There was no conditioner for the shower, the shower rod kept falling on my husband. There were ppl with dogs and there dogs were barking and fighting at 3am. Doors were constantly being slammed until 3am-ish, and started again at 6am. My room was 203, very very close to the lobby and front desk, but nobody would address the problem. When I tried nobody was around to explain problem to. I've stayed here several times in the past and never had these problems. So I was sadly disappointed I'd had to deal with it, only got 3 hours of sleep that night 😭

Becky at the front counter was extremely kind in evrry interaction. Parking lot well lit with cameras. Hotel is okay itself, nothing fancy. Room was relatively quiet and the bed was super comfortable. Hubby said the shower had good pressure and was hot. Dog friendly and for only $10, and we have a big dog (120lbs) so it is hard to find places sometimes that allow her weight and also don't charge an arm and a leg. $203 on a Saturday with dog and taxes, compared to other hotels we saw, we were happy we stayed where we did.

We would stay here again if we came througu with our pup and because the beds were comfy.

Stayed here for one night after spending time in Olympic National Park. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was exactly as expected, clean and comfortable. We walked across the parking lot to the restaurant / lounge next door which was convenient after a long day outdoors, they have an extensive menu and great service. The hotel breakfast was coffee and granola bars, enough to get the day started.

Room is nice, the price is high for the room.
There’s no breakfast, just coffee and energy bars.
I ask for accessibility room, they ignored. No elevator in the building. We end up carrying a person on the wheelchair to go down and up the stairs. They said they will give us $50. For inconvenience, I haven’t seen it.

Great option for easy family travel. Laundry room on site. Breakfast is coffee, juice and granola bars. Restaurant adjacent and very close to town and options. Chipotle and Starbucks across the street.

It’s a good lodging experience on the trip. This motel is right on the 101 high way. Rooms are outdated but it’s ok for short stay. No breakfast provided except coffee/tea/energy bar. Front desk in the morning is not friendly and seems to be tired of being ask breakfast questions.

The room was very clean and staff were friendly and professional. However, there was a giant black spider (not a daddy long leg if you’re thinking that) that was crawling on the bed between the pillows and the sheets which we did not manage to catch or kill. This made for a restless/sleepless night for my daughters. Not good especially our next day’s adventures involved long hikes at Hurricane Ridge. I’m not afraid of spiders and seeing them outdoors is totally normal but on my bed when I’m about to go to bed, that’s a BIG NO.

It’s an average motel. The room had a noticeable smell when we first entered, and the door locks kept malfunctioning—we had to switch out our key cards several times during our 3-day stay. On the positive side, the front desk lady was nice and helpful.

The room was very clean, and they have nice coats and shampoos. Tv didn’t work very well, they didn’t serve breakfast besides granola. We spent over $600 bucks for two night, the key card that was given was only loaded for one night and when speaking with front desk we got forgotten about and had to walk to the front desk area for something’s to get fixed. Over all there was a great front desk lady named Naomi who was by far the most helpful. Again? Very clean hotel and nice bathroom amenities.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful with suggesting good restaurants and how to time our visits to local sight seeing and activities to avoid long wait time and crowds.
They supplied us with a cute little coffee pot and plenty of coffee and condiments.

The staff are really nice and helpful. The room I stayed in was quiet and clean. The bed is extremely comfortable. The shower pressure and soap dispensers are great. The fridge and microwave were handy. Some of the furniture looks recent; some looks rather old. The aircon unit works, but the air never got really cold and didn’t smell that fresh. The property is on a very busy and noisy highway so keep the windows closed. There isn’t a lot of ambiance outside. Breakfast is granola bars and coffee or juice. This is a no-frills yet comfy and clean place to stay if your are exploring Olympic National Park and the surrounding areas. I visited for hiking at ONP and the Lavender Festival in Sequim.

The room was very nice -- very comfortable mattress and great pillows! we were disappointed that this Super 8 offered only coffee, juice, and granola bars for breakfast. For the price we paid for this room, we expect breakfast to be included.

There was very limited parking up close to the front door. The majority of the parking was behind the building, which seemed very secluded. We were told that there wasn't problems with vehicles getting broke into. But during the night there were people walking around the building that weren't staying there.

It was last minute booking.. kind of hotel where you just crash and pass the night.. my surprise was no kettle in the room, and toilet seat smaller for even kids.. I am not sure a normal human can fit :-) ..

Very good place to stay visiting ONP. easy access to all the main stuff in Port Angeles, and right along the main road. clean room, nice staff, felt safe.
