This is a gorgeous luxury full service hotel. However, it is the staff that have made this an exceptional experience. My husband ended up in the hospital during our stay in Siem Reap. All of the hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. We will never forget what they hav ex find for us.

10 day stay here and it's been excellent. 5 star service from beginning to end. Very clean rooms. Nice shower and bath. The Christmas decorations were fabulous. I have enjoyed a 10-day stay here, experiencing exceptional service throughout. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the shower and bath facilities are excellent. The Christmas decorations were truly remarkable, I would definitely recommend a stay here as you won't be disappointed.

Rooms were nicely decorated and cleaned/ made every day! The lobby on the forth floor did not have any air circulation and was hot. There was no separate help desk on the privilege floor. They mentioned 20% additional discount on the current spa treatments but refused to add that/ honor that for the treatments that already had some seasonal discounts for anyone. The breakfast had very limited options for vegetarians/ vegan. Overall the staff was courteous in their interaction but less proactive in dining area. Not sure if we will stay here again!

Beautiful room with gorgeous view overlooking the garden and pool. Staff are very friendly and polite.
Our only complaint is that why are paying customers having to wait behind queue of senior managers at breakfast everyday. Never have I been to any hotels around the world that the senior managers are enjoying breakfast before the paying guests.
I hope they changed this practice before my next visit to Siem Reap.

Our first visit to Cambodia and so impressed with the staff at Borei Angkor and the hotel in general. So friendly and helpful. Organised two days of transport and a guide for the temples which was a great experience. Food options excellent with lots of breakfast options included in the price. Nice pool area. If you want some nightlife then Pub Street takes about 20 mins to walk or 5 mins in a Tuk Tuk. Unreservedly recommended if you are visiting Siem Reap.

The name was confusing. Was it the Privilege Floor or the hotel Angkor Birei? Cab driver was confused as were we. If we are going to be assigned the Privilege floor at the Angkor Borie the reservation should first list the name of the hotel. Also it looked like all floors were the Privilege Floor so not sure what upgrade there was. Rooms were spacious and air conditioned, but lobby and all hallways were not and it was z95 degrees! Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Dresser drawer stuck and bathtub wobbled, but still a nice hotel.

We had a wonderful time in the Borei Angkor. The hotel is tastefully decorated and the rooms are nice and updated. The included breakfast was very good, with plenty of Cambodian options. The hotel organized the tuk tuk service for the 3 days we visited the ruins and we were very pleased with the service.

Great place to stay. Hotel is very impressive and staff are amazing. There is a restaurant and pool bar on site, and prices are similar to what you would pay in Europe. I would definitely stay there again. The only slight issue is it is outside the town, but it only takes about 5 mins by tuk tuk or about 15 mins to walk.

Hotel gardens &pool area lovely.
It’s located a distance from the river and the main restaurants & bars.
The internet coverage in rooms is very poor, you are paying western prices for food & drink in the hotel so I would recommend never eating or drinking in there.
Breakfasts are very hectic due to the number of tour groups & the staff struggle to keep up.

It was ok, not the cleanest or nicest.. my bathroom si k didn’t drain during my stay. I figured the maid would have noticed and had it fixed but no ... some other missed cleaning details as well that I won’t mention. They are trying to be a deluxe resort especially with the “privalege” foot but falls short. There are better for the same price. I won’t return

This was the most amazing and wonderful hotel! Besides being incredibly beautiful- the privilege floor is a dream come true! The staff was superbly professional, helpful, and kind! Reena- one of the personal staff on the floor- was fabulously kind and wonderful. She helped us with all questions and took care of us like family. If you go to Siem Reap- I recommend staying at the Angkor Borei on the privilege floor. This was our 2nd time in Siem Reap and there will definitely be a 3rd or possibly 4th!

The staff are absolutely amazing and will do everything they can to help you. The property is lovely and breakfast has a delicious range of good quality. The only negative about the property was the noise. There is a bit of onsite noise from a renovation which is fine but there was lots of noise 9-5 each day from a speaker on a nearby property which played like xylophone sounds, someone singing and talking all day. Painful. You can't hear it inside hotel but you can on your deck or by the pool

The Privilege floor by Borei Angkor is a fantastic place to stay in Siem Reap.

The decor/interior are grand and luxurious in the traditional Cambodian style. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Our room had a super king size bed, a balcony and a large ensuite bathroom with a freestanding claw-feet bath tub and a powerful shower. The air con (an essential in hot and humid June) worked so well that we would wake up in the morning feeling a little chilly!

We experienced impeccable service by all staff throughout our stay, but would like to particularly mention Judy who went above and beyond to change our room for our last night due to noise outside the hotel (a local custom that happens at unpredictable times).

The buffet breakfast had a wide range of options to suit most tastes, was freshly prepared and good quality.

The hotel arranged a tuk-tuk to take us to the temples at a very reasonable price and we were pleased that this gave us the added assurance that the driver was reliable and wouldn't leave us stranded! The drivers were all so friendly and helpful, despite often limited English.

All in all, we were so impressed with the Privilege Floor at Borei Angkor that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends and others.

The staff are very friendly and very polite, making me feel at home. They helped us to book for our local massage, show tickets and restaurants. They also patiently explained to us all the questions we have about Siem Reap. The room is clean and well kept. The pool is big with many beach chairs. I like the jacuzzi and steam room. This is the 3rd time i have returned in 5yrs, 2 in the past month, Overall a great hotel with beautiful decor and very attentive staff, The rooms are large and we stayed on the privilege floor which came with breakfast and a complimentary dinner for 2 and return airport transfers, The staff are very helpful in organising anything but just need to correspond with each other as we had to double check everything, We did move rooms because of fuel smells coming from aircon unit something that needs updating i imagine, This time there was construction noise from around the swimming pool due to renovations something that we should have been told beforehand , Overall a good experience and would return again in the future.

From an impressive lobby resembling the Aria in Las Vegas to the beautifully appointed rooms to the unbelievably attentive service, I am happy to give the Privilege Floor my highest recommendation for lodging in Siem Reap. The staff took care of all of my requests and arranged a variety of tours with incredibly knowledgeable guides. (One other tour guide told me that he regarded my guide as a mentor.) On-site breakfasts were very good. The on-site team had uniformly strong language skills that made it a pleasure to stay here. It’s a 5-minute Tuk Tuk ride to the far noisier Pub Street area. Good water pressure, strong WiFi, and quiet at night. If you’re looking for a resort-style experience, you can’t go wrong here!

We definitely go back if we have a chance to go to Siem Reap again.
Pro:
The service were excellent from the beginning till the end or I would say from picked up till dropped off.
All of the staffs were very helpful and friendly, always available to help or answer all the questions that we had. I would recommend any staffs who available since they all have a very warm welcoming but Reena was our host, she was very friendly and she also made sure we get what need it and feel like home.
The breakfast were great, and had so many varieties which were hard to make decision...lolll
Facility very nice and clean. Well decorated and very traditional kind of vibe.

The elevator and some areas of the facility were a bit hot.

I am so disappointed in this hotel. An error was made and I was charged for a second room on a night I was there due to a booking error. When staff approached me about an additional reservation at 8:00 AM on the day that the second reservation was for, I informed them that it was a mistake and I did not want or need the extra room. I was told they would look into it. I told them to cancel the extra room but was charged as a no show! The customer service is terrible at this establishment! Stay elsewhere!

The check in was difficult, it took 15 minutes before the reception could confirm that I had a reservation. The safe in the room didn't work. I tried to get somebody to fix it, but nothing was done until the following day when somebody came over to tell us that only a few key on the entry pad worked. The second day, one half of the area around the pool was not available as tables were set up for a special dinner. As expected the other side was fully occupied and we could not find a seat. The place is noisy from the doors slamming in the hallway. One day, there was extreme noise coming from the city. We could not leave the outside door opened or use the balcony. When we asked the reason, we were told that there was a funeral.

Amazing luxery hotel! We were treated like royalty. This is a beautiful hotel with top level resteraunts, spa, shopping, concierge services. Upon arrival we were greeted by one person in particular who said he was our personal contact throughout our entire stay. Andy was exceptional at his job. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgable about the area. He helped us book tours, taxis, tuk-tuks, and personally returned an umbrella we left in a taxi. Great location, not too far from the airport with free shuttle service. Close to Angkor Wat, markets, old town, and other attractions.

From the amazing personal attention, arranging all of our transportation and touring needs, the beautiful room and pool to the delicious sit down breakfast I can not say enough about how great the experience was. Great if you don’t want to see Angkor Wat

They ruined the only part of coming to Siem Reap...they didn’t have a tour guide for our tour of Angkor Wat..they sent us to see the sunrise on our own

A lovely hotel. Beautiful decor, well equipped rooms, comfortable beds and quality bedding. The pool area is wonderful, with plenty of space, loungers and towels to go round. Great variety of food for breakfast. We especially enjoyed the egg station with omelettes made to order. Staff and service here are exceptional. Well worth a visit.
