The parking was easy to find. However, we needed a wheelchair-accessible room request, but we were unfortunately placed upstairs. We had assumed that our room, as advertised for Days Inn, had a couch for our 6 year old child, but it didn’t. Consequently, she had to sleep on the floor. On the positive side, the staff was super friendly and helpful. However, the rooms could have been cleaner. For instance, room 216 had food stains on the bottom of the beds, the wall trim was damaged, no conditioner for the showers, and there were food stains on the ceiling. Considering the price, I wouldn’t recommend spending $200 for a barely even two-night stay again.

Though I booked a pet friendly stay in advance and paid when I booked, they still charged and addition $20 a night. The breakfast isn’t real. They say it’s “grab and go” which is literally 4 options - a blueberry muffin, a granola bar, a Rice Krispies treat or a small fruit cup. The property need maintenance and there was no soap in my room. Literally the bathroom did not have soap. The pillows were small square ones like the ones you use to decorate a coach and the bed was not comfortable. The room was overall clean Howe. I would not stay again if i can help it

Definitely don't expect anything spectacular. Bed covers had stains and cigarette burns. Hot water was inconsistent when showering. Mattress was uncomfortable and pillows were sad. For the price, I'd expect more updated facilities (~$100+/night). Bath towels were tiny and thin. Did not eat breakfast. If you're desperate, it's a place to lay your head but otherwise, I'd recommend going elsewhere.

The outside looked old and rusted however, my room looked brand new was very clean and comfortable. My only issue with the room was the TV was not working, but that was quickly corrected. The bed was very comfortable.

My only disappointment was the road noise. I wish the room had been soundproofed.

The staff was awesome! The room was very clean and had all of the amenities I needed. I had a microwave, small refrigerator and ice was available too. There were many places in the room to plug in my electronics. The TV offered more channels than I have ever seen in a hotel. I was able to park right in front of my room. When making my appointment, I asked a member of the staff if I could get a bottom floor room and he was very nice to provide me with one. I highly recommend this hotel to others who are planning on staying in Cookeville or surrounding areas. There are many restaurants and stores around to get meals. Thank you to the staff for such great service!

The room was very clean, the staff was really nice. There was a misunderstanding about the pet fee on my part, but the staff was very understanding and very helpful with the situation. If I’m traveling that way again, I would definitely stay there. the room had pops of color, which was very nice, it wasn’t so dull.

In the site it syated that there was s continental breakfast. It was no where near that Not wven close to it. Extremely far off. The over very small hrab and go muffins and oak mail bars with coffee one day. One day to it was hard almaor stale mini donutes wotj those amae bars and coffee.

The place was old- but refurbed- and CLEAN. Clean sheets and towels (shower curtain had weird marking on it however) and the mattress was super plush comfortable, and the shower head was strong with massage- perfect surprise for my aching back and neck after a long days drive. Out of the 5 motels I stayed at on the way and back for my mostly cross country drive, this was by far the best. The floor had a big divet, but was covered in the upgraded flooring material. Old but good. I'm sure it must have had to do with Wyndham taking over- and so thank you for the good experience with a budget motel.

This property advertises as a Wyndham then you pull up to a days inn. It advertises a pool that’s open through September but doesn’t say it closes at 8 so it won’t be open if you’re arriving for the evening. It also says breakfast which honestly consists of coffee and individually wrapped rice crispy treats from a kellogs box or nature valley bars also from a box. No actual food. The shower also didn’t work it wouldn’t form any seal to start pressure for a shower so that was frustrating but also only lukewarm water for a bath. Also says check in online for faster service but then the clerk said that didn’t matter you still have to redo it on paper at the front desk while your family sits out in the car waiting so that was pointless. Also the tv turned on but the remote did not change the channel. Just overall disappointing in every way.

The people that run the hotel are very nice. They said my dog stained the comforter and it didn't come out which i find odd since my comforter always comes clean so i wont be getting my deposit back. The refrigerator froze my insulin so threw out 3000 worth and had to go without for 2 weeks.
A lot of homeless people roam the parking lot and sleep on the sidewalk. Would not recommend if you have kids

The room was spacious but hot no ac when we arrived. It took 40 mins to finally cool the room. The beds are ready high and they had very small only one pillow per person. The bathroom looks gross like it has never been cleaned. I have pictures glad we didn’t need to shower at all. The sink was not very clean area. When we were still checking out some cleaning lady came it was only 10:29. Do better. We had until 11am to check out.

Owners were very nice and the room clean. However we discovered in the morning we had no hot water. My kid was already in the shower and we kept thinking the water would warm up but it didn't. So she took a cold shower. We went to the front desk and they were very accommodating in allowing us to use the shower in a clean room 2 doors down. Also we chose this place because the website said it offered free breakfast. It does not. Only packaged donuts. And decaf coffee is only available upon request.

Looks nice but houses cockroaches.

I found a cockroach eating a pc of my sandwich. I never seen one before. I had to google to confirm. I kiled it and was on edge the rest of the time. Now when i return home i have to do all this extra work to ensure their offspring do not hatch in my home. Gross. I do not recommend as there are several other hotels in the area.

Rooms were clean and bug free with warm and comfortable bedding. There was No coffee pot in the rooms. Staff would lie to you with a big smile on their face.
Was made to put down $100 cash security deposit or have them hold a $100 charge on my credit card that will take multiple weeks to have refunded. Even though I'm a 65 yr old handicapped man with no child or pet in the room.

A good, reliable place to stay. The linens were clean. The water was hot. Decent water pressure in the shower. The heat worked well.
The minifridge was set to a point where it was not chilling. It was not fun to figure that out in morning.
The advanced check-in did not work. I had to submit my ID and credit card again at the receptionist desk.

The property is conveniently located off I-40. The rate is very reasonable. Given the reasonable rate, they even provide simple breakfast. Room is clean with fridge and microwave. Good place to stay for the night after long car drive. Enter room from outside . Plenty of parking spaces.

Only drawback is they did not provide clothing hangers.

Average low-end motel. Bed was better than others. Room was clean. Outlets in room were worn out next to the bed so a charger wouldn't stay in, and dirty next to the sink. There's no breakfast besides a cup of juice and coffee, and hard prepackaged donut holes. Decent enough if you need somewhere cheap to stay for a night or two.

The floor was filthy with a hole in it. Holes in the wash clothes, stained sheets, and the tub made you feel like you were falling thru. I told staff about the hole and was told they know and had it in line to be replaced next. I hope no one falls thru the way i almost did
