The hotel team were wonderful and made you feel very welcomed. The lady at breakfast was very attentive and did a super job looking after our needs.

We were up early on day 1 to Angkor Wat so they put us together a breakfast picnic. Such a wonderful gesture.

The room and private pool could do with updating to make this a true 5 star room. Close to the city and safe quiet area.

A great three night stay to explore Angkor. The staff was amazing, Makara and Tola were great and looked after us very well. We also booked all our Angkor temples via Heritage Tours and Teka was amazing in arranging everything. Solthea our guide was very knoweldgeable. Picked us up from the airport and returned us again and was great. All in all I cannot fault anything.

Staff was the most kind and hospitable I have ever encountered. The facilities were immaculate and it was nice to have the availability of breakfast in the morning. Make sure to book a massage and facial...they're phenomenal. The Heritage Adventures Team did an amazing job of providing a last-minute booking when a third-party vendor canceled and the whole team went above and beyond to make my stay and overall experience pure MAGIC! If you ever go to Cambodia, stay here at least once to experience the Wonder that is The Kingdom. Arkoun Chraen. 🙏

We had a very pleasant stay in Heritage Suits hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and our bangalow was lovely. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed our evening meal on the one night we dined there. The journey to the centre of Siem Reap is only a few minutes by Tuk Tuk and the ride was actually really enjoyable - you get to see more of Siem Reap. The hotel staff are lovely and accommodating but I would advise to ensure the messages are clearly conveyed to avoid any misunderstanding. We would love to come back to Siem Reap one day and Heritage Suits would be our prefers choice!

Simply incredible. We loved every second of our stay here. A true 5 star hotel at extremely reasonable prices. The staff are some of the nicest and most accommodating we’ve ever come across, going above and beyond each and every day. They have a jazz night on Tuesday which we loved, a stunning pool with happy hour drinks and food offers, and a gorgeous on site spa. The location was great, very close to central but just far enough to be away from the noise. Breakfast is delicious and the beds are comfortable, I really don’t have a bad thing to say! I recommend getting the airport pickup too, the pickup car has cool towels, soft drinks and wifi for the ride! I also suggest upgrading to the slightly nicer suite or even the room with the private pool, again for not much more money but gets you a massive and beautiful suite!

We booked a family suite, and while it was spacious, the design had some drawbacks:
1. Curtains separated the two beds instead of a solid partition.
2. The shower area had no door for privacy.
3. The floor was extremely slippery, and we had to move carefully—unfortunately, my son slipped and fell.
4. The electrical outlets were very loose, making it difficult for our chargers to stay plugged in.
5. The room felt outdated.
6. The breakfast options were very limited.

Overall, it wasn’t the most comfortable stay.

I went for the half-marathon. I met a family. This charming property welcomed me wholeheartedly, and it made the race a much pleasant experience; from the English speaking remok driver who managed my moves around town including the 4:15am departure to the race, to the amazing receptionist who got out of her way to get me the safety pins, from the delicious food to the floral decorations (the gardening staff created an orchid bloom just before the weekend), every detail contributed to a wonderful experience!

The property was set in a boutique complex, in a very relaxing setting. Overall, the property is well maintained. The staff were accomodating, very friendly and went out of their way to make the guests feel at home. The breakfast was great and had both western and local options. In addition, the lunch and dinner options were also nice, but Steven at the concierge desk had made some fantastic recommendations for dinner in the local area (I would highly recommend the Embassy) which didn’t disappoint.

The hotel is in relatively close proximity to the central area of Siem Reap (pub street and old markets) so if you’re up for a walk it’s about 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can take a tuk tuk for 3 USD.

The only down side was that our room was a little overlooked by the adjoining property, otherwise everything else was fantastic.

Excellent Hotel. Excellent Service. Excellent Facilities. Excellent Quality. Excellent Spa. Excellent TukTuk and Tour Services. All of the staff, and especially Sinat and Tula, make a real difference when you stay here by giving a full personnel service, and nothing is too much trouble at all for any of them. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here - the last time was in 2014 - and it really is still the best hotel we have stayed in at Siem Reap. Attention to detail is second to none. The Colonial Pool Suite we had was amazing and spacious with great amenities. Food and presentation is excellent. Daily turn down gifts are cherished. Its because of the service we had throughout our previous stays here that we booked it again this year - and we will book this hotel again when we return in the future - so highly recommended.

This property was absolutely delightful. The staff could not have been kinder or more gracious. Front desk staff awaited our arrival at the front door every time we returned to the property and smiled and bowed at us. Incredibly warm. The wait staff in the restaurant made you feel that your presence made their day. Happy hour by the pool was lovely and the pool was refreshing and gorgeous. We were upgraded a room level for no charge which was awesome. I would recommend this property to anyone.

The room I stayed in has an outdoor space so that was really nice. I thought the location was great too even though the hotel was not super close to restaurants compared to other hotels. If you like tennis, the Raffles Hotel is only about a 7 minute walk away. All the staff were very friendly and always smiling. If there was one thing that was missing, I would say having some gym equipment would be it.

What sets this property apart is the wonderful staff, who are so friendly and grateful for your stay - they even learned my name after a couple days. The property is safe, clean, and luxurious. The bungalows give it a private home feeling.

The only improvement this property could use is either a site-level water purifier, or a water purifier in each room, because the tap water comes out very faintly brown and smells faintly of sulfur. This is not a criticism of the hotel because it is likely every unfiltered water spigot in Siem Reap has this issue. The water was fine to shower in and bath and they provide bottled water for brushing teeth, but a site-level filter or room-level filter would be the only upgrade I'd made to this otherwise flawless property. Highly recommended to stay here!

They have a steam room so awesome for the early morning steam bath and before swimming in the pool.

I feel we had the best tour guide Mr Sothea and driver Mr Somedy. We may have done our back homework before going on the tour. Mr Sothea has given us more value with the history of Cambodia. His family and himself as a veteran soldier living it till today. We could see how the past between and present link to temples and mountains we were going to see.

He is very clear in English language. He fulfills the fun facts of the building dimensions of the buildings and the moat around them. Very clear the year and event happened like a scholar knowing location of every line in the history book. Best of all emotifying the backstories of the buildings, carvings and statues, bringing them to life. We were like little kids listening in awe! Following every word and voice tonality to look forward to the next mind and emotion stimulation of the joys, the sorrows, passions and happiness like a mind movie.

He is a good planner with the trips well thought out like a story board and always on top of what we’d do next. A very fit new grandfather who would climb every wall and “mountain” together with us. I just (want to) feel like every other tourist is envious of us having Sothea to be physically present, filling us up with education, leading us with smooth processes of every cognitive step.

The suite was spacious and the facilities such as the private pool, jacuzzi and steam room were great and we enjoyed using them. It would have been even better if the jacuzzi had temp control as water could be cold. The staff were personable and friendly esp Sinat who took the time to get to know us. We appreciate their pleasantness and constant attention. I would overall highly rate this boutique hotel. Location is nicely situated across the bridge from the main shopping belt. Even then it was no prob using Grab or tuktuk to get around.

Loved everything about this hotel!! From the second we step foot into the reception area, it felt like an oasis. The whole area had a pleasant jasmine scent that was very refreshing and inviting. Service from everyone was touch notch. They really aim to please. Our room was amazing! Everything exceeded our expectations and we had a pleasant surprise, there was a steam room in our room! I don’t remember reading about that amenity when we booked the family suite with pool. The buffet breakfast was also really nice! Small menu but had enough variety to meet everyone’s needs (we had a large party of 8).

The hotel is a bit off the beaten path but still close, a 20 minute walk or quick Tuk Tuk ride to areas of interest in Siem Reap. The Spa services were top notch. The Suites are spacious and full of amenities, including a private pool and steam room in ours. The mattress was a little stiff for our liking. The property overall is beautiful, very green and well kept. And the staff were very attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was worth every penny.

Hang on to your hat's boys and girls! I have to tell you about a wonderful hotel in the heart of Siem Reap! It is the Heritage Suite Hotel and it's a beautiful hotel quietly located in the city next to a primary school. Once you pull into the entryway, you are greeted with a very nice garden that has two old school Mecedes-Benz parked in the front. The place gives you a slight colonial feel which works well with this hotel. You are immediately greeted by the staff (Mr. Long and the gang) and quickly tend to your needs (we received a cool towel and a tasty Cambodian Tea).

The front of the hotel also serves as the restaurant area which is very clean and spacious. The mood is very calming as you listen to the jazz of a small quartet in the background. Once you are checked in, the wonderful staff takes you to your room. We have a family of three (adult son) so we rented two bungalow rooms with a patio. The rooms are very spacious and more modern than I expected. The decorum fits with the island theme with beautiful wood trim and bright colors. The steam room was a big hit with my wife.

But the best part about this hotel is the SERVICE!!!! Oh yes, you will feel well cared for at this place here my friends. We had Finan and Sinat as our maître d and they were fantastic! We stayed there for 8 days and every day they took the time to find out what we wanted and yet gave us space to enjoy our meal experience. No detail was missed, and they were so pleasant to meet eve

We stayed at HSH for 4 days, using it as a base for exploring Angkor / Siem Reap and the surrounding area. We loved staying there - in fact my kids did not want to go back. I can only recommend the staff for creating such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. This is a smaller \"boutique\" style hotel, quiet and a bit away from the main areas, restaurants etc. However not further away than a short ride in a remork.

Heritage Suites was recommended to me so gave them a try. Overall a nice property and not too far from the main hustle and bustle of Siem Reap.

Services was good, although the ‘free airport transfer’ is little misleading. They’ll pick you up but have to pay to return. Strange approach ($15 also excessive when a tuktuk is $3 max).

During our stay we had to “fight” for the AC remote. They removed it from the room because the central AC was activated on our second night, but it wasn’t powerful to cool the room. Their argument was we didn’t need to use the two standalone chillers so stopped us by removing the remote. We had to argue to get it back (kinda rude given price if the stay). Next day same happened, remote removed while we were out. For the 4th night we hid the remote! Silly games.

Also on the 4th night the main gate was locked. It 2:30am and nobody could be contacted to open it. We had to risk injury and climb over. Not great for a 5 star.

Overall though an OK stay. Their email communication prior the stay are efficient and give confidence of a good stay. The stay itself was a little ammeter in delivery. I’ll cut them slack give the struggles they must have had during the lockdowns. Hopefully they’ll improve for future visits.

I love the pre-arrival contacts from staff. They are warm, hospitable and have genuine interests to help you plan in advance to ensure you have the best time in Siem Reap. The room is slightly older than I thought with dim lighting, bed making squeaky noise and water pressure not quite stable. These are minor issues if you are here only for a short stay. I would still highly recommend the hotel for anyone considering.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! I reserved a suite with a private jacuzzi and steam room and it was immaculate! The room was spacious and featured complimentary espresso and tea along with a fruit basket during turn down service.

The on-site hotel bar also features a number of excellent Belgian beers (which provided for a great change from the typical lagers found in the area).

Then there's the staff who brought customer service to a whole other level. Upon arrival, we were presented with a list of complimentary amenities (mosquito repellent, toothbrush, etc.) and were even given the opportunity to select our preferred soap fragrance.

I had noted on the reservation that I was celebrating an anniversary (I don't usually expect much from noting this on hotel bookings. except maybe some decorations in the room) and was surprised by three hotel staff members knocking on our door, one whom sang \"True Colors\" by Cindi Lauper (very well might I add!) and two others who brought in a complimentary cake (which had a swan on it made out of an apple, I'm not making this up!) and bouquet of peonies.

Lastly, on our date of departure, we were treated to an airport transfer via a vintage 1968 Mercedes Benz.

I cannot say enough about this place. Thank you so much to all of the staff who made our stay incredible!

If you are unsure of where to stay in Siem Reap, Heritage Suites Hotel is your answer! Cannot wait to come back here one day!

The most amazing hotel

This hotel was absolutely amazing. We have no complaints, everything was perfect. The check in was quick, and we were able to check in early. They even gave us a choice of which soap we would like in our room. We were given a mobile phone number which we could text should we need anything. Staff were always accommodating. The breakfast food was delicious. Our room was incredible and clean. The bed was very comfortable also.
I would highly recommend this hotel. It was a real treat for the end of our trip.

Overall stay at Heritage Suites Hotel - Siem Reap was amazing. We stayed here for 3 nights (Aug 2019) and from the beginning of our stay till the very end it was enjoyable.
Service at Heritage was very impressive, we were greeted at the airport in a nice Mercedes and stayed in The Residence room, this room was bigger than one could imagine when staying in a hotel. This room included an in room steam room and Pool and Jacuzzi.
Breakfast each morning was great! with a wide variety of items and free flow of food and drinks that were freshly made, it was perfect.
Location is town center and it was close and easy to get to the shops via tuk tuk (Grab) or walking. It is around 20 minutes from the airport and Angkor Wat and 5-10 mins from town.
The staff were very helpful and informative, and we would recommend staying here. Thank you for the great service Sam, Mike and team! Hoping to see you all soon.

Almost but not quite perfect. The much touted Mercedes airport pick up didn’t happen as apparently the car was broken. Booked a private pool suite that wasn’t so private. Over looking the pool have a building with cell phone tower mounted on top. The room is spacious and looks luxurious it’s set up for a sofa bed and main bed arrangement so the sofa is not comfortable to sit on. The hot water ran out and the water pressure is very bad - took more than 30 min to fill the bath tub and the water was cold. The staff are super nice and take good care of the guests. The temple next door often has loud speaker chanting but after the first day I was used to it. If you can get a good room then I would recommend this place.

Nice place but it does cost you!

This is a great hotel but it is expensive. Good stuff first. Being collected in a vintage Mercedes is a neat experience and a novelty. The hotel is not far from the airport and so the fact that the car is not exactly comfortable is not a big deal! The hotel staff were always terrific, helpful and informative. The breakfast was exceptional with lots of options. The bar had a good selection of drinks at reasonable prices (the bottle conditioned beer was excellent). Not so good stuff. Our hotel room was large and had an outside jacuzzi, but as the jacuzzi was not heated, it wasn't that inviting. The room contained a steam room, which I tried to use but the door was so poorly fitted that it was almost impossible to keep any heat in it. The pool area was nice but the pool is a bit on the small side. These are not major issues that spoil the stay, but worth keeping in mind given the relative high price.

On the whole this is a great hotel. Pick up from the airport in an old 1962 Mercedes is nice. Staff are very attentive, rooms are very clean. Breakfast is included but does make me wonder that when you pay £150 per night why if you simply want a Latte coffee with breakfast they say it’s chargeable at $3.50.

I fell in love with Cambodia and will definitely choose this hotel on my return.

A quite and hidden gem tucked away!

We briefly visited Heritage for 2 nights, as we were only doing a go, go, go visit. We were popping in from Thailand only to visit Angkor Wat and then continue our way into Vietnam. We were picked up in the hotels vintage Mercedes which was a nice touch. The hotel was a quick 10 minute drive from the local airport, and check in was both smooth and a breeze. We had already been in contact with the hotel's tours department, and so we had tours prearranged for the duration of our stay. As soon as we arrived we were asked for our passports and after making copies we were quickly on our way to our bungalow. Our check in consisted of making copies of our passports, a welcome drink and a cool towel. A complete breeze! Once in our bungalow, we were presented with a few gifts (a hand woven basket, water bottles, and 2 neatly made Cambodian hats to help with the sun) while on our tours. This was especially nice of them to do. After a quick tour of our bungalow, we were left alone to freshen up a bit since our first tour was within the hour of our arrival. We visited their restaurant both for lunch and dinner, and were very impressed. (a bit expensive but delicious) Both tours arranged by the hotel were nothing short of spectacular. (also, tours with the hotel were a bit expensive, but were nicely planned and arranged) After our second tour, we enjoyed the afternoon by their pool, ordered a few of their drinks and it was bit of heaven out there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Pink lotus, the nicest most romantic hotel room.

Very polite staff. Very nice rooms, great country get away feel in the busy tourist fillled Siem Reap. A quiet oasis for romantic get away or for alone adventure travel with spiritual rejuvenation. They also have a spa facility with complementary 15min head and shoulder massage. Only downside is the food: terrible. Go to outside restaurants.

An amazing place to stay!!

It was an amazing stay! It is off the main road so you don't have to contend with tour buses driving by or much traffic at all. It is a quiet and serene oasis. The staff are so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The room was beautiful, spacious, and extremely luxurious. The pool was beautiful and a perfect way to relax after walking all day around the temples. The food at the restaurant was amazing and so beautifully constructed. A little pricy for Cambodia standards but equivalent to the cost of a fancy restaurant. The spa is beautiful and a great experience (the 4-handed Cambodian cocoon massage was great).

Delightful Property, Helpful and Friendly Staff

What a wonderful place! The staff gives exemplary service. They went out of their way to help me. The food is high quality. Especially enjoyed their bountiful, complimentary breakfast. Evening sweets, a dinner, and a complimentary mini bar in the room are some of the perks. A massage at the serene and clean spa attached to the hotel helped me to relax. A traditional dance performance on Tuesday was delightful. Lovely grounds. The only drawback is that it's a little out of the way from Siem Reap's center but a Tuk-Tuk ride to the center is inexpensive.

A peaceful oasis in crazy Siem Reap

We stayed for four nights and had a lovely experience. All staff were eager to help and very friendly and professional. Food was well cooked and interesting. Room very comfortable, good bathrooms. Lovely pool to relax and unwind. Tours arranged to suit us, at reasonable cost. Drivers and guides knowledgeable and spoke English well. A quiet corner of Siem Reap, but close to a couple of lovely NGO run places to eat and have coffee or a beer in pretty gardens. 5 or 10 mins from shopping areas. European staff are in charge and are training junior staff which is working well. We spent a fantastic New Years Eve by the pool with a jazz band, and Cambodian dancing. The jazz saxophonist played in the bar on Thursday night too- fantastic.

A little hit and miss

Nice rooms and a great ambiance, but some things just didn't hit the spot. Stains on the sheets, no turn down, no promised amenities, strange lay out of the room. Booking for dinner all wrong and no mention or apology. But the staff were for charming, the hotel is great. Just a bit disappointing in too many areas for it to be good.

Outstanding boutique hotel in a great location in Siem Reap. Beautiful, relaxing pool with poolside drink service. The breakfast is amazing. They use vintage mercedes for hotel pick up and drop off. Hidden jewel in Siem Reap

What a stroke of luck to have picked this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service and attentiveness of the staff were simply amazing. The hotel has only a small number of guest rooms but offers a full suite of services and facilities including a pool set in a lush tropical garden, a large stylish bar, an outstanding restaurant and a boutique offering high end gifts and works of art by local artists. The design and decor of the hotel are stylish and comfortable and well looked after. I would highly recommend the Heritage Suites.

What a Find!

We stayed 4 nights at this boutique hotel. The management are so concerned with your comfort. The staff are incredible polite. The included breakfast offers a wide variety of choices for all tastes. It is not a buffet. Instead it is regular table service with fresh squeezed juice. The hotel rooms are non-smoking with an outdoor covered smoking lounge. This must be new because this site said they couldn't guarantee non-smoking. We were delighted when we arrived to find that was no longer the case. The hotel is tucked away from the downtown area about 1.5 km away. (A $2 tuc tuck ride). It is in a working neighborhood that may seem rough to western eyes but is perfectly ordinary for Cambodia and safe. It is also not located by the new mega hotels on the highway where the bus loads of tourists stay. There is live Jazz on Thursday nights in the large bar/restaurant. Despite this being a boutique hotel it is very kid friendly and has family accommodations. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to friends.
