Nice hotel good location

The hotel communal areas and pool are lovely, however the rooms are a little tired. My resquests were accommodated however external noise caused it to be less relaxing. Easy reach of pub street and night market. Room was spacious and staff were very helpful

great time in Siem Reap

it was terrific, a lot more than what I bargain for, the room was bigger than I anticipated, very clean, the lobby was huge, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, the setting eating area by the pool was so peaceful, it was more than I ever imagined, great place to stay.

The property is in need of a little TLC but one can overlook this due to its cleanliness and good price. What is unacceptable is to show treadmills in the website gym photos yet no treadmills in the gym. Also when you include breakfasts and you indicate it’s available till 10:00 am .. the hotel management should ensure that all the items are available in the matter in which they are meant to be eaten ie hot until that time that’s just common courtesy for your guess …why is everything shut down and the cleaning crew removing stuff at 9:30 perhaps earlier these small changes would in my opinion help the customer overlook the datedness of the place

Wonderful hotel with top notch service.
Very clean all throughout.
Great breakfast. Pool is an oasis. Massage excellent.

The location was perfect for both temple visiting and close enough to walk to modern store to get anything you may have forgotten to bring. The hotel itself had top notch staff who were helpful and attentive in every way. The pool was large, clean, just like in the photo. It had transportation readily available, both air conditioned car/van and tuk tuk service. The rooms facing the pool are all quiet at night and very comfortable.

Our second time in this hotel. very safe area, close to most aminities. Jog every morning to Angkor Wat + Bayon (you have to do it, to experience the real beauty of Angkor with your own feet).
Hotel staff as always friendly, courteous and helpful.
We will probably only use this hotel whenever in Siem Reap.

Well done, Angkor Century!

After my first (bad) experience, the manager personally had a talk with me and took measures to improve on areas such as cleanliness and F&B. A free room upgrade was given as a show of goodwill and the manager personally checked that it was cleaned properly before moving us. After the move, we had no more issues with the stranger (not housekeeping!) who repeatedly tried to break into our room at all hours of the day. A free hour-long massage was also offered as a form of apology while the food at breakfast was no longer stale. We appreciate the effort put into improving our stay and really want to commend them on their service. There were several power cuts during the last two nights but I guess that's inevitable in such a large compound. I'm glad to see improvements and would recommend this hotel based on service and hospitality, and their willingness to rectify problems. Full marks for the management team!

Time to up your game, Century!!

The reception and restaurant waiting staff were great, but the housekeeping staff and kitchen staff really took the term unprofessional to a new level. The first day, I asked for new sheets and towels because the \"new\" sheets on my bed were stained with what looked like blood or ketchup while the pillow cases had yellowish stains on them. The towels in my bathroom had black stains on them as well. THEN, the staff informed me that they had \"run out of handtowels\" and so I had to do without until they could find some for me. Really?? Such a large hotel and you guys ran out of handtowels? Anyway, I asked for no housekeeping the next day. Then, the next time I asked for housekeeping (yesterday), I discovered at night when I was getting ready for bed that the bedsheets were not properly laid! There was at least 5cm of uncovered mattress at the lower part of the bed, which was not discovered until we turned down the blankets before bed. So at midnight, we had to push the bed out, tugged out and re-laid the sheets outselves.
Next, breakfast was a strange affair for the past 6 mornings. The food on the menu was often served \"incomplete\" (i.e. sunny-side set came without the bacon, sausages etc. that was included on the menu) while buffet food was often stale (i.e. stonehard pancakes this morning, rancid pineapples yesterday, smelly cucumbers couple days back etc.)
This is without a doubt the worst 5* experience we've had. Sadly, we've 2 separate bookings so we're stuck till 20th.

My stay at the Angkor Century was excellent. I stayed with them upon my arrival in Cambodia. Then the second weekend, I chose to return to Angkor Century for their great services and welcoming atmosphere. The front desk has been incredibly nice and was very helpful in advice on what to do in the city. The breakfast was better than I expected. In-room dining was great as well. Angkor Century is highly recommended for your stay in Cambodia.

Fantastic two night stay here. The hotel staff are extremely helpful answering any queries promptly. The breakfast was great with a good choice. The bar meals are also excellent.
It has a lovely large outdoor pool and there is a separate spa. It is conveniently located to Ankgor Wat and other temples, with the muesum in walking distance.

Great hotel, quiet street, yet excellent central town location.
Great staff, professional, respectful and family friendly (made friends with many members of staff).
Folklore shows (including Apsara dance) on selected nights. The owner is a Khmer with a passionate streak to promote Khmer culture, help out locals with jobs and assist orphanages.
Will definitely return.

We liked this hotel, very central, rooms were spacious and clean, beds were a little hard that’s the only complaint 😳.
Pool area was great, staff friendly and helpful, tuc tuc drivers availability on the grounds at all times.
Breakfast buffet was great.

good centrally located hotel

we had a great stay as a family and the staff were very helpful whenever we had a query, breakfast included in our price was fine. The pool was great after the warm days spent viewing the temples and sites. Only point from a family point of view was not having a childrens rate for the evening buffet which would have been good to do it did not make sense to pay the full rate for our youngest son so we ended up eating outside the hotel instead-- the main area to go out is just a short ride away in a tuk tuk

Best Hotel Stay

A lot of hotels have some great staff with good service that is sometimes spoiled by a few with a bad work attitude. Compared to the many hotels we have stayed in around the world, Angkor Century is one of the best, if not the best in terms of genuine friendliness and good attitude and service from practically all the staff. This is, we feel, in no small measure due to the professionalism and hands-on approach of the Front Desk Manager Mr. Than Phana who led by example and was always around to look after us. The restaurant staff were all good too. We had the most pleasant stay and have indeed put forward our recommendations of the hotel to 2 other couples who might be going to Siem Reap!

Will not return ever! I booked an executive king for 3 with pool view but upon arrival front desk manager places me in triple twin room with street noisy lousy view! I asked to switch based on my confirmation which he begrudgingly relocated me to a family suite pool view \"upgrade\" but room was smaller with dirty mugs/cups with timed AC which I called to notify front desk to have maintenance come and check at 5am but he questioned why I didn't notify them sooner because staff may not be available that early???? Lastly, we stroll our luggage down before heading to breakfast to place near door so our driver can place in car at bell desk, but decided to keep our keys in case we forgot something, unbeknownst we heard back around 8am while unlocking the door a male staff was using the restroom and helped himself to the housekeeping tip money we left for cleaners! I shut the door so he can finish but he makes us wait outside for 5 minutes until I bang on door telling him that we haven't checked out yet and for him to exit, he responds, but you're luggage is downstairs, tried to complain to manager but only helpless sorry, very poor business conduct

Dejligt ophold

Dejligt ophold på et hotel jeg også besøgte for 4 år siden. Dog har Covid-19 sat sine spor og hotellet var næsten kun lige genåbnet, med begrænset service ifht at morgenmadsbuffet ikke længere fandtes, pool området så lidt lukket ud og vi virkede som de eneste gæster. Håber gæsterne vender tilbage til Siem Reap og dette hotel som er et dejligt ophold

10 minutes by tuk-tuk to Angkor Wat !!

We stayed for 4 nights here. the pool was clean and beautiful as the photo. We were happy that the staff always greeted us with a smile. We had delicious noodles and omelets every morning, Of course, there are many other choices. It's a bit far from the bustling area, we always used a tuk-tuk and no problem. We'll sure to stay at this hotel next visit.

泳池靚景可惜房間殘舊

被相片泳池靚景吸引, 所以連住5晚, check in 後比234號房我, 走廊轉彎第一間, 一看到房內陳設就感覺似一間士多房, 傢俱殘舊, 門鎖生銹, 廁所門關不上, 電話冇聲, 露台門鎖壞, 可以用恐怖來形容, 後來我要求換房, 前枱換左隔離235號房比我, 雖然潔淨情況比較好少少, 但係門鎖傢俱情況都是一樣, 後來又發覺電視只有雪花, 又要call room service維修, 算吧！再換都不會好得去邊, 真係後悔, 每日執房就只鋪平床單, 沒有更換, 簡簡單清潔一下廁所枱面, 毛巾放不足夠, 連拖鞋著到第3日已經污穢了都不更換, 要我掉進垃圾桶內給她看到才更換, 住了5日得出總結是絶對絶對不值得推介, 連2 星級都不如。

古いホテルではあるがメンテナンスされており、快適に過ごすことができた

予約がダブルだったが、事前メールでツインへの変更を連絡しました。
連絡がうまくいっておらず、ダブルへ案内。
その場で変更を申し入れ、空き部屋へ案内されたが、
プールサイドではなく、シティーサイドになった。
片道送迎がサービスだが問題なく、空港に迎えにきてもらった。
基本語が解るスタッフが居て助かった。
市街地に近いのでスーパーへ行くのも便利だった。
食事は毎日違っており、飽きが来なかった。
