It was a last minute booking for us and didn’t have a lot of choices - we got lucky. A sweet little resort off the main drag. Although lots going on around us the resort was quiet. Staff were amazing and the rooms and pool area we well maintained and very clean. Will stay here again.

We had a great stay. Everything was top notch from checking in to the checking out.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, amenities were perfect, grounds were spotless.
Breakfast was plentiful and very fresh.
I would definitely stay there again when I am back to Koh Samui.

Lovely hotel right in the heart of Lamai Beach but we couldn't hear any noise in the room at night. Freindly staff, clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a large, freeform pool which we loved and had to ourselves on several occasions. You have everything you need at this hotel and its surrounding area. A good breakfast with plentiful choice available. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.

Beautiful room with huge windows and relaxing pool area. We stayed in a room closer to the road and found the noise ok. Close to bars, restaurants and 7/11. 2 minutes to the beach. Local muy Thai nearby on Saturday night.

Great location, beach just across the road. There was no cable stations apart from news. Suggest you bring iPad or computer. Otherwise the staff were fantastic, location & pool is lovely. Close to everything, very relaxing stay.

The hotel is located in the middle of all the action near Lamai Beach yet very quiet. The ladies at the reception desk (Ley and P ) provided exceptional service. I would definitely choose this venue again.

Beautiful rooms; clean and very spacious. Hotel is set back just off of the main street, yet very quiet. Staff extremely friendly/helpful. Close walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars. Would highly recommend. The one improvement would be the furniture on room decks - not very comfortable.

It was like a little oasis just off a busy road. Fabulous pool with kiddies pool and jacuzzi! We had a beautiful villa with large airy lounge kitchen, lovely bedroom and large shower room. Air conditioning is good, and decor is beautiful wooden floors and dark wood furnishings! Staff are very friendly and will help with any excursions etc at no extra charge! Breakfast is good quality and variety! Laundry service is good value and efficient! Loved our stay here!

Pretty good overall

A pretty good place. Nice staff. Clean rooms. Central. Nice pool. Negatives are that the breakfast is boring. The A/C is loud. The gym is only intended for cardio work - no worthwhile strength/weights, and no mats.

Very comfortable hotel in the center of Lamai

We're a family of 2 adults and 2 children and got the royal villa for 6 nights. The room was very convenient and had a living room, 2 bedrooms and a very spacious bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, all of us had a great sleep. They also have a big refrigerator and a microwave. Outside the hotel is the Main Street of Lamai with lots of bars, restaurants and shops (also a very close loud bar that might be noisy to some people but it didn't bother us). The beach is 5 minutes walk and the pool is just outside the vila. Breakfast was great and tasty. Overall we loved our stay and recommend this hotel for families.

Perfect place if you want both peace n action...

A very good hotel bang in the middle of Lamai! Spacious accommodation, high ceilings, big bathrooms, great swimmingpool surrounded by lots of greenery...stones throw from all action, food, bars, shopping etc. Very good wifi. Better motorcycle rentals than outside market rates. Very good service.

Breakfast was limited but suffient.

Modern, clean and comfortable resort.

This is not a budget facility, but it provides reasonable value for money. Staff are very cheerful and many have a useful English-speaking ability. Property is fairly new and they are trying hard to keep it looking that way. Many restaurants and gift shops as well as businesses like pharmacies and convenience stores are close by. Staff are very helpful with arranging tours to area attractions.

Amazing location and service

The hotel employees were extremely polite and helpful, scheduling tours and transportation for us every day. Hotel also offered free hot breakfast every morning, including American and Thai offerings. The location can't be beat, it was right in the middle of Lamai, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. No car or taxis needed to get around. Would definitely recommend.

a great new resort, middle of lamai. we stayed a two-bedroom villa, which was awesome, very clean, few meters from the pool. it was very quiet period, we were two weeks, and almost every day we got the whole pool on our own. lamai beach is five minutes away by walking. many restaurants and shops are just outside the resort.

Go for location, pool and big beds

We have positive and negative experiences of this hotel.
In a way this resort was funny - fresh and young age made it a clean, new and functioning premise to spend a Samui vacay in. The location was good as the beach is very close and you can walk anywhere you want around Lamai beach. If the beach is not your cup of tea you can relax on the hotel's pool which is big and clean. We stayed there in April so the whole Samui and the hotel was very quiet so lazy pool days where pleasant. The pool is great for families with kids.
The interior design of the room is beautiful but not very functional. The mirrors are inpractically placed and bathroom and kitchen facilities are basically the same area, but the bed and shower were very nice so we liked the basic room very much.
The staff was smiling but not very helpful when we inquired about Samui hiking trips. Also the reception lady throwed a little tantrum when we decided to check out and order a taxi an hour earlier we had discussed the previous day. The situation was weird and we left the hotel quite amused how ridiculously she acted, so the staff won't get praise from us but the hotel room comfortability does.
The gym is weird,a couple of equiptment that some work and some not and no free weights. Byt anyway, a jog on a beach is always a nicer option, right?

I had a pleasant stay at the Pattra Ville. We were on Honeymoon in Thailand and stayed here as part of final 5 days. The hotel was very clean and as it was recently built last year all furnishings were in very good condition. This coupled with the lovely pool and good price was the main reason we stayed here. It probably had the best pool in the Lamai area.

The hotel is just off the main road, towards the quieter end of Lamai and although you could hear noise from the bars in the evening it wasn't unbearable. We were the closest room to the main road so the other rooms would be better. The room also had a massive bed, the biggest we have seen in Thailand!!

The pool area is very clean and still looks new. It isn't very deep but that was fine for me as i don't dive into pools. The manager was very polite and welcoming and no problems with checking in so very impressed with using Hotels.com. She even was able to help us book a taxi on our last day which was great.

The only improvement would be to the layout of the bedroom in the basic room. i.e. we couldn't sit and watch TV on the Sofa. There was an unusual shared bathroom / kitchen area which meant the main mirror was on the wall beside the sink, not in front of you. But there was a small mirror on an arm which we used instead for general make up and shaving.

I would definitely stay again at the Pattra Ville mainly for the pool and cleanliness. Think it would be the best place in the Lamai area for the money.

Very nice property. Is a bit hard to find as it setback from the street but this also made it quiet. Just a few steps to the beach and lots of restaurants of all types clise by. Pool was perfect except a few more sum umbrellas would have helped mid-day. All in all, I would certainly stay there again.

Great room, great location!!

Stayed January 2016 and had a wonderful holiday!

The hotel is very new and so everything is very much in order and nothing is 'tired'. The high ceilings (deluxe suite) gave a large room an even more spacious feel. Air con works well and room facilities are fab inc kitchenette. I personally would have liked a bath but the massive shower was great with both a small shower head and a rainfall one. TV has many channels in different languages so a guide would perhaps be a useful addition for holiday makers, the spa will be a great addition also to the hotel once completed.

Hotel is in a central location to Lamai but is still quiet as back off the main road. The main road provides a convenience stores, pharmacies, many bars and restaurants as well as a 24 hour McDonalds and street food stalls. Salathai restaurant (great thai food, mixed grills and fondue) was very nice and Bondi Bar was great for live music and cocktails (food also very nice if you fancy something more Western). The beach is approx 300m away and is full of more restaurants and bars, freshly caught seafood/fish BBQs is the speciality and cocktails very cheap (100 Baht = approx £2). Rajboutique opposite Salathai also did a fabulous job making a suit for my husband.

All bars and restaurants use bottled water and ice from bags so had no problems there with drinks or salads. Mozzies bite a bit in the evenings but all pharmacies sell bug spray etc.

All in all, a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend!

Wonderful oasis in perfect location

The hotel is perfectly placed, it's right in the heart of lamai but is designed so well that you would not know it once inside the resort. A beautifully designed oasis. The villas are spacious and of good quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we would stay here again, very happily.

Les chambres sont très propres spacieuses. L’emplacement idéal, un petit havre de paix à 15 m de toutes les animations.. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Le café est très bon et ça c’est important.
Nous avons passé 15 jours plutôt magnifique.
Tout le personnel est très agréable.

A few minutes from the beach, lots of restaurants around.
Quiet place in a noisy area, beautiful garden and swimming pool (pool rules, especially about diving, could be better enforced).
The villas are spacious, spotlessly clean with a feeling of luxury (loved the wooden floor and furniture). Would need more cupboards to store our clothes.
The breakfast is simple but good with quality ingredients.
Additional services like airport transfer are overpriced.

De bedden waren heel comfortabel!
De kamers waren ruim en er was een gigantische badkamer.
Ook het keukentje was heel fijn omdat onze kinderen ziek werden en we daardoor wel wat eten konden maken.

De straat waar het resort aan lag was heel erg toeristisch. Maar je merkte daar in het resort helemaal niets van. Dat was heel fijn.

Alleen het ontbijtbuffet had niet veel keuze.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel

Das einchecken war gut und kompetent. Der Aufenthalt war schön. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Anlage befindet sich sehr zentral. Zum Strand benötigt man zu Fuss ca. 5. Minuten. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig. In der Nähe befinden sich verschieden Ausgehmöglichkeiten, welche zu Fuss problemlos erreicht werden können. Zurzeit ist ab ca. 09.00 mit Baulärm zu rechnen!!

Rent och välskött hotell med mycket trevlig personal. Riktigt stor och skön säng. Bra tryck i duschen. Ok wifi, lite slött ibland. Kan vara lite för mycket oljud från barerna på kvällen. Stannade en vecka för 14000:- bth

很糟糕的入住，和老人孩子一起入住，订了两间房3晚，酒店白天边上工地施工很吵，晚上酒吧很吵，白天晚上都得不到休息，住了一天实在受不了，第二天要网站联系酒店要求退房，酒店说特价房不给退，泰国对酒店环境没有评估吗，白天晚上如此大噪音，还可以照常营业吗，和酒店商量房钱不退你们挣，税钱退给我们也不行！没没办法只能换酒店，自己承担所有损失，住了一天第二天早饭都没吃，换酒店了！酒店泳池水竟然有柴油味！

Отличный отель. Располагается прямо в центре Ламай на второй линии. Рядом ночной рынок и все достойные внимания рестораны в шаговой доступности. До моря 5 минут напрямки.
Заселение радушное,
Приветственный напиток и помощь с багажом присутствует.
Когда подъезжали смутила близость ночного рынка, но отель так расположен и спроектирован, что заходя на его территорию слышен лишь звук цикад. Вечером небольшой шум доносится со стороны рынков и при закрытых окнах ничуть не беспокоит.
Территория небольшая, но вполне хорошо спланирована для мини отеля. Мы жили в family villa. Я хотел определенную виллу- а именно B101: она напротив бассейна. Очень удобно сидя на террасе наблюдать за ребёнком, но в этом и минус- нам докучали особенно спортивные соседи, игравшие в мяч.
Сама вилла- большая терраса с хорошим отвесом, что даже при тайфуне, который накрыл остров на двое суток,- на ней было сухо и легко вечерялось.
Гостиная большая, полноценная и полностью оборудованная кухня с зоной столовой. Мини- бар по вполне вменяемым ценам. Есть кушетка для дневного сна. Телевизор - 32’’. По телеку каналов много, но только один российский-1. Причём по мск.Завтрак. Обилен и вкусен. Помимо стандартного набора блюд вы можете заказать до 9 видов горячего- от всевозможного вида яиц, через жареный рис и лапшу вплоть до панкейков. Все реально стоит попробовать! Рис и панкейки- мой хит).
Прожив здесь две недели, вчера с горечью расставались. Все гармонично и конгруэнтно. С удовольствием вернёмся снова

Tolles Hotel mit viel Privatsphäre

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes sauberes Hotelzimmer. Das Personal war immer nett und zuvorkommend. Der Pool und Poolbereich waren immer sauber und sind völlig ausreichend.
Durch den Aufbau der Anlage hat man das Gefühl nicht in einem mit Menschen überfluteten Gebäude zu sein. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Abends kann man im Bett allerdings die Musik von der Strasse hören, was uns weniger gestört hat.
Direkt aus der Hotenalage raus hat man sehr gute und leckere Restourants, sowie Supermärkte und den Strand. Alles was man benötigt.
Daher immer wieder gern. :)

A 200 mt dalla spiaggia di lamai beach.
Nella via centrale.
Unico neo è che rimane un po' rumoroso la sera.

Дороговато, шумно, в центре

Отель в целом неплохой, расположен в самом центре. Из плюсов - болтшие номера, большое количество всевозможных гелей, лосьонов и т.п. Из минусов - шумно по вечерам, сложно заснуть. Странный завтрак (можно выбрать только 2 блюла на выбор, рис получается только порционно, любитеоям плотно позавтракать модет быть некомфортно, ну и отсутствие своих лежаков на пляже.

Nuestra villa era espaciosa y hotel esta bien situado, pero nuestra villa estaba al lado carretera y parecía que teníamos las motos y coches dentro. Además se pusieron a hacer obras.... Un escándalo.

J'ai passé 3 semaines à l'hotel Pattra vill resort.
Personnel affectueux, gentil, rien à repprocher.
Hotel un peu bruyant dû au bar austalien avec chanteur situé à 50m.Nous nous sommes manifestés contre le bruit et nous avons été surclassés dans une volla moins bruyante.
Par contre , renovation de 2 villas donc un peu de bruit dans la journée près de la piscine.
Sinon à redire de l'hotel.
