TERRIBLE HOTEL !!!

My room had mosquitos and bugs and smelled like mildew. the front desk person was extremely rude and she was even yelling at me because i was had a rash on my arm because of the bugs in the room. i left immediately after 5 minutes of checking in. they refused to refund me for the room even though i had to go see a doctor and pay out of my pocket. i stayed across the street at te Villa Marina which was a way-way better. Don't waste yuor money on this filthy hotel.

Friendly staff & close to the beach

On arrival we were greeted by a friendly receptionist & was quickly checked into the main hotel with a pool view from our balcony.
Overall the room was clean & comfortable, the hotel itself is in need of a little updating but has an old school charm.
The pool was mostly quiet & cleaned everyday.
It is a very short walk from Lamai beach & has free sun loungers for guests.
The staff were very helpful & we were always greeted with a smile.
The breakfast is okay & the WIFI was a little up & down at times but on the whole it was good.
This is a pleasant place to stay & is situated away from the noise of the main strip.

Nice touches, close to everything

Hotel is set back from the beach, through the sister bungalow resort and across the road, nice and quite but local enough to bars and restaurants Breakfast served in sister resort basic but fine.
Nice touches like beach towels and sun beds on the beach.
Staff great.
Would recommend for location and value.
Hotel very clean but nearing a required coat of paint to hide a few marks ( being picky)

Lovely

The hotel was clean and calm and quiet and yet was very close to the main road. Lovely swimming pool and friendly staff. There seemed to be a few families in the hotel. Lots to do in the local area with plenty of information leaflets at reception.
Only down side was the wifi was completely hit and miss. Other than that I'd happily stay again.

Great hotel

I really liked this hotel. Great location great pool that got sun all day. Happy staff that say hello every time you see them. The only thing I didn't like about my stay was the breakfast! I feel they could do something a little better even adding some mushrooms or beans to American breakfast would be a start. but our stay was still good value for money. And we would stay again.

Well position, friendly hotel near the beach

I have stayed here 3 times now. For the price, the location close to Lamar town centre and the beach, the helpfulness of the staff, the swimming pool, good, free Wi-Fi, in room safe, air conditioning, small balcony, you can't really go wrong.

Gem In Samui

Hate to have to fight a crowd but this is a nice little hotel. It has a great pool, friendly staff and quiet location. Short walk to town of maybe 7 minutes at most. Beach access is across the street. Hotel owner is very thoughtful with his design and friendly. The bathrooms were very swanky as well. We would stay again.

Close to Beach

The hotel was good value and close to the beach. The pool was nice but opened too late and closed too early 9 to 9. The breakfast service across the road at their bungalow property was very good every morning. This hotel was close to lots of restaurants, but one of the best values we found was the Bamboo restaurant just a short walk along the beach. Allowed us to eat in the fresh sea air away from the noisy streets. If on a budget I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel in quiet but central location

Seabreeze Place is the sister hotel of Seabreeze Bungalows, which are located across the road by the beach. A fairly new property, quite small but with a reasonably sized swimming pool with sufficient sun loungers for the number of guests. Continental breakfast, included in the price, is taken across the road at the bungalows. Its only a two minute walk into the centre of Lamar, but the hotel is away from any town centre noise. Also a one minute walk to the beach, across the road and through the Seabreeze Bungalows property. All in all, a good hotel for the price.

Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends

We enjoyed and felt safe staying at Samui Seabreeze Place. Our room was on 1st floor. Overall, the room was good for us. It worth paying this price. The staff were kind and smiley. Good WiFi signal in the room. There were several parking lots in front of the hotel. Easily went down to the beach, just crossed the road walking through Seabreeze Bungalow to the beach. (The same owner). Quite far from the Lamai walking street. We could not walk (we personally do not love walking for long distance but we believe other western people can easily do it).

There are a fews points that we did not like.

- flush toilet was not clean. Seeming that they have not cleaned for a month at least. We could see the yellow dirty mark obviously.

- A corner of the bathroom was with a clear glass covered with shade blinds but it did not cover properly so the people outside (especially on the swimming pool level) could look into the bathroom. I had to take a shower in the dark. Feared to turn on a light.

- Shower is hanging too high. Quite trouble for Asian women like me to move it.

- The hotel did not add the drinking water bottles and tissue papers for the next day but did not matter because 7-11 shop was located nearby. We bought it additionally for our stay.

Summary : we will stay at this hotel again if we would like to save our budget.

Well positioned, small hotel - relaxed atmosphere

Small, comfortable hotel positioned close to the centre of Lamai and 200 meters from the beach (you cross a road and walk through the grounds of its sister hotel). A warm greeting from the reception staff who show you to your room personally. They arranged an airport pickup for us at a good price, and then a return transfer at the end of our stay. Motor scooters were available for hire from day to day, as required. Good A/C in the rooms, nice, small balconies. Standard Thai-style bathroom/wetroom. Comfortable bed, no roaches or mosquito problems experienced. Small swimming pool that was adequate for the size of the property. Good, free wi-fi in rooms. A basic continental breakfast included - if you wanted something more substantial then the prices were reasonable. I'd definitely return.

조용하고 번화가랑 적당히 떨어져서(걸어 갈 수 있음) 멀고 해변 접근이 짱 쉽습니다. 호텔에 엘리베이터 없어요. 호텔 분들 다들 영어 잘 하시고 상냥합니다. 매일 아침에 풀장 청소를 해서 저는 풀장도 엄청 자주 썼어요. 다음에도 또 올거에요.

Es gibt schönere Plätze auf Koh Samui

Nicht zu empfehlen!
Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Bilder stimmen nicht mit dem aktuellen Zustand überein.
Der Pool ist in miserablen Zustand, es sind überall Fliesen abgeplatzt und nur Plastik-Liegen ohne Auflagen.
Auch die angegebene Lage ist nicht korrekt. Hotel liegt auf der anderen Straßenseite und man hat einen Strandzugang über die gegenüber gelegene Bungalow Anlage (zweites Standbein und einige Bewertungen der Bungalow Anlage auf die Hotelanlage übernommen).
Zum Zimmer gibt es nichts besseres zu sagen - Badezimmer wurde seit Jahren nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt. Überall Unmengen an Kalk und Schimmel & die Toilette hat viel Urin-Stein. Zudem bekamen wir bei Ankunft schmutziges Bettzeug, welches erst auf Nachfrage gewechselt wurde. Dies war auch das einzige Mal, dass unsere Bettwäsche gewechselt wurde. Weiter ließ die tägliche Reinigung auch zu wünschen übrig, es wurde nicht täglich das complementary water oder Kaffee/Tee aufgefüllt.
Die Wände sind dazu dünn & man kann die Gespräche der Nachbarn hören - zum Nachteil, wenn diese einen deutlich anderen Lebensrhythmus und -Art haben.

Auch unsere Ankunft war nicht schön und uns wurde erstmal mitgeteilt, dass unser Zimmer eigentlich ausgebucht ist. Man hätte uns wohl per Mail über das Portal versucht zu kontaktieren und darauf hingewiesen, dass wir kostenfrei stornieren könnten. Nicht sehr professionell. Zum Glück gab es aber noch eine andere Stornierung und es war dann doch ein Zimmer frei.

Gemütliches Hotel für 2 Nächte mit Strandnähe

Das Hotel ist nur 3 min zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Trotz der guten zentralen Lage ist es ruhig. Der Pool ist schön und die Hotelanlage auch. Dennoch ist es in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel sind alt und die Schränke riechen alt. Die Klimaanlage tropft.

Trevligt hotell i centrala Lamai

Vi stannade här en vecka, vi har bott här förut så vi visste att man får mycket för en ganska billig peng. Sängarna var skönare för några år sedan, då fanns det bäddmadrasser, men de är borta nu. Vi tog inklusive frukost denna gång, trevligt att sitta nere vid stranden på morgonen, men ska man stanna mer en några dagar så kan man nog skippa frukosten så man kan gå var man vill och få mer variation.

Отдыхали с 23мая по 06июня 2015г. Нам с подругой очень понравилось. Расскажу в вкратце. Плюсы:

1.Хоть отель и расположен на второй линии идти до моря 5мин.

2. Вход в море шикарный. Песок и до глубины не далеко.

3. Лежаки бесплатные от отеля, но без мягких матрасов.

4. Пляжные полотенца меняются каждый день с уборкой номера.

5. Чайник в номер дается по запросу .

6. Кондиционер работает исправно.

7. Перебоев с водой нет.

8.Бассейн хоть и не большой, но чистый и хлоркой не пахнет. Работает с 9.00-21.00

9.Отель находится в 15мин.ходьбы от развлечений.

10. До рынка (где можно прикупить дешево рыбки и креветок и там же их вам приготовят за 40 Батт) 20мин.ходьбы спокойным шагом.

11. До магазина ЛОТОС 25мин.ходьбы спокойным шагом

12. До достопримечательности бабушка и дедушка 15мин. ходьбы

13. До магазина МАКРО 20мин.ходьбы.

14.До нашего любимого кафе под названием «Brown sugar» идти 10мин.

Минусы:

1.Нет ни одного русского канала.

A pleasent stay

me and my girlfriend we stayed here for a week.
the hotel provides everything you need. all of the staff are very friendly and they help you with everything you are looking for.
we had a wonderful room on the 3rd floor and the view was directly straight to the pool.
thanks for the reception team to gave us that nice room.
in the morning between 8 and 11 am you have to order your breakfast at the reception and walk across the street, to get your food in the area of seabreeze bungalows.
the choice of breakfast is not that big, but enough for non-thai people.
my girlfriend is thai, so if you are travelling with a thai person, dont panic- there is a big choice of everything whats making thai people happy to eat- without a choice of isaan food.
all in all i would say that seabreeze hotel and the bungalow area as well is 100% worth the money and i think you will not get a better place for that fair price.
if we will come back to samui- this is the first adress, because the area of lamai, especially the area of the hotel and the bungalows is the best, for somebody who is not interested of party too much.

Anbefaler dette hotellet. Vi var uheldige og mistet strømmen (hele øyen) i 4 av våre 7 dager på koh samui, men uansett var det et bra opphold på Thailands beste øy. Hotellet var bra, rent, og hyggelige folk.
