied. We had dinner twice at the on-site restaurant, but were disappointed in tge food quality and taste. The pool is refreshing and a good size.

From the moment I arrived at the J7 Angkor Hotel, I was swept into an experience defined by truly exceptional service and luxurious comfort. Every single staff member approached their role with genuine warmth and anticipated my needs before I could even voice them.

The room itself was an absolute sanctuary, featuring a cloud-like bed with the most luxurious linens, a spa-worthy bathroom with rainfall shower, etc. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

My room was cleaned everyday by the staff and the items we used were replaced. The entire staff greeted me and my wife everyday when entering and exiting the property. The supervisors were also great and advised me that if there was anything that i needed while i was there to let them know. Pub street was only a 10 minute walk from the hotel and there were othe resturants within walking distance. This is a great property to stay at and I will be staying there in the near future...

Amazing stay

We had a great stay at J7 Angkor. The staff was amazing, location is great - right in center, the room is spacious and the gym is decent which is hard to find in Siem Reap’s hotels. One thing I would suggest is taking off the light or decoration above the pool, it kinda ruins the view.

We were greeted straight away we pulled up outside. Taken care of the whole stay. The room was excellent and quality. The bed very comfortable. The pool a poolside bar, geat service and magic cocktails. When we went to see sunrise at Angkor Wat, they even prepared a packed bento breakfast for us. The breakfast was included and excelent choice ib the buffet. All the staff are well trained, exremely attentive and freindly. All had good English. Highly recomend. 🙏

A wonderful city hotel. Service is impeccable rooms are very spacious. Our twin room overlooked the street. If I had been staying here longer it would have been nicer to have a balcony over the pool courtyard area.

Oh my gosh. Where do I begin. This place is otherworldly amazing!!! I need say nothing else, but if I must…absolute top quality experience. We were treated like royalty in a very Royal hotel by a staff that truly cared about your experience. Seriously beautiful place with gorgeous inner gardens to wander. Such a memorable experience. Check in was a little weird. There was some confusion which they didn't explain but required 5 staff members to figure out. We were tired after our airplane trip earlier that day so it was annoying that it took as long as it did. The room was wonderful and large with two bedrooms. The hotel was very nice. Breakfast buffet good have been a bit better in my opinion. The location is unbeatable. Right across from a mall and easy to get to Angkor Wat

It’s a self proclaimed 5 star hotel. If you reset your expectations you’ll be fine. Raffles across the way is a 5 star hotel and the J7 is a 2 on that scale. But it’s cheap which is the first tell tale sign. Appears to be tailored towards Chinese tourists therefore ratings may vary between cultures.

While the staff is quite nice, don’t expect any grand service. Asked for an extra key and was told it would be $10 if I didn’t return it. Breakfast is included but it you wanted a cappacino for example, there was charge. AC stopped working on our last night.

i had an amazing short stay at the j7 in siem reap.

i wanted a nice place to stay and relax at in between my travels in cambodia and this property was def a 5 star in my opinion.

i used most of the property: buffet in the morning was delicious. i had an amazing massage downstairs with aunty for 1 hour - very good price.

my room had a tub and i def took a bath. i will always choose to stay at the j7 again when i'm back next year and will bring my parents

Bunpheng was great a helping us as well as all the other lovely staff on reception including the amazing breakfast staff. This is definitely not a 5*s hotel by Western standards. There are tons of observations - things that bothered me, but the worst was the service. Manager asked what was wrong (no toiletries in the room, only 2 bath towels - none for the jacuzzi I had) ... but did nothing to correct the situation. Pretended to talk to someone on her walkie talkie but in the end we were left with 30mg of body gel for 2 people for 2 days!!! Hilarious, right? Everything seemed to be negotiations with the folks at this hotel, you tip, you receive. No tip? No service.

Very disappointing stay. Barely 5 star rooms, but two star services. No pool bar. No 4-7 Happy Hour. Only one restaurant out if give open. No room service after 6pm. Unable to change US$20 at desk. Poor value for money. Poor service. Cleaning was good. Breakfast was good. No other positives. Manager was incompetent and of no use. Will not stay there again. Can not recommend b

The room we checked into was just as I had booked/expected it to be, with a “city view” - not a great view and the room was dark. I upgraded us to a “pool view” room - it was large, as was the ensuite. The view/balcony overlooking the pool and grounds with a small table and two chairs for morning coffee was a bonus.
There were so few guests, no doubt another casualty of covid-19 (the impact is being felt everywhere - several large hotels closing due to lack of tourism). The staff kept a brave face and remained polite, welcoming, warm and gracious - always. We were walking distance to shops and restaurants. The traffic was daunting at first but we learned to move with it and through it. We hired the cab driver from the airport to take us to tourist sites of our choice rather than

A very good hotel at good and convenient location

We stayed at executive room with pool view, nice. . Room is very clean and spacious. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. As a 4 star hotel, more toileteries should be provided, say body lotion and Q-tips, that are basic. Swimming pool is litter small. Other than that, everything are very good.

The hotel has all the facilities but I think all of Siam Reap hotels just cater for the tourists visiting the Temples. There was a lack of staff in the hotel and the limited staff were not knowledgeable. The one evening we dined in the restaurant we were told they did not have any white wine but on our inspection of the wine fridge we found 3 bottles. The bar was empty and there wasn't any staff in the bar and service at breakfast was poor. However, the 2 evening meals we had in the hotel were good.

The room was lovely, just like the photos. They upgraded us and informed us that a Christmas Eve buffet was included in our room stay, which was a lovely surprise. Every day the staff was kind and went out of their way to be helpful. The only minor irritants(and really they were very minor) were that the hardwood floors were a bit squeaky underneath your feet and the bathroom door, while beautiful, closed oddly and when you have to pee, it was an uncomfortable few extra seconds, lol. Overall this was a great place and we loved staying here. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel at a good location. The service was excellent. When the jacuzzi in our room was leaking and the mechanism not functioning, they promptly came to repair it. Free afternoon snacks were provided too. Will definitely stay at J7 again.

Absolutely great, it is little odd just middle of busy strip but it was amazing experience to stay. In the breakfast too many fruit fly was little concern if they buy fruit fly killer hanger from Home Depot will eliminate all.

The property, location and the staff have been exceptional. The staff from front desk, restaurant, concierge and cleaning is bending over backwards to assist with every need.
The facilities are really nice. We had a suite on the 3rd floor overlooking Starbucks and a mall. Beds were good and room was very clean.
Breakfast was great, with a staff to make you omelet or any types of eggs you would like.
Location is great. It takes 5 min by car to get to Pub Street or market. Near by is a river that has many restaurants and bars if you are looking for some western food.
Thank you to the hotel and staff for an amazing vacation. You made it very special.

The hotel was beautiful and the rooms very very spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The AC worked incredibly well. The hotel is located just across the street from a mall with lots of options and was within short walking distances of many shopping areas. Most importantly of all, the staff were so incredibly nice. Everyone greeted us every time they saw us and the host knew our names. The staff were the best trained and kindest people.

Nice hotel, probably would stay again. Nice breakfast, catered for everyone. Shame about the intensely metallic water. Was a minor health concern. Service was good. Very polite staff. Checkout a little bit slow as they had to check we had left the room in a good enough condition. Woken up on a couple of mornings due to screaming children in the pool before 7am.

Lovely small hotel with excellent service by the staff. Spa was also very nice. The furnishings could use a bit of updating and the property itself is more like a 4 star property than a 5 star as it’s described to be. Overall nice stay with a warm and service-oriented staff.

Absolutely stunning facility. Clean with quality beds. Amazing pool, great restaurants with a Starbucks right across the street. A short tuk tuk ride to Pub street.
Wish I had more time to hang @ hotel. The light switches are a little wonky but that’s the only minor gripe. Staff was super nice and attentive.
